A/N: I was reading the story from the beginning and I think that Daboop Jones was right. It is a bit fast paced, but I'm unsure how to write it any other way. Can any writer reading this help me in this please?

Rebecca's Point of View

I was woken up again by Aro and I started to wonder why engines make me fall asleep. If I tried to stay awake, I'd still fall asleep. I can't help but wonder if it comes with age. It was still nighttime so I could probably sleep of the jet lag and be ready in the morning at the usual time. Aro helped me out of the car, and we walked through the hall.

I saw Jane and Alec waiting for us "it's good to see you! the halls are waaay too quiet without you." I saw Aro out of the corner of my eye. He was sad, he must have thought that they were waiting for him. I sure hoped they would at least say hi, "well it's nice to see you both to." Then Aro spoke "I think the both of you need to be brought up to speed on a certain situation… Rebecca is pregnant with a hybrid"

They looked shocked, in the last forty-eight hours the amount of people I have made speechless has grown. As always Jane was the first to get over her shock. "Wait! you're having a baby?" I nodded, and knowing they missed my sarcasm I added for good measure "that is most certainly what being pregnant means." Jane rolled her eyes at it and Alec seemed to get over his shock.

"But wait, doesn't all the children kill the mothers? Wouldn't you die? Or would your theory protect you?" probably my theory. "I have a feeling it will help me not die in however long it takes to have this hybrid child… er technically twin hybrids." They were in shock again, why was I not surprised? I didn't know but Aro spoke up. "I'm going to take Rebecca up to her room so she can sleep of the jet lag."

They nodded almost in unison and left with there vampire speed to fast for me to catch. I half remembered Edwards attempts to grab me that one night a month ago. He really shouldn't have underestimated me in a fight. I would probably win against a vampire, unless they snapped my neck before I could get them off of me. Aro grabbed me and adjusted to account for my weight before using vampire speed to go up the stairs; to the room that I could have apparated too and settled me down on the bed. He took a deep breath. Why is it that I feel like he's about to say something I don't like? oh right, because he always does that in a situation similar.

Aro's Point of View

I settled Rebecca down on the bed and took a deep breath. I had to tell her something and she may not like. Well… it two things really. One of them was that I was restricting her ability to leave the tower. Dora and Diana most always stayed in the tower, so Caius and Marcus didn't have to worry about them; but the opposite was true with Rebecca, and she was human, master of death thing or not. Even so now she was pregnant. I needed. No, I corrected myself, both me and my beast needed her to stay in the tower.

The second thing wasn't so bad. It was that the Cullen's would show up later in the morning around ten. I wasn't sure if I should keep it as a surprise or tell her now; I guess it depended on how she reacted to the first batch of news. "Rebecca?" she looked at me questioningly "yes?" she asked as if waiting for whatever it was that I was about to say. I sat down next to her.

"Can you please stay in the tower for the duration of your pregnancy?" for the most part I had access to her thoughts. Now though, the occlumency slipped back into place. Based on her face I guessed that she was thinking it over. I knew her and her mind, she wouldn't want to give up going where she pleases but she would understand my reasons behind it.

She was to the point that she was biteing (sorry if this is spelled wrong) her lip. She was really having trouble thinking it over, "please?" I said pleadingly, I didn't want to keep her here against her will, but I also couldn't risk her or the children's safety. The vampire who tried to harm her was still out there, and I still had many enemies.

Despite most of the castle being filled with the guard. The lower guard might not be adequate in protecting her if she needed to be. It was a full ten seconds before she sucked in some air and said "fine… just, stay with me when you can?" I nodded, "of course" her occlumency lifted and I could see how she thought about it. It was a hard discission, and I had to say the beast in me was happy about the outcome.

She perked up slightly an idea had formed "yah know what? I just realized that we haven't even started setting up an area for the kids to live in." I hadn't really thought about that. She perked up even higher, "oh! Can I decorate with the girls?" I chuckled at least she found something to keep her busy. "I don't see why not." I noticed her grow tired, the jet lag must have caught up with her. She got up to change into a nightgown before settling back in bed. I hugged her tight and she fell asleep in my arms.

A little while later Caius and Marcus came in speaking at a low whisper as not to wake Rebecca up, he said "brother, as much as I know you would like to stay with Rebecca. We should probably hold court, so that when she wakes up you can be with her and go to meet the Cullen's with her." I couldn't see a fault in the logic of it. Except, I had to leave her to do it, but it would be better to be with her when she was awake instead of asleep, so I reluctantly got up and left to go and rule the vampiric world.
