Chapter 50.
(Harry POV)
When I landed with the Tardis, I headed out and I looked to be on a Island near the main land. Where I walked around and then I heard a scream so I ran over to see these 2 girls one in Blue and the other one was in Purple.
"What is it?" I said.
"Who are you?" The Purple one said
"What was it," I said.
"Some kind of creature with a Bronze metal head," The Blue one said.
"Evie we dont know him," the Purple one said.
"Mal Seriously," Evie said.
"Who are you anyway," Mal said.
"Harry," I said as whatever it was got through the door. "Oh that's New," As I got my sonic out. "Now just still right there," But It took off jumping up a building. "Okay, That is differently new," Then I went for a rope and got it. "There we go, Now then let's pull you back down here and see what I got to deal with," But it took off pulling me off the ground as I got my Phaser and cut myself free. "Wow, aw," As I fell back to the ground.
"What was that?" Evie said.
"No Idea," I said. "But it looked familiar,"
"Mal, Evie are you alright," As 4 Others came.
"Yeah, Fine," Mal said.
"Who are you," I said.
"I'm Ben, That's Jay, Carlos, Audrey," Ben said. "Who are you?"
"Harry," I said. "Has anything happened around here? Any Deaths?"
"Yes," Ben said.
"Where, and Who," I said.
"A house, The Man was a Reverend Fairchild," Ben said.
"How was he killed?" I said.
"Doctor's said it was a form of Electrocution," Ben said.
"Where is the house," I said.
"That way," Ben said.
"Show me," I said as we got there. "Anyone there now?"
"No, It's been locked since the Reverend was killed," Ben said.
"Open It," I said.
"Can't Don't have the key," Ben said.
"Not to worry then Come on," I said. Using my sonic on it opening it and went in.
"What's that?" Audrey said.
"Sonic Screwdriver," I said. "How did this investigation start,"
"It started with a murder, A Mr. Jackson Lake, A teacher we were bring over to full open up a school here," Ben said.
"Did he die the same way?" I said.
"Yes," Ben said.
"Then what?" I said.
"More murders and then abduction's Children," Audrey said.
"What did this Fairchild do," I said.
"He was a pillar of a new community he was setting up a Children's Charity," Evie said.
"There it is again, Children," I said.
"But," Mal said.
"Why would they want him dead and what's the connection to the first Murder Lake," I said.
"No clue," Audrey said. "What is it to you anyway,"
"That thing in the alley reminded me of one enemy I know and they kill the same way, But this why? What is it for? Look for anything out of normal, Now," I said.
"Hey, what about this," Carlos said as he was next to a cardboard.
"Worth a shot," I said opening it with my sonic and saw it. "No way," as I pulled both of them out.
"What is that?" Audrey said.
"There are Infostamps," I said. "They work this way," As it came on.
"What is that?" Mal said.
"Compressed information, tons of it hold on, What year is it?" I said.
"2012," Jay said.
"That the entire history of Earth 1066 to now, This are disks, Cyber discs, But why would they need something so simple, they've gotta be wireless unless wherever they are they don't have enough power," I said.
"So what?" Jay said.
"They need plain old basic Infostamps to update themselves," I said.
Then the door opened and 3 people walked in.
"Mum, Dad," Ben said.
"Gran," Audrey said.
"What are you all here for?" Ben's Dad said.
"If you don't mind. I'm thinking here," I said.
"And you are?" He said.
"Harry, Now be quiet for a bit while I think," I said.
"What are these things you talk about?" Mal said.
"They called Cybermen," I said. "They used to be humans till they moved their brain's into cybernetic body,"
"By why attack us," Audrey's Gran said.
"They think everything should be like them. But what is getting me is why have they killed 2 people already and why are they taking Kids and even more importantly why are they using Infostamps for updating them selves," I said.
"Wait, Why are they still here?" Evie said.
"Why does that matter," Ben's Mum said.
"No, She's right why are they still here they could have taken these 2 when they killed Fairchild, So Oh," I said.
"What," Carlos said.
"Everyone in the center right now," I said.
"Why," Audrey's Gran said.
"Just do it," I said. "Be ready to make a break for it too," As they came over.
"What is going on?" Mal said.
"What has be worrying me now, is the fact that theses are still here means only to things either something they don't need yet," I said as I checked door 1 nothing. Then moved and checked door 2 nothing. Then I went for 3. "Then maybe there is something that needs infostamping," As I opened it and a Cyberman was there. "Okay" as I closed the door. "Run," As I reached them it broke down the door. "Now," As I pulled out my phaser and shot it but it only slowed it down. "You got to be kidding me," As I headed out and then another showed up. "Stairs, Now," As They ran up the stairs as I grabbed a cutlass. "Last warning boys, You don't want to mess with me and a cutlass. Back off, Fuck this I give up,"
"Delete," It said as I got up the stairs.
"Listen to me," I said blocking them. "Check your memory banks and you'll find out just who are you dealing with," As they almost pushed me down but I kicked it back knocking them down.
"Delete," It said.
"That the best you got?" I said. "I can got you out of here, Just stop what you're doing," But they kept trying. "Fine, Screw this," As I kicked them back as I got to the others and got a Infostamp top off and fired at both of them blewing their heads off.
"What did you do?" Ben said.
"An Infostamp with a Cycle Steinham core, I ripped off open the core and broke the safety and was it as a weapon," I said.
"And those things," Ben's Dad said.
"Dead," I said. "Where is Lake's things you got,"
"Back at ours," Ben said.
"Take me there," I said.
As we went and got to it.
"So the Cybermen killed Fairchild and Lake but what is the connection with Lake?" I said. "Only thing is that Fairchild has dealings in with Kids. But he also had 2 Infostamps, What did Jackson Lake have any of these things?"
"Not as far as we know," Ben's Mum said.
"Sorry, Was busy back there what's your names?" I said.
"Beast and My wife Bella," Beast said.
"Leah," Leah said.
"Right," I said. "So back to this then? What was so important that the cyberman killed Lake for, As far as we know he had no kids and didn't have an Infostamp, Wait, Who's things are these,"
"Jackson Lake's things," Bella said.
"Oh, Okay, has anyone checked them," I said.
"No why?" Leah said.
Then I used my sonic again.
"What is that?" Leah said.
"Sonic Screwdriver, Oh hello," I said. As I picked up something in the luggage and opened it.
"That's another man's property," Audrey said.
"Dead man's. But what is in it which my sonic is picking up," I said. As I started checking her.
"So you had dealings with them before?" Mal said.
"Yeah, Twice, First on a parallel version of Earth where those ones showed up, Then At Canary Wharf, Where I thought all of them went into the Void," I said.
"What is the Void?" Jay said.
"Dead space, People call it Hell," I said.
"And you sent them there," Carlos said.
"Yeah, Or so I thought," I said. "Oh Hello, now there is one connection," As I pulled out an Infostamp. "Jackson Lake had an Infostamp, But where did he get this one,"
"But what is on that one?" Evie said.
"Let's find out," I said activating it. "The Cybermen's Database everyone on one man,"
"Who, You?" Beast said.
"No, That's my Dad, Well before he was," I said then showed up on my dad. "That's him," As his current one came on.
"Which one," Evie said.
"The last 2 you saw," I said. Then It showed me. "Okay make that 2 people, Me and My dad,"
"So they are wanting you dead," Mal said.
"Half Human, Half Time Lord, Got a Tardis, Enemy of the Cybermen, Only one here," I said. "But where the hell was Lake's house," Then I went and found the Deeds. "The Deeds perfect, And it's got an address," Then there was bleeping going off from all the Infostamps I had but from another luggage case too. "Holy Smoke, Jackson lake found an entire stash of Infostamps," As I grabbed them.
"But what is that?" Audrey said.
"What is that noise," Mal said.
"Call to arms, The Cybermen are moving," I said running out and found a group of kids walking with a guy in front.
"That's Mr. Cole, He's master of Hazel street Workhouse," Evie said.
"Oh god I've seen this before," I said.
"What?" Mal said.
"The Earpieces the Cybermen have control over them," I said.
"What. Can we take them out?" Audrey said.
"No, It will cause a brain storm," I said. then those things showed up to. "Damn can't go anything they're on guard. Can't risk a fight not with kids involved,"
"I've just seen another lot coming from the Ingleby Workhouse," A guy said.
"Where is that?" I said.
"This way," Ben said as we ran down there.
"There's dozens of them," Carlos said.
"What for?" I said.
Then we found out where they were going and Cyberman was there and then went in.
"Front door is too heavy guarded we need another way in," I said. "Come on," As we started to head as we found a woman with 2 Cybermen. "OI, That's cheating sneaking up, Got your legs on silent,"
"So, What do we have here?" She said.
"Just walk towards me, Don't let them touch you," I said.
"Oh but they wouldn't hurt me, my fine boys," She said. "They are my knights in shining armour, Quite literally,"
"Even if they've converted you, that's not a cyber speech pattern, You've still got free will. Now step away," I said.
"There been no conversion, sir, No one ever been able to change my mind, The Cybermen offered me the one thing I wanted liberations," She said.
"Who are you?" Mal said.
"You can be quiet," She said.
"Answer the question," I said.
"More importantly who are you sir, With such intimate knowledge of my companions," She said.
"Names Harry," I said.
"Incorrect, You do not correspond to our image of Harry, Tyler," It said.
"Yeah, Cos that you database got corrupted oh Look the Infostamp what you need," I said Throwing it as it catched it. "Go on plug in,"
"The core has been damaged, This Infostamps would damage Cyber Units," It said.
"Worth a shot," I said.
"Core repaired, Download," It said. "You are Harry Tyler,"
"Told you," I said.
"You will be deleted," It said.
"Oh but let me die happy, tell me what do you need those kids for?" I said. Getting 2 infostamps behind me right to go.
"What are children ever needed for? They're a workforce," She said.
"But for what," I said.
"Very soon now, everyone will see, and they will bow down in worship," She said.
"And it's all been timed for Christmas day, That your idea miss," I said.
"Hartigan, Yes," Hartigan said. "The perfect day for a birth with a new message for the people, Only this time it won't be the words of a man,"
"Birth of what?" I said.
"A Birth and a Death?" Hartigan said.
"I hate riddles," I said.
"Namely yours, Thank you Tyler. I'm glad to have been part of your very last conversation, Now Delete them," Hartigan said.
"Delete," They said.
"How about not today?" I said. As I fired the infostamps at them. "That's right screw you,"
"Shade, Shade," Hartigan said.
"Come on," I said. As we started to run. Then Mal stopped.
"Oh one last thing," Mal said punching her.
"Nice, Now come one," I said.
As we got clear of them.
"We need to get to that address now, Come on," I said. As we started running there and got there and I soniced the door open and went in and headed down to the cellar Where there was one there Which I shot with an Infostamp. Then Saw. "No way, It's a Dimension Vault, Stolen from the Daleks, That's how the Cybermen came here, Oh damn not enough power. Come on,"
As we continued in a bit further.
"What do the Cybermen want?" Bella said.
"They want us, That's what Cybermen are Humans with their brains put into metal shells, They want every living thing to be like them," I said.
Then we found the kids.
"That's an engine, They're trying to power something," I said.
"We can set them free," Audrey said about to grab one.
"No, We need to know what this is for first, Come on," I said.
As we went on again where we found a terminal. "Power at 90% But if we stop the engines, the power dies down and the Cybermen will come running, Ooh, Hold on Power Fluctuation, that's not meant to happen, Wow, That's weird. the software is rewriting itself," I said. "It's changing, Wow, What was that it's out of control,"
"It's accelerating," Mal said.
"96% 97," Evie said.
"When it reaches 100 what about the children," Audrey said.
"They will kill them, Come on," I said. "Just aim and push the button. Then got the Kids out fast," Passing them an Infostamp.
Where we got there as they were about to start.
"Now," I said as we shot the down. "Out Go on, Run, Run, Come on Run, That's an order, Run," As they started running. "Leah, Bella, Beast, Ben, Jay Carlos get the out, Go, Come on, come on, Come on,"
Harry there one still up there," Mal said.
"I got him," I said getting up and got to the kid. "Hey, Come on, Let's get you out of here, What's your Name?"
"Frederic," Fred said.
"Come on let's get out of here," I said as we got down. "Come on, You 3 Run,"
As started running out. As we got out. "I thought I told you lot to get out of here," I said as we reached the Dimension Vault, and got it out. "Gotta Cha," As we got out.
Then Some one ran passed. "There is someone in the Water," He said running away.
Then I saw it. "oh no," I said.
"What is that?" Mal said.
"That's a Cyberking," I said.
"What is a Cyberking," Audrey said.
"It's a Ship, Dreadnought Class. Front line of an invasion. In it's chest a Cyber factory, ready to convert millions," I said.
Then we found a Hot air Balloon. As I got in. "Cut me loose now," I said.
"Are you trying to kill yourself," Mal said.
"No," I said. As Mal, Evie and Audrey got in. "What no, Out now, it's too dangerous,"
"Why are you going?" Evie said.
"Cause there is no one else here what does what I do," I said.
As We got cut loose.
"We need to lose some of weight now come on," I said as we starting taking sand bags off.
Till we were close enough from behind as it stopped and turned at us.
"Almost ready," I said.
"What are you going to do?" Mal said.
"What I do," I said.
"Which is," Evie said.
"You will see," I said. As I got the Infostamps ready to go.
"Excellent, Harry Tyler, Yet another man come to assert himself against me in the night," Hartigan said.
"Miss Hartigan, I'm offering you a choice, You might have the most remarkable mind this world has ever seen, strong enough to control the Cybermen themselves," I said.
"I dont need you to sanction me," Hartigan said.
"No But such a mind deserves to live," I said. "The Cybermen came to this world using a Dimension Vault, I can use that device to find you a home, with no people to convert, But a new world where you can live out your mechanical life in peace,"
"I have the world below, And it is abundant with so many minds, ready to become extensions of me, Why would I leave this place?" Hartigan said.
"Because if you don't, Then I'll stop you," I said.
"What do you make of me, Sir, An Idiot?" Hartigan said.
"No. The Real question make of Me," I said.
"Destroy him," Hartigan said.
"You make me into this," I said Firing all the Infostamps at once at the head piece on her. All the way till they shut down.
"Then I have made you a failure, your weapons are useless, sir," Hartigan said.
"I wasn't trying to kill you, All I did was break the Cyber Connection, Leaving you mind open, Open for the first time in far too many years," I said. "So you can see, just look at yourself, look at what you've done, I'm sorry, Miss Hartigan but look what you have become,"
Where it made her disappear along with the others knocking the cyber king hard.
"Oh No, If that falls," I said.
"What can you do?" Mal said.
"Nothing," I said.
Then there was a beeping. Then I picked up the Dimension Vault.
"Oh, Now you Ready," I said activating it aiming at the Cyberking sending it into the Time Vortex.
"What did you do," Evie said.
"I sent to Wreckage of the Cyberking into the Time Vortex, It can be harmless disintegrated," I said.

After a while we were back on the ground and got to my Tardis.
"So what now?" Mal said.
"Now, I go on, Whatever I've got next," I said.
"Will we see you again," Evie said.
"Maybe, Who knows," I said. "Now Eyes on the Box," As I went in and set the Coordinates for home. Then I pulled the Hand brake as they watching me Vanish.
