"Whatever you need, man," Sam said steadily. "We got your back."
Steve gave a quick nod of thanks to Sam, then focused his attention on Tony and Nat.
"We need to find a way to reverse Hydra's programming," he said. "It doesn't matter how hard we work to hide him, someone's eventually going to get to him."
"Yes, they will," Natasha said calmly.
Her quiet words flayed Steve, though Nat was just confirming what he already knew to be true.
"The first thing to do," Tony said thoughtfully, "is find out all we can about the original programming."
Nat smiled.
