"I will have to think it out right now Doc. This is a serious matter when it comes to my family. I have to think of the boys as well leaving them with no father in the process." he says.

"You can't have it both ways, Gibbs. Either you accept Loriele for she is with you or gets the divorce? You won't be able to function if this happens no matter how you see it."

"Look maybe this was a mistake to discuss this aspect of my marriage with you. This is hard for me after having four failed marriages even though Shannon is alive and well now after years of being in the Witness Protection Program." he cried out with the response.

"Fine. I think it's best that we end this session right now and come back another time once you're able to be feeling much better with your health both mentally and physically," she said with getting up from the chair to pack up her things to be placed back into the brown briefcase.

"Thanks, Doc for coming today. Hopefully when Loriele comes and visits me I will be able to talk about the issues we discussed."

"Good luck on that one Gibbs." she placed on her coat to leave the room.

Leroy Jethro Gibbs needed to get out of the hospital. And the only time he can do it is sometime during the overnight when there are lesser people on the floor.

He had found out from a source of his that Alejandro Riveria was down by the Mission district staying inside the Apollo warehouse having been emptied during the past few years.

Gibbs needed to do this by going home with the hopes Loreile will be able to understand. But then again he had plenty of weapons and ammo at the harbor for where he keeps one of the three boats inside the storage building. Only a few people know of this place and including Director Leon Vance.

So instead he was able to get out of the hospital by hiding his appearance wearing a pass making the security officer that he had been visiting a patient.

He had a cab come to him across the street from the hospital to take him to the harbor and his storage building. However, it won't be until later when security will be calling NCIS and Gibb's wife to let her know. Even though they had asked her whether she knew where he was at. She had no idea and was plenty mad at him.

She tried calling him on his cell phone only to have the message go to voicemail. Leroy Jethro Gibbs didn't wish to speak with her.

However, for Director Leon Vance, he had the feeling of where he might have gone asking to have Timothy McGee and Nicholas Torres come with him down to the harbor.

Loreile was pissed as hell along with worried that he was going to get killed in the process. She had to stay calm and wait at the house at the same time.

Vance, McGee, and Torres wearing their vests armed. They had no idea what they were looking for. Though Gibbs had eventually turned on the GPS tracking device for which McGee alerted the director with his computer software telling them that he was near the Apollo warehouse.

"Let's get moving before Alejandro Riveria will kill Gibbs?" Vance cried out with getting back into the vehicle to head down further to the harbor.

Torres was shaking his head at the idea that Gibbs might be walking into a trap for god sake! Sitting in the back texting to Bishop letting her know the situation. She had texted back telling him that she was scared as hell while taking care of their son Dane.

He had loved her for a long time. Even though it wasn't until recently once Gibbs had burnt up the rules that applied to them overall. He was now happy as a lark. Accept for his father having coming back for a case working with the C.I.A. ONLY TO DISAPPEAR AGAIN.

Reaching the main dock. They were able to park with seeing the building desired. They needed now to be careful with McGee telling him that Gibb's vitals are dropping.

"What does that mean McGee?" Vance needed to ask the importance of the question.

"He's dying sir and there is nothing we can do until we find him?" Tim cried out with his tortured pain in his heart as with the others.

They began to move off to head for the building quietly seeing and hearing voices with two guards outside and cries and screams inside...
