Isaiah's POV
Charlotte Witter is an evil person, far more evil than my sister believes. I watched it all, from her torturing the poor people against her to turning friends, lovers, and family against each other. She covers it up with her charisma and innocent look, but she is evil underneath the mask she wears.
When she faked my death when I was ten, she kidnapped me and forced me to be a victim of experimentation. She wanted to discover what gave superheroes their powers. She injected me with serum after serum, finding nothing following every new concoction. While she did research on me, I would wander about the complexes, trying to find information.
Eventually, she found my wandering annoying so she told me answers to every question I asked. Our relationship blossomed, and I wanted to help her with her experiments. She became more of a mentor than either of my fathers.
When Charlotte captured Willow, she explained to me how I would be a double agent. I was to follow Ida home and gather intelligence against her group.
When I stumble across Ida and a dark-haired boy kissing, I know the plan is set into action. I pretend to be an overprotective brother as we "escape" the complex. I try and rival her boyfriend's affections. When we enter a room in which the annoyingly hyperactive girl, Daisy, finds that her last name is marked as "Witter". A mistake put by me. I forgot Charlotte put this complex as a ruse. I also forgot she didn't want the twins figuring out their true identities just yet.
