This is it people, the final chapter for Gen 4 and a chapter that I am personally excited to share. This chapter I will try to be somewhat more creative with the dick designs, hopefully that will work out alright.

#479: Rotom
Type: Electric/Ghost, Electric/Fire, Electric/Grass, Electric/Flying, Electric/Ice or Electric/Water
Average penis length/design: N/A
Rotom's body is made entirely of plasma and can put itself into various electronic appliances such as an oven, a lawn mower, a fan, a refrigerator or a washing machine to cause mischief. Once in those appliances, Rotom then takes on a new typing and even a new move depending on the main function of the appliance itself.
Rotom first came around in the dawn of the technological era, and to this day a lot more is still unknown about this Pokémon. One thing that is known is that Rotom reproduces by going into a circuit board and zapping it with so much electricity that it ends up dying and forming a new Rotom.
Because this process uses up so much electric power, Rotom can only really do this once a year, but as technology advances there will likely be further opportunities for more Rotom to come about in the future.
#480: Uxie
Type: Psychic
Average penis length/design: N/A
Known as the legendary being of knowledge, Uxie can present itself to humans and give them the intelligence to improve their quality of life. However, should you look into Uxie's opened eyes, your memory will be wiped completely.
Uxie rests in Sinnoh's Lake Acuity and waits for a trainer with sharp wits to find it and, possibly, accept it as a companion. Because Uxie is a legendary eternal being, it has no need for mating, especially since such ideas would collide with its vast knowledge.
However, on the occasion, Uxie may look to it's two counterparts, Mesprit and Azelf, and see if they are in the need for some pleasure. Uxie's strong psychic power can allow it to form genitals out of thin air.
#481: Mesprit
Type: Psychic
Average penis length/design: N/A
Known as the legendary being of emotion, Mesprit taught humans about the nobility of sorrow, pain and joy. Mesprit has the power to control other's emotions at will, causing any feelings of sadness to turn into joy.
Mesprit rests in a cave in the center of Sinnoh's Lake Verity and it is said that its spirit will float on the water and appear to trainers of bold yet innocent mind. While Uxie might not desire mating, Mesprit is very much open to it as it's fun and helps Mesprit on its quest to help others feel good.
Mesprit will sometimes appear to Pokémon near the edge of the lake and offer them a mating service, though Mesprit always puts its emotion changing powers aside so that Pokémon can feel a full, raw experience. Mesprit can also telepathically ask Uxie and/or Azelf for a round of mating, but it can take longer since they live so far apart.
#482: Azelf
Type: Psychic
Average penis length/design: N/A
Said to be the legendary being of willpower, Azelf gave humans the determination to live life to the fullest and make bold choices. Azelf does have the ability to control other's will, but it only does so to those who seek nothing but destruction and bad deeds.
Azelf resides in Sinnoh's Lake Valor and is said to help keep the world in balance as it sleeps. When it feels as though the world is truly at balance, which is quite rare these days, Azelf will venture out and look for Pokémon near its cave to mate with and give pleasure to by forming feel-able genitals out of thin air.
It's said that Azelf, Mesprit and Uxie all came from the same egg, but that doesn't stop these three from getting together once in a while, usually in each other's cave, to mate with each other. This only occurs when Azelf senses perfect balance, Mesprit detects only good emotions and Uxie feels that enough knowledge has been bestowed.
#483: Dialga
Type: Dragon/Steel
Penis Length/design: 14 inch, diamond colored, tapered, back fin design surrounding the tip.
Legend has it that when Dialga was born, time began to flow. Dialga has the power to control time and can do things like cause the past and future to exist simultaneously or cause time to move backwards or forwards, faster or slower, Dialga can even freeze time for everything around it besides itself.
Dialga exists in a realm of time, watching slowly for any riffs that could potentially cause a temporal catastrophe. Because Dialga lives on its own and can only exist as long as time is flowing, it has no reason to mate to reproduce but it can call upon other legendary Pokémon to mate with it.
Dialga's favorite mates are it's time traveling companion, Celebi, and, believe it or not, its space forming counterpart, Palkia. They say that when Dialga orgasms, it can actually slip up and cause time to move faster or slower, something that Dialga puts to quick work in fixing.
#484: Palkia
Type: Water/Dragon
Penis Length/design: (Though his face and shoulders do resemble a penis, he's gotta have something down there.) 15 inch, pearl colored, tapered, perfectly round balls
It's thought that upon birth, Palkia expanded the universe and created space. Palkia has the power to distort space and cause two places, even places on different planets, to become side by side to one another.
Palkia lives in a gap in the spatial dimension parallel to ours, watching for any potential rips in the fabric of space in our universe. Because Palkia lives on its own and can live until the end of the universe, it has no need for a mate unless it desires pleasure and pleasure only.
Palkia is well aware of its legendary size and will only pick a mate that can match its own size, such as its temporal counterpart, Dialga. Palkia only mates on the very rare occasion, however, as it often loses itself and causes a small distort of space in our universe.
#485: Heatran (Interesting enough, the only legendary Pokemon with an even male/female gender ratio.)
Type: Fire/Steel
Average penis length/design: 12 inch, red with yellow spots lining the length, volcano shaped tip.
Heatran's body temperature is so intense that even its blood flows through at a boiling temperature, much similar to magma. Heatran dwells deep in volcanic caves and can use its cross shaped feet to dig into the walls and ceiling of caves.
Heatran can swim down active volcanic craters into the Earth's mantle in search of other Heatran that it can mate and reproduce with, though Heatran can even dig through dormant volcanoes to do the same thing. Once Heatran has found another of the opposite gender, usually a male finding a female, it will swim up into that Heatran's crater and see if she is interested in mating.
Heatran mate and keep their eggs inside the lava of volcanic craters as it provides the best source of protection and security for these magma beasts.
#486: Regigigas
Type: Normal
Penis Length: N/A
Legend has it that, deep inside a temple just north of Snowpoint City, Regigigas rests and only wakes with the presence of Regirock, Regice and Registeel. It's also said that Regigigas's strength is so mighty that it moved the continents by simply using ropes.
Regigigas is a statue Pokémon that does not need to eat or even breathe to stay alive, so mating isn't even a question for it. The only time Regigigas has ever technically reproduced was centuries ago when it created three beings out of rocks, ice and magma. This was shunned upon by Arceus as only he should be allowed to create Pokémon, so Regigigas's power had a lock put on it where it has to wait a bit in a battle for the power to come about.
However, deep in the snowy mountains of the Galar region, some say that even today, Regigigas has reproduced again to create beings with the power of electricity and dragon.
#487: Giratina
Type: Dragon/Ghost
Penis Length/Design: 13 inch, tapered, grey and covered in yellow spikes. (Origin form)/15 inch, tapered, black and covered in yellow spikes. (Altered Form)
When it was born, Giratina was given the power to control antimatter, with the promise to Arceus that it would not abuse this power. However, against Arceus's wishes, Giratina used its abilities to create destruction so Arceus banned Giratina into world reverse of our own where common knowledge is distorted known as the Distortion World where it lives solely on its own.
Because of the fact that it lives in the Distortion World completely alone, Giratina can be quite lonely, so Giratina will often look into our own world to find people or Pokémon to snatch and take into the Distortion World. Once there, Giratina gives that human or Pokémon two choices, mate with it and return home or stay with it for the rest of their life.
Should Giratina ever enter our world, it's form changes from a snakelike form to more of a six limbed dragon form. Once in our world, Giratina will look for the largest Pokémon it can find and mate with it before dragging that Pokémon into the Distortion world with it.
#488: Cresselia
Type: Psychic
Vaginal Depth: 10 inches
Those who possess the shining feathers of Cresselia are said to be blessed with good dreams. Cresselia can send sparkles down from its wings like a veil and it's said that Cresselia represents the crescent moon.
Cresselia is a long-time rival to the nightmare inducing Pokémon, Darkrai, and if it detects that Darkrai has been up to its deeds then Cresselia will appear and rid of any nightmares Darkrai may have caused.
During the night of the full moon, Cresselia will send out psychic waves that can put itself into the kind dreams of Pokémon and have them mate with Cresselia in the dream. What those Pokémon don't realize is that in the dream, Cresselia can actually control their physical body and make them feel everything, even after they wake up.
#489: Phione
Type: Water
Average penis length/design: N/A
When the water warms up, Phione will inflate the sac on top of their head to act as a floatation device as they drift along the sea in packs in search of food. No matter where Phione might have drifted to, it always knows the way to get back home.
Phione are created when the Prince of the Sea, Manaphy, mates with a Ditto. However, Phione themselves cannot reproduce or evolve into Manaphy, instead Phione relies on Manaphy to be their sole parent.
Phione do, however, have a method for giving pleasure to other Pokémon or to other Phione. Phione can cause the red gem in the center of their body to glow which sends out waves of pleasure that are especially useful on other Phione but can feel good on other small Water Type Pokémon.
#490: Manaphy
Type: Water
Average penis length/design: 4 inch, tapered, blue
Manaphy has the unique ability to bond with any Pokémon, no matter the size or general attitude, it can even temporarily swap the minds of two or more people or Pokémon, even making a person switch minds with a Pokémon. Manaphy is born on a cold seafloor and always has a way of returning home.
(This is all a guess because I genuinely do not know how Manaphy eggs are made. I do feel like Phione has to do with it because, hey, you breed Manaphy to get Phione. There's probably other stories out there but this is what I came up with.)
A Manaphy egg is formed once a century, this is done by a pack of about 50 Phione getting together around a special temple located deep in the sea. The Phione then cause the red gem in the center of their body to glow and send out pulses that awaken a chamber deep in the sea temple and cause tons of water to form together to form a new Manaphy egg. Downside is that many of the Phione end up dying from this process as it takes up so much energy.
Manaphy is known as the Prince of the Sea and is said to be the guardian of the sea temple, a temple that Manaphy always goes back to after hatching. All Water Type Pokémon cherish and will do anything to protect Manaphy, even legendary sea beasts like Kyogre or Lugia will aid in its protection.
#491: Darkrai
Type: Dark
Average penis length/design: 12 inch, black, tapered with red spikes surrounding the base
One of the most powerful Dark Type Pokémon in the world, Darkrai is born in, raised in, and lives in darkness. During the night of the new moon, Darkrai will travel from it's home on New Moon Island and cause sleeping people and Pokémon to experience nightmares. Darkrai can also lull people to sleep where it can give them nightmares as well.
It's on this night that Darkrai is also actively looking for a mate as it travels through the shadows of the night looking for any Pokémon that it can force itself upon. Darkrai very much has a 'fuck now ask questions later' mentality, especially if its on a cloudy New Moon night.
Everything about Darkrai is a thing of nightmares, even its penis looks like it was drawn up by a demented mind. The base of Darkrai's penis is covered in very spiky pubic 'hair' that resembles its large, red lower jaw and can actually pierce the rear of whatever its in without much care in the world.
#492: Shaymin
Type: Grass, Grass/Flying
Average penis length/design: 4 inch, tapered, white with 'bush' pubes (Land form)/5 inch, barbed, white (Sky form)
Shaymin has the ability to take in any toxic air and dissolve them, giving it the ability to completely transform a ruined land into a field of flowers. When Shaymin comes into contact with a special Gracidea flower, it can change into a form that allows Shaymin to fly.
Shaymin is often hidden in lush flower fields and will often look to small, nearby Grass Type Pokémon to mate with. While Shaymin's most appealing form is its Sky Form, it can also take in pollen and grow flowers on itself in its Land Form to make it even more attractive.
The design of Shaymin's penis depends on its form, and while the barbed penis of its Sky Form might be thrilling, Shaymin's smaller but tapered Land Form penis is much safer and can be fun as well. Shaymin mate within the flowers of their field, so if you see what looks like two moving patches of grass, well now you might know what it means.
#493: Arceus
Type: Normal, can have all types
Penis Length: 16 inch, horsecock, white lower half and black upper half with a yellow medial ring.
In the beginning, a single egg floated in a vast sea of nothing, then at one point this egg hatched and Arceus was born. Legend has it that Arceus shaped the Pokémon world with its 1,000 arms and has the power of all Pokémon types, brought on by 17 special plates.
As long as Arceus exists, the Pokémon universe will exist. Arceus can actually reproduce asexually as, when it was created, it was the only Pokémon to exist. There is a special egg sack located in what appears to be a smaller third testicle that can mix with Arceus's sperm and from new Pokémon.
Arceus's children include the creators of time and space, the givers of knowledge, emotion and willpower, the givers of the land, sea and sky, and of course Mew which, through the process of adaptation and genetic mutation, gave us all of the Pokémon that we know and have yet to discover today.
And there you have it, Sexdex entries for all Gen 4 Pokémon.
