The crowd roars as Red continues to win against gym leader Adrian. Red still has his Alakazam out against Adrian's Paradiso, Adrian's last Pokemon.
Ruby is on the edge of her seat, "Ah man! This is awesome! I can't wait to see what happens next!"
Weiss says while also on the edge of her seat, "I know! I can't explain this feeling, but I'm perpetually stoke!"
Blake is watches the match with great interest, "I wonder what's gonna happen in this match."
Yang cheers, "Go, Red! You too, Adrian!"
Red orders, "Use thunder wave!"
Alakazam tries to use thunder wave on Paradiso.
"Jump up!"
Paradiso, despite its weight and size, jumps up into the air and dodges Alakazam's thunder wave.
"It dodged it?!" Red was surprised that Paradiso manages to avoid Alakazam's thunder wave.
"Now use brine!"
Paradiso's mouth open and fires a stream of water and hits Alakazam right in the face.
"So fast." Blake is astonished.
Then Alakazam's HP dropped to zero and returned to its Pokeball.
Red throws his next Pokeball, "Go Pikachu!"
Pikachu pops out and is ready for battle.
Ruby and Weiss have their eyes turn into hearts as they go, "Awwwww! So cute! I want it!" They both stop falling in love with Pikachu and look at each other in confusion, "You?" Then angrily say, "No, me!" while pointing at themselves.
"Focus on the match, you two!" Yang says to the two.
Red orders, "Pikachu, use thunderbolt!"
Pikachu's red dot cheeks started to produce yellow electricity that envelops its body before striking Paradiso.
"Use leaf darts!"
Paradiso's palm tree glows green and fires three darts right at the thunderbolt that negates the attack. Above the smoke, Pikachu is up in the air.
"Use electro-web!"
Pikachu's tail started to glow, does a somersault, and flings a web made out of yellow electricity right at Paradiso and catches it in the web. Paradiso tries to break free, but is unable to and gets stung with the electricity.
Adrian orders, "Use bulldoze!"
Paradiso stomps on the ground with its body that creates a shock wave on the ground.
"Jump up and use iron tail!"
Pikachu jumps over the wave of earth as its tail becomes surrounded in white sparkles and it becomes surrounded in a white outline before turning into iron as it spins and hits it on the head.
"Again!"
Pikachu uses iron tail again but lunches Paradiso into the air with a great about of force.
Adrian tries to order, "Quick, use mega drain!"
"Now use volt tackle!"
Pikachu jumps straight at Paradiso with its body then becomes surrounded by golden electricity, and it tackles the opponent. While covered in electricity, Pikachu's body looks black and white as it directly hits the underside of Paradiso. Paradiso's HP has reached zero and returns to its Pokeball as Pikachu falls down to the ground, suffering from recoil damage as its body as its body is surrounded by yellow electrical sparks. The crowd cheers as Red had won.
Adrian rubs the back of his head, "Dang. If only I used mega drain earlier. Oh well, no use regretting the past."
In the stands, Ruby jumps from her seat, "Way to go, Pikachu!" while holding yellow pom-poms for Pikachu.
"Yeah!" Weiss also jumps from her seat and holding yellow pom-poms.
Blake asks the two, "Where have you two been hiding them? Better question; where did you get those?"
Yang cheers, "Heck yeah! That was an awesome battle! With the kachaow! And the bzzzz! And the whooa-whooa! And the totally awesome Pokemon! Man, I can't wait to get into the big leagues!"
Blake is a little less than enthusiastic as she says to Yang, "But we musn't forget that we're supposed to find a way to get back to Remnant."
Yang calms down, "Ah yeah. Crap."
Ruby says to Blake, "Um, Blake? Please don't ruin any awesome moments."
Weiss looks at Ruby, "But she does have a point."
Not long after, Red is awarded the Palm Badge along with the TM02 and prize money. The crowd cheers as he holds up his badge high in the air for all to see.
Back on Remnant, in a camp with giant logs with spikes at the top that form a wall. Inside are tents along with cages and crates with the crates full of stolen goods from different villages that are long gone. The place is filled with tough as nails bandits that follow the philosophy of survival of the fittest and respect those who have what it takes to survive. The largest tent is where the leader of this bandit tribe in the lands of Anima. And the leader of this tribe is Raven Branwen, Yang's mother and Qrow's twin sister.
She is currently sitting at her table while drinking tea as she calms her mind. That is until Vernal comes in with a scroll.
"Ma'am!" Vernal bursts in.
Raven is slightly annoyed as she puts her cup down, "What is it, Vernal?"
Vernal gives Raven the scroll, "You should see this!"
Raven takes the scroll and looks at it. On the display, a multitude of videos are shown that are waiting for someone to hit the play button. Raven chooses one of them and watches Yang in a battle with her strange Monferno against a wild Machoke. She raises her left eyebrow in interest. She then goes through the Bulbapedia to learn more about the creatures of the world Yang and her team are in. That, and learn that the inhabitants of Remnant love the new world. But she is getting some ideas about how to utilize the powers of these creatures.
Raven puts the scroll down, "This is interesting. Any idea on how those four got into this world?"
"No, ma'am. But we heard that many companies are making a multitude of toys of those creatures and figurines of Team RWBY. Yet some of our members have been hearing rumors about the White Fang."
Raven is now completely interested on what is going on, especially about the White Fang. "Go on."
"Well, the White Fang are now divided into two since Blake Belladonna, Chief Ghira Belladonna's daughter, is now one of the stars of these videos." She picks up the scroll, "One faction supports Blake Belladonna, and being led by a chameleon Faunus named, Ilia. While another keeps calling her a traitor, which is led by a bull Faunus, Adam. From what they got, the White Fang is crumbling."
"So they're weak at the moment?"
"Not exactly."
"Hm?"
"A cell of the White Fang are up to something in the Emerald Forest in Vale and have special gems that greatly empowers their semblance depending on the element. We also received word that the Atlas military is also there along with General Ironwood in the same area AND are conducting experiments on the same gems."
"So they're not Dust?"
"No ma'am. They're more like gemstones. But to make things worse, the pawns of the Grimm Queen are there."
Raven stands up, "It seems the Emerald Forest has gotten popular. I should see what is up." She walk towards the exit.
"So we're conducting a raid on wherever all these forces are?"
She opens the flap of the tent halfway, "Close. Not yet. I'm gonna investigate and see where everyone is gathering. However, I want a tech-head to investigate where the videos are from while I do my own investigation. You're in charge while I'm out again." Raven exits the tent, turns into a bird, and flies away.
Vernal addresses the tribe, "Everyone, LISTEN UP!"
Everyone stop what they were doing and listen to Vernal.
"Our leader has gone to investigate a gathering of sorts in Vale! Once there, we will launch a raid and get our hands on some special gems that will make us strong! Stronger than ever before!"
All members of the Branwen Tribe like the idea.
"So steel yourselves and get ready to conduct the biggest raid of your lives! There will be White Fang! There will be Atlesian military! There will be the slaves of the Ruler of the Queen! But if we can take their stuff and come out alive, we'll be the most feared tribe in all of Remnant! Now who's with me?!"
Many members of the tribe cheer and some fire their guns in the air and would love to conduct the biggest raid in history.
Back at the temple, a more permanent lab was set up that is made of metal and reinforced concrete with force shields. Ironwood is walking along with a scientist down the hall while passing a view specimen cases.
"Sir, we did numerous tests on these gems, known as Elemental Gems by some of the people in the other world, and the results are astounding."
They go to one specimen case where a rock gem came into contact with a rock Dust that formed a block of stone.
"The rock gem and the rock Dust, after coming into contact, created this block of solid stone. The formation stops when there isn't any more space to fill in."
Then they come across a completely scorched case with soot all over the glass.
"The fire gem and the fire Dust that made contact resulted in creating a fiery inferno up to 4,000 degrees Farenheit that resulted in...this."
"I see."
"We had to cut-off the oxygen supply before there was any further damage."
Then they head over to a case that is completely black.
"We combined the gravity Dust with the dark gem since they are similar in coloration. As a result..."
"The whole thing is pitch-black."
"Total darkness. But it created a new form of matter. A matter that is theorized that can only exist outside of our planet called, dark matter."
Then they head over to a case filled with a purple liquid.
"And this one here, we did the same with a gravity Dust crystal but with a poison gem. So, we made an entire case full of toxins. But the next one is more fascinating."
They headed over to a case full of wood and leaves.
"We combined the plant Dust with the grass gem and new life suddenly sprang to life!" The scientist is getting giddy, "These gems combined with a certain type of Dust can have limitless potential! We can turn deserts into lush forests, create islands, new forms of energy and new fields of science!"
Ironwood is intrigued by this new discovery and see the potential. He asks the scientist, "What if we can combine Dust of different elements that are different from the Dust?"
"We already did that."
The scientist takes Ironwood into a room that are filled with strange animals that are not alive, at least not anymore. There is a bird with gorgeous blue feathers yet has a head of a small hawk and a wing span of 19 inches. A strange bug that is green in coloration along with having a green exoskeleton along with being similar to a rhino beetle but a part of the thorax is similar to a lightning bug. There is also a fish with fins similar to a fairy that is transparent pink yet its skeleton is shown under UV lighting while having a ghastly appearance. There are many different types of creatures in this circular white room.
"We have created LIFE! Actual, living life forms after combining them with cells of creatures from around Remnant! One of our scientists believe we can terraform an entire desert planet, out in space, into a habitable world. A bit Farfetch'd." the scientist laughs at his own pun.
Ironwood doesn't get it.
"Sorry. A bit of humor there. But it is a bit too out there."
"I agree. But I cannot deny the possibility of that. Although, I wonder if the portal can take us to some place like that for future terraforming projects."
"Sir?"
"Never mind. Just a thought."
Cinder walks in, "Gentlemen."
The both stop and look at Cinder.
"What is she doing here?" Ironwood asks.
The scientist explains, "She has been helping us out with the research of these gems and collect some Dust nearby. We allow her access to this lab."
Cinder is holding a bag of Dust.
"I see. Very well then. My apologies, Ms. Fall."
She hands the bag over to the scientist as she says to Ironwood, "Not to worry." And leaves. While leaving, she evilly smirks while believing she has earned the trust of Ironwood and the rest of the Atlesian personnel.
Ironwood then asks, "Any information of the portal?"
"Not yet sir. We're still working on that."
"Very well." Ironwood then exits the lab.
Ironwood walks on by and sees more of the specimen cases. He pass by one case that is full of water with a water gem and a water Dust, one case with wind Dust and flying gem that is about ready to burst full of air, one that has an electric gem and an electricity Dust crystal that produce a great abundance of electricity. So many different types of gems and dust that are producing a multitude of energy and matter.
Yet he check his scroll and pulls out schematics of weapons that he hope to use against the Grimm. Better yet, to use against Salem herself. He smiles as he is proud of some of these weapon projects. However, when he looks back at the door to the circular room, he saw other potential in the Dust and gems. He ponders on what project to do first. His weapons, or one that involve creating something that isn't. What will he choose?
