The dragons woke up from their dreams. After learning what happened to Hunter, they quickly prepared something to eat.

Spyro yawned when he stretched himself and gazed around. He saw Flame sleeping against Bruno. It reminded the child when he did that with his dads and mostly Nestor.

The only one who didn't know what was going on was the dark purple dragon as a question mark appeared on his head. Malefor wondered what happened. He saw the young purple dragon worried for something, "Spyro. What is going on? It seems like you are in a hurry."

The youngling stopped and nodded, "Yeah. My friend Hunter is in trouble. He has been captured by the Sorceress and might die in three days."

"I think it's two days now," Flame commented as he crossed his paws as he sat by the side of his brother.

"Yeah. My friend is in danger and that evil Sorceress wants to execute him," Spyro worryingly said. He turned towards the others.

"This is bad," Malefor agreed. He didn't know who that Hunter was, but a friend of Spyro was in trouble against their nemesis. Still, he didn't feel the urgency. They needed to find a way to get around the barrier anyway.

"Why didn't Lateef brought you when you were sleeping? I thought they were watching all of our dreams," the youngling asked.

That got the attention of the others who wondered the same thing.

"I simply created a spell to protect my mind from anyone trying to see what's inside of it. That also includes my dreams. With everything I planned, I didn't want anyone to reveal it. I still got exiled in the Forbidden Realm, but I managed to get the first Forbidden Artifact."

"About it-" the young red dragon was about to ask a question, but that chance never came.

"We have bigger priority than why I wasn't with you when you were asleep. We need to safe Hunter," he stood up and joined the adults. He observed the surroundings while breakfast was done.

Spryo and Flame gazed at each other's and sighed. That was one question they wouldn't get an answer. The young purple dragon decided to check on the humans how everything was going on. The news was good and more eggs had been found.

Chapter 50: The Yeti

Once the dragons' appetite was satisfied, they began to search for the portal. Spyro was in the grasp of Nestor while Flame was held by Bruno.

The young purple dragon wondered if there was something going on between his brother and his dad from the Beast Keeper clan as they were closed to each other. He could see the red dragon talking with him and a small smile on his face.

"It's a little like you and me Spyro. It's more complicated when he is a Beast Keeper and your brother an Artisan. You were like that when you were younger," Nestor told him.

"Not anymore. I'm a grown up," the purple dragon pouted a little.

Sparx told him that he was still smaller than Flame.

"I'll grow up bigger than him. Believe me," he crossed his arms and huffed.

The green dragon chuckled, "He never knew we were here until now. I think there is a lot he is missing and he wants to catch up. He never had his cuddlier moment in his life like you," he gently pressed the snout of the child.

Spyro pouted, but didn't complain about the lack of maturity of his brother. He guessed he might feel the same way if he never met his dads. He closed his eyes and knew how lucky he was to have been save by Nestor so long ago, "Dad. Thanks for saving me when I was in my egg."

Nestor gazed down and let out a smile, "Of course I would save you. You are our child. Now and forever."

"I won't be a kid forever."

"I my eyes yes."

"Dad," he whined.

The green dragon chuckled, "You can't change that from me Spyro. You need to accept it… Don't be jealous if we are busier with your little brothers and sisters. They will need us more than you."

"I'm big now," he wanted to raise his chest, but couldn't. He smiled and nodded, "Yup. I will be a big brother for them with Flame. They don't need to be scared of any evil Sorceress soon."

Malefor chuckled, "I will personally make sure that she will never hurt a dragon again. Then, we will never have to fear her again."

Astor gazed at his son, "You won't put your life in danger for that."

Titan had to admit, "We won't have any other choice, but to fight her if we want to save Hunter."

Zantor put his thumb on him, "I'll handle the Sorceress. I am a Magic Crafter and I am the fastest at casting my spells. I can counter or prevent her from putting a curse on any dragons," he played with his cards with a confident smile.

"Better know what you can do," Bruno grumbled.

"Something's going on down there," Magnus pointed at it.

Gunnar grunted, "Another cage. Another prisoner of the Sorceress," he flew down.

The others followed him.

Once they touched the ground, Moneybear was in the way once again. He adjusted his clothes and gulped when the dragons were in front of him. He knew he would be torched if he did or said anything wrong on their scales. He decided to play it casually, "Hello there. You are so many today," he noticed the two younglings. He quickly recognised Spyro, "And you are here this time."

"And you didn't change at all. Look at that," Tronto pointed at the cage with his knife. There was a habitant inside of it. It was near a portal, "You guard another prisoner and for what?"

Flame gazed at him, but didn't recognise him.

"He has been arrested and ready for his execution, because he knocked out Demitrious when he tried to get an egg."

The tall being put his hands on his cage and replied, "Of course I would do something about it. You don't know this Rhynoc and the trouble he is causing in the realm!"

The Yeti was a tall being with white fur, blue grey skin and purple horns. He had a blue club made of crystal by his side.

Flame finally recognised him, "Bentley!"

"Hi Flame. Good to see you are safe and sound."

"Why did you leave him with his weapon in his cage?" Titan asked at the obvious mistake when it came to prisoners.

"I managed to keep it with me. They couldn't get it away from me," he smirked at them.

Moneybear fully regained his composure, "He has been sent for execution in two days. I can get him out for a few-"

"A few what?" Gunnar asked as he approached him. The other Peace Keepers did the same.

"F-forgot about you. I asked for some gems to release him," he then started to talk faster, "I am already at risk of dying if I let him out because of intimidation. The Sorceress patience is at her limits and I cannot take any risks like that!"

Spyro pitied him a little, "I don't want to put him in big trouble like that, even if he is a greedy jerk," he gazed at the others.

Bentley crossed his arms, "The Sorceress is that evil. It is best that he is paid," he winked at them. Something unnoticed by the bear.

Nestor was reluctant to give gems to have an accidental release for a prisoner. Still, it was probably for the best. Something he had trouble believing, "Fine. Anyone got enough gem to pay him?"

Zantor took off his hat and showed a bag filled with gems, "Yes. You better give it back. It belongs to the Magic Crafter."

"I will," Nestor replied, "It's to help someone who protected the eggs."

"One fifth of it then," Zantor sighed as it was true.

Moneybear had been paid and released him, "I am glad we have a better… deal than last time. I'll try to avoid the Sorceress wrath for a while. I'm sure she will forget over my transgression… If she finds out, when you are causing more trouble to her," he adjusted his clothes and prepared to run away.

"Before you go, there is an unfinished business," Bentley said as he tapped his club on the palm of his hand. He let out a small smile.

"Oh," the bear gulped as he took a step back.

The yeti smashed him and sent the greedy one far away. He landed so far that only a shining star appeared for a second, before the sky was pale blue once again.

"Nice smash," Spyro gave him a thumbs up.

Malefor chuckled, "Agreed," he didn't like that bear at first sight.

"No problem. Anyway, I should thank you for getting me out of here," Bently put his hands on his chest, before putting the club on the side.

Astor approached him, "Did the Rhynocs got any eggs?"

"No. I hid them before I was caught between our realm and the Midnight Mountain. It was a close one. They might have got it if they came a minute later," the yeti crossed his arms.

Malefor crossed his arms, "Do you know where those eggs are?"

"Yes. They are in my realm. Through this portal. It will take a while to bring them to you. I guess something happened in my realm since they arrested me," he sighed worryingly.

"Can you assure us that the eggs are safe?" Bubba asked as he gazed at the others.

"I know my kind will protect them, but I heard that the Sorceress is bringing a few people there to get them," Bently replied. At that moment, he realised he had to hurry up, "I'm sorry, but I really need to check if everything is alright."

"Wait. I'll come with us," Bubba gazed at his leader.

Bruno sighed, "We will go and check the eggs. It's best to be certain they are safe while you lot keep going on."

Halvor chuckled, "I'll come with you. You need a Peace Keeper to bring some sense into those Rhynocs. My hammer is here to save our family."

Titan nodded, "Very well. I have no objection."

Flame approached the portly Beast Keeper, "Bruno. Be careful there."

"Come on kiddo. I can take care of myself and those bad Rhynocs. You make sure to be careful and listen to the adults," he pat the head of the child.

"I will," he raised his chest.

"Good. We will save the eggs. I know enough about magic to save them," Bruno declared.

The fairy turned towards them, "I'll help them get the eggs back to their home. Zantor can take do the same."

"Good idea. I'm not certain Bruno can do it perfectly," the slim dragon replied.

"Anyone else will follow them?" Nestor asked. He waited for a few seconds and got no answers, "We will keep going to the other realm and safe Hunter."

"We should hurry up," Spyro replied.

"We will bring those eggs home safely," Bruno tail slapped the ground as he smirked.

The group split up after this. The three dragons and the fairy followed the Yeti into the portal.

Meanwhile, the dragons kept going towards their next destination.

"You think everything will be okay for them?" Flame asked his dads. He checked back, but they were already gone.

Magnus chuckled, "Of course they will. They aren't weaklings. You didn't hurt me when you tried to attack me," he then laughed loudly. He held the child as they flew towards their next destination.

"Halvor is a powerful warrior when he is getting serious. He can fight with his hammer as if it was a spear. The weight of it means nothing for a dragon like him," Gunnar told the child.

Spyro chuckled, "I remember when he showed his trick. That was his last visit."

"It's best to fight with the knives…" Tronto stopped and checked Spyro, "Did you have to use it?"

"Hum…" the purple dragon nodded negatively, "No. It forgot about it a little. I just knew I shouldn't use it against my brother."

"That was a wise decision to not use it against your peers," Nestor nodded with a small smile. He gazed down, "Only use it when necessary. Don't use it when you don't need it."

"I won't," the youngling replied.

The dragons reached the portal to their next destination. They entered in it for their current mission.
