Okay, I didn't want to point fingers at certain viewers but at this point and the number of posts you made that I have to delete, you leave me no choice but to call you out.

Hank.

If you're reading this, do NOT make any reviews on this fanfiction.

You keep saying 'what do you think of [insert Manga spoiler here]' and all it does is make me look away and delete your review, which is why you can't see your reviews in the review section.

If you ask me what I think about the latest chapter in the manga, all of my answers will and always be:

I HAVE NOT READ THE MANGA NOR HAVE ANY INTENTIONS OF READING IT! SO I CANNOT COMMENT OR SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE LATER CHAPTERS IN THE MANGA, AS I SAID BEFORE, I AM ONLY WATCHING THE ANIME!

So Hank, if you read this message all I have to say is SHUT UP!

Sorry if I'm being rude, but I had enough with your manga spoiling reviews, all I ask is for you to stop it. and this also applies to anyone who put in Manga spoilers in this fanfiction.

Speaking of MHA, I just watch the first episode of season 5 (I'm watching the dubbed versions, so I am WAY behind from the sub watchers), but I notice something from this episode that gave me concerns.

Why does every first episode of the season have to explain about the series premise? I'm being serious, in every first episode of the season, it talks about how they're in a hero society, Izuku is training to become a pro hero. and ever since season 3, they make a role call to every 1-A student, saying their names and explaining their quirks. And sure the movies make sense to have this since they are separate from the series, but it's just a little annoying that the first episode is nothing but information that we already know.

ANIME SPOILER STARTS:

The Hawk and Dabi meetup is now interesting, can't wait to see episode 2 to see where this goes.

ANIME SPOILERS STOPS:

But that's all I got from this episode, the rest just feels like filler that isn't supposed to be for me or any of the fans but for newcomers (which is still strange because they should be watching the very first episode then so on, why in the world would they skip to season 5?) do the people who work on MHA believe that their audience has short-term memory loss or something? Does every anime do this?

Sure, catch up is not a bad thing, it has to explain what's going on with the first episode' scene, but what MHA does in this episode feels like it wasted an entire episode on nothing but giving information that we already know as they make an exciting action scene that I mostly skipped because I don't want to hear who 1-A was and their quirks because I already heard it three times already, first being natural as episodes go on, the other two being a literal role call.

But at least Bakugo doesn't have a hero name yet.

Anyway, with that out of the way, LET'S START CIVIL WAR! By the time I posted this chapter, I'LL BE SLEEPING! So can't wait to read your reviews tomorrow.

NOTE (READ THIS): the Following story is following the film of 'Captain America: Civil War', to avoid copyright issues and number 3 of 'Entries not allowed' under the website' Rules and Guidelines, there will not be any use or descriptions of shown scenes, just the character's reactions and descriptions of what they see, to understand this fanfiction, you must watch the movie and read this fanfiction at the same time, there will be timestamps to where they have watched and when they give commentary before resuming.

The best way to read this is by watching Captain America: Civil War on Disney(plus), which is how I managed to wrote the reactions and placed the timestamps.

Forgive the annoyance but I hope you can follow this story.

The list was shown to the audience on the screen, and they looked at the coloured seats, the left side blue, the right side, red.

Above the list is text has instructions:

'Please go to the colour coded seat assigned from this list.'

Everyone goes to their seat based on what colour they are, Midoriya was Blue, Bakugo was red, Aizawa was red, All Might was blue, and so forth.

When everyone is in their seats, the FWM stands up onto the stage

She speaks out, starting with a question, "what is a great hero?"

Everyone was confused about the question.

"Yeah, expected it to be rhetorical." She said to herself, "what I mean is, what do each and every one of you think what a great hero is? Because I know each of you have your own answers, and each of your answers is different from one another. And unfortunately… that's what divides us, hence why there are two sides…"

FWM points towards the red side, "Heroes."

She then points towards the blue side, "and vigilantes."

"Two same things, but different ideologies. And this film will certainly split those ideologies apart…" the girl then left while the film starts to play.

00:00:00 - 00:00:13

The film opens not with the intro or a title, but straight into the film, revealing a number, '1991'

"So this takes place in the past," Midoriya said, already making notes.

00:00:13 - 00:00:42

"Seems a bit overkill to protect a book," Shigaraki said, as the scene shows an underground facility that has tight security that requires many doors to unlock a book.

"never underestimate things that seemed small," Kurogiri pointed out, "maybe the book has huge importance or valuable secrets that would cause consequences if let out in the public. A good reason for it to be locked up in the first place."

00:00:42 - 00:00:54

The next scene shows a chamber opening up, the person inside caught everyone by surprise.

"It's Bucky!" Kirishima pointed out.

"Must be during his time with Hydra," Tokoyami mentioned, causing concern for what a bad organization would do with the Winter Soldier.

00:00:54 - 00:01:39

The audience watched as Bucky was being in some kind of pain, while a soldier read random words in Russian.

"What's happening!" Uraraka said in high concern, scared even when she heard Bucky's screams.

A few could only guess what's going on.

00:01:39 - 00:01:54

"I should have expected that tactic," Nezu said, "the book is used to brainwash Bucky to do what the user says."

"So you're saying that Bucky is a sleeper agent?" one of the teachers asked the principal.

"What's a sleeper agent?" Nejire asked.

"A sleeper agent is someone who is secretly a spy, but hidden so well that even they are unaware that they are one." Momo pointed out, "it requires a secret code for them to 'activate' and start doing the mission, the book most likely have that code."

"It's one unfortunate tactic that turns innocent into villains." one of the teachers said, "and it's just completely unacceptable."

00:01:54 - 00:02:14

The scene then changes to show Winter Soldier on a motorcycle catching up with a car, the following scene shows him popping something from the car, causing it to crash on the side.

While some felt bad for the brainwashed bucky, others were curious about what's going on in the scene, as the film decides to show it to them, meaning that it has some form of importance for later.

Nether less, Midoriya makes sure to note it down, feeling that it will be brought up again.

00:02:14 - 00:02:38

"That must be what he was extracting," Todoroki said, seeing the blue bags in a briefcase, "but why did he have to get them and what will it do?"

"I don't know, most likely to show up later," Bakugo said, "so stop being curious!"

00:02:38 - 00:03:13

After the Marvel intro, the scene cuts to show someone putting sugar in a cup. With the big words revealing two pieces of information.

'Lagos' and 'Present Day'.

"So we cut to the present time for the Avengers in Nigeria," Momo understood the short information.

"They're in Nigeria?" Denki said, "wouldn't figure that out, I would assume it's a fake country like Sokovia."

"While it's not a real place in our reality, it is most certainly real for theirs." Momo pointed out, "also Lagos is a real place in our reality, it's the largest city in Nigeria."

"Wonder why we're looking at that location…" Iida said, looking at the screen to find answers.

00:03:13 - 00:03:37

"Looks like the heroes are doing undercover work," Aizawa said, as the scene reveals Wanda and Rogers taking and looking over at a police station. He listens in to their conversation, curious about their purpose for being there.

00:03:37 - 00:03:43

"Okay, makes more sense," Aizawa said, as he looks at the newspaper shown on the screen, understanding the situation and their target. "so they are trying to capture a villain who's been robbing weapons from police stations and selling them to terrorists."

"So I guess they're on an underground mission to stop their target from robbing the police station before it happens." A teacher pointed out.

Meanwhile, for the same 1-A teacher, he notices a couple of images from the newspaper, other teachers and some student notice them as well.

"No way…" Midoriya spoke out before the scene changes.

00:03:43 - 00:03:59

"Tell me about it," Toga commented as she, some villains, heroes who experience stealth missions and students who want to do stealth missions knows what Romanoff meant. "can't be too careful."

00:03:59 - 00:04:13

"So they are after him," Midoriya said, putting more in notes, "Rumlow escape from his capture and became a wanted criminal."

"Wait, who's Rumlow?" Uraraka had to ask.

"He's the guy who worked with S.H.I.E.L.D special task force in Winter Soldier, he happens to be working with Hydra."

"Oh yeah, I remember, ribbit." Asui recalls, "but wasn't he in critical condition after that film."

"Yeah, a building collapse on top of him" Kirishima pointed out, "I'm surprised he's still active, even escaped from captivity."

"Then let's hope the heroes get him back," Midoriya said, excited to see the Avengers in action once more.

00:04:13 - 00:04:40

While most of the audience was confused about the garbage truck, one inventive and cheerful support student smiled in glee when she saw a new device from Falcon

"A new baby!" Hatsume said, "it's a little falcon drome."

"I guess a drome would work to go into places in secret without being there." Power Loader said.

00:04:40 - 00:04:49

Now the audience was suspicious towards the garbage truck, having a feeling that Rumlow is involved with the truck.

Meanwhile, for Power Loader, he is impressed by the drome's analyzing abilities, "that's one way to get information without endangering yourself" he said, still impressed by the tech from the flying hero.

00:04:49 - 00:04:56

"Wait," Iida was confused, "if he's not hitting the police station then what is he…"

00:04:56 - 00:05:01

"Oh no…" Iida was shocked when he saw the next scene, which showed a name of a place.

'Institute For Infectious Diseases'

"He's aiming at an infection researching suite!" one of the students called out.

And thus, the action begins.

00:05:01 - 00:05:45

The action begins as what the captain predicted. The garbage truck was used as a battering ram to destroy the security entrance of the institution. Then men in black armour come out of yellow trucks shooting the place, with one, in particular, having a more unique design.

"This is bad," Nezu said, watching the armed men shooting gas at the building, knocking out the researchers, "such a place would carry many of the worlds uncured diseases. If they're attacking the place, then it means that they're going to steal those diseases and sell it,"

"Or worse, have it spread to one part of the world and cause many death and suffering" a teacher pointed out.

"Well don't worry," All Might reassured, "because the Avengers are there to stop them at their tracks!"

00:05:45 - 00:05:57

Just after All Might spoke, Captain America comes into the picture and start beating the armed men.

Some cheered, happy to see the Symbol of Courage in action once again.

00:05:57 - 00:06:22

Then it showed Falcon and Wanda in action, the flying hero being the one to take out the henchmen while Wanda showed more of her powers by blocking bullets and pulling one of the henchmen towards Falcon.

"Flying tech and hex quirk making a hero duo move!" Mina said, pumped up from the heroes fighting.

00:06:22 - 00:06:40

After taking out the outside henchmen, Captain America enters the gassed building, pulling out a mask, causing the user to struggle from the gas before getting knocked out.

"How the hell is he breathing in there?" Dabi immediately questions the Captain inside the building and suffering no struggle or knocked out like the rest.

"Probably due to the super-soldier serum," Kurogiri considered, "allowing him to have enhanced lungs that let him breathes toxic gases without suffering through them."

00:06:40 - 00:06:44

"That is some strength" Tetsutetsu notice the big villain who managed to punch a door through the room.

"Must be wearing some gauntlets that make his punches stronger," Power Loader said.

00:06:44 - 00:06:51

"Yep, they're going after the biohazard disease," Todoroki said.

"That in the hands of villains would cause so much disaster." All Might said.

"That in the hands of anyone would cause any disaster, All Might." Spinner pointed out.

00:06:51 - 00:07:24

The scene continues with action, as it shows Steve knocking out another guy with his shield tricks while Falcon use his tech to shield himself from gunfire

But the most impressive thing on the screen was when Wanda used her powers to pull the gas out of the building and lifting it into the air to ensure that the gas is clear from the building.

"Wanda's quirk is super strong," Uraraka said, aweing at what Wanda can do, "it's almost like she's a wizard!"

00:07:24 - 00:07:28

When the power fist guy removed his mask to reveal another mask under. Present Mic makes an announcement.

"Brock Rumlow" he started, "now going by the name, Crossbones, after recovering from his major injuries during the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D, he became a masked mercenary in revenge against both the Avengers and Hydra."

"Wait, Hydra as well?" one of the teachers question the wording.

In any case, this was enough for Midoriya to make a page for the villain named crossbones.

00:07:28 - 00:08:00

In the next sequence of combat, Black Widow enters the scene and start beating up henchmen using her skills in combat. Managing to beat up every henchman within the scene.

"Wanda might have the power, but Romanoff certainly has the skills," Momo commented.

"A person with skills and moves have more advantage than a person that only use their quirk," Aizawa stated.

00:08:00 - 00:08:09

However, the smiles from those who like Black Widow faded, as Crossbones managed to grab her. She tried to fight back, but he stood his ground and manage to grab her every time.

00:08:09 - 00:08:15

Then, Black Widow tried to use her gear to electrocute Crossbones, only for him to resist and threw her into the vehicle.

"Seriously? He resists something that should stun him!?" Denki complained, feeling that he might struggle against Crossbones if he had to fight him.

Now the audience was worried for the badass heroine.

00:08:15 - 00:08:26

"A dick move," one of the villains said, "throwing a grenade inside while his henchmen are still inside."

"Probably thinking about killing the hero than caring for his team," another villain pointed out just before Black Widow managed to get herself out and away from the explosion.

Many were worried, but sigh in relief when they see her still moving after the blast.

00:08:26 - 00:08:43

Another worry occurs when the audience sees Crossbones using a grenade turret to knock out Captain America.

"This villain is pulling no tricks," Power Loader commented, "with that gear, he could be a challenging foe."

Meanwhile, for Mineta, he thought about the villain and it reminded him of a certain someone. He spoke out his thoughts, "is it just me, or does this villain remind me of Bakugo"

"What did you say pipsqueak!" Bakugo shouted at the purple student, but he kept his cool, now getting used to Bakugo's anger.

"X cross on his chest, heavily packed gauntlets on his arms, use of explosions, reckless for destruction, just saying that there are so many similarities."

"Compare me with that villain, and you're dead!" the blonde student threatens Mineta.

"for once, I have to agree with Mineta, ribbit." Asui interrupted, somewhat unsettled that she had to agree with a pervert. "I can see the comparison between the two."

For everyone else who knows Bakugo, they can see some slight similarities between the angry hero-in-training and the Hydra lackey turned mercenary villain.

Bakugo was overall furious.

00:08:43 - 00:09:00

"At least they're playing smart," Kurogiri thought, seeing Crossbones putting the Biohazard infection in a hidden flask and told one of his henchmen to take it away with him. It made him think that they're going to split up, one side to distract the heroes while the other get away.

00:09:00 - 00:09:10

"Spoken like he's going to kill the heroes or die trying," Shigaraki notice the words from the villain. Hoping that he can take out the heroes.

00:09:10 - 00:09:23

"A good strategy for the villains," Nezu said, "hopefully the heroes managed to catch them all before they escape, it's just going to be more difficult for them."

00:09:23 - 00:09:40

"Seriously?" one of the students complained, "not saying it's a bad thing, it gives them a disadvantage, but why would they remove the gear that could help them against the heroes?"

"More likely to blend in with the crowd." Dabi answered, "They didn't consider Falcon's goggles to find them that quickly."

00:09:40 - 00:09:45

The audience was caught by surprise when a sudden bomb attached to Steve's shield, then relieved when he threw it away from him and the crowd before it detonates.

"That was some quick reaction," All Might commented, happy to see the Captain being fast enough to react to an explosion. "and threw it in the air, without harming anyone, that's some proper insight for a hero."

00:09:45 - 00:09:54

All Might, however, didn't expect Crossbones to attack Steve from the back. Now realizing that it was a distraction for the villain to attack.

"Come on Cap, beat him!" one of the students cheered, seeing Steve getting knocked away from the villain' punches.

And so, the fight with Captain America and Crossbones begins.

00:09:54 - 00:10:48

The following scene showed more thrilling fighting, as Falcon and Black Widow deals with the remaining henchmen who tried to flee from her.

There wasn't much to say, just that the audience, especially those who like Black Widow, still are amazed by her moves.

Up until she points a gun at the henchman while the henchman does the same to her.

00:10:48 - 00:10:59

The audience sees the situation in front of them, noticing a different dilemma.

"Two men, one armed with a gun, another armed with a disease." Nezu started, "pop quiz fellow students, how would you deal with this if you were in Romanoff's shoes?"

"I blast them to hell!" Bakugo quickly answered.

"That would be unwise," Momo pointed out, "if he drops the disease and that shatters, it would cause disastrous consequences."

"I agree," Midoriya said, "not only it could harm all three of them, but everyone who's near their position, it could spread and cause many deaths across Lagos in the best case."

"So the primary objective is to prevent the biohazard weapon to shatter, which means it cannot drop onto the hard floor, nor use our quirks and risk damaging them." Iida continued

Midoriya continued to mutter, "If we attack the guy with the biohazard disease, it would risk damaging the glass, either from him dropping it or on our attack, but then there's the armed man who would straight out shoot us if we go after the biohazard holder."

"But if we attack the armed man first, then the other guy will drop the biohazard," Tokoyami said.

"So for all accounts, this will be a case of speed and reaction. Black Widow have to attack both men and grab the biohazard in a matter of seconds."

"Well, I don't even think she can be fast enough to defeat them both and protect the contained disease…" Iida admits, "but I have a feeling she'll find a way."

00:10:59 - 00:11:05

And she did find a way, as Falcon's drome appear and shot the biohazard holder, giving Romanoff enough time to shoot the other guy and grab the vial.

Everyone gave a huge sigh of relief, knowing that the biohazard is now safe.

00:11:05 - 00:11:13

"That baby is so cute," Hatsume commented on the drone named Redwing.

"Now the henchmen are dealt with, all that's left is Crossbones," All Might said.

00:11:13 - 00:11:45

The next following scene is more of Captain America against Crossbones, as they duke it out in the fight, the Captain dodging Crossbones' punches and trying to fight back, while Crossbones brought out blades from his arms and try to cut Captain America with them, but he manages to dodge them and took out one of the gauntlets. Ultimately knocking him out and winning the fight.

The crowd cheered for the heroes, some of them to finish the villain off while Bakugo tells Steve to end him.

00:11:45 - 00:11:56

Crossbones then removes his mask, revealing a great burnt scar on his face.

"Seems the guy didn't fully recover from the incident," Recovery Girl said, "he's even lucky to survive his injuries, let alone able to move around and commit crimes."

Meanwhile, for the Todorokis, they looked at the big scars and thought about their own scars.

Sometimes scars can show that something tragic happened but it could also mean a commitment to try and make a change.

For Rumlow's case, it's his commitment to try and kill the Avengers for what they did to him.

But now, he failed and for Shoto, he hoped that he would pay for his crimes.

00:11:56 - 00:12:11

"Don't you dare talk about Bucky towards him, you Hydra soldier!" Uraraka said angrily at the villain.

"Former Hydra soldier, ribbit," Asui pointed out.

The teachers meanwhile notice something suspicious towards Crossbones, there was a reason why he mentioned Bucky. Probably as a way to catch attention.

They don't know what he'll do next, but they are cautious.

00:12:11 - 00:12:27

Most of the audience didn't catch on to what Crossbones was doing, some were cautious, while others slowly clicked the pieces together.

Midoriya was one who notices something, "old on a sec…"

00:12:27 -00:12:32

It was a split second, but everyone was shocked when they see those seconds. Crossbones pressing a button, but nothing happened aside from bright lights coming out of Rumlow.

They see Wanda using her powers

"What's going on!?" Mina asked, scared towards the scene.

"Crossbones was blowing himself up!" Todoroki calmly said, which shocked everyone who was confused.

"Seriously!" Denki shouted, "he's wanted to kill Steve so bad that he will kill himself to do it!"

"I would," Dabi muttered, thinking about his revenge against his father.

"Shows how far villains will go to achieve their goals," Asui said, "but luckily Wanda was there to save Steve and any…"

00:12:32 - 00:12:38

But before the frog student could finish, something tragic happened on-screen.

The hex hero pushed Crossbones away from Steve, but by doing so, he went near a building and it suddenly detonates.

Brock Rumlow, a guy who once worked with S.H.I.E.L.D but secretly worked with Hydra and gone against both heroes and villains as a mercenary. During the first few minutes of this film, it showed what happened to him, a ruthless, careless and explosive villain. And he died trying to take Captain America with him, but even that failed.

Izuku Midoriya would have written the final fates of Crossbones. If it wasn't for what that explosion hit instead.

They were all shocked in the aftermath of the battle.

00:12:38 - 00:13:02

Everyone was quiet for a moment, still shocked by what happened. It was obvious that people were up in those buildings. So they know that because of what Wanda did, people died.

And just thought that in the beginning, it started excited, there was thrills, actions, and heroes managing to solve problems.

Up until this very moment when Wanda made her biggest mistake.

There were many mixed feelings.

The students were shocked and saddened by the turn of events.

The teachers, however, at least for some of them, knew the reason behind it.

"This, what we have seen…" Aizawa started, breaking the silence, "this is why quirk licenses exist."

This caught the attention of the audience, especially the students.

"Though talented a powerful quirk, Wanda is just a child and lack experience on the field. She isn't ready to go onto the field, especially on a mission such as this."

"Yeah, I see your point," the 1-B teacher agreed with the 1-A teacher, "if she was a Pro Hero, she could of throw Crossbones away from the building and in the open space. But I doubt she thought about that while in action."

Hearing this from the teachers and said teachers agreeing made Midoriya feel… unease to their response.

There were many occasions where he tries to be a hero and save someone or fight a villain, but every time he tries, he gets backlash from the heroes after.

Especially one moment where the chief of police told him and Todoroki what he did wrong when he fought Stain.

Inside he knew that what he said was wrong, but he couldn't go against him, at least not without getting into further trouble. So he goes with it.

But what Wanda did, it was a simple mistake, but he couldn't see any way for her to get out of it. Because what she did cause people to die

"The death of those people is on her hands," Aizawa said, "if she did this in our reality, and if she didn't have a license, she wouldn't just be expelled from her respective school, but she would have been arrested for her actions. She would be locked up in a high-security prison due to the dangers of her quirk."

"And if she was a Pro Hero with a license?" one of the students curiously asked.

"Same sentence and her license would be revoked since her actions break every rule that a hero should do." Aizawa answered, "it's unfortunate but that's what happens when a hero makes mistakes and we cannot, under no circumstances, make mistakes."

Hearing this, the students were divided, some on the blue side thought differently and believed that it was a major mistake that shouldn't happen, but even then, they were unsure about it especially when their teacher said about how heroes shouldn't make mistakes.

The rest fully agrees with the teachers.

Overall, this causes a lot of thoughts for the audience and lean more towards the idea of a hero making one fatal mistake when dealing with a villain.

00:13:02 - 00:13:13

The scene then changes to a woman play piano and singing a song.

While Jiro and a few others in the audience were fond of the music, the rest were confused about the scene. Wondering what it's showing.

00:13:13 - 00:13:24

A familiar face then appears on screen, one they wouldn't recognize if it wasn't for Ant-Man.

"Howard Stark," Nezu pointed out, "and the one in the Christmas hat has to be his son, Tony."

"Strange to see him without a goatee," one of the students comments.

00:13:24 - 00:14:09

Not much to say about what seem to be a nice conversation with young Stark and his parents. Showing a good relationship between the two, the father being ignorant and want the better for Stark while not showing much love, while the mother being the kindest one.

But then she mentioned certain words that seemed a little off for her to say. Those who caught on, lean closer, curious about this scene.

00:14:09 - 00:14:38

After Stark said something to his late father, the ones who lean closer notice something behind the three, and so did everyone when the parents left.

"Hold on a second," Nejire spoke, "is that…"

00:14:38 - 00:15:22

"Only Tony Stark would spend that much for therapy." All Might joked, as what seemed to be a moment in the past, turns out to be a holographic projection that captures that moment.

"Budgets and funding aside, this experiment sounds like a useful method for therapy." Recovery girl said. "it can help people who suffered trauma to deal with their past and could possibly lay them to rest."

00:15:22 - 00:15:35

"A great motto from one of the greatest technology-based university in the United States," Power Loader said as it reveals more that Stark was doing a talk at MIT.

00:15:35 - 00:16:12

"Like a hero, he just helped a lot of students shaping their future," All Might smiled. Happy for Stark to use his riches to help the world.

"It would also certainly explain why he presented the experiment to the students," Nezu pointed out, "to show that most projects that could change the world are never completed due to lack of funding."

00:16:12 - 00:16:15

"Oh we're going to see Pepper Potts again," Mina said, excited to see Stark's girlfriend once more since it's been a long time since she appeared.

00:16:15 - 00:16:28

But with Stark's response, the pink student was confused, "huh?" she turns her head, "aren't you going to introduce her to the audience?"

"Maybe there's a reason," Momo said.

00:16:28 - 00:16:57

"That explains why he didn't introduce Potts," Momo said, as the rest are stratified towards her disappearance, "it does make sense for her to cancel the talk, she is a businesswoman running a highly valued business. She probably has other appointments that are way more important."

"Yeah, like gambling in Las Vagas" Sero joked, remembering back at the first MCU film when Stark didn't attend an award ceremony.

"I doubt she would do that, she's not Stark," Iida had the joke over her head.

00:16:57 - 00:17:27

The scene then shows Stark approaching an elevator where there's a woman, who seems to be waiting for the elevator as well. She commented on Stark's generosity to help the students at MIT.

"Helping out others is one way to deal with guilt," All Might said, happy from Stark admitting that it eases his conscience.

Little did they know that this conversation will bring an interesting impact.

00:17:27 - 00:17:42

"Simply saying that the rich can make as many mistakes as they like," Toga said, "because they can simply afford it…"

00:17:42 - 00:18:02

The conversation suddenly turns too cautious for the audience, some notice the awkward silence as Stark pushes the button, then when the woman said she was right where she wants to be, it gives a slight red flag for them.

Then Stark grabbed her hand before she could pull something out from her bag, before apologizing for his cautious habit.

"Guess it make sense, Stark did suffer a lot," Recovery Girl said, "it would be rational for him to be cautious in case dangers lurks around."

Meanwhile, for the heroes and some students, they start to wonder about the woman and her reason to be there, she said that she was in the right place, meaning that she wants to talk to Stark, but talk about what? that's something they were curious about.

00:18:02 - 00:18:15

"Make sense and it sounds like you are a proud mother," All Might commented, "but what does that have to do with…"

00:18:15 - 00:18:32

In all of the sudden, the conversation became dark.

There was a mix of stun and confusion, hearing the woman claiming that Stark murdered her son in Sokovia.

They didn't know what to say, they just kept listening to her words.

00:18:32 - 00:18:56

The words of the woman made a strong impact on Stark, but it also brings an interesting concept that the audience hasn't touched on and never considered till it was pointed out.

"You're right about heroes shouldn't make mistakes, Aizawa," All Might said to the teacher, remembering what he said about what Wanda did, "but there are situations where disasters happen and get to the point where you can't save everyone, even I know that I can't save everyone from danger…"

"I am very aware of that," Aizawa said, "I know that Heroes can't save everyone, but should save as many as possible." He then looks at the screen, "for this case, it was a case of not being there or aware of the danger, not being there in time to save them and it does happen."

The students take in what their teachers said, 1-A especially, remembers Aizawa's words of life not being fair, Izuku remembers the first time All Might admits that he can't save everyone.

But what they didn't expect was the impact towards the person not being saved, and those who mourned for them blaming the heroes for not saving them.

"However, for this case, Stark is mainly to blame for her son's death," Aizawa added.

"But it wasn't Stark who killed him," Hatsume try to defend the Iron hero, "it was all Ultron's fault."

"But Stark was the one who created Ultron," Shinso points out, "everything Ultron did came from Stark. If he didn't build him, then what happened to Sokovia would never happen and her son would still be alive."

"You're right," Aizawa said to the general student, "sometimes the inventor is blamed for their invention to kill people, even if it was unintentional, and for Stark, it seems to be the case."

Overall, what started as Stark doing good ended with him remembering what he did and how it impacts others. It even made the Pro Heroes think about times when they were in tough situations and try to save as many people as possible, but not everyone can be saved, and those who remember them, those that the heroes didn't know, would more likely blame the heroes for not saving them.

For most, this film is starting to get depressing.

00:18:56 - 00:19:11

The scene changed at the Avengers new base of operations, showing Steve looking at the news of the building incident, mentioning that 11 Wakandans were killed in the explosion.

The audience has nothing to say, just feel bad for what happened.

00:19:11 - 00:19:27

"So true…" one of the teachers muttered, as everyone thinks about the words of the King of Wakanda.

'Victory at the expensive of the innocent is no victory at all.'

It was wise words from King T'Chaka, and it makes sense for the teachers and students, a hero should win fights without putting innocents in dangers nor using their lives to defeat a villain.

Though they are a little unsure about Wanda's case since it was an unintentional accident. But it doesn't change the fact that she did it and the world would see it as an intentional act.

The League of Villains, who most of the time didn't say anything about the film's events, thought about that quote.

Shigaraki is the only one who didn't care or liked what the king said. Everyone else however had a different reaction.

Spinner and Mr. Compress agreed with the king and the quote. As their beliefs would

Dabi and Toga, did kill, but those who they killed are hardly innocent, so far, Dabi only set ablaze to criminals who challenged him and heroes who oppose him. While he didn't care for the innocent, he wouldn't go around setting everyone on fire, just the ones who deserved it. Toga meanwhile, think the same thing as Dabi, but for her, she might have stabbed a few innocents, but that's due to her bloodlust, something she can't control. Now she feels sane after all the blood she drank during her time at the cinema, her bloodlust is gone.

And after hearing that quote, she felt a sense of regret towards the cute boys she stabbed.

"Boy…" Denki chuckled, "this is just… getting too deep…"

Everyone can agree with the electric student.

00:19:27 - 00:19:41

"Seems that Wanda isn't taking the news very well," All Might sighs, feeling bad for her.

00:19:41 - 00:20:12

Hearing what Steve said, the teachers had a sense of relatability towards the captain. Especially All Might and Aizawa, who had to deal with 1-A, a class that often gets into trouble, if any of them got hurt, if any of them were killed, if any of them had to make a move because they slip up, then it would be on them for failing their students.

It was also interesting for Steve to blame himself for not stopping Rumlow from triggering the bomb on time, as he was distracted when he heard his former friend. He made a slip-up and it causes problems.

Ideally, it could be possible that both Steve and Wanda were to blame for the explosion. Wanda herself admits it after this scene.

00:20:12 - 00:20:31

As much as the Pro Heroes want to deny it and as much as the good-hearted heroes-in-training already denied it. Steve's words were correct.

"It's true…" All Might said, not only thinking back to his own words but also hearing what Mirio said in the previous films, about the idea that heroes shouldn't abandon people if they have a chance of saving.

And that is indeed true. The problem however is that there would be times when a hero is unaware that someone is in danger,

"A hero can't save everybody," All Might admits, "just need to save as many as you can."

"But it's not enough…" out of anyone who could have said these words, it was Twice. Either from his speaking out in his insanity or being his honest self, there has a bit of truth towards it.

00:20:31 - 00:20:41

Some of the students chuckled when Vision enters the scene, breaking up a very thoughtful conversation between two people.

"Reminds me of the time Mirio walked through our walls when we moved into our dorms" Nejire chuckled while Mirio felt a little embarrassed.

"Didn't mean to scare any of my classmates," he justifies his actions, "just wanted to say hit as they get settled in our new homes."

00:20:41 - 00:20:56

"This sounds like a very interesting meeting if the US Secretary of State is involved, especially after the events from Lagos," Nezu said, preparing himself for the next scene.

00:20:56 - 00:21:21

The scene shows this meeting, with most of the Avengers being present at the meeting, with the exception of Hulk, Thor and Hawkeye.

But what they didn't expect is a face they have seen before.

"Hold on a second," Kirishima said, as the presented old man talked about a time when he had an accident while playing golf, "is that the general army guy?"

"General Ross?" Midoriya corrects the red hair student. "I think it is."

"Oh man, we haven't seen him in forever!" Denki commented.

"We haven't seen him since the Incredible Hulk movie," Asui pointed out, "that was the second movie in the MCU, ribbit,"

"And what's this? the thirteenth movie we've watched?"

"Fifteenth if you include the two non-MCU films."

"Seriously?" the electric student was shocked at the frog's answer, "How long have we been in this cinema?"

(My time, an entire year. Your time, about one and a half day, if the nerd math is right.)

Back in the film, everyone is amazed and didn't expect to see an old face appearing again. They recalled his last appearance, remembering the guy as the general of the U.S, tasked to hunt down and capture Bruce Banner, which he failed in every attempt, only to cause a new threat, the Abomination to be created. The last they heard from him is when he tried to add Abomination to the Avengers, only to decline it because Stark wasn't a good consultant.

Ross isn't a good person, and the League of Villains hated the guy. So, to see him being the Secretary of State, angered them.

"And of course, someone like Ross ended up in that position of power," Toga scoffs towards the fact.

The students and teachers meanwhile were a little shocked that Ross ended up in a powerful position. A little glad about his promotion, but have a feeling that he would have a grudge against the Avengers, especially when he had a grudge against the Hulk.

Therefore, it would cause problems for the heroes.

00:21:21 - 00:21:34

"As heroes should do," Mirio said. Not liking where this conversation is going. But eager to listen.

00:21:34 - 00:21:43

"He's… not wrong…" Midnight spoke, hearing Ross mentioning that the Avengers are vigilantes.

"They don't have licenses, they work outside the workings of the government, they don't get paid from the government, on the technical side, the Avengers are indeed a vigilante group." Iida points out.

"Well, if you put it that way, technically every hero in this reality is a vigilante." Jiro said. "then again, they're probably in the period equivalent of the Pre-License era."

00:21:43 - 00:22:04

"A perfect definition of a vigilante… maybe even a villain…" Tokoyami said.

The heroes didn't like what Ross was calling the Avengers. But from what they have seen, there were bits of truth towards that idea, mostly due to the heroes in this reality not being the same as Pro Heroes in their reality.

00:22:04 - 00:22:58

What Ross then shows brought out something that the audience never considered seeing, no less think about. As it shows previous events that happened in the MCU.

The alien attack during the Avengers.

The fall of S.H.I.E.L.D during Captain America: Winter Soldier.

The rise of Sokovia from Age of Ultron

And the recent explosion in Lagos.

Just to prove Ross's point that the heroes have made irresponsible actions and not careful enough when they did their job.

Sees the images alone horrifies the audience, but what made it worse, at least for those who like numbers, looked at the side of the screen, showing big numbers of human casualties and the overall loss in US Dollars.

"Really shows that even if you try to save as many people as possible, people still died during those incidents." All Might said, "as Steve said, you can only deal with the loses if you accept that you can't save anyone, but save as many as you can."

"To be fair, the Avengers were reckless at times," Aizawa spoken out, causing the audience to turn to him. "some of those shots, you notice that the deaths are caused by the heroes themselves, in New York, Hulk made a move that causes debris to fall on innocents, at Washington, the aircraft was falling onto a populated area, and in Sokovia, the heroes were mainly focused on the rising city, that they forgot about the debris and collapsed building falling onto the main ground."

"But is it right to blame the heroes for that?" Midoriya suggested, giving attention to him. "they tried their best in a worse situation they were put and you can't blame them for those events to happen. If the Avengers weren't there in New York, the government would have nuked Manhattan, killing millions of lives, if Captain America weren't there at Washington, millions of people would die and Hydra would have taken over the world, and… okay… Sokovia is mainly Stark's fault since he's the one who made Ultron, but the point is… it's wrong the blame heroes for those damages, they just tried their best and managed to do something that we wouldn't be able to do if we're put in a similar situation."

Hearing both Midoriya and Aizawa, the audience was a little mixed, some took on Aizawa side due to their understanding of what Heroes should do and not be reckless when it comes to collateral damages. While some side with Midoriya, seeing those events being the minimum casualties and damages.

And strangely enough most of them are on the same side as the person they sided with.

"You can't fight a war and expect zero casualties," Kurogiri said towards both arguments.

00:22:58 - 00:23:20

After seeing the horror images, Ross then brings out the problem with the Avengers and mention a solution. Giving a big book that's titled 'The Sokovia Accords'.

Most of the audience now see where this going.

"It appears we have reached the end of the Pre-License era of the MCU," Nezu mutters.

00:23:20 - 00:23:40

Hearing one of the statements, while a few students were a little concerned about the idea, most of the students and the teachers understand that statement in the Sokovia Accords

"They're turning the Avengers into a government-supervised group." One of the teachers pointed out.

"It's sort of like the Out-State permission when the quirk and hero laws were formed." All Might said, comparing the statement to something similar to their laws. "at the time in the United States, government working Pro Heroes were only able to operate in their respective and assigned State, they can't do their hero duty outside the country nor their State unless they are granted permission from the government. It was later altered when the Pro Hero population increased and to spread a wider scale."

"It doesn't sound fair at first, but it's to ensure a hero's trust towards the government," Iida said, agreeing with those laws and the reason for the statement in the Sokovia Accords.

00:23:40 - 00:23:55

"You're comparing those heroes to nukes?" one of the students were confused by Ross's statement.

"Well they are powerful beings," Momo pointed out, "Thor is a Norse God while Banner has the Hulk, though it might be due to Ross's hatred towards Banner."

00:23:55 - 00:24:12

"And the heroes didn't get notified in advance?" Present Mic said.

"Probably didn't have time to tell them," Aizawa suggests.

00:24:12 - 00:24:28

"Reasonable decisions for the heroes," Nezu said, "just like the decisions the chosen vigilantes had when the quirk laws were put in place,"

"What do you mean?" one of the students asked the principal.

"I've read that when the quirk laws were put in place, the Vigilantes were given a choice, resulting in three outcomes, either they joined the government to make the hero operation work, go into retirement and adapt to the quirk laws or continue their work outside the law and become fugitives. Eventually caught and arrested by the governed heroes."

Hearing this, the audience thought about such a decision and glad that they weren't put into a similar situation since hero schools are the only way people can be heroes.

They couldn't imagine how the pre-license vigilantes felt after the laws were put in place, but they knew that it would be similar to how the Avengers feel about the Sokovia Accords.

00:24:28 - 00:24:36

The next scene shows a different location, with the title saying 'Cleveland'.

"So, is this going to be a thing where it shows big English words of locations?" one of the students asked while the rest were wondering the reason for showing the location.

00:24:36 - 00:25:08

The scene shows someone outside accidentally crashing into the homeowner's car, apologizing to the owner.

There were many interesting indications towards the man, from the boarded-up windows to a shot of a gun, up until he said 'no cops'.

"Sounds like a very cautious fellow," Compress said. Having a bad feeling about the guy outside.

00:25:08 - 00:25:17

Just when the man opens the door, the guy outside attacks, cutting to black.

"Should have expected that," Spinner said.

"Now there's a mystery," Compress said, now curious about the scene.

00:25:17 - 00:25:36

Now interested in the scene, the audience watches as the man who attacked knocked down a piece of all to receive a box.

The box contains an item they've seen before.

"The book," Midoriya pointed out, "so it does have importance…"

"Wait, so if the book is there, does that mean…"

"That the house owner was part of Hydra?" Tamaki answered Nejire's question, "yeah it seems to be, and I think he's the same guy who read the book to Bucky in 1991."

"Certainly, explains why he has it," Nejire said.

00:25:36 - 00:25:54

The audience was shocked when they see what the man put the Hydra guy into. Though a few were confused.

"What in the world did he tie him up to?" one of the students asked

"It's an execution device of some sort," Kurogiri tried to understand the device, "I believed it's a case of drowning when the tub gets full, the person's nose and mouth gets trapped in the water and since he's upside down, he would drown faster. A really disturbing way to go."

"Hydra is indeed terrible," Present Mic commented, "but this is too much…"

00:25:54 - 00:26:13

The man, now named Zemo, mentions certain words that made the audience ever so curious for not what's happening, but the opening scene.

'Mission Report, December 16th 1991.'

Midoriya remembers that in the opening, it revealed '1991' indicating that it took place in that time, and with Zemo's words, he has a feeling that the car incident took place on December 16th.

"There has to be a connection," Midoriya said, putting it down on notes, "but of what?"

00:26:13 - 00:26:36

"Make sense that the Hydra files would be heavily encrypted," Nezu said, "don't want vital information to be easily cracked even if it has a chance of being leaked out."

"Probably when it came out to the public, hackers start trying to decrypt the files," Power Loader suggested, "either to make more money or to find individuals who were operating with the evil organization."

00:26:36 - 00:27:23

"At least this villain doesn't like Hydra," one of the teachers said, "still bad that he's doing this and plan to do worse."

"But it makes you wonder what he wants," Compress said.

"Whatever he wants, it would cause disastrous results."

00:27:23 - 00:27:51

"And another Hydra down," Twice said, watching the Hydra guy drowning, "now where's the second head!"

"At this point, there isn't much Hydra left," Shigaraki added.

Overall, the scene revealed the film's main villain, they were unsure about him and have concerns about what he's planning, but knowing that it's not going to be good.

00:27:51 - 00:28:07

The scene changes to show the heroes talking about the Accords, with War Machine wanting to accept them while Falcon has concerns

"It's already starting," All Might sighs, from the second he saw 'Civil War' on the title, he knows what the Sokovia Accords are going to do with the Avengers.

00:28:07 - 00:28:48

From the talk between the two, Vision speaks out and gave out a very interesting and reflective equation.

Explaining that ever since Stark announces himself as Iron Man there has been an increase of enhanced individuals. And with that increase, the number of world-ending events

This can be similar to how their reality started.

Ever since the glowing baby was first reported, the growth of quirks rapidly increased. And such so, there has been a frightening growth of villains, those who use their powers to their advantage.

Both realities had the same causality that Vision explained.

Strength invites challenge, challenge incites conflict, conflict breeds catastrophes.

This was the hero paradox.

So long as there are heroes, so long as there are quirks, there will always be villains who invite challenge, resulting in conflict and catastrophes. Unless there was a way to get rid of quirks entirely, their world had to figure out a fair system that prevents catastrophes, not just from the action of villains, but the causes of reckless vigilantes.

Then Vision brought up the concept of oversight.

Oversights of these strengths and challenges to prevent catastrophes.

In their reality, oversight is already in place and so far, it's working.

The quirk laws keep people at bay to prevent an increase in conflict.

The hero system and their commission get them to prepare for when the challenge is invited.

This is why many Pro Heroes, including Nezu, All Might and Aizawa can agree with oversight.

The students, while a few of them were a little concerned about it, have to accept oversight to become Pro Heroes.

It's just how their world works, and in this film, once the Accords are signed, the heroes have to accept them too.

00:28:48 - 00:28:55

"Underchar… what did she say?" Denki questioned Romanoff's words.

"She's saying that Stark isn't his usual self," Momo explained, "honestly I can see Stark going against the accords due to his history with the government."

"I don't know," Midoriya spoken out, "after what happened to him in Iron Man 3 and Age of Ultron, I think he's starting to change his perspective…"

00:28:55 - 00:29:13

"Know how that feels," Power Loader said, turning to see the student, who often drink coffee to keep herself awake.

Meanwhile, for the rest, they can see that Stark had already made up his mind and his talk is preparing him to explain his reason to accept the Accords.

00:29:13 - 00:29:57

Bring a good conclusion and meaning towards an earlier, Stark showed everyone a picture of a boy, Charles Spencer, explaining good things about him, how he had a future, and how he went to Sokovia for the summer to build sustainable housings for the poor, only for his future and his life to be taken away due to the Ultron incident and the heroes were unable to save him. The mother of Charles Spencer blamed Stark for her son's death.

"Stark found out more about him," Recovery Girl said, noticing the behaviour from the Iron hero, "he has guilt written on his face."

"He blamed himself for that to happen," All Might sighs, having a familiar feeling for when his sensei died.

But unlike his experience, it brought out a different lesson.

00:29:57 - 00:30:18

Hearing this, the audience was quiet, most of them seeing his point very clear.

But overall, they see how much Stark changed.

"What… what happened to him?" Hatsume muttered, notice the change from Stark,

Many recalled him as someone who doesn't have limitations, a billionaire who wanted to make the world a better place, only for him to suffer the weight of his responsibilities.

"Being a hero happened to him…" Aizawa said, "he's starting to accept responsibilities…"

They saw the changes that happened to him, gaining trauma after the alien attack in New York, being not afraid to fight villains, wanting to make the world better with the Ultron project. It all taken him a mental toll on how he sees the world and its situation.

The latest is the fact that he caused the Sokovia incident and all the deaths from the said incident were put on him.

It got to the point where he needs to be supervised, fearing that he could cause another problem and make the world worse instead of better. He needs someone to tell him to stop and the Sokovia Accords is a way to help him know his limits.

This is the peak of Stark's journey.

The heroes and many students understand what Stark is trying to say, and due to their upbringings, a great majority can agree with him.

But are a few, a few students while can see Stark's point and understood his perspective, and about to agree with Stark and the accords, but they were still unsure, especially when Steve brings in his counter-argument.

00:30:18 - 00:31:00

Steve brought up his argument, understanding responsibility from Stark, but the freedom of that responsibility and the right to choose responsibility.

This brings the idea of taking actions and be a hero without any reason too other than a good heart and the choice of doing that.

The concept in their reality is the definition of vigilantism.

At least for some like Midoriya and Mirio

They can see from Steve's point, especially the questions Steve asked. Questions that they experienced during their time working with Nighteye.

Being unable to rescue Eri because they have to wait for the right moment, the idea of knowing that they need to be somewhere but can't because of restrictions.

Midoriya had more experience with restriction. Every time he tries to give his choice of taking responsibility, he gets backlash from the heroes saying that what he did was wrong

And after his time at the cinema thinking about those times, and after hearing Steve questioning the accords and arguing with Stark, he's starting to think that the heroes were wrong about his choice. Because what he did was good and the situation would only get worse if he did nothing.

He sided with Steve while most sided with Stark.

00:31:00 - 00:31:28

"Agreed with Romanoff," Aizawa said, "They have done bad things in public, if they don't gain their trust, then the public will lose faith in heroes."

00:31:28 - 00:31:36

"At least they're on the same page," Present Mic snickered when Romanoff and Stark agreed for once and Stark pointing out that Romanoff agreed with Stark.

00:31:36 - 00:31:54

After the discussion ending with Stark's side winning, Steve got a text, saying that 'she's gone.'

"Wait, who's gone…" Uraraka said, watching Steve by himself, looking sad towards the news.

"I can only have one clear guess," Recovery Girl said, "and it's a little unfortunate…"

00:31:54 - 00:32:24

The scene changes to show London, before changing towards a funeral. Seeing Steve carrying a coffin covered in the Union Flag,

"Oh, dear…" All Might sighs, putting it all together.

"Peggy Carter… passed away…" Momo was gasped towards the news looking at an old image of Carter.

The audience were saddened by the news, remembering Carter as someone Steve cared about, who they were about to be in a loving relationship with until Steve froze himself to save the world. Carter lived a life without him up until she grows old and Steve came back.

Now she's gone.

"Knowing her condition and age, it's clear that her days were numbered," Recovery Girl said, "it's natural for this to happen, no way we could change that… it's just that I didn't expect it to happen so sudden."

"And didn't expect to happen in this film," Mina said in tears, "at… at least Steve was there to attend her funeral. Even carrying her coffin. He's been so kind to her even if he can't be with her."

And with that, Midoriya turns his pages back to the page about Margaret 'Peggy' Carter.

Though she appeared only in two films, she brought in a huge impact for Captain America, being there to witness Steve's transformation into the hero he is in the films. And when he disappeared, she lived her own life and became one of the founding members of S.H.I.E.L.D, originally formed to do good for the world. She got to live a life and she would never forget the past and how Steve helped her as much as she helped Steve.

Midoriya wrote down the fate of Peggy Carter; 'during the Avengers discussion about the Sokovia Accords, Peggy peacefully passed away in her sleep. Steve Rogers attends her funeral in London.'

00:32:24 - 00:32:30

"Sharon Carter…" Midoriya peaked up from his notes, "Peggy has a living relative?"

00:32:30 - 00:32:34

Then Sharon Carter appears, surprising

"Wait a second," Midnight noticed, "is that… Steve's spy neighbour?"

"She's Sharon Carter!" Mineta shouted, somewhat stunned that someone who worked for S.H.I.E.L.D turned out to be a Carter.

00:32:34 - 00:32:50

"So she's Peggy's niece," All Might said, "and Steve tried to flirt with her… so embarrassing."

"Well originally it made sense since she was tasked by S.H.I.E.L.D to protect Steve," Aizawa said, "not there's another reason she declined his offer."

Meanwhile, Midoriya made sure to add more notes towards the person who, at the time was known as 'Agent 13' now revealed as Sharon Carter.

00:32:50 - 00:33:05

While some were a little confused as to why Sharon hid her family name from everyone, there were a few who understood or begin to understand.

Especially All Might, remembering when All For One told him about Shigaraki being related to his former sensei.

He doesn't know why she didn't tell him, doubted anyone knew about him, probably the reason is the same for why Sharon didn't reveal herself as a Carter.

Protection.

For Sharon's case, it's rather a matter of timing, finding the right moment to tell everyone. And the funeral of the aunt who inspires her would be an appropriate time.

But for Shigaraki… well, All Might doesn't know much about him, but after hearing what All For One said, he wanted to know more about him.

"Damnit Yagi," All Might thought to himself, suddenly realizing vital. "you are Shigaraki are in the same room, this is an opportunity."

Maybe it's not too late, he kept to himself and remind him to have a chat with Shigaraki when this film is over.

For now, he has to hear what Sharon have to say about her Aunt.

00:33:05 - 00:33:39

"Wise words from Peggy Carter…" Midoriya smiled, already putting the words on his notes

"Agreed," Toga said, liking the words of the late S.H.I.E.L.D founder, "when the world tells you to move, stand your ground and tell them to move!"

"Yeah!" Twice shouted, "Move world, get out of my way!"

"Didn't expect villains to take in her words," Asui muttered, trying to keep it quiet so the villains wouldn't hear her and feel offended.

00:33:39 - 00:34:04

"At least they get to see each other again," Mina said, "both of them lost in time but managed to find each other once again… just not in the way we expect it to be…"

00:34:04 - 00:34:23

The audience hears the people who signed the accords, Stark, Rhodey and Vision, Romanoff is about to sign the accords, Hawkeye is retired and Wanda has yet made a decision.

While the audience understood and see their reason to sign, they were curious about Steve's response to the Sokovia Accords.

00:34:23 - 00:34:46

To everyone, when Steve said that he can't sign it, it came in a mixture of shock and confusion.

"Seriously? He's going to give up and retire?" Denki questions Steve's decision.

"Not likely," All Might spoken out, "chances are that Steve would become a vigilante."

"Now that's even more absurd!" Iida shouted, "who in their right might choose to become a vigilante over a hero?"

Those who remember the poll and answer the third question to yes, thinking about the idea of becoming a vigilante over a pro hero.

The one who thought about it the most was All Might.

"I would…" the Symbol of Peace said.

To everyone's response, they turn to see the skinny old man with wide eyes.

"Just like Steve, if there was a problem in front of me, I cannot ignore it, if someone is in trouble, I will always be there to save them. If I didn't become a pro hero, I would certainly become a vigilante and still save people."

"But All Might…" Momo said, "had you gone down that path, you wouldn't impact the world as it is today. You wouldn't become the Symbol of Peace and the world wouldn't be a safer place because you would have worked outside of the law. You would most likely be a high-rank villain due to your abilities and Even if you managed to make a name for yourself, you would end up bring back the high rate of vigilantism and the public trust in heroes would decline."

"But I would still save people" All Might attempt to counter, "I don't care what happens to me as long as someone is saved and I don't care…"

But he paused, he was about 'I don't care what the world sees me as' but deep down he knew that he did. He wanted to become a Symbol of Peace and have people look up to him and know that he be there to save them. He cannot achieve that idea if he went down a vigilante path, only as a pro hero it was possible.

And more honestly, he would sign the Accords to keep that symbol alive. He wouldn't do what Steve is planning to do.

In the end, All Might didn't finish what he was about to say, instead, he kept it to himself, he mutters in a whisper, a truth towards the former number one hero, "Steve Rogers is a better hero than I am…"

00:34:46 - 00:35:06

Before the scene changes, it showed Steve and Natasha hugging each other. A nice touching moment for the audience.

"Romanoff knows the path Steve is going to, so she took this opportunity to be with him before they become enemies," one of the teachers said, feeling bad for Romanoff and while they would question Steve's decision, know that this moment was peaceful.

"A calm before the storm." Tokoyami describes this very scene.

Meanwhile, for the purple pervert, he felt jealous towards the hug, not understanding the friendship between the two that's about to shatter after this scene.

00:35:06 - 00:35:56

The scene changes to Vienna where the Sokovia Accords are getting ratified.

But it wasn't just that and Romanoff signing the Accords, but it introduces a new face. A black man in a suit, who talked to Wanda about what's going on and how they feel about politics.

Since it showed a shot of him alone looking at a window, it means that this man is going to have importance within the film, Midoriya kept a note towards this person.

00:35:56 - 00:36:02

"Sounds like this person has a mindset of 'action over politics'. interesting" Nezu said,

When the King of Wakanda appears to finish the quote, the principal continued, "while it's not a bad mindset, there are some precautions towards it, and that is if the piano is too heavy to move."

00:36:02 - 00:36:47

"So that man is King T'Chaka son" Midoriya read the subtitles, "meaning that he's the Prince of Wakanda.

00:36:47 - 00:37:12

"Guess it make sense if their legacy comes from those incidents," Momo said, "wanting to improve themselves and join a bigger world would be a good first step."

00:37:12 - 00:37:23

While the king talks, his son notice something outside, a van with guards running away from it.

This brought up one big red flag for the audience.

"Oh no…" Uraraka said, not worried and scared for what's going to happen/

00:37:23 - 00:37:31

Then it happened.

A big explosion.

This made many jumps as the explosion managed to get to the building.

There were several thoughts of confusion and fear, wondering who would do such a thing in such a time, and who ended up killed from the explosion.

From how the son tried to run to his father, they knew who died in the explosion.

00:37:31 - 00:37:57

Their worse thoughts came to be, as the scene shows the man looking and embracing the remains of his father, who died from the explosion.

This was a very tearing scene, as it shows a boy who lost his dad. Everyone felt shocked and sad, they felt sorry for the man.

"Well…" Sero spoke, "I did not expect to happen."

While Midoriya wrote the fate of King T'Chaka, many had so many questions, mainly to show blew up the UN.

00:37:57 - 00:38:11

The scene then makes a sudden and more calm scene where Steve was having a conversation with Sharon. With Sharon talking about how she got enlisted.

"This is going to be big and tragic news when Steve hears about what happened at the UN," All Might said, knowing that this calm scene is going to shift suddenly.

00:38:11 - 00:38:55

There wasn't much talk towards the talk between the two, as they see it as a nice conversation between the two.

However, one particular pink student had a sudden dilemma.

Ever since Winter Soldier, she wanted Steve to find a relationship and hoped for him to find a perfect girl for him to be with. She considered Romanoff until she ended up in a sudden short relationship with Banner.

Now, there's the possibility of Sharon Carter being a potential candidate for Steve's love interest.

The problem is the fact that she is the niece of Steve's first love interest, the late Peggy Carter.

On one hand, Mina wanted Steve to be with someone, but on the other, dating the niece of the recently passed first love interest doesn't sound or feel right.

Overall, she's very conflicted as to whether or not Steve should be with Sharon and this scene doesn't help her dilemma.

00:38:55 - 00:38:58

"Here we go," All Might spoke when Falcon appears to tell Steve the news.

00:38:58 - 00:39:20

The following scene shows the news about the bombing at the UN, talking about how many were injured and how many died, including the King of Wakanda.

The audience expected Steve to hear the news, but what they didn't expect is the main suspect and the person who caused

Hearing who it was and looking at the video, everyone was shocked to see who caused the bombing.

"Bucky…" one of the students said, stunned towards who it was.

"No… it… it can't be…" Uraraka stuttered.

"It seems to be the case," one of the teachers said, "with history from the Winter Soldier, the fact that he's on the run and clear video evidence, it's likely that he caused the bomb explosion."

"But why?" Uraraka dared to ask.

"Why would a villain do anything bad?" another Teacher pointed out, "you have to remind yourself that Bucky has killed before and it's most likely his speciality. He's a villain, clear and simple."

The villain hearing this didn't like what the teacher said, nor did Midoriya, who has a feeling that there is something more to this bombing mystery, as though Bucky didn't do anything wrong, just framed to get attention on him, all so the main villain can do worse.

00:39:20 - 00:39:42

While everyone is dealing with the aftermath of the explosion, the scene shows both Romanoff and the man who lost his father.

"Must be hard taking in what happened," All Might sighed, who can relate with the experience of losing someone close.

00:39:42 - 00:40:11

"That… sounds peaceful," Asui said, hearing the man explaining a unique concept of the afterlife originated from Wakandan culture.

"It does sound nice, being peaceful and free," Ibara said, though she has her own religious belief, she still respects the different beliefs of others.

"So I guess for him, he imagines his father running through that green veldt." One of the teachers said. "an interesting way for him to see it as he morns for his father."

00:40:11 - 00:40:23

Though once thought that the man, now named T'Challa, was thinking that his father is in a better place, his words brought concern for most of the audience.

"What is he thinking," Aizawa was suspicious towards the suited man who claims that he's not his father.

00:40:23 - 00:40:37

"Wait, he doesn't mean that… right?" Hagakure said, hearing that T'Challa is going to kill Barnes.

All of the sudden, the audience are worried about what he's going to do, especially with that statement.

"He shouldn't do that to greave for his father," Iida said, "it would only disgrace his death, the path of vengeance is not a way to go."

"Are you sure about that?" Dabi questions Iida.

"I just know what it feels like…" Iida said before putting the last words in a whisper, "because I went down that path once and learn from my mistake…"

He looks at the Wakandan prince walking away, having a feeling that he going to set foot on that path.

00:40:37 - 00:40:45

After T'Challa left, Romanoff gets a phone call from Steve, seeing if she was alright.

"Speaking of the devil," Dabi said seeing Steve in a hat and glasses, already know what he's going to do.

00:40:45 - 00:41:19

"They can't arrest Captain America," one of the students said, "he's a great hero and it's his best friend."

"But he didn't sign the Accords," Aizawa pointed out, "meaning that if he goes through this, he'll be registered as a vigilante and you know what happens to them."

"That's right…" Nezu said, "if he's going to go and help Bucky or try to bring him in, he too would be arrested for vigilantism, he no longer has authority or jurisdiction to make such acts."

The students mostly agreed with the teachers with this, but for some, it felt somewhat wrong towards Steve's situation.

They remember what a vigilante is, at least what they been taught while growing up. They were told that vigilantes are reckless and dangerous hero wannabes who does nothing but make situations worse and does them in hopes to become popular, forgetting that it doesn't benefit them other than putting them on the list of wanted criminals. This is why none of them would do heroic action with their quirks or use their quirks on villains until they get their license. Why they choose to become Pro Heroes instead of vigilantes.

Though some of them had broken these rules before, they were warned against it time and time again. That until they have full official licenses, they cannot break those rules again.

"So… he's really going down this path…" Midoriya said.

"Yeah," Todoroki said, "for someone who has so many similarities with All Might, I never thought he would do this."

"Sure, but he's doing this because he believes this is the right thing to do."

"He thinks that," Momo said, "but hero society says otherwise."

"If that's the case, then hero society is wrong."

Everyone suddenly stopped and turn to face Midoriya. The students were shocked, the villains were smiling and the teachers… they were being suspicious.

"I'm… sorry… but if Steve is doing the right thing, I don't care if he becomes a vigilante to do it, I would do the same thing and I don't care what happens to me or how the world sees me as…"

"Midoriya…" the 1-A teacher spoke up, "you're stepping out of line."

"I'm… sorry…" Midoriya stutters, suddenly realizing he's talking to his own teacher, still giving him a nervous feeling when he becomes serious, "But… it's just who I am…"

The teacher looked at the green hair student with a raised brow. Not liking what he hears.

"If I have to step out of line to save someone, I do so gladly… I cannot walk away from a situation and neither can Steve. If anything, Steve Rogers is more of a hero than any of the pros, because what he does is for everyone and if it means he has to face the government and the heroes he sided, just to get to Bucky, then he should. Because that's the right thing to do."

Everyone was unsure what to make with what Midoriya said. What he said goes against the ideals of a pro hero and more of the ideals of illegal vigilantes.

The villains liked what Midoriya said, especially the part of facing the government and stepping out of line, now they understood the presence of VDeku from the previous film and now saw a bit of him with their version of Midoriya.

The teachers however were cautious towards Midoriya, fearing that if he's not careful, he's going to go down a dark path of vigilantism. Though a few like Aizawa and Midnight encounter vigilantes in the past and did not bother with them when they save people, it's when they fight that becomes an issue.

When they go back to their reality, they have to watch over Midoriya, as they fear for his future. But for now, they have to watch the film. Where it showed an interesting part that they didn't expect.

Captain America, the Symbol of Courage, the world's first superhero and one of the greatest heroes of the MCU, becoming a vigilante.

That alone is a lot to take in.
