Cap's advice reached Israeli leadership; they agreed. WMDs would be used for the defense of Israel. Chem bio nuclear. It didn't matter. So long as it got the job done. Righteousness was the only law that mattered here. Cap had never stood for legalities; only moralities. And divine moral law always superseded human law. And as Yahweh's chosen people the Jews understood that batter than anyone else ever could.

Sabra visited cap in the idf barracks in Tel Aviv not far from Mossad HQ. This was in case they needed to deploy quick. She came with a tablet in hand and gave it to him to look over. It basically said in writing the pm and security council agreed policy wise with cap's recommendations for more extreme defensive action against Islam.

Cap nodded. "Good. About time. Now we can really get this party started." "Will America back us?" "The new America will. Most definitely. Agent America has already pledged his full support. And he speaks on behalf of the new republic. He'll help us if need be." "America still has its own problems too despite its victories right?" "Yeah. But there are still many ways they can get the job done despite that." "Well, you're here for starters." He nodded a little. "You know cap… Steve… having you here has been a big help to my people. Even Israel agrees you're the greatest warrior in history. That means something." "Well, if it helps that's all that matters."

She took a seat beside him on a storage crate. "Your role as a superhero has also always been a philosophical one too. You never just represented a nation; but a way of life. What was called the American dream…" "personally I never liked that phrase. I only believed in liberty. All else comes from that. Today it equates with entitlement and free stuff. Never believed that." "Well, as nomad you truly are a free spirit." They shared a smile. "I wasn't sure about being nomad at first. But I feel freer now than I ever did as cap. Ironies huh?" She shrugged. "Life is full of twists and turns. Honestly, I think your being nomad also humanizes you more. You're darker more complicated; more compelling. Frankly… that's attractive…"

He looked away at her saying that. "I'm sorry Steve." "It's okay. I get it." "I shouldn't have said that." "You said what you had to say." "But, I know you're with agent Carter…" "we're not joined at the hip." She just looked at him. "What does that mean?" He exhaled. "It means we can be with whomever we want to. I have no country now. I'm a nomad."

She slowly reached for his hand. "You 'are' nomad." He squeezed her hand back. Then neither cared. They went into each other's arms and kissed. Despite his nomadism cap knew he'd always have a home here in Israel; a nation his indirect liberator actions helped create. He was cool with that. Maybe Yahweh's land was where he was meant to be for a while; beyond this war. The new America had a captain America again. Cap had done his duty for them and helped them save the American way; again. Agent America would take care of America and Nomad Israel. And as close as the nations were Shield and Mossad would still work together; closely. So he could still help America too.

Israel and America would stay close; Just like sabra and cap were now getting in some ways…

Their kiss grew in length and intensity. Neither seemed to care what the world beyond them thought. That perception was correct. Shalom.
