Author's Note: Hey Descenders! I'm back with another one! I was apologize for two things. One for the delay and the second for excluding Dude without realizing. I completely forgot about him the last 10 chapters. I was almost forgetting about Lonnie this chapter too. I guess that's what happens when you have so many characters to write about, lol! But everyone is included this and I'm gonna be more focus and careful about leaving anyone important out. So hope you enjoy, and I even put in a surprise near the end of this chapter, making it more difficult for our heroes unfortunately, sorry, but I felt like it needed a little kick, be on the lookout lol!
Chapter 47: The Battle for Auradon Part 2
"Everyone knows what to do, right?" Ben asks.
"We got it!" Jay said.
"Since Mal, Jane and Freddie still have their magic, they can teleport us from kingdom to kingdom." Jordan said.
"So that means we'll split into three teams." Carlos said.
"Right. Mal, Jane and Freddie in each of those groups will teleport to each castle, take down Mordo's army, saving the royals and their kingdoms." Ally said.
"And all of Auradon." Ben said.
"So you guys remember where to go first?" Mal asked.
"I take us to Agrabah with Aziz, Herkie, Jordan, Lonnie and Jay." Jane said.
"Evie, Ally, Chad, Trevor and I are going to Tiana and Naveen's castle." Freddie said.
"Which leaves me with Audrey, Ben, Carlos, Doug and Eliza heading to Corona." Mal said.
"What about me?" A voice said.
Everyone turned to see where the voice came from and got spooked. It was Dude who was behind them in the living room.
"Dude?!" Carlos exclaimed. "Where have you been? You totally disappeared on us."
"Disappeared? I was with y'all up until y'all went searching for Mordo. You guys left me behind." Dude explained.
"We did?" Jay asked.
"You really don't remember?" Dude said.
Flashback
Dude was standing next to everyone backstage when suddenly the Mindless Ones appeared and caused havoc. Seeing all those people run and scream, Dude jumps into action and begins teleporting some people at a time out of the ballroom and outside of the building at the front. After the fight when everyone was split into two groups to search for Baron Mordo, they didn't even notice Dude and he was beginning to feel left out. Lumière, Cogsworth, Steve Ditko, Stan Lee and FairyGodmother feel bad so they asked if he wanted company and he teleported all of them to the suite.
Present
"Ive been here with them ever since. You were so busy being angry with Eliza and Mordo and sad about Quincy that y'all forgot I existed." Dude said.
"Oh, Dude. I'm so sorry. I guess we were too occupied to even acknowledge you being there." Carlos said.
"I speak for all of us that we owe you an apology and thank you for making sure everyone was safe. We don't deserve a friend like you." Ben said.
"You really mean that?" Dude said.
"Of course we do, you silly mutt." Carlos said ruffling his head.
"We're really sorry." Evie said hugging Dude.
"From all of us." Mal said hugging him next.
Eventually, the heroes all gathered around and either hugged him or patted him.
"This big dog's feeling the love!" Dude said smiling.
"Dude." Ben said after everyone broke away. "Here's your assignment. Go over to Fairy Godmother and wait for her while she finishes that case. When she's ready, you'll teleport to my castle and wait for our signal."
"Finally, I'm part of something." Dude said.
"You always were." Ben said. "Everyone ready?"
"Ready!" They said.
"Wait, not all of us. Where's Trevor?" Freddie said looking around.
Just then, Trevor comes in through the front door of the suite in a entirely new costume. entirely new costume. It was a skin-tight muted green bodysuit and a yellow cape with burgundy markings, burgundy gloves and boots, even his face was burgundy in a metallic way with a muted green and burgundy all over his head. Lastly, he has a yellow gem on his forehead.
"Trevor?" Herkie said.
"Is that a Vision costume?" Carlos asked.
"Why did you change?" Chad asked.
"Because I wanted to test a theory I've been having for a while and I figured this was as good a time as any." Trevor answered.
"Why's that?" Jordan asked.
"Watch this."
Trevor being floating in midair just a few feet from the floor.
Everyone gasps.
He then flew right through the table in the dining room.
"No way!" Everyone said.
"But…how?" Aziz said.
"Maybe….maybe the comic book went beyond our costumes. Like maybe it also allows us to get powers from other costumes that associate with the Marvel Universe." Mal said.
"That's….sound so ridiculous, that I'm starting to believe it." Audrey said then slaps her forehead. "How did my life get so weird?"
"Or interesting?" Jay said smirking.
"Please don't." Audrey said annoyed.
"Wow, not bad." Freddie said walking to Trevor said.
"I thought maybe Iron Fist wasn't gonna be enough." Trevor said smiling. "Had this for backup just in case I wanna switch."
"Or because in the movies, Vision and Wanda get together." Ally whispers to Jane who giggles.
"That's wonderful, Trevor." Ben said. "We'll definitely need some big guns."
"I'm ready when you are." Trevor said.
"Oh, we're more than ready." Herkie said hitting his fist in his hand.
"We're ready to dominate." Jay said Jay said with his claws coming out.
"Alright, good! You all know where to go, so let's to it." Ben said.
Mal, Freddie and Jane are facing three different directions with there back against each other's. They held their hands out and chant the spell.
"My destination is too long for a car, take us to where we wish is far."
Three portals appeared, the green one from Mal, the blue from Jane and the purple from Freddie.
"Let's go!" The girls said.
The assigned groups follow their leaders while Dude's antenna lit up and a blue swirling vortex surrounds him and he vanished.
"So, I guess this leaves us here to do what exactly?" Cogsworth said.
"We watch the news and hopefully, everything turns out right." Stan Lee said.
"He's right. Not much we can do except hope our little Benjamin will win at the end." Lumière said.
Cogsworth signs, "I hope you're right."
Agrabah
Jay, Jordan, Aziz, Herkie and Jane tiptoed through the town until they see the entrance to the Sultan's Palace. It was currently being guarded by two of the Mindless Ones.
"We've gotta get past them." Jay said.
"How?" Jane asked.
"If we alert them in anyway, then there's no doubt backup will arrive outside." Lonnie said.
"Hmm…" Jay thinks.
Just then, the rock creatures heard a noise and turns to their left to see Abu mooning at them and making and then takes out a slingshot and hits them with three rocks. That made thme want to chase after him, which is what Abu planned for and makes a run for it.
"Well, what do you know?" Jay said.
"Talk about dumb luck." Jordan said.
"But we've got a way in, thanks to Abu." Aziz said.
"He must've gotten away when the palace got took over." Herkie said.
"Good thing, now let's go!" Jay said leading everyone in.
Naveen and Tiana's Castle
Inside one of the hallways of the castle, almost a dozen of Mindless Ones were already on the floor defeated and unable to move. Near the end of it, Freddie's group was almost to the Throne Room.
"Well, that could've been bad." Freddie said.
"Bad? It wouldn't have happened if Chad didn't screw up." Trevor said.
"I said I was sorry. I was going a little too fast." Chad said.
"You were practically running at the speed of light, hitting a wall, alerting the rest of the guards." Ally said.
"But at least we took care of them." Evie said.
Corona
Mal's group was outside of the castle and sees the Mindless Ones guard the castle.
"Ok, Eliza, do your thing." Mal said.
"Got it." Eliza said.
Eliza touched her head on both sides and her eyes began to glow white.
"Are you sure this will work?" Carlos said.
"It has to." Ben said.
The two creatures by the gate looked at each other and sees Eliza in their sights. They started to hit each other until they were rubble on the ground.
"Wow." Doug said.
"I'll say." Mal said.
"Time to go." Ben said.
They run on the stairs and through the gates. They keep running along the hallway but stop when they see two more Mindless Ones guards coming from the left and right of the intersection.
Audrey gasps and screams by accident, releasing a sonic scream so powerful that it shattered the creatures to rubble.
Everyone eyes went wide as they witness the destruction of those rock monsters.
"Did I do that?" Audrey said.
"Yeah." Doug said still shocked.
"That was amazing." Ben said.
"It was, but let's try to keep it to a minimum. We don't know how many of those things are in the castle." Mal said.
"My bad, I was surprised." Audrey said.
They got through the front doors and are trying to find the stairs. Mal then presses inside her ear.
"We're in." Mal said.
"So are we!" Jane said.
"Easy peasy!" Freddie said.
"I wouldn't say easy peasy from this end." Trevor said.
"We still got in, didn't we?" Chad said.
"We were lucky we didn't get pummeled." Ally said.
"Stop ganging up on me!" Chad said.
The arguing keeps going, annoying Mal and the others.
"Uh Mal, maybe you should've selected only a few people for these communication buds before we left." Eliza whispers.
"I'm already regretting giving them to everyone." Mal whispers back. "Guys!"
The arguing stopped.
"Quit acting like children and focus on the mission!" Mal reminds them.
"Right, free the royals!" Lonnie said.
"And fight off anyone, well anything that gets in our way!" Jay said.
"Which what we pretty much did, I don't see anymore around here." Jordan said.
"We're almost to the throne room." Aziz said.
"I can see the the doors to it from our end too." Evie said.
"Ok, as soon as you see the kings and queens, get them out so they can get everyone everyone else to safety." Ben said.
"Should be easy since it's only those rockheads we have to deal with." Mal said.
"Until we reach Mordo that is." Doug mentions.
"That's gonna be the hard part." Carlos said.
Belle and Beast's Castle
What the heroes didn't notice is a floating green eye watching their every move. It's all being shown right back at the throne room of Belle and Beast's castle. Baron Mordo was seating at the throne with three green magic screens watching the three rescue groups.
"Hmm, I had a feeling these so called heroes will be leading a rescue mission. Luckily, I have backup plans just in case." Mordo said.
"Whatever your doing, don't!" Beast said.
Beast and Belle are currently being held inside a 8 foot cage.
"Please, they're just kids!" Belle said.
"Ahh, but they've become so much more, which is exactly why I have backup plans stationed in each castle." Mordo said.
"What do you mean by that?" Beast asked.
"Why don't you watch and find out?" Mordo said.
"I swear, if you do anything to my son…" Beast said.
"Your son?" Mordo asked.
"Ben." Beast answers.
"One of these children is your son?" Mordo asked.
"Yes, as Captain America." Belle said.
"Well, now this just got more interesting. That's explains the leadership, I should've figured from the start. But at least I'll see what he's really made of when he faces them."
"Them? Them who?" Beast said.
"Observe as they step into their doom." Mordo said.
Agrabah
Jane's group was at the doors to the throne and Jay opens them up.
"Hmm, it looks clear to me." Jay said.
"But where are my parents?" Aziz said.
"Aziz!" A voice shouted.
The team looks up at their right and they see Aladdin and Jasmine inside a cage on podium.
"Mom! Dad!" Aziz said running to them. "Are you alright?"
"Aziz, what are you doing here? You have to get out of here!" Aladdin said.
"Not without you!" Aziz asked.
"You don't understand, she could could come back any second and destroy you." Jasmine said.
"She?" Aziz said.
"Look out!" Lonnie said.
She shoots her web around Aziz and pulls him back before this flamethrower attack made contact.
"Phew, thanks!" Aziz said.
"No problem." Lonnie said pulling him up.
"Where did that come from?" Jane asked.
"I think I can answers that!" A girl voice said.
"Wait, I know that voice." Jay said.
They turned around to see someone walking towards them from left side of the throne. She was wearing a white corset with fishnets from her lower neck to her feet. Also a black leather jacket, black fingerless gloves, tight black pants which is missing a left leg from mid-thigh down and ankle length black boots. Finally, the right half side of her face is white and her hair is long and black.
"Harriet?!" Jay said shockingly.
"Jay? It's been a long time, hasn't it? By the way, call me Typhoid Mary " Harriet Hook said.
"You know her, Jay?" Jordan said.
"Harriet is Harry and CJ's big sister." Jay said.
"They have a sister?" Lonnie said. "That's one big family."
"What are you doing here? And how did you get out of the isle?" Jay asked.
"Let's just say my sister and some old guy green decided to break us out. He gave me my own castle to rule with a flaming fist." Harriet made a fist with fire around it.
"Mordo got you out and gave you powers?" Jane said.
"Yeah and warned me to look out in case any of you guys show up." Harriet explained.
"Let my parents go, now!" Aziz said.
"I don't think so, they like it in there." Harriet said walking to Aladdin and Jasmine.
"Please go, we don't want you to get hurt, she's dangerous." Jasmine said.
"I already told you I'm not going anywhere!" Aziz said.
Jay presses into his ear.
"Guys, there's a problem, Harriet's here and she's literally packing heat!" Jay said.
"Harriet's in Agrabah?!" Evie said.
"Mordo must be getting stronger if he was that powerful to get her out of the Isle." Mal said.
"Wait, did you say he "got us out"?" Herkie asked.
"Like I said, I'm not the only one." Harriet smiles evilly.
Naveen and Tiana's Castle
Freddie's group got through the doors to the throne room.
"What does she mean by not the only one?" Evie asked pressing her ear.
"It means more than one of us got out!" A voice said from the chair.
The group looked and saw a girl wearing a skin-tight navy and black bodysuit with black combats boots and scar around her left eye. Naveen and Tiana can be seen on the right of the room in a cage.
"I guess Auradon didn't made you smarter." The girl said.
"Ginny?!" Evie said.
"At least you recognize me, and it's Shriek now." Ginny Gothel said.
"Ginny's here too, guys." Freddie said pressing her ear.
"That's not all!" Ginny said.
"You mean besides that outfit?" Evie said.
Ginny got up and aims her hands downward. Strong sonic waves were coming out and she began flying up in the air.
"And she's flying." Freddie said in a dull tone.
Corona
"This is bad. Mordo's gathered up our old friends from the Isle and turning them into actual super-powered villains." Mal said.
"So then that means right now, someone else from the Isle is here in the throne room possibly." Carlos said.
"And there's no telling what powers he or she has." Eliza said.
"At least we took care of the rest of the guards." Audrey said.
"Listen guys, take them out and be careful. We'll help when we're finished here." Mal said pressing her ear.
"Forget it, we can handle them." Jay said.
"You just worry handling your end." Evie said.
"Ok, but don't hesitate to ask for help." Ben said pressing his ear.
As they finished talking, Mal's group begins to open the doors to the throne room.
"Ready?" Mal said.
"Ready." Ben said.
Everyone nods in response. They busted through the doors and ran inside before they stop to pose in the fight stance. So far, they don't see anyone except King Eugene and Queen Rapunzel on the left side of the room in a cage.
"King Eugene, Queen Rapunzel, are you hurt?" Ben said running to them.
"A headache, but were fine." Eugene said.
"Ben, hurry! It's only a matter of time before he pops up!" Rapunzel said.
"Who exactly?" Mal said.
Suddenly, two metal tentacle-like arms were reaching and aiming at the heroes.
"Watch out!" Eugene and Rapunzel said.
Ben saw the arms and jumps backwards to avoid being grabbed.
"Close call, I would say." A boy's voice said.
Mal's team looked to the voice and saw a boy wearingwearing a bright green bodysuit with a yellow collar around his torso, yellow belt around his waist, yellow boots and a device support four metal tentacle arms from his back. He's even sporting a dark red shades.
"Who is that?" Carlos asks Mal.
"Not anyone I recognize from the Isle." Mal answered.
"He looks familiar." Ben said.
"Wait." Eliza gives him a closer look until she remembers the boy. "Mitch."
"Guess you does remember me after all, Eliza." Mitch said. "And that's Doctor Octopus to you, babe!"
"Great, now I have to deal with her ex too." Audrey said annoyingly.
"Mitch, why are working for Mordo?" Ben asks.
"When Mordo said that Eliza's involved, I had to take this chance to get back at her for breaking my heart. And lucky me, today's the day." Mitch answered.
"Idiot, you don't understand, he's trying to take over Auradon and people will get hurt in the process." Mal said.
" As long as I can get my hands on Eliza, he can make my little brother his slave for all I care" Mitch said.
"This isn't happening." Eliza said.
"It is, believe it or not." Audrey said.
"Y'all heard that?" Carlos said pressing his ear.
"Yep!" They all said.
"This just got a whole lot difficult." Mal said.
