(Harry POV)
We were still flying Dad and I couldn't stop what the Tardis was doing or where it was taking us.
"What the hell's it doing," Donna said.
"Control's not working," Dad said. "I don't know where we're going but my old hand's very excited about it,"
"I thought that was just some freaky alien thing, you telling me it's yours," Donna said.
"Well," Dad said.
"It got cut off, He grew a new one," I said.
"You are completely impossible," Donna said.
"Not impossible just a but unlikely," Dad said.
As the Tardis finally stopped.
"Where are we," I said. As I got my Phaser and headed out.
"Why would the Tardis bring us here," Dad said.
"Oh I love this bit," Martha said.
"Thought you wanted to go home," Donna said.
"I am home, With him, but all the same it's that feeling you get," Martha said.
"Like you've swallowed a hamster," Donna said.
"Don't move. Drop your weapons," Someone said.
"We're not armed, look, no weapons, never any weapons, we're safe," Dad said.
"Looks at their hands, they're clean," Another one said.
"All right, process them Him first," He said.
As they Grabbed Dad.
"Oi, Oi, What's wrong with clean hands," Dad said.
"oi, Get off him," I said.
"Something tells me this isn't about to check my blood pressure, Argh," Dad said.
"What the Fuck are you doing to him," I said.
"Everyone gets processed," He said.
"It's taken a tissue sample," Dad said "Ow, And extrapolated it, Some kind of accelerator,"
As it let go.
"Are you alright," Martha said.
"What on Earth, That's just," Dad said as a Teenage Girl like my age, shows up looking like Mum and Dad.
"Arm yourself," he said.
"Where did she come from?" I said.
"From me," Dad said.
"From you," Martha said.
"How," Donna said.
"Who is she?" Martha said.
"Well, she's well, she's my daughter," Dad said.
"Hello Dad, Bro," She said.
"What the hell," I said.
"Did you say Daughter," Donna said.
"Mmm, Technically," Dad said.
"Technically how," Martha said.
"Progenation reproduction from a single organism, Take a sample of diploid cells, split them into haploids, then recombine them in a different arrangement and grow," Dad said. "Very quickly apparently,"
"But how can she look like Mum," I said.
"Something's coming," She said.
"It's the Hath," He said.
"Get Down," She said.
As We pulled back.
"Martha, Get over here," I said.
"We have to blow the tunnel, Get the Detonator," He said.
"We're not detonating anything," I said.
Then One got Martha.
"Martha," I said.
"Blow the thing," He said.
"No Don't," Dad said.
Then we head to run as it blew.
"Damn it, You sealed the fucking Tunnel, Why did you do that?" I said.
"They were trying to kill us," She said.
"They've got my Girlfriend," I said.
"Collateral Damage, At least you've still got her, He lost both his men," She said.
"Her Name's Martha, And She isn't Collateral Damage, Not to Anyone, You got that," I said. "I'm going after her,"
"You not going anywhere," He said. Aiming at me.
"Really, I had Daleks Point guns at me and they are gone, Want to join them," I said.
"You don't make sense, you 3, No guns, no Marks, no fight in you, I'm taking you to General Cobb, Now move," He said.
"I'm Donna, What's your name," Donna said.
"Don't know, it's not been assigned," She said.
"Well if you don't know that, what do you know," Donna said.
"How to fight," She said.
"Nothing else," Donna said.
"The machine must embed military history and tactics but no name," I said.
"She's a Generated anomaly," Dad said.
"Generated anomaly? Jenny, Rated," Donna said. "Well what about that Jenny,"
"Jenny, Yeah, I like that, Jenny," She said.
"What d you think Dad," Donna said.
"Good as anything I suppose," Dad said.
"Now what you'd call a natural parent are you?" Donna said.
"They stole a tissue sample at gunpoint and processed it, That's not natural Parenting," I said.
"Rubbish," Donna said.
"Just because I share physiological traits with simian Primates doesn't make me a monkeys uncle, does it," Dad said.
"I'm not a monkey, or a child," Jenny said.
"Sure about that," I said.
"So where are we? What planet's this," Dad said.
"Messaline, Well what's left of it," He said.
"But this is a theatre," Donna said.
"Maybe they're doing Miss Saigon," Dad said.
"It's like a town or a city, underground," Donna said. "But why?"
"General Cobb I presume," Dad said.
"Found in the western Tunnels I'm told with no marks, There was an outbreak of Pacifism in the Eastern Zone, 3 generations back before we lost contact, Is that where you came from," Cobb said.
"Eastern Zone, Yeah, I'm the Doctor, This is Harry and Donna," Dad said.
"I'm Jenny," Jenny said.
"Don't think you can infect us with your peacemaking, We're committed to the fight," Cobb said.
"Can't still anyway, gotta go, get my Girl Friend back," I said.
"That's not possible, Movement is regulated, we're at war," Cobb said.
"Yes, I noticed with the Hath, but tell me cos, we got a bit out of Circulation, Eastern Zone and all that so who exactly are the Hath," Dad said.
"Back at the Dawn of this planet, these Ancient Halls were carved from the Earth, Our ancestors dreamt of a new beginning, a colony where Human and Hath would work and live together," Cobb said.
"So what happened?" I said.
"The Dream died broken along with Hath promises," Cobb said. "They wanted it all for themselves but the early pioneers fought back, they used the machines to produce soldiers instead of Colonists and began this battle for survival,"
"There's nothing but earth outside, why's that? Why build underground," Donna said.
"The Surface is too dangerous," He said.
"Then why build windows, And what does this mean?" Donna said.
"The rites and symbols of our ancestors. The meanings lost in time," Cobb said.
"How long's this war gone on for?" I said.
"Longer than anyone can remember," Cobb said. "Countless generations marked only by the dead, "
"What fighting all this time," Donna said.
"Because we must," Jenny said. "Every child of the machine is born with this knowledge, It's our inheritance It's all we know, How to fight and how to die,"
"Does this show the entire city including the Hath Zones," I said.
"Yes why?" Cobb said.
"It will help us find Martha," I said.
"We've more important things to do," He said. "The Progenation Machines are powered down but we could breed a whole platoon from you 3,"
"Or you could Fuck off," I said.
"I'm not having sons and daughters by some great big machine, Sorry. no offence, but you're not real," Donna said.
"You're not better than him, I have a body, I have a mind, I have independent thought, how am I not real," Jenny said. "What makes you better than me,"
"Well said, we need more like you if ever we're to find the source," Cobb said.
"The Source what's that then," Dad said.
"The Breath of Life," Cobb said.
"And that would be," Dad said.
"In the beginning, the great one Breathed life into the universe, Then she looked at what she'd done and she sighed," He said.
"She, I like that," Jenny said.
"Right so it's a creation Myth," Dad said.
"It's not myth, it's real, that sigh, It was caught and kept as the source, It was lost when the war started but it's here somewhere, Whoever holds the source controls the destiny of this planet," Cobb said.
"Ah, Thought so, There's a supressed layer of information in this map," I said using my sonic to get it up,"
"What is it?" Donna said.
"See, A whole complex of tunnels, hidden from sight," Dad said.
"That must be the lost temple, The source will be inside," Cobb said. "You've shown us the way, and we're closer than the Hath, it's ours,"
"Tell them to prepare to move out, we'll progenate new soldiers on the morning shift, Then we march," Cobb said. "Once we reach the temple, peace will be restored at long last,"
"Call me old fashioned but if you really wanted peace couldn't you just stop fighting?" Dad said.
"Once when we have the source, It'll give us the power to erase every stinking Hath from the face of this planet," Cobb said.
"Wow, A second ago, it was peace in our time, now you're talking about Genocide," I said.
"For us, that means the same thing," Cobb said.
"Then You need a better dictionary," Dad said. "When you do, look up genocide, you'll see a picture of me there and the caption will read over my dead body,"
"You're the one who showed us the path to victory," Cobb said. " But you can consider the irony from your prison cell, Cline at arms,"
"Oi, Drop it Rambo," I said.
"Take them," Cobb said. "And if you try anything Doctor, I'll see that your woman dies first,"
"I am not his woman," Donna said.
"We're not a couple," Dad said.
"Come on this way," Cline said.
"I'm going to stop you Cobb," Dad said.
"I have an army, and the breath of god on my side, What'll you have?" Cobb said.
"This," Dad said.
"Lock them up," Cobb said.
"What about the new soldier," Cline said.
"Can't trust her, She's from pacifist stock, Take them all," Cobb said pushing her at us. As I catched her.
As He threw us in the cell and locked it.
"More numbers, They've gotta mean something," Donna said.
"Makes as much sense as the Breath of life story," Dad said.
"You mean that's not true," Jenny said.
"No it's a myth, Isn't It Doctor," Donna said.
"Yes, but there could be something real in that temple, something that's become a myth, a Weapon?" Dad said.
"So the source could be weapon and we've given directions to Captain nutjob," I said.
"Oh yes," Dad said.
"Not good is it," I said.
"We need to get out of here," Dad said.
"Find Martha," I said.
"And Stop Cobb from slaughtering the Hath," Dad said. "What. What are you staring at,"
"You keep insisting you're not a soldier, but look at you drawing up strategies like a proper general," Jenny said.
"No, I'm trying to stop the fighting," Dad said.
"Isn't every soldier," Jenny said.
"All right, Shut it, We need a way out of here," I said. "Hold on,"
"What are you doing," Jenny said.
"Seeing if I can get her," I said Calling Martha.
"Harry," Martha said.
"Martha, you're alive," I said.
"Oh, Am I glad to hear your voice, Are you all right," Martha said.
"Am Now, I'm with Dad and Donna we're fine what about you," I said. "Where are you,"
"I'm in the Hath Camp, I'm ok, But something's going on, The Hath are marching off to some place that appeared on this map," Martha said.
"No, That was me, If both armies are heading that way there's going to be a blood bath," I said.
"What do you want me to do," Martha said.
"Just stay there, If you're safe don't move," I said then it cut off. "Damn it, She must have no battery left,"
"They're getting ready to move out, We have to get past that guard," Dad said.
"I've got a plan," I said.
"What," Dad said.
"Jenny think you can get him to open it," I said.
"Oh yeah," Jenny said.
Then Jenny went.
"Hey," Jenny said.
"I'm not supposed to talk to you, I'm on duty," Cline said.
"I know," Jenny said. "Guarding me, So does that mean I'm dangerous, Or that I need protecting,"
"Protecting from what?" Cline said.
"Oh I don't know, Men like you," Jenny said.
Then did the move I was thinking of and got his gun.
"Keep quiet and open the door," Jenny said.
"I'd like to see you try that," Donna said.
"That was your plan?" Dad said.
"Yeah," I said.
As we got out and I knock that guy down.
Then We headed down.
"That's the way out, Don't you dare," Dad said.
"Let me distract this one," Donna said. "I have picked up a few womanly wiles over the years,"
"Save them for later, I've got another idea," I said.
"Oh no, I've got one," Dad said as he pulled out a wind up mouse and let it go bringing the guard up and then Jenny knocked him out.
"Nice," I said.
"I was going to distract him not clobber him," Dad said.
"Well it worked," Jenny said.
"They must all have copy of that new maps, Just stay there, don't hurt anyone," Dad said.
"Come on," I said. As we went on. "Where now,"
"Wait, the hidden tunnel there must be a control panel," Dad said.
"It's another one, of those numbers, they're everywhere," Donna said.
"The Original builders must've left them some old cataloguing system," Dad said.
"You got a pen and paper," Donna said. "Cos d'you see the numbers are counting down, this one ends in 14, the prison cell said 16,"
"Always thinking both of you, Who are you people," Jenny said.
"I told you, The Doctor," Dad said.
"The Doctor," Jenny said. "That's it,"
"All he says," I said.
"So you don't have a name either, Are you an anomaly too," Jenny said.
"No," Dad said.
"Oh come off it, you're the most anomalous bloke I've ever met," Donna said.
"Here it is," Dad said.
"And time Lords what are they for exactly," Jenny said.
"For," Dad said. "They're not for anything,"
"So what do you do," Jenny said.
"I travel," Dad said. "Through time and space,"
"Saves planets, civilisations, stops Creatures, runs a lot," I said.
"Seriously, there's an outrageous amount of running involved," Donna said.
"Got it," Dad said.
"Squad 5 with me," Cobb said.
"Now what were you saying about running," Dad said.
"Shut up and let's run," I said.
"That's not mood lighting is it," Donna said.
As I took Dad's mouse and Threw it. But it got destroyed.
"Nope," I said.
"Didn't think so," Donna said.
"Arming device," Dad said.
"There must be controls somewhere," I said.
"There's more of these, Always 8 numbers counting down the closer we get," Donna said
"Here we go," Dad said.
"You better be quick," I said.
"The General," Jenny said.
"Where are you going?" Dad said.
"I can hold them up," Jenny said.
"No we don't need any more dead," Dad said.
"Who said anything about killing them dad," I said. "I know what Jenny's thinking just get that down, Come on,"
"What's that then," Dad said.
"Shot near them just miss, they know one of them may hit and then take cover. We keep going till that is shut down then run like hell for it as it comes back online think you can set it for that,"
"Damn right," Dad said.
"Then get on it, Jenny," I said as we got near cover. "Just don't kill them,"
"This door now," Someone said as I got my Phaser up.
"What's that," Jenny said.
"You'll find out," I said setting it to stun. "Aim for the metal," As they came round and I start firing off. hitting the metal too. "Dad, Hurry up,"
"You to come on," Dad said.
"Coming," Jenny said.
"Ceasefire, Cease fire," Cobb said.
"Go, I'll catch up," Jenny said.
"You better be right behind me," I said running off.
"Harry, Jenny, Leave it let's go," Dad said.
As I catched up as We ran through.
"Jenny Come on," I said.
But when she did it came back on.
"Damn," I said.
"No, the circuit's looped back," Dad said.
"Zap it back again," Donna said.
"The Controls are back there," Dad said.
"They're coming," Jenny said.
"There isn't a control panel this side we can't go anything," I said.
"I'll have to manage on my own, Watch and learn Dad," Jenny said.
As She was getting through them.
"No way," Donna said. "That was impossible,"
"Not impossible," I said.
"Just a bit unlikely, Brilliant," Dad said.
"What did you do anyway," I said.
"Shot the pipe about Cobb slowed them down a bit," Jenny said.
"Spread out," Cobb said.
"I warned you Cobb," Dad said. "If this source is a weapon I'm gonna make sure you never use it,"
"One of us is gonna die today and it won't be me," Cobb said.
As he missed as we ran.

As we kept going.
"So you travel together but you're not together," Jenny said.
"No, I got something back home, friends," I said. "Sometimes I get things like here there too,"
"What is it like Travelling," Jenny said.
"Never a full moment, Always something Brilliant, Funny, Terrifying, Sometimes all at the same time, Amazing things, New worlds," I said.
"I'd love to see new worlds," Jenny said.
"You will, Won't she, Doctor," Donna said.
"Hm?" Dad said.
"Do you think Jenny'll see any new worlds," Donna said.
"I suppose so," Dad said.
"You mean," Jenny said.
"It's basically Dad's way of saying Yes, Just say it," I said. "He did that with Martha too,"
"We can't leave you here, can we?" Dad said.
"Thank you, Come on, Let's get a move on," Jenny said.
"Careful there might be traps," Dad said.
"I'll get her," I said. Heading after her.
As I catched up with her. Then there were shots.
"Damn, They've blasted through the beams," I said.
"Time to run again, Love the running," Jenny said.
"Then let's go," I said.
But then we got to a deadend.
"We're trapped," Donna said.
"Can't be, This must be the temple," Dad said. "this is a door,"
"And Again, we're down to 12 now," Donna said.
"I've got it," Dad said.
"I can hear them," Jenny said.
"Nearly done," Dad said.
"These can't be a cataloguing system," Donna said.
"They're getting closer," I said.
"Get back," Dad said.
"They're too similar, too familiar," Donna said.
"Not yet," Jenny said.
"Now," Dad said. "Got it,"
As we got in and sealed it.
"That was close," Jenny said.
"No fun otherwise," Dad said.
"You really need to speed it up," I said.
"It's not what I'd call a temple," Donna said.
"It looks more like," Jenny said.
"Fusion drive, Transport, A spaceship," I said.
"The Original one, The one the first colonists arrived in," Donna said.
"Could be, but the power cells would have run down after all that time," Dad said.
"This is still powered up and functioning," I said.
"Come on," Dad said.
As we went up.
"It's the Hath, That door's not gonna last much longer," Jenny said.
"If Cobb gets through down there, War's gonna break out," I said.
"Look, Ships log, First wave of Human hath Co Colonisation of Messaline," Dad said.
"It is the original ship," Jenny said.
"What happened?" I said.
"Phase one Construction, They used robot drones to build the city," Dad said.
"But does it mention the war," Donna said.
"Final entry, Mission Commander Dead, Still no agreement who should assume leadership, Hath and Humans divided into factions. That must be it," Dad said.
"Power Vacuum, They crew divided into 2 faction and turned on each other, Start using the Progenation Machines and you've got 2 armies fighting a never ending war," I said.
"2 Armies who are now both outside," Jenny said.
"Look at that," Donna said.
"It's like the numbers in the tunnels," I said.
"No, But listen," Donna said.
"Wait," I said.
"What is," Jenny said.
"It's a stardate," I said.
"Yes, The first 2 number are some big old space date, then you've got Year, month, Day," Donna said.
"Same as you get it in America," I said.
"Oh, The New Byzantine Calendar," Dad said.
"The Codes are completion dates for each section, The finish it they stamp the date on," Donna said.
"So the Number's aren't counting down, They're going out from here day by day, As the city got built," Donna said.
"Oh, What was the first date we came across," I said.
"60120717," Donna said.
"60120724, No," I said.
"What does it mean," Jenny said.
"7 days," Dad said.
"That's it," Donna said. "7 Days,"
"7 days," Dad said.
"What d'you mean 7 days," Jenny said.
"7 Days since wat broke out," Dad said.
"This war started 7 days ago," Donna said.
"Just a week, A week," I said.
"They said years," Jenny said.
"No, They said generations," I said.
"They have 20 Generations in a day because of the machine, Each generation gets killed passed on the legend," Dad said.
"All the building, They're in ruins," Jenny said.
"They're not Ruined, They're just empty," Dad said.
"Waiting to be populated," Dad said. "Oh they've Mythologised their entire history, The Source must be part of that too, Come on,"
Then we moved again and Found Martha right in front of us.
"Martha," I said Running at her hugging her.
"Harry," Martha said.
"Should've known you wouldn't stay away from the excitement," I said. "What happened you,"
"I took the surface route," Martha said.
"That's the General, We haven't much time," Dad said.
"We don't know what we're looking for?" Donna said.
"Is it me, or can you smell flowers," Martha said.
"Yes, Bougainvillea," Dad said.
"Then we follow our nose," I said.
"Oh yes," Dad said. "Isn't this brilliant?"
"Is that the Source," Donna said.
"It's beautiful," Jenny said.
"What is it?" Martha said.
"Terraforming," Dad said. "It's a 3rd Generation Terraforming Device,"
"So why are we suddenly in Kew Gardens," Donna said.
"That's what Terraforming Does, All this only bigger, Planet Scale," I said.
"It's in a Transit state, Producing this must help keep it stable before they finally," Dad said as they both showed up. "Stop, Hold your fire,"
"What is this, Some kind of trap," Cobb said.
"You said you wanted this war over," Dad said.
"I want this war won," Cobb said.
You can't win no one can, You don't even know why you're here," Dad said. "Your whole history it's just Chinese whispers, Getting more distorted the more it's passed on, This is the Source, This is what you're fighting over, A device to rejuvenate a planet's ecosystem, it' nothing mystical, It's from a laboratory, not some creator, It's a bubble of Gases, A Cocktail of stuff for accelerated evolution, methane, Hydrogen, ammonia, Amino Acids, Proteins, Nucleic Acids, It's used to make Barren planets habitable, look around you, It's not for killing, It's bringing life, If you allow it, It can lift you out of these dark tunnels, and into the bright, bright sunlight, No more fighting, no more killing. I'm the Doctor, And I declare this war is over," As he smashed the Terraforming.
Which made all of them lower their weapons.
"What's Happening," Jenny said.
"The Gases will escape and trigger the Terraforming Process," I said.
"Meaning what," Jenny said.
"A New World," Dad said.
"No," Jenny said as there was a shot and she got hit.
"Jenny, hey, talk to me, Jenny," I said.
"A new world," Jenny said. "It's beautiful,"
"Jenny be strong now, You need to hold on, You hear me," Dad said. "We've got things to do, you and me, Eh, We can go anywhere, Everywhere, You choose,"
"That sounds good," Jenny said.
"Just hold on," I said. "Screw this," As I was trying to get my Regen energy started. As my hand started glowing.
"Harry," Dad said.
"It's the only chance we go," I said.
"We don't know how many you can do," Dad said.
"Doesn't Matter," I said Putting my glowing hand over her as I could feel it going through, then it just stopped. "Did it work,"
"No idea," Dad said. "2 hearts, She like us, We wait, Just wait,"
"There's no sign, Doc, There's no Regeneration She's like you but, Maybe not enough," Martha said.
"No, too much, that's the truth of it, She was too much like me," Dad said.
Then I went and got the Gun aiming it at Cobb. Cocked it too so there was a bullet in it. Then I just lowered it.
"I never would, Have you got that, I never would," I said. Throwing the Gun away.
"When you start this new world, this world of Human and Hath, remember that Make the foundation of this society A man who never would," Dad said.
After a while, There still was nothing.
"It's happening the Terraforming," Martha said.
"Build a city, nice and safe underground, Strip away the top soil and there it is," Donna said. "What about Jenny,"
"We wait," I said.
"Let's go," Dad said.
"I'm staying, I catch you up," I said.
"You sure," Dad said.
"Yeah, Plus I can call mine here, Go," I said.
"You better be back soon," Martha said.
"I will," I said. Kissing her as they left and I called my Tardis in after they left.
Then I heard Dad's Tardis Taking off.
After a bit, Jenny woke up.
"Jenny," I said.
"Harry," Jenny said.
"How you feeling," I said.
"Better, better than better, Like I was never shot," Jenny said. "Where's Dad,"
"Taking Martha Home, Come on, let's go," I said. As Jenny got up and we headed into my Tardis and Then Took off for home.
"Where we going," Jenny said.
"Oh, I'm need to finish something off. Then Who knows, But right now, Cardiff To that friend of mine," I said.
