"I know daddy. I think it's time for you to finally take good care of yourself." Kelly needed to say to her father still handsome as ever. She had heard about all of his other marriages having failed miserably.
"It's been hard to do for when every damn criminal comes after me. Along with the recent operation for where I wound up shooting my senior field agent Timothy McGee needing to shoot him in the arm and leg. And ever since then it's been one thing after another Kelly. Even my own wife is upset at the fact that this is happening once she arrives back from downstairs.
"Even my own husband was worried after I had mentioned wishing to come here to speak with you after being on vacation for three weeks being in Paris," she said.
"You were in Paris? Did you happened to know a friend of mine has left NCIS even though she had come back to get involved in a situation?"
"You're talking about Ziza David and her husband Anthony DiNozzo?" she will respond in regard to his friend regarded as a daughter to him.
"Yeah. And I must tell you they were great hosts while we were there for three days visiting and including Senior playing Grandfather to Tali."
"How was the feeling by the way Kelly?" he asked with the importance of the question.
"He's fine after getting his shots for the Coronavirus. He loved us being there was with Ziva and Tony. Even though Tony had to work a lot at the Embassy." Kelly responded.
"I know it was hard for everyone once this god damn virus had the United States and kill a number of people. Thank god that we can all fly again in the past months. No doubt it was okay with you and Shannon flying to Paris on an international flight?"
"We had to show proof that all of us had taken our vaccine shots. Even though it was a good thing to have left the boy's home back in Orlando, Florida."
There was a knock on the door having to be time for Loreile to be back from downstairs.
"Wow! you're still talking? I was able to get food for Jethro and for yourself. Even though Doctor Gilbert suggested that you go slow with eating with the wound." she said with removing the items from the three bags and including something for herself as well.
"Thank you," Kelly said to her father.
It was quiet for a while. Kelly and her father were enjoying the food. Even though he had to be careful not to overdo it with his stomach.
Loreile is going to be asking the question. "Do you have any photos of your two boys?" she said to have her husband light up with the question of his grandchildren.
"Sure I do Loriele! I will bring them up onto the photo and show you both of them." Taking a moment with the two photos to come up onto the screen. "Here we go," she said with emotion in her demeanor.
She handed the phone to her father to show the photos.
"My god! There are adorable Kelly?" Gibbs announced with slight tears falling from the corner of his eyes.
"How are they in school Kelly?" Loriele will be the one to ask the question.
"They both are B plus students with their studies. They like science, law enforcement, sports, history, politics, and writing," she said.
"Sounds like either one or both are going to be into law enforcement or a writer?" Gibbs quipped with her words.
"Daddy what about Shane and Nathan?" Kelly asked with needing to know.
"Right now the both of them are learning too much lately from a friend of ours name Phineas age 12 years old. Both are too much into history, writing, science, law enforcement, boating, and planes."
"He sounds like a great kid. Even though having been through a great deal in such a short period of time." Kelly commented.
"I agree with you. However now Daddy I need to be getting home and some rest for tomorrow. Please take care of yourself, Daddy. You need to try and finally take it easy with the rest of your life?" she states with coming over to give her father a kiss on his cheek.
"Please be sure that my father listens to you?"
"Never!" she joked before watching her walk out of the room to have Gibbs shaking his head. "I must tell you that your daughter s exactly like you in many ways?" she commented with giving her husband a bruising kiss to his lips.
"What was that for Loriele?" he insisted with the question.
"Because of all of the stress you have put me through during the past four years." she kisses him again only time in spite of his injuries he grabbed the woman he loves a great deal.
One thing for sure he was growing at leaps and bounds. Even though he had no idea whether she was going to take care of him like she had been doing.
"Are you serious in your condition?" she played with him in regard to his delicate condition."One thing for sure at least we know it still works?"
"Oh, stop kidding me Loriele? This is serious I can't have a boner laying in bed like this?" he exclaimed with a deep breath.
She came over to him to give him a message of his organ underneath his hospital gown hopefully to help him out slightly. She continued until she stopped before someone winds up coming into the room.
"Eat your food and then maybe I will be able to help you out?"
