Chapter 49: Questioning Thoughts

October 10th
Thursday
Clear
The roar of the audience was almost deafening to Azura, even from the festival grounds on Beacon. The tournament had begun, the first round of team fights having begun only an hour ago. As Amity arena hovered overhead with the help of gravity Dust engines, he was sat at one of the tables laid out in the shining sun with team RWBY and a hooded up Aurora.
"I was really hoping we would be early on in the tournament." Yang complains with an exaggerated groan as she stretches her arms in front of her. "We've done nothing but live and investigate, it's time we had a fight."
"For once, I agree." Blake said. "A spar is not quite the same as a high-stakes tournament, and we haven't gotten to flex our fighting skill in a while."
"Against human opponents in a non-life threatening situation, you mean."
Azura laughs airily. "Well, if you want to be specific about it, Weiss, then that would be true." He eyes all of them. "Still, you guys are excited for a fight, huh?"
"Dang right we are!" Yang exclaimed, straightening out and cracking her knuckles. "Ain't that right, Ruby?"
"That was sort of my plan." Ruby says, laughing awkwardly with a scratch of her head. "I didn't know that there were so many teams participating."
"Certainly enough teams to make just the team fights about two weeks long." Weiss said with a shake of her head. "We could be anywhere in the next fourteen days, since they only announce each of the fights per day."
"Why did they do that, anyway?" Azura asks, shifting to look around Ruby and at Weiss.
"Something about keeping the integrity of the tournament intact. Which does make sense, they probably don't want teams getting an unfair advantage if they know which team they are up against days in advance."
"Makes sense."
"What does?"
The five of them turn to see team JNPR approaching them, Pyrrha being the one who had spoken. Jaune was just some distance behind her with Nora and Ren on either side of him. Azura frowned as he saw Pyra missing from the group, wondering what the girl could be up to on the first day of the festival.
"We're just discussing the tournament, nothing major." He said, shrugging. "The first part of the tournament going on for two weeks certainly feels like a long time."
"I would have to agree. Were you guys also hoping to be early in the team fights?"
"Yeah, that was the plan. You guys wanted that as well?" Ruby asks, leaning back in her seat.
"That was our plan, too." Jaune answers as the three of them stop at Pyrrha's side. "Nora and Pyrrha wanted it early just for the thrill, I bet."
"Of course!" Nora exclaimed, a bright smile on her face. "It would be fun."
"Of course not." Pyrrha says at the same time as Nora. "Better early than not, right?"
"That is certainly not what you said earlier." Ren commented, Pyrrha's jaw dropping as she heard him.
"Ren's a snitch!" Nora said, laughing. "Just ratted out on our warrior."
"Never cross the quiet one." Jaune said wisely, nodding to himself with crossed arms. "They always know your secrets."
"Speaking of quiet people, where's Pyra?" Azura asked, looking around them in the possibility that he had just missed the short girl. "I thought she would be with you guys."
The four of them looked between each other before all shaking their heads, then turned back to team RWBY and Azura.
"We thought she would be with you guys." Jaune said. "But, that's clearly not the case. Any idea where she could be?"
The nine of them looked amongst themselves, not entirely sure what answer they could give. She hadn't been too particular with what she did or held a favorite thing to do in her spare time. At least, not that Azura knew of. It only reinforced his point that he hadn't been the best partner to her over the months, shame flickering through his mind and heart. The least he could do is try to possibly find her.
His eyes looked at Aurora's momentarily, flashing a smile at her when he realized what she was looking at. She gave one in return, which did help Azura to feel better altogether. She didn't and shouldn't need to worry about him, she was just a kid.
"Well, I'll go and find her, then. You eight can enjoy the idea of fighting each other in one of the team fights."
As they all burst into calling and yelling in excitement, with the exception of Blake and Ren, at the prospect they were given, Azura walked off with a new purpose in mind. He would have to find Pyra and make sure she was at least enjoying her time, but he was presented with the issue of just how many students of the various schools were wandering through the fair grounds, forcing him to move around as well as being unable to see anyone who happened to be short.
He offered a muffled 'excuse me' as he moved through a group of Atlesian students, scanning the crowd as well as he could with the aid of Summer giving him something akin to a second pair of eyes. As he made it to the fringe of the crowd and pavilions, he still did not find Pyra anywhere, causing him to wonder if he had missed her. He turned around for a moment as he walked backwards, looking for the signature signs of Pyra from the backside of the large mass of students.
Only for him to run into someone by accident with a soft grunt, moving away and quickly turning to see the large shape of one Cardin Winchester.
"Hey, watch it...oh, it's you."
The voice was as normal as Cardin was, still rough and lined with a level of arrogance, but the words showed Azura that the young man hadn't meant it meanly.
"Sorry about that, Cardin, I'm just looking for my partner."
He shrugged in response. "It's whatever." He turned to walk away, then turned back with a look of realization. "But, I think I saw your partner go that way with another black haired girl."
Azura followed Cardin's pointed finger down one path, then nodded. He turned back to Cardin with a smile.
"Thanks, Cardin." He said, starting to jog off before turning around to call back. "And good luck in your team fight!"
Despite the redhead's prideful personality, a smirk appeared. "Wouldn't be so in shape without those lessons you and Jaune gave me and my team, so consider this a test of our skill."
Azura kept jogging, satisfied to see that Cardin, and for that matter, team CRDL had taken the initiative to grow as a team and as Huntsmen-in-training. The breach of Vale had been a personal lesson to all of the students of Beacon what exactly they were supposed to do as Huntsmen and Huntresses, which was to protect and defend.
But, as Pyrrha had reminded him, they were having a festival about peace. One that he wanted his partner to participate in with her friends.
As the sounds of the festival faded away, Azura could more easily look around his surroundings. Cardin had told him he had seen Pyra walking with another black haired girl within this direction, but he could currently only see random students from all of the schools passing by. He takes a path that leads around one of the more random pavilions set up on Beacon grounds, finally finding who he was looking for.
She was walking with none other than Mint herself, but something seemed somewhat wrong between the two of them. Pyra was walking with a small limp, aided by the slightly shorter girl who had never given him the impression of doing such things, and looked like she was holding her head.
"Pyra, Mint!" Azura called, jogging up to them with concern etched on his face and in his eyes. "Did something happen?"
Mint turned around slowly with Pyra, who seemed to have absolutely no injury whatsoever on her face, her green eyes lighting up at seeing him. She moved closer with Pyra, and it took a moment for him to realize that she couldn't use anything to speak to him while her hands were full.
Pyra's blue eyes flicked up to him. "Azura…?" She shifts off of Mint to him, leaning on him now.
"Did something happen?" He asked, now wondering what was going on as he looked over Pyra's face. "She doesn't seem hurt…"
"Migraine." Pyra mumbled. "Saw her…"
Azura looks over at Pyra, who seemed a bit out of it for just a migraine, but he couldn't really question what exactly his partner was talking about in this case. "Well, I need to get her to the dorm. She likely needs some rest, water, and some pain medicine, wherever it was put in the room."
With her hands free, Mint could finally speak through her scroll, typing up a message with rapid precision. "Found her dry heaving behind a building, clutching her head and tearing up. Was trying to bring her to a quieter location with water before you found us."
"That's…" He begins, then sighs. "She never tells us when these sorts of things happen."
Hypocritical, he knew, but it still made him feel bad for how secretive she was. He looked over at Luna, ready to use his semblance and have her help carry Pyra before a voice caught his attention.
"No." Pyra muttered softly, barely able to be heard. "Not a ghost of the past...please."
Azura blinked, catching Luna's confused expression as he looked down at the girl leaning on him. She was staring up at him with a tired, yet pleading, look. She sounded loopy and not all there, which seemed off for a migraine, but he smiled at her to show that he would at least listen to her plead.
"Oh, this is certainly an unfortunate sight. What happened to her?"
They all turned to see Cinder walking up to them, a new outfit being worn as her unnaturally calm voice spoke her concern. Bandages wrapped around her chest with a brown leather jacket around her shoulders, with black pants, boots, and fingerless gloves. It was a simple outfit, likely made for the tournament.
"Really bad migraine, apparently."
"Oh, poor thing." She said, unnerving Azura slightly with her voice. "Did you need help bringing her anywhere better than this weather and noise?"
Azura didn't even get a moment to think of a response to her offer to help before Mint stepped in and placed a hand on Pyra's arm. As far as Azura could tell, Mint wanted to help before Cinder even got to offer her own. Which, while odd, he didn't really care about who helped. But when he felt Pyra squeeze a little closer to him, he decided to cut it all short for her sake.
"I appreciate the offer, but I need to get Pyra somewhere where she can recover." Azura said, smiling at Cinder. "If Mint wants to help so badly, I don't mind."
"Of course." Cinder replied, her orange eyes narrowing ever so slightly before nodding. "I'll see you after this, Mint."
Azura looks down at Mint with a raised eyebrow as Cinder turns away, simply getting a shake of her head in response. Whatever it was, it was between them and didn't matter at all to their current situation.
Without another word being said, Mint took one side of Pyra and let one arm rest on her shoulders while Azura shared the other side of the weight and let Pyra lean on him as he kept one hand on her back. He sent out a quick message to the most recent person he had messaged on his scroll, knowing that Ruby would relay the information to the rest of their friends as to his whereabouts and Pyra herself.
"Okay, let's get going. I'll lead."
Mint nods, watching for him to take the first step before mimicking after him. Azura made sure to walk a bit slower to account both for Pyra and the height difference between the two girls and himself. They kept a consistent pace despite the girl between them stumbling slightly every so often, having the path and surrounding area to themselves as they made their way forward. The dormitory building was visible from where they were, only needing to reach to the stairs that led to the doors of the building.
Taking the stairs one step at a time, they made it to the top and just before the doors when Pyra said anything again.
"Burning…"
Azura eyed her as he opened the door and let Mint through with the girl, wondering what that even meant. He shook his head, letting Summer have at the question while he moved through the door himself and grabbed back on to Pyra to help Mint. They moved through the halls of the dormitories one step at a time, careful to watch for anyone who might pass through the hall and if Pyra's already unstable feet might give in.
Which, unluckily for them, happened just as the thought entered Azura's mind. He and Mint crouched down ever so slightly as the light girl became essentially dead weight, setting the girl down against the wall with a sigh. She was keeping her eyes closed, hands clenched as she breathed out a pained sigh. He eyed Mint for a moment, then crouched down by Pyra's side.
He places his hand on Pyra's, speaking softly. "I'm going to lift you up, okay? Brace yourself if you need to."
He got a barely visible nod, though he was honestly surprised that he got any response at all. For a migraine, she had been out of it and seemingly off in her own world. He placed one arm under her legs, right behind the knees, and his other arm behind her back, then lifted her up after making sure he had a good grip on the girl.
Pyra's head shifted onto his chest as he turned his head to Mint. "You'll have to get the door to the dorm with my scroll, so you can grab it when we get there."
When he got an affirmative nod to his statement, he began to walk to their destination again. The rest of the walk was easy and basically made Azura wish he had just carried the girl in the first place. Once they made it to the JNPR dorm, Azura looked at Mint and simply let her hand slip into his sweatshirt for his scroll to hold it to the lock mechanism and unlock the door.
They entered the darkened dorm in silence, the only light coming from the windows that let the sun come through. Azura moved to Pyra's bed, setting her down softly and shifting her around the blanket to have her under the covers. He looked over at Mint and smiled as she gave his scroll back.
"Thanks for your help, Mint. It means a lot." He said. "I also really owe you one for helping Pyra out."
Mint nods once more, the moves to exit the dorm and close the door. As she begins to swing the door close, Azura stops her when he speaks again.
"Let me know if you ever need help, I'll help if you ask."
This time, Mint gives him a small smile, then closes the door to leave the two partners to their privacy. Azura turned back to look at Pyra, resting his elbows on her bed as he looked over her. He wasn't all too sure if he bought into the migraine thing, given that this was not the first time he had seen Pyra not well, but Mint didn't seem to know what else it could be. He hadn't been around when it happened, either, so he couldn't say for sure what this was. He could also be overthinking it all and it could just be a really bad case of a migraine, that was another possibility that he had to consider.
He had been about to stand up from her bedside before he noticed that his partner's blue eyes were hazily watching him, her black hair covering her face as she laid on her bed. He stopped in the motion, relaxing as he returned to his previous kneeling position, and smiled at her. She offered a weak one back.
"You...are in the present." She whispered weakly, her throat sounding tired from the entire event. "I like it there."
He opened his mouth to say something, then slowly closed it again. What did he even say in response to that? She was probably still not all there in the head, so he wanted to dismiss her words, but she seemed to be feeling a bit better than before, so he couldn't just leave her hanging.
With that in mind, he takes hold of her hand, watching her eyes slowly close in what would likely be an attempt to sleep. "I'm here. I always will be."

He left the darkened dorm after a few minutes, making sure the windows were covered and that his gym bottle had fresh water to ensure she could more easily recover when she woke up. The frown on his face was met with his team standing a few feet from the door, talking quietly amongst themselves. The first one to notice that he had even left the room was Nora, who broke off from her teammates to come up to him with worry written all over her face.
"Is she okay?" She asked, one of the rarer times where she wasn't hyper or just bubbly in general.
"I don't know, but she drifted off to sleep just now." He answered as the other three silently joined the conversation. "I had help from Mint, a student from Haven, not sure if you saw her at all, and she told me that she found Pyra dry heaving and clutching at her head."
"What?" Nora replied, surprised.
"Pyra also said some odd things...I was told it was probably a really bad migraine, but it seemed odd to me how out of it she was."
"That's...concerning." Jaune said. "This isn't the first time she's been, uh, lost in her head. But it's never been that bad."
"I think it's something in her past, this entire thing." Azura said after a moment of silence. "Which...we can't help her if she doesn't want to talk about it."
"But it wouldn't hurt to try, right?" Ren offered the question calmly when no one else said anything.
Nora spins on her feet to face Ren with a smile. "That's true!"
Pyrrha speaks next, always next in line for being the voice of reason. "We can be there for her, even if she says no."
"As more than just a team." Azura said, everyone looking at each other with a friendly look on their faces before looking at Jaune.
He looked between all of them, a smile of his own coming to fruition. "We've always been more than a team. We're friends and allies. We stick together and help each other."
Azura recalled the words that have been getting pushed on him from all sides as Jaune spoke. That he wasn't alone, that the battles he was fighting were not ones that he was fighting without anyone else by his side. He had friends and people willing to stick with him, and he should remember that. Even in the tumultuous storm that hovered overhead, they would not fall so easily.

Pyra woke up with a dull ache arcing across her body, groaning as her eyes adjusted to the dim light within the room. It flickered from the windows, though she could barely recall if it had been twenty minutes or several hours. She sat up slowly, stopped midway by a hand pressing on her shoulder a bottle in front of her by gloved hands. Taking it slowly, she felt the water swish within and realized that her throat was as dry as the sands of Vacuo.
After drinking greedily, she looked over at who was seated by her bedside and found Pyrrha looking back at her with a comforting smile.
"How do you feel?" She asked, her voice sweet to the girl's ears.
"I feel…" Pyra began, pausing for a moment as she studied her darkened surroundings and found no one else. "I guess I feel better."
"Is that migraine gone, then?"
Pyra blinked like the word was foreign, not really recalling if she had a migraine. It was all somewhat fuzzy and out of focus to her. She could only remember a black haired girl, Azura, and a voice like silk.
"I...think so."
"If you don't mind me asking, Pyra, what happened to cause you to be like you were? Azura told us that you were found on the ground behind a building clutching your head and dry heaving."
Pyra looked at Pyrrha with her mouth slightly agape, realization hitting her that she couldn't even recall what had caused it.
"Pyra?"
"I don't remember."
Pyrrha frowned ever so slightly, letting it fall off as she shakes her head. "That's okay. You had us worried sick, so we were wondering what had happened to you afterwards."
"I'm sorry." She apologized, looking down at her covered lap. "I don't know what's wrong with me either."
"You don't?" The redhead asked with worry, looking around her. "Have you just not felt comfortable with telling us that you didn't?"
"Something like that. What could I even tell you guys?"
"Why don't you tell me what you do know, then." Pyrrha offered, placing a hand on Pyra's. "I can even keep it secret, if that's what you want."
"You would do that?" Pyra asked, surprised. "You don't like secrets, though. You got mad at Azura about it."
"I never claimed to be perfect, plus he had it coming." Pyrrha replies with a soft laugh, shaking her head. "I am willing to keep it secret if you do not want to worry your partner, at the very least."
Pyra considers the offer, trying to focus herself as she thinks of every moment of her time in Beacon where a similar thing had occurred. A moment later, she sighs and keeps her eyes away from Pyrrha as she begins to speak.
"I've always had memory issues, ever since childhood, to the point of not really being sure what caused it. I was told by my family that there was an accident with my semblance that caused it...I believed them, because this isn't the first time my semblance has caused me...um, problems."
Her blue eyes flick to Pyrrha's green, getting a knowing look in return to show that the girl was listening to her.
"There are some cases just at Beacon where I struggle to recall some days...sometimes I have dreams of what I think those days were, so I guess I haven't forgotten them more than I just blank them out." Pyra continues, closing her eyes as she sighs heavily. "I have never had it worse than today, though. It's hard to recall, but I can remember the pain. It was like I was choking. My head still hurts now."
"We've seen signs of this, but...today's been the worst?" The girl to her side asked, shifting to be seated on the bed and next to her now.
Pyra nods slowly. "And it's been happening more recently." She blinks a few times as her voice chokes up slightly. "It scares me."
"Oh, Pyra…" Pyrrha says softly, like a hurt mother as she hugs the girl. "You know we'd do anything to help out. We did it with Azura, we're doing it with Aurora, we can do it with you."
Pyra hated that she was on the verge of tears. Hated that she felt comforted right now. Hated that there were even hints of fear gripping her heart.
"I'm not some helpless girl who needs rescuing…" Pyra whispered, talking more to herself than Pyrrha as she heard the calming heartbeat of the champion holding her. "I don't need to be held and given love like this."
Despite her words, she made no motion to move.
"Do you want me to get the others?" Pyrrha asked gently. "Maybe get Azura?"
"No...no." Pyra said, struggling to keep some control of her emotions amidst the topics and a situation that she liked more than she would admit. "This stays between us. Please."
She hated the fact that she felt weak for the first time in years. It left a bitter taste in her mouth just thinking about it, made her miss the strength she normally held.
"Okay, okay. I promise to keep this between us." She gets in response to her pleading. "But, only on the condition that you stop looking upset at a hug."
The words made her realize that she was frowning and likely not looking happy with what was going on. She sighs, relaxing her facial features and body as her weight slumps slightly more onto Pyrrha. Despite the weakened feeling it gave her, Pyra couldn't help but enjoy the rhythmic and calming sound of her friend's heartbeat.
"We're in this together, no matter what happens to you." Pyrrha firmly says. "We're team Juniper, we stay together, no matter what happens."
A small smile crosses her face. "You and Azura are more alike than you two think, have you thought about that?"
"Well, no, I can't say I have. What makes you ask?"
"Just your kindness and attitude about friends, you two are very closely similar in that regard."
"I like to think all six of us, ten with Ruby's team, are rather similar in that regard. Some of us just show it more than others." Pyrrha replies.
Pyra's eyes stray to the picture on the stand next to Pyrrha's bed, of Azura and Luna together as the light shines softly on it. "I wonder what unspoken bond it takes for people to work as one without words...Azura's semblance with Luna and now Summer, I mean. It makes me think about the partner system of the Huntsman academies, and how similar his semblance is to it."
"Yes, I suppose his semblance does share such an idea."
Pyra's mouth was loosened by the calm atmosphere and recent haze of her memory, speaking more freely now. "Do you think that's why Ozpin is keeping Azura so close?"
When she prepared to brush it off as her being stupid, Pyrrha answered. "I would have to think so. Azura doesn't really tell me what is happening, he doesn't tell anyone. I find it odd, but he's also allowed his own privacy."
"Yes, he is." She murmured, sighing.
She wondered if there was any way things would have been different, in terms of their team dynamic. Would Azura have drifted away towards team RWBY if Pyrrha had been his partner? The champion was much more willing to say things than her, not that it meant much, and seemed more able to reach him than she was.
"Hey." The redhead said gently, gaining her attention again. "Don't worry about it too much, okay? I'm keeping an eye on him when you aren't, it's part of what makes our team the way it is."
She wished she could tell Pyrrha that her words brought her peace.

Neo walked through the unused department store in disguise of a White Fang grunt, going unnoticed despite her efforts as several higher up White Fang members yelled out orders. They were stacking boxes of materials, though Neo couldn't exactly pop one open to see what it was that they were placing her. It could range from anything involving dust to stolen Atlesian weaponry from the ground deployments around the city, or even what had been moved from the theater she and her newfound helper had investigated.
If Neo could speak aloud, she would laugh at the Atlesian general that thought placing armies in Vale was a good idea. Deep down, though, she knew it was because even she was a bit worried about what they could mean. Her orders were to standby and wait, and the lack of knowledge of what was going on told her that she wasn't being trusted.
Lucky for her, the woman who had recorded that video on the scroll gave her something to work with despite having no future knowledge of what was being planned. A lead was all that she needed, and this was hopefully going to give her something to use to possibly find this woman.
She stepped past the last set of boxes and vanished into the back halls through the door hidden in the corner, pushing her thoughts out of her head as she walked through the halls. She was on alert, knowing that her disguise would only buy her a few seconds if she was seen. The monotony of blank and white walls was only broken up by the buzzing lights and occasional door that was also painted white, as well as the debris and poor upkeep that served as a reminder to the aged building's history.
She eventually found the stairs that she needed to find, which would lead to the main area that the White Fang here were using to keep their communications and documents. With the possibility of a form of divide within the White Fang of Vale, Neo needed a name to the face she and Azura saw in the broken scroll. Causing a rift in the middle of a brewing storm was not a good idea, so she had to be careful with how she went about it.
"Hey, who the hell are you?!"
Neo paused in her steps, halfway up the stairs before the new voice had yelled at her. This was the worst case scenario for her job here.
"I'm talking to you, shorty. Turn around!"
Neo did so, stepping back down the stairs that she had just started to ascend and coming to a standstill at the bottom. Her parasol was disguised as a simple baton, hanging just a short few inches from her hand, already planning how she would stop this person. Knocking him out would only give her five minutes tops, and she'd also have to consider what to do with them to make her entrance and exit as non-descript and unknown as possible.
Once he came close enough to her, her disguise instantly broke as she attacked him. A whack to the stomach with her parasol as she stamped her heeled boot into his knee keeled him over, hearing him grunt and hiss in pain before grabbing the back of his leg with the handle of her weapon and flipping him onto the ground with a thud. She put her weight on her foot as she stepped on his chest, giving him a smug smirk as she releases the knife from the tip of her parasol and stabs it right through his throat.
His scream was gargled and near soundless, dying from choking on his own blood. Neo licked her lips, content with her actions. She watches his blood ooze from his throat momentarily, finding that she didn't quite find it as fascinating as Azura's. She liked the reactions he gave her, being young and fresh to the pain of this world.
She disguised herself once more, looking down both sides of the hall she was in and finding no one within them, as well as an emergency exit that she had likely overlooked without thinking. Once she was done here, she'd have to drag his corpse out. One last look at him as she stepped around to go up the stairs told her that he wasn't particularly large, so she would only have to worry about the added dead weight.
The upstairs portion of the department store was much tidier than the downstairs, filled with an assortment of tech and what she presumed were records and documents of the going ons of White Fang business. They were a secretive bunch and made movements without scrolls for the most part, away from the prying eyes of kingdom governments. Which is why she had to investigate scene by scene instead of from the internet and scroll network.
She cleared her head from such thoughts once she came upon a lone folder that was within a office room of the building. With the space within it and the sizable, if dusty, desk that held it, she could presume that this was for the head of the group who was working out of the place. Meaning that whatever was inside would be valuable enough information that it was only meant to be read by his eyes.
A shame that she didn't much care for the idea of confidential information, she thought as she spun the folder to face her and opened it up to read what was inside. Several pages were within it, detailing information on their whereabouts and leaving much detail to the imagination. A frown crossed her face with a hum of annoyance, wondering just how much paranoia ran through this organization for the most confidential information to be by spoken word. It seemed like the layers of secrets within them was more of a spider web than she thought. The only useful thing the info on their movements told her was that she had to dig much deeper and much farther if she wanted Torchwick out and both of them safe and away from the madness that had engulfed Vale.
She paused for a moment once she came up on a page within the documents that was a profile on someone. It was about a woman, likely assumed to be older, and how she was being labeled as a dangerous threat within the White Fang of Vale. There was no appearance given, but there was a brief description of her from a written letter attached to the page.
'This traitor, being called Mother Bird, and a name whispered among the grunts like a myth. She's taken hold of their attention, and the tension is visibly there among them all. We need to pull them back together and make an example out of her, pluck her feathers for all to see. Her movements are erratic, but only moving within the poor areas of Vale, so it is a matter of time before she is found. Make sure she is stopped within the month, before she finds any of our important materials.
-Taurus'
The signature was unfamiliar to her, the same going for the rather neat and tidy handwriting, so she simply filed the information away for possible future knowledge. She now had a general location, an idea of who this so-called traitor was, and a suspicion being answered. She knew there was something major brewing, but she had a part to play if she wished to remain safe and anonymous.
Taking a few pictures of the entire folder, she put her scroll away and began her way back towards the staircase where she knew a dead body was currently waiting. As much fun as she might have had, she needed to hide the body and make sure the presence of anyone not supposed to be there wasn't visible.
Perhaps the sewers could find a home for him.

.
Azura being Azura, Pyra not really being like Pyra, and Neo enjoying who she is. Oh yeah, and Pyrrha speaks her mind for once, so hope you like it!
Have a great day/evening!
