"Right" Owen said for the third time and Ianto knew he was right, sighing softly as he glanced over at the couple who had no idea what was happening.

"Thanks Owen… I will take it from here." Ianto said softly, letting Owen shoot from the room with relief, leaving Ianto in his office with Ton and Angel.

"Carlton and Angela" Ianto said calmly "Congratulations. You are gonna have a baby."

They stared at him, and then Ton said "What?"

"Angel? You want to explain that you forgot to get your implant replaced so you stopped being protected? That the special cuddles now have made a baby in your tummy?" Ianto said "Hmmmm?"

She looked at him with her chin tucked in and he knew as well as she did that this was not an accident.

She turned to Ton "My implant thing didn't work anymore and we made a baby. There is one inside me like a mummy grows one. I wanted one, we are not stupid. We can have one and … and… I wanted one."

"We talked about this. You and me. We said a baby is hard work, we have so many furry ones and a real one is so much work. Angel… we agreed a baby was not the best thing for us" Ton frowned, the two forgetting Ianto was there as they let their 'public' masks drop and she glowered at Ton openly.

"YOU said no babies. I never said no. I want one and I am having one. We only need one. I will be happy with one. Hawk is so much fun and we both helped a lot with him and Tadda will be there to help us and I do not see the problem" she sat back and folded her arms.

"This is not about Tadda. This is about us! They are a lot of work!" Ton said, and then sat back as he drummed his fingers on the edge of the desk "This will not be one for Taddy to have to take care of. That is not fair. You didn't think this through and if we had talked about it maybe we would have a better g if things. You sort of lied, right? You knew this would happen."

"I want to be a real mum!"

Ton sighed as he looked over at his father and asked "Can we do this?"

Ianto knew there was only one answer he could give so he nodded as he said "In a heartbeat. You will be wonderful parents and your baby will be perfect."

"See?" Angel said with raw hope.

Ton frowned "Don't be a divvy. You know I want it too."

Ianto just had to work out how to tell Jack.
