"Now to see what is in your notes," Yukari said as she was reading the personal notes of LT. She began to read everything that he had in there and discovered his plans, what his father had done, and what his stepmother had done, which made her very disgusted by what she was reading.
In that, they will kill ALL of those affiliated with the other her, including innocent people, children, and babies.
"This is basically the Holocaust all over again. Considering they brought back the Nazi Party, this doesn't surprise me," Yukari said.
She then saw other things saying that the STI was also involved with a lot more things in the history of the world and thinks about the repercussions of things the Youkai Dictator had done.
"May you never wake up again," Yukari said. "For this "communist" Gensokyo will be "communist" no more. Nor will your "plans" ever come into fruition. And I use the term "plans" very loosely. As it is just her screwing around more than anything. Not any coherent plans that will be beneficial for Gensokyo or the supernatural for that matter."
"*sigh* It doesn't have any clear end goal. Even Tzeentch would laugh at her lack of endgame," Yukari said.
"After all. The goals she has is nothing but stupid in the end…I know since I read them. It's just a bunch of question marks followed by "profit". I'm not even sure she herself knows what this "profit" is, and I don't even think she knows what the word PLAN is," Yukari said. "It makes me wonder why this Gensokyo has not fallen yet?"
She sighs.
"The universe really wanted to screw the supernatural that badly? It makes me wonder why this is even the case?" Yukari said. "But not anymore. We have defeated the two biggest thorns in Gensokyo's side. Now Gensokyo will be good as new after they are gone. All exactly as I planned, which is better than what the Youkai Dictator had "planned"…For what little of it can be called a "plan"..."
"Now then. What else is there when it comes to LT and his precious STI organization," Yukari wondered.
While she was at it, Yukari was able to steal the Faciendi Metalli, including the grown ones and the ones still in seed form.
"Now let us see how the Outsiders deal with the folly of their arrogance against the supernatural," Yukari said.

-40 minutes later, Citadel Meeting Room, Gensokyo-
Yukari and the rest of the Superpowers of Gensokyo were there, but now the Alexandria and Science crews were present, including Older Yumemi.
Her assistant wasn't there, as she was still busy in Alexandria's Library.
So everyone is gathered in the Citadel. To discuss on what should be done to fully resolve the incident, and what shall be done of the Outside World.
"So I'd say the mission has been accomplished on our end," Masud said.
"I just found so many design flaws in the Kappa Gunner in a single fight…" Nitori said.
"Same here with Evil Eye Sigma…" Rika said.
"And me with my Lavender Praetor Suit…" Rikako said.
"Luckily. VIVIT the AI in my suit is alright. Isn't that right?" Rikako said.
"I'm fine!" VIVIT said as her avatar was seen in a hologram from a device that contained her data.
"I was worried for a moment after he blew that hole in your suit," Younger Yumemi said.
"Well now I say the shared design flaw is that we need better materials," Rikako said.
"Where can I get Vibranium?" Nitori asked as twinkles appeared in her eyes.
"Hmmm. Well maybe our Yukari knows about those materials," Masud said.
"I need to get all pressure points removed! So I won't get knocked out!" Chiyuri said.
"Well we all know that my Fusion Mode negates pressure points, so all I need to do is modify our nanomachines so that they always passively give this effect," Younger Yumemi said.
"That sounds great!" Rika said with an excited tone in her voice.
"Yes. But now we need to discuss on what we should do about the Outside World," Mima said. They all turn to the Sages.
"I have removed the plant that makes the metals. And I decided to have it all be sent to my Gensokyo," Yukari said.
"I also began a massive unperson event across the Outside World. No one will ever remember what happened and what transpired. They'll just have a vague memory that someone got full of hubris and paid the price," Kyomu said. "And I removed all information regarding the RAIDERs and STI in general."
"Wait does that mean there's a depression happening due to the STI not existing?" Sanae asked.
"All facilities related to the STI will be considered as the place of the person who got hit by the hubris," Kyomu said. "And the facilities will be completely empty."
"The Outside World will never know the truth. And they will suffer for their arrogance over the supernatural," the Mirror Sage said.
"Aside from the countries who sat the war out. They won't suffer as much," the Reality Sage said.
"In fact, they would become the new superpowers of the world," Okina said.
"To think that those Vadinians would win the war of supremacy by doing what they do best…" Miko said. "Which was to guard their mountains and eat maple syrup…"
The countries they were referring to were Latusia, Vadine, and Naussica. Latusia was where India would be on our Earth, Vadine was this world's equivalent to Canada and Naussica was the same for Malaysia.
"I still find it a bit overkill…" Immature Remilia said.
"Nah. They had it coming," Mature Remilia said.
"I'll have no remorse if the Outside World gets destroyed. Or if things go south for them," Masud said.
Everyone gasped except for those from the World of Fantastic Phantasm who just didn't care at all from his statement.
"What? I said I wasn't a hero," Masud said as he was confused.
"Haven't you all heard our conversssation with LT before we fought him and our Yukari killed him?" Medusa asked.
Many went pale as they remember.
Except for those from the World of Fantastic Phantasm.
"Heh, cowards," Mature Remilia said.
"You all are too scared to commit the act of murder...wait didn't you all kill some of those associated with LT when he first came here?" Advanced Eirin said.
"Well, er...we…" Primitive Eirin said. She had no words.
"Now that you mention it...why was that the case in the first place?" Parallel Eiki said.
No one could come up with an answer.
"Anyways it would seem that it will be a better idea to reverse everything physically to back where it was. Not advanced as LT the technological supremacist says. So that we can never have another one like him rise up," Kasen said.
"Is technology really that evil?" Sanae said.
"Apparently in this world, it is," Nitori said.
"Our kappas won't like it…" Sanae said.
"Yep," Nitori said.
"Nor do they like that clause of not using technology from the Neverland Convention's Rules," Mature Remilia said.
"Is our world truly this cosmically wrong?" Sanae asked.
"Yes, it is. Our enemies are unmerciful and must be killed compared to the ones you faced off," Mature Remilia said.
"I meant how the very idea of progress leads to corruption... This was how the Shrine got so many followers…" Sanae said.
"Oh then yes. It would seem like the STI and Summers family are the parasites and the thing that must be removed," Mature Remilia said.
"Just like the dictator," Parallel Eiki said.
"If we didn't intervene then all sanctuaries alongside this one would've been DESTROYED," Ghost Princess Yuyuko said.
"ALL Sanctuaries?! I honestly thought that only Gensokyo would've been destroyed," Miko said.
"It would've been inevitable for LT to eventually take down the resssst of the sssanctuariesss due to them being assssoccciated with magic. Humansss have alwaysss been ambitiousss and never learned when to ssstop," Medusa said.
"Well...if you say so…" Byakuren said. She came back to the meeting after she heard that the incident is resolved.
"Oh look you're back. I'll have you know our Byakuren still dislikes violence," Yukari said.
"Why do you tell me that?" Byakuren said.
"To insult both at once?" Mima said.
"Mima, that was very rude," Former Superpower Yuyuko said.
"You can say that. Both others will disagree," Yukari said.
"So you ARE insulting both, then?" Mima said.
"Yes," Yukari said.
Byakuren felt like leaving again.
"But wait. What will the Council of Sanctuaries say to this?" Primitive Eirin said.
"Well, I already received a message from Mugenri. It says "Good riddance"," Yukari said. "And the other sanctuaries, while complaining about how the two crews broke the Neverland Convention's rules, did, however, admit that the Outside World was the one who attacked first," She adds. "They are just saying that they do not want any long-term disasters to come from our methods, which is why I am doing this."
Then Yukari pulled out a letter which said: "Peace is not an achievement or a gift. Even with reality-warping powers, it is a very hard responsibility, and very hard choices had to be made to reach it. Unlike you people, who can get what you wanted just by having others make it happen with a wave of their hands, either metaphorically or literally."
She then opened up a gap which showed the face of the Secretary General.
"Dear secretary general. Have you never considered that maybe humanity's hubris would've lead them to target the other Sanctuaries?" Yukari said with a wry grin.
"No...no we haven't…" The Secretary General said.
"I will have you know that compared to LT our threats are more dangerous than what you and your precious sanctuaries can even face in combat," Yukari said as she was assuming a serious look. "Remember these "internet tales" about the SCP Foundation? Well in our reality, they are very real. Yes, even the Scarlet King. Do you truly believe you could stand a chance against the Scarlet King? Actually more on that. Remember the tales of HP Lovecraft and about how he talked about the Outer Gods? Well, they exist as well."
The secretary general went pale.
"And you said that we had it easy? Well let me tell you that the rest of our sanctuaries and Gensokyo had to deal with these threats for a while," Yukari said.
"We don't have to work hard here because your problems are simply easier to deal with than ours. Now then. What will you do now, since you know about the truth? Banish us back to whence we came for "not doing hard work"?
"...We...need to discuss this...we'll see you...in maybe... a few years from now…" The Secretary General said.
"Well, I am a very patient woman so I'll be waiting," Yukari said. "And besides the whole war is mitigated if the Outside World does not even remember what has been done. So they'll never act, never realize what happened, and will just go around like the sheep that they are."
"Now. Go off to your little council. I will be waiting…" Yukari said.
The Secretary General left.
Yukari then opened a gap. It showed a white space with many words all in the gap which were things such as hunger, intelligence, sadness, satisfaction, and many more words associated with human emotions.
"And to make sure that the Outside World won't even WANT to do it again, or even start any fight," Yukari said.
"We can remove the root of all their bad behavior," Kyomu said.
"Their ambition," Kyomu and Yukari said.
Yukari and Kyomu then peered into the human cognitive itself and found the ambition of the Outside World. The word itself. And the Void Goddess reached her hand in to grab it.
Jaws hit the floor at the sight. Even those from the world that Yukari and Kyomu came from were surprised by the sight.
"That's some extreme Persona 5 stuff!" Sanae said.
"You can say that. But it's not as destructive but more or less helpful in the end," Yukari said.
"I...see...just to be sure...the crew you sent shouldn't show up outside of this Gensokyo," Miko said.
"The other sanctuaries can get obsessed with the Neverland Convention to the point of burying their heads in the sand even as an outside foe is getting ready to destroy them. I know, it happened once before," Immature Remilia said.
"Sounds like the New Republic in The Force Awakens. Gods. I can't believe I'm bringing THIS movie up... How did this Incident get solved," Catori said.
"The Outside World ended up dealing with the STICK army themselves, the other Sanctuaries were of no help," Immature Remilia said.
"To think that LT could've had what he wanted just by doing nothing for a little while…" Masud said.
"I agree with you Masssud," Medusa said.
"This world is like a Keter Class SCP. If we weren't constantly doing something, things would go to hell real fast," Nitori said.
"And if I take this, it will be neutralized," Kyomu said.
"Or reclassified as Safe, at the very least," Yukari said.
"That sounds better than the Keter class," Mainyu said.
"It is," Younger Yumemi said.
"But still is this necessary to deal with the Outside World with all of this?" Primitive Eirin said.
"Indeed. To prevent a nuclear war from their "advanced technology" and make it so that they forget how to use the tech," Kyomu said.
"Are you de-nuking them?" Immature Remilia said.
"Essentially yes. So that we can never have someone like LT rise up and proclaim how great his technology is while massacring the supernatural," Okina said.
"So no more nuclear bombs or power plants? Wouldn't this result in Gensokyo being more advanced than the Outside World, then?" Sanae said.
"Oh, there still will be those. However the Outside World won't use them for war," Okina said.
"Not for war?" Sanae said.
"Not for war. As it would be bad if the Outside World was turned into a war zone...and the reason we are only doing this is that the SOC would want the Outside World not to fall into disaster," Okina said.
"You are ensuring that what is left of it can't start a fight with anyone?" Sanae said.
"Essentially yes," Kyomu said.
"We do not want more of those Outsiders to declare war on this Gensokyo," the Mirror Sage said.
"How will you all even accomplish the feat to make it possible? To reverse time to when advanced technology wasn't a thing?" Immature Remilia said with a curious look on her face.
"Oh I and the other Sages will just remove all traces of advanced technology and rewrite everyone's memories in the Outside World, just like we said earlier," Yukari said.
" And if we have to, we will remove their ambition," Kyomu said.
"Yukari, that last part sounds like something Suzumi would do, though…" Immature Remilia said.
"Maybe I should bring our version of-"
"NOOO, GODS! NO GODS, PLEASE NO! NO! NO! NOOOOOOO!" The Superpowers of Gensokyo cut off the Gap Sage immediately at the prospect of the World of Fantastic Phantasm's Suzumi showing up.
"I'm just kidding," Yukari said as she had her fan be placed in front of her mouth which was grinning.
"But does this mean that it is fully resolved? This incident?" Miko said.
"It would seem like that," Kyomu said.
"Oh, by the way, I have someone for you to meet, Yumemi," Former Superpower Yuyuko said.
"Who may that be?" Younger Yumemi asked.
"Sorry, not you. The other one," Former Superpower Yuyuko said.
"Who may that be?" Older Yumemi asked.
Dead Chiyuri showed up but as a ghost.
Older Yumemi was frozen completely.
"Hi, Yumemi. It's been a while...hasn't it?" Dead Chiyuri said as she gave a smile.
"Yes...a...while…" Older Yumemi said.
"Does this mean that all of you will be leaving?" Miko said.
"Yes. Our work here is done since LT and his cronies are not there to threaten this land, or the other sanctuaries," Younger Yumemi said.
"We just have to make sure this never happens again and we'll be on our way," Kyomu said.
"I see…" Byakuren said.

"Does this mean goodbye?" Immature Remilia said.
"Yes," Masud said.
"And our reward is that we got what we have come here for. New technology and lessons learned," Mainyu said.
"MANY lessons…" Nitori said.
"Now it was a wonder to be here. But frankly, my advice is for all of you to stop picking fights. If you don't, then this whole place will be destroyed," Masud said.
"At least stop fighting outside of the Spell Card Rules," Catori said.
The Superpowers looked at each other. Wondering why they always forget about these rules at the worsts of times.
"I mean really. If your opponent does not follow the rules why shouldn't you all?" Jack said.
"Let's...just hope this never has to come to this...ever again…" Byakuren said.
"Alright. I'll see you all!" Rika said.
"It's been fun while it lasted," Rikako said.
"I'll miss you!" VIVIT said.
Masud and co then left.
As stated by Yukari and the Sages, EVERY SINGLE advanced technology found in the era of LT was removed. This includes every single STI facility, with their tech being stolen.
The DMZ of Gensokyo later fell into disrepair and collapsed due to a lack of manpower because the soldiers set up there were all sent to fight the Alexandria and Science Crews and died. Then the entire place was also scavenged with all the advanced technology there removed.
Reimu Hakurei, the daughter of the traitorous predecessor of (not anymore) Yukari's Gensokyo won't ever find out she is in anyways related to LT. Or find out her mother is a traitor.
Josef Stalin, the one known in the World of Fantastic Phantasm as "Red Skull", as well as all the other evil figures of the world finally got to Hell because the Ministry of Right and Wrong couldn't do so. After all, the Youkai Dictator poor management made it impossible to trial any dead soul for a long time.
The Outside World reverted back to the time before LT's era when there wasn't advanced technology. all memories of LT, the STI, the Summers family and advanced technology in general were erased but the names of the alternate countries remained the same, much to Jack's annoyance. The only remnants they have of LT was that someone fell due to their hubris.
Due to the removal of the ambition from the human cognition, humans won't ever be ambitious enough to start conflicts, cause genocide, or any other evil actions. As a result, no nuclear wars nor the destruction of the world will committed.
However, it seems that ambition is a natural part of the human mind, so it was only a matter of time before a new ambition would appear to replace the removed one. Ran said it might take around fifty years for the new ambition to fully grow. Kyomu promised to come back every forty years to remove that ambition.
After reuniting with Dead Chiyuri, Older Yumemi began to focus on her personal research to try to see where humanity went wrong in this quest for technological progress
The Council of Sanctuaries actually did come to a conclusion, despite the confusion: On the one, hand, the Crews broke so many rules of the Neverland Convention that everyone just said "It's Gensokyo, what did you expect?", on the other hand, they did a good job snuffing as many dangers and possibilities of things backfiring that it ultimately is considered an improvement. So they were left with a simple warning, just this once. On the other hand, they couldn't properly trial Older Yumemi according to the Neverland Convention OR the Magical World's Inter-Sanctuary Laws, as she is technically a refugee of the Outside World with no official Magical World citizenship.
The Youkai Dictator will never be able to awaken from her deep hibernation due to having her ego destroyed by Yukari Yakumo, the Gap Sage. Her dreams will be very unpleasant and she won't even wake up by the time of Reimu's natural death, or at all for that matter.
Masud decides to turn the Mummified Agents into Black Medjay, a stronger version of the normal Medjays, the Mummified Maids into Mummy Maids which are still missing a Head Mummy Maid (who have the same body enhancements of the medjay but their weapons and guns are further upgraded with magic), and the last remaining Turks are turned into Medjay.
The Science Crew got many lessons with Nitori further upgrading the Kappa Gunner, Rikako making so that the core of her suit isn't as exposed, and the nanomachines would always protect the pressure points to prevent knock outs. They also received the Faciendi Metalli to help them make with their efforts to make their equipment out of stronger and durable material.
Latusia, Vadine, and Naussica would become the new superpowers of the world due to not participating in the Fantasy Blitzkrieg. As a result their armies were not totally wiped out by the Alexandria and Science crews.
Also Catori and Jack got their wish of killing Nazis and Soviets again.

As with all Incidents even the recent Incident the Fantasy Blitzkrieg Incident, there is a festival being held at the Hakurei Shrine.
"Good job, out there!" Remilia said.
"Well I wished I was there to deal with them myself…" Reimu said.
"Saaammme, ze!" Marisa said.
Reimu and Marisa sighed.
"And why do I need pads? I have what I need, right now," Sakuya said.
"And more importantly, I confidently believe that my own blades can destroy LT's," Youmu said. "Especially after seeing how you managed to break it."
"Who wants some Moon Sake I stole from the other Lunar Ca-I mean Kingdom? It is millions of years old!" Yukari said as she had a bottle of Moon Sake in her hand.
"YEAH!" Everyone said.
"Oh I can't wait!" Suika said as she was handed one and began to drink from it.
"Me too!" Yuugi said as she took a sip from the moon sake after pouring it into her dish.
"I suppose I could have some, not that I really WANT sake or anything…" Kasen said as she poured her sake in her box.
There were also seven little girls who are hanging out with their seven boyfriends. All 14 of them were hanging out, they wanted sake as well, and so they went to get that sake.
"What a wonderful day it is today," Masud said as he was with Mainyu, Jack, Catori and Medusa. Who were all sitting on the steps of the Hakurei Shrine.
"The birdsss are sssinging, the flowersss are blooming," Medusa said.
"On days like this," Jack said.
"People like," Catori said.
"Us," Mainyu said.
"Deserve this!" The Alexandria crew said as they clinked their cups and drank the Moon Sake within.
