Callie has regrets. The poem is told through her point of view. Brandon and Callie become teenage parents to a diabetic child named Taylor. They didn'the plan for Taylor, but they love him anyway. They have a daughter named Stella Selah Foster later on.

Time Period: A Flashback

Situation: Callie almost miscarries Taylor

Scene 1: Callie and Mariana's bedroom

Callie (bleeding heavily in the bed, she yells and cries out in pain): MARIANA

Mariana (stirring in her bed): Yes, Callie

Callie (sobbing): I am bleeding. Something is wrong with the baby.

Mariana (helping Callie out of bed): Lets go to the hospital

Callie: I promised Brandon and our moms that I would notify them if I experienced any complications

Mariana: Ok

(Callie and Mariana inform Brandon and their moms about the situation. Callie is taken to the hospital asap).

Scene 2: The Hospital

Situation: An Ultrasound Test

The doctor: Bleeding is a common symptom in early pregnancy. Sometimes bleeding can signal a miscarriage.

Callie (stressed): I can't lose this baby. I don't know what it is yet.

Brandon (squeezing Callie's hand): You haven't lost the baby. The doctor will locate a heartbeat.
