"Gin what the hell is going on?" Gin answered the phone on the first ring and immediately had it to his ear.

"Merlot? What do you mean?" Gin asked and Sherry looked at him confused for the codename. She didn't know anyone by the name or codename of Merlot.

"I got a confusing text from Rum. A snake being in headquarters? I know things have been strange in the last few years since I stepped back but surely you all haven't slacked to the point where a mere snake being in the headquarters has the Second in Command texting me of all people." Merlot responded and Gin scowled darkly at that.

"That was probably meant for me then. Things are going to be heating up and we'll be stopping a would be coup today. I just need to gather everyone and get into HQ." Gin said and there was a dead silence from the other end of the phone while Sherry's eyes widened and she dived for her phone to get ahold of Kudo and the secret weapons against Pandora.

"Cognac and I will be on the first flight to the HQ. He's getting the tickets now. Explain to me now or when I get there. Your choice just remember that it's a long flight and you know how I get when I'm left to stew and think." Merlot said and her voice was frosty.

Gin shivered. He knew exactly how she could get. He had to learn from someone after all.

"Honestly if you aim that at Pandora then I'd be more than happy to let you stew on it." Gin freely admitted and Sherry's head whipped towards him again and her eyes were wide as she stared at him and he was confused for a moment before he realized it was because he had mentioned the threat by name which he never had done to someone not already in the know.

"Pandora? She's back? But the question is how do you know of her? She was active a bit before my time and went to ground the year I became an Executive. Why now?" Merlot asked and he heard an odd tone to her words but he wasn't going to bring it up. After all he owed Merlot almost everything.

"She infiltrated the MiBJ. She's been doing something that involved weakening the MiB through the other information and government agents by killing them or torturing them for information. We've got two father-child agent pairs from two different American based government agencies that both were attacked. You know about what happened with the Akai patriarch but it also happened to CIA agent Ethan Hondou while his daughter was tortured for information four years ago." Gin said and there was a horrified silence now and he knew her well enough to tell what the different types of silence was for her.

"Ethan-kun died? And Hime-chan was…we'll be in Beika within an hour. Tell me everything when we get there Edward." Oh shit Merlot was pissed and was using his real name. Shit that was not a good sign. Here's hoping she aimed her rage at Pandora. Did no one tell her about what happened to Ethan when he died? Sure she had stepped back from active duty and only helped when called upon but she had been an executive and had been close with Ethan ever since before Gin had been taken in by the MiB and Karasuma.

She hadn't known that he died four years ago? Or about what happened to Hidemi Hondou? Fuck! That definitely wasn't good. Especially since Gin knew that although she was stepping back a little before Hidemi arrived Merlot definitely knew the Hondou daughter and seemed fond of her. The older agents from before Gin's time like Pisco, Merlot, and Chardonnay all somehow knew Hidemi Hondou and he knew Chardonnay was viciously protective and fond of her and for some reason was her personal doctor.

"Yes Ma'am." Gin said and he definitely didn't whimper slightly when he heard the dial tone in his ear before he even finished the sentence.

"Well…my former boss and her husband are coming to help as well." Gin said and Sherry nodded once although she was still talking on the phone with Kudo at the moment.

"Alright. Thanks Kudo." Sherry said as she hung up the phone and Gin raised an eyebrow at her even as he was dialing Vodka's number.

"Kudo's getting the FBI and some regular police who we can trust to meet us at Agasa's house in order to talk to them about aliens and recruit them into taking out Pandora and stopping her coupe. We'll probably need the backup against any agents who re just following orders since Pandora already has Rum and most likely Ano Kata as well." Sherry said and then she began to dial Chianti since she had called the secret weapons first and all three were ready to go in there and get some much deserved pay back against the snake in the grass.

"Vodka! Listen Pandora is making her move today just like we thought. Merlot and Cognac are on their way from Osaka since Rum texted Merlot by mistake. Stay out of the main building and keep Kir out of it too. Pandora already has Rum and Ano Kata under the mind control so-"

"You were on speaker phone Gin. Allow me to clarify something right this moment. I may still be injured and I am not happy with you but you are not going to be able to keep me out of this no matter what you try to do."

"Kir. You were triggered. You don't need to-"

"Gin. Kindly shut the fuck up."

Sherry gaped at hearing Kir curse and that was nothing on what Gin looked like. He doesn't think he ever heard her curse before.

"God it's hot hearing you curse."

"Later dear. For now I need to go and apparently free the MiB from this bitch."

"Kir you're injured, probably not in the best mindset and pregnant. It wouldn't be a good idea for you to-"

"Gin you're to blame for two out of three of those and not a single one of them will stop me from joining this mission. I'm going on this rescue op whether you approve or like it or not and in case you haven't noticed you have no control over my actions."

"Kir I am your superior officer you know?"

"Gin…in case you haven't realized none of that matters right now. And just in case you haven't put this together yet. My security clearance and rank is a hell of a lot higher than you think it is and I in fact outrank you under my true name."

"Wait…what?"

"My real name is Karasuma Hidemi. I am the princess of the Crows and if you think I'm going to let Pandora keep my grandfather under her control you have another thing coming. Because that bitch has a pissed off American raised ninja coming for her."

"Kir…what are you going to do?"

"I'm going to bust a cap in her ass."
