On a happy sunny day in Lititz Heights, Billie was coming out of Posh Pedicure nail salon when she spotted Cristina, Carolina, Estrella, and Charlotte painting their nails. To rub it in, Billie showed off her expensive painted nails. Instead of being jealous, they were happy for her. Billie was annoyed. A few minutes later, Billie was at Jukebox Rock for a coffee and croissant when the waiter told her that they were out of croissants and it would be done in twenty minutes. Billie was so angry, she pushed the waiter, and he fearfully gave her the unbaked croissants. Finally, she was going to her sewing lecture at the rec center when she got distracted by some visiting hunky lifeguards on an aquatic safety lecture. She tried to woo them, but they ran away because they were running late. However, this made Billie think they were avoiding her for no reason. She was so mad, she stomped off.
Little did anyone know, someone took some of the trimmed nails of Billie Holman and placed it in a magenta chemical.

Later at Roadhouse Fantasia, Mr. Hayato and Mr. and Mrs. Phelps was gathering up much chocolate as they can for their visiting chocolatier. Leah, Kaylin, Paige, Rylie, and Tania were coming in when a German butler came in with some hand sanitizer.
"Be sure to be careful of the super sized sculpture that my boss is making," said the butler.
Curious, the three girls went to the middle of the restaurant and spotted a man with a purple jacket using candy magic to make a super-sized chocolate sculptor of Kirby. Kirby was holding still for the sculpture. To avoid eating it, Kirby had to stare at a pile of pies. After it was done, Kirby ate the pies and spat the leftovers on the sculpture. "Good aiming, little buddy!" shouted the man.
Remembering him from NSA files, Leah recognized him as Willy Wonka, the chocolatier. Tania recalled that he had a lot of crazy shenanigans that weirded people out. Luckily, his butler Wilkinson made sure nobody got sick or hurt.
"The famous Kirby Klue Queens have arrived," Wonka said as he did a somersault towards them. "I didn't go through all the trouble to be host of the 75th annual Lititz Heights Candy Convention - this year at Roadhouse Fantasia."
"Maybe we can help you," Kaylin suggested. "The Friendly Scouts of our town could learn how to make their own candy."
Wonka's interest piqued, because he was making for the candy convention this weekend. "You are not your average candy man," admitted Leah.
In the VIP room, three candy-coated workers came in with some candy art. "Where should we place these candy necklaces?" asked a red-haired worker.
"By the candy jewelry as always," Wonka answered.
"You got it," answered a brunette worker.
"Lo siento about being late," Estrella stated from behind. "Mi hermanas and I were painting each other's nails and I bumped into the nail salon owner who complained about a dumpster diver sneaking in and stealing garbage."
The blonde one flinched, held his nose, and took off, much to Wilkinson's curiosity. To cheer them up, Wonka gave the girls, Rick, and Kirby some Wonka Sparkle Bars.

During the night, a mysterious figure was going around with some strange soda pop. The figure shook the bottle really hard, opened it, and spread a magenta haze across town.

The next day, the Klue Queens were arriving for breakfast. Rick was recovering from a cold. He was about to sneeze when Kaylin held a hankie towards him. "No, Rick," she said. "No sneezing in the food."
"Right," Rick replied. "People would know by the taste."
"Why bother?" Lorraine interrupted rudely. "You can sneeze wherever you want."
Kaylin and Rick were surprised by Lorraine's rudeness. There was something weird going on. After sitting down, they could both see everyone in the entire restaurant acting rude and greedy.
"There's something wrong with those mates," Rick whispered as he wiped his nose with a hankie. "They're acting like Billie."
On her phone, Kaylin got a message from Estrella about her sisters being grossed out by the hand-painted nails they did and rather go to Posh Pedicure for an expensive manicure. Paige also called about her parents and brother being mean on the table. Koharu, on the other hand, was curious about their behavior. Leah, Tania, and Rylie came in and told them about everyone laughing at the candy-coated items Wonka made.
"Meet us at the hideout in 5 minutes," Leah ordered. "We have another mystery."
Outside, they transported via star and headed straight for the McBruce residence.
Once there, Estrella and Paige arrived while carrying Swinger and Koharu respectively. In Swinger's paws was a soda bottle with the Wonka logo on it and a magenta drink in it. Knowing that magenta was Billie's favorite color, they knew that the strange soda was the cause of all this and someone from the Wonka team was responsible. Going over the notes, Tania had three suspects to who was behind the citizens' strange behavior.
Suspects
Sincere Gilbert(Wonka helper)- New to the place and is having trouble accepting Wonka's behavior.
Oakley Howe (Wonka helper)- Tired of Wilkinsons' safety precaution.
Theodore Seidel (Wonka helper)- Expert chemist and flinched when Estrella mentioned the dumpster diving at Posh Pedicure.

At the park, Leah, Estrella, Tania, Swinger, and Kirby were looking around and everyone was in a grumpy mood. Tokkori was stuck in a tree and was traumatized by the bossy behavior. "This is getting really creepy," complained Tokkori. "Make it stop."
"And I thought Tokkori liked hatred," Estrella sarcastically whispered as she and Swinger worked together to save Tokkori.
Estrella lifted her pet monkey up. Swinger grabbed Tokkori and landed via tail. "Gracias, Swinger," Tokkori groaned. "Normally I like mistreatment, but this place has turned into a Billie convention."

Meanwhile at Posh Pedicure Nail Salon, Kaylin, Rylie, Paige, and Rick were searching for Billie. Paige surmised, "This is where Billie was."
"That man can be really weird," Rick said, "but he means well."
"Lay it on, brother!" shouted Rylie.
"Everyone is acting like Billie," Kaylin said. "But how come it's not affecting us?"
"Wait a minute," said Tania. "When we had those Wonka Sparkle Bars, it was sparkling like it's covered in some magical sugar."

At Holman Manor, Rudolph was admiring the neat hedges when Leah, Estrella, Tania, Koharu, and Rick arrived on the scene. "What do you think of the hedges?" Rudolph asked with a sinister smile. "Better than those hippie flowers?"
Instead of being jealous, the sixtet ignored him and went inside. Inside, they saw Mr. and Mrs. Holman being more posh than usual. They tried asking where Billie was, but they stuck their tongues out and ran off. Using her powerful smelling, Paige could smell Billie's expensive perfume from the library, her least favorite room.
In the library, Koharu pointed to a traumatized Billie hanging by the curtain. Billie was glad to see the Klue Queens, because she knew there was only one Billie. "Relax, mate," Rick replied. "We'll figure out a way to change them back."
After Paige placed Koharu down, she was toddling around when she potted a book on the ground that was all about opposites. Observing it she could see that the opposite of sour is sweet. She tried to tell Paige, but they were too busy looking at the security camera footage of a masked figure trying to steal some of her family's good towels. Taking a glimpse at the thief, it had an amethyst pendant like Theodore had. That was when they realize that Theodore was the thief.
While thinking about why Theodore would make everyone act like Billie, Koharu interrupted by placing a book in front of Paige. Seeing her sister with an opposite book, Paige may have found a way to cure the grouchy citizens.

Later at Roadhouse Fantasia, Sincere and Oakley were trying to create as much chocolate milkshakes as they can, outside. Unfortunately, everyone was too disrespectful to take it. "Wonka is sure going to fire us," Sincere groaned as she accidentally made a mess with the blender.
"Oh, no, he won't," chuckled Leah as she and the other Klue Queens followed behind. "Because we have a plan."
"Of course Billie is a bit traumatized by the too many hers to be involved," Tania continued seriously.
"Oh, mien goodness!" shouted Wilkinson as he was carrying hardhats. "You girls could've had confessions. You have to wear helmets when riding on stuff like floating stars."
"Wilkinson!" Oakley shouted as he replied. "I can't stand your safety precautions any longer! It's driving me crazy!"
"But Herr Oakley," Wilkinson replied, "I'm just making sure you don't get hurt. Also, I know Frau Sincere is having trouble accepting Wonka's behavior due to the shenanigans, but he is what he is."
Frau remembered one of the keys to impressing the public was to be himself, but had to make sure Wonka didn't overdo it like he always did. Oakley also understood that Wilkinson was making sure he didn't get hurt. To make sure he didn't go crazy from Wilkinson's safety precaution, Oakley told him that he could remind himself. Wilkinson thought it was a good idea, because constant reminding drove people insane as well.
"What is the plan you have, Frau Leah?" Wilkinson asked as the Klue Queens looked at each other.

A few minutes later, everyone at Lititz Heights was at Roadhouse Fantasia for the candy convention. The candy-coated area disgusted everyone. While the Klue Queens were getting ready while dressed like '50s waitresses, Rylie began to wonder why they were unaffected by the chemical. Looking back, Tania realized that eating the Wonka Sparkle Bars prevented them from acting like Billie. It also didn't affect Koharu due to her being a curious baby, Kirby and Rick due to their big hearts, and Tokkori because he was already a j***.
"Enough Einstein Talk, Tania!" shouted Tokkori. "Let's turn everyone back to normal before I get sent to 'The Billie Zone'!"
From the VIP, Sincere and Oakley came out dressed like Wonka Workers and dancing.
Willy Wonka, Willy Wonka
The amazing chocolatier
Willy Wonka, Willy Wonka
Everybody give a cheer
The best guy who ever lived
Willy Wonka, here he is!
From the purple carpet, Willy appeared and spread a ton of Sugar Sparkles. He spread so much, everyone turned back to normal. Everyone was confused on what was going on.
"NO FAIR!" shouted Theodore. "How come I'm not involved in this!"
"Because we know that you've been making everyone acting bossy," Kaylin answered.
"And there were some clues that you did this," Rylie replied, "like the camera footage at of you sneaking around Holman Mansion. You and the thief had the same amethyst pendant, and you had an allergic reaction to the chocolate sculpture when you came in."
"I've been making Wonka Soda for years," Theodore replied. "I also thought about making people sooth their nerves, but Wilkinson was afraid that it might give people a soda-coma. So they rejected my idea. When I heard of Billie's bossiness in Lititz Heights, I thought I could make everyone avoid your Candy Convention and make you sad."
"Thrity years in the soda biz and you tried sabotaging the convention," groaned Willy as he got out a Wonka Bar.
Observing that, Paige got an idea, "Kirby, suck it up!" she shouted.
"Sucer, Saug es auf, Succhialo, Putikcus!" shouted Mr. Wonka.
With one gulp, Kirby turned into Wonka Kirby. He did all sorts of the same shenanigans to Theodore. He showed a psychedelic boat ride, splashed him with ginger ale foam, and turned him into a blueberry.
Theodore was so traumatized that he begged to be headed back towards the factory. Kirby teleported the bloated Theodore to the factory and everyone cheered.

Monday at Lititz Heights High, everyone was relieved that they weren't acting like Billie anymore. Billie was also relieved because there could be only one Billie Holman, and what she went through was quite enough.
After heading towards her next class, Estrella look and sighed. "That's enough Billie Bashes for one lifetime."
The End
