It was another day in Crocus, the capital of Fiore. Many people live in the capital and so does one young man. A man named Arthur Tokiwa was helping his great-uncle Kay with building and fixing clocks. It was a slow business but a good one, but Arthur always felt like this wasn't enough with him, that he was destined for more.

Arthur remembers how he dreamed to be King like he was destined for it. That's why he's been told in his dream to collect these Ridewatches and luckily he got one and the device to use it, the Ziku-Driver, and placed it on his waist.

ZIKU-DRIVER!

With that Arthur thrust his arm out, holding the watch tightly and showing them the faceplate. Arthur turned the dial of the watch's faceplate to reveal a mask and he pressed the watch's button, making a hologram circle of that mask appear. Said mask having the word 'Rider' written in pink in katakana

ZI-O!

Arthur inserted the watch in the right-hand side of the belt's holder and pushed the button on top of the belt, making it tilt anti-clockwise. The belt's screen began to flash as his body seemed to naturally flow into a standing position, his right arm moved back while his left hand rose level to his head. Unbeknownst to Arthur, a see-through clock appeared seemingly from nowhere accompanied by gears that traveled around the clock's edge and the clock hands traveled around anticlockwise.

Arthur twisted his hand to the back and said.

"Henshin."

And his left hand fell, connecting with the belt, spinning it 360 degrees until it landed back where it started and locked in place.

RIDER TIME!

The whole world around Arthur seemed to spin around with the belt as the clock and gears balanced out and landed on 12, before the hands split off and pointed to 10 and 2 respectively, with pink Katakana which read 'Rider' appearing on the clock-face.

KAMEN RIDER! Zi-O!

Arthur was immediately surrounded by three silvery human-sized rings that looked like watch straps, glowing with a pink aura and energy. Within this sphere, Arthur emerged in a black bodysuit with dark grey boots with silver anklets, pink markings on shin guards that protected his legs, silver watch-crown-styled kneecaps, on his hips were two more pink stripes, from his chest to his waist was a single silver link watch-strap, over his shoulders and chest was a watch's edge styled shoulder-guard. His hands were wrapped in black gloves with pink markings, four wrist holders that held four blank black watches similar to his own.

And finally, Arthur's mask was a watch's face, his visor had the pink Katakana for the word 'Rider' on it, the clock hands pointed to 10 and 2 respectively, mirroring the transformation sequence behind him.

This was the start of his journey, what his dreams have been telling him, the road for kingship has begun. There are nineteen other watches

On his journey for the nineteen Ridewatches to gain more power, he'll meet many individuals, mages, dragons, and demons that will get in his way but that won't stop Arthur, he will reach his goal.

Arthur has been collecting Ridewatches throughout Fiore. He collected Build, Ex-Aid, W, and Ghost. So he's in the Sabertooth Guild fighting off its members trying to gain the Ryuki Ridewatch.

He is fighting them off in his W Armor as he attacks them with green winds and purple energy:

Zi-O kicked Minerva's stomach, made her let go of the Ryuki Ridewatch, and had Arthur catch it.

"Armor time," Arthur said before activating the Ryuki Ridewatch.

RYUKI!

Arthur replaces the W watch and places the Ryuki Ridewatch on the left slot before spinning his Driver.

ARMOR TIME!

Several grey flat images suddenly spun into view, coming together to reveal the Ryuki Armor. It ended up being one of the simpler Armor Times to date, having the standard chest, leg and arm armor that simpler armors had. The front of the thigh armor had red stripes with patterning similar to Ryuki's, the breastplate resembling Ryuki's while the shoulder pads were larger Dragvisors.

ADVENT! RYUKI!

The Armor then broke apart before attaching onto Arthur, the helmet latching on last. The helmet resembles the Rider that fights in the Mirror World, Ryuki, even having the same vents on the front, the Katakana for Ryuki flashing and appearing underneath them.

Zi-O takes out his sword.

KEN!

He started to swing and block any other attacks from any Sabertooth members. Arthur knew these people only answer to the power and the person with the most power is the guild master. And the guild master is Jiemma Orland.

He presses the Ride On Starter of his Ridewatches then pressed the Ride On Ruser of his Ziku Driver before rotating the Ziku Circular 360 degrees.

FINISH TIME! RYUKI!

Zi-O crunch down before jumping up to the air as his body begins to glow as if he was engulfed in fire. He held his right foot out which glowed more than the rest of his body and aimed it at Jiemma.

FINAL TIME BREAK!

Jiemma tried to block the kick with his arms but when Zi-O landed the kick pushed Jiemma back before going right through him.

"Gahh!" Jiemma shouted as he exploded as Zi-O landed behind him.

Fairy Tail was now fighting off Zi-O in his Decade Armor, Zi-O was using the power of Ex-Aid's upgrade form, Double Action Gamers. Its power made Zi-O spit into two beings with one chest in characters say 'Ex-Aid Form L' and the Zi-O chest says 'Ex-Aid Form R'.

Zi-O L was handling the remaining Fairy Tail members while Zi-O R was handling their powerful member Gildarts. They thought it was easy but it was more difficult

FINISH TIME!

Zi-O R started to spin the RideHeisaber's Hand Selector multiple times.

D-D-D-DECADE! HEISEI RIDERS! ULTIMATE TIME BREAK!

Zi-O R conjures two card-like projections towards Gildarts, before delivering a powerful slash at him, which will then take effect in a few seconds as the word 'HIT' surrounds Gildarts before causing him to explode.

"Gildarts!" "Dad!" The Fairy Tail members cried out.

With Fairy Tail distracted by their despair, Zi-O L changed his weapon into gun mode.

ZYU!

Luckily, nobody heard the weapon's change announcement. He then places the Fourze Ridewatch onto the Zikan's Ridewatch slot and pressed the trigger.

FINISH TIME: FOURZE SURE SURE SHOOTING!

Zi-O L shoots several projections of the Rocket Module at Fairy Tail members.

Gray saw the rocket coming straight towards them. "Move!" He shouted.

Everybody jumped away from the rockets as they exploded when they made contact with the ground. With explosions surrounding all of them, Zi-O R grabs the Wizard Ridewatch that was dropped by Gildarts. Zi-O de-henshin, and summons Ridestriker with his Bike Ridewatch and drives away.

In his hand, Arthur beheld a strange elongated black base with golden markings Ridewatch with a silver face-plate with his Rider mask on the front, a silver rotation dial on the right-hand side, and a button on the left-hand side. Arthurs pressed the button.

ZI-O II!

Arthur turned the rotation dial and saw the silver faceplate move closer to the dial, revealing a second golden Zi-O mask underneath.

ZI-O!

Arthur, once again on some ingrained instinct, split the Ridewatch in two and slotted them into his Ziku-Driver, pressing his Driver's button to activate the transformation sequence. Digital tune beeping came from Arthur's belt as he got into his transformation stance, while not one but two analog clocks appeared behind him.

"Henshin!"

With a confident spin of his belt, and overlapped voice came from the Ridewatches, while the world seemed to be split into two different directions, one going clockwise and the second counter-clockwise with golden and pink edges.

RIDER TIME!

The two analog clocks produced the pink Katakana for 'Rider' on their faces, as two golden watch straps appeared and hovered over Arthur's shoulders while small dials and clocks appeared around his feet. The Katakana flew off the watch faces and attacked the demons, causing actual, but small, damage to him.

KAMEN RIDER~! (RIDER~!) ZI-O! (ZI-O!) ZI-O~! II!

The golden watch straps turned silver and draped over his shoulders, his black rider-suit now had pink 'wings' protecting his shins, waist, and gloves, large crest-like shoulder pads were golden edged with silver and pink curved lines under his neck and a golden neck-guard. But his mask was the most changed, having the pink Katakana for 'Rider' still remained, but his silver clock face had etchings of the watch straps, two watch crowns on either side of his head, and two sets of clock hands over his eyes, depicting 10 and 2 o'clock. He became a more powerful form Zi-O II.

"Hahaha!" Arthur laughed. "It worked! My creation worked! Now I truly have the power of time!"

Arthur started fighting off the Etherious, with his new power, he will kill all these demons. As he blocks a strike from Bloodman unknowingly Seliah was about to release her Demonic Eye Unleashed.

Before she could reach him, everything went back. And Demons were standing right before Bloodman attacked Zi-O.

"Huh?! What happened?!" Bloodman questioned.

"Did time turn back?" Lamy asked.

"Impossible!" Ezel screamed.

"You idiotic demons!" Arthur gathered their attention.

Zi-O combined Zikan Girade with Saikyo Girade forming Saikyo Zikan Girade.

FINISH TIME!

"I'm the King of Time and Space. I control all of it." Zi-O then coats the combined Saikyo Zikan Girade with yellow energy, before raising the weapon, extending the energy blade with a line of pink characters spelling Zi-O Saikyo forming along with it.

KING GIRI GIRI SLASH!

Zi-O strikes down the demons that were in front of him with a sideways slash with the pink characters also left behind like a trail destroying remaining demons that were in his way.

He walked over the burning flames of the explosions and saw what he was looking for, the last Ridewatch, Kamen Rider Kuuga.

Arthur watches his Dai Mazine destroy Magnolia. He was at the now destroyed home of Fairy Tail. The building that held the guild for years till now. The Master of Fairy Tail hid a secret that many of the members did not know of, the Fairy Heart.

It held their first master in Lacrima before he freed her from her long years of imprisonment. Her body was weak and she was surprised to see him. She asks him who he is and he answers by a king getting rid of unnecessary merits before killing her.

He sits on the destroyed entrance of the destroyed Fairy Tail Guild with a few of its members dead inside while the others left, retreating, running away. Arthur waited till he saw a figure coming, the Black Wizard, Zeref Dragneel.

"You have come to face me, Spriggian?" Arthur asked him. "If you're wondering about the First Fairy Tail Master… she's gone now and so is her magic."

Zeref just stares at him. "Did she die painfully?" He asked.

"My disintegration takes a couple of seconds before killing them so… she might have one second of pain before disintegrating," Arthur answered.

Zeref just nodded. "I thought Acnologia would cause the end of the world."

"You were wrong. The age of my kingdom has started. The world will know I am their king." Arthur replied as he stood up and brought out his Oma Zi-O Driver. "I'm rewriting your death, Zeref. When I gained the ultimate power this became the true timeline. Any other timeline within our world leads to me."

Zeref used his Immobilization Magic to freeze Arthur, but it didn't work, Zeref knew that but it was worth a shot.

"That means we're starting." Arthur placed his gold Driver to his waist before he pressed its two buttons. "Henshin."

SHUKUFUKU NO TOKI! SAIKOU! SAIZEN! SAIDAI! SAIKYOU-OU! OMA ZI-O!

Gold rings appeared around Arthur and soon in his place was the dreaded and infamous Overlord of Time and Space, Oma Zi-O.

Before Zeref could do anything, Oma Zi-O ran to him with great speed and punch with his fist filled with gold energy. Zeref grunted as release his Death Predation around hoping to kill Arthur. Oma Zi-O created a time shield blocking the Death Predation from hitting him.

The Demon King Oma Zi-O and The Dark Wizard exchange punches releasing energy every time they send a punch at each other. Zeref wasn't much of a fighter but held all his magical energy into his body enough to withstand against Oma Zi-O. Oma Zi-O slapped his palm to Zeref's chest and pushed the Dark Wizard back.

"It's time to end this." Arthur looks up and presses his Driver's two buttons activating his finisher.

SHŪEN NO TOKI!

Arthur channels energy into his entire body before rising into the air as a series of gold "Kick" characters appear and circle and surround Zeref. The latter released one final attack at the gold king.

Arthur sets himself into a Rider Kick with the Apocalypse of Kingdom acting as wings.

OMA ZI-O HISSATSU-GEKI!

Arthur's foot hits through the black magic attack, not even able to surpass each Oma Zi-O's power. As Arthur makes contact with the Black Wizard striking him, the characters around the Zeref combine to Oma Zi-O's foot and strengthen the attack to the point where he destroys right through the immortal man.

A large explosion appeared behind Oma Zi-O as he landed behind Zeref. Oma Zi-O turns back to see Zeref's broken and bloody body.

"Hmph, I'll give your brother my condolences," Arthur says.

With the defeat of Zeref, Oma Zi-O de-henshin and walks away from the broken wizard. The end of magic has started it's time for his reign to truly flourish.

AN: Okay, here's the birth of Oma Zi-O in Fairy Tail, and I know it's crap. I just wanted to get this over with. But I'm more excited with the announcement of the three projects of Kamen Rider's 50th Anniversary.

1: The anime adaptation of Fuuto PI, which I'm excited about it because who knows what the future hold for Kamen Rider, because they may in the future do more anime adaptations like Kuuga.

2: Kamen Rider Black Sun an adaptation of the hit season Kamen Rider Black, and we know people love Amazons, and they might create more Kamen Riders like Amazons. Hey, maybe Shadow Moon will get a more of a Rider look.

3: Shin Kamen Rider, we've seen Shin films before like Shin Godzilla and the latest Shin Ultraman, so... is Kamen Rider going to be CGI like Green Lantern or similar to The First & The Next movies, or will this be about Kamen Rider Shin's son Shiin, who in the S.I.C. Hero Saga-exclusive became Kamen Rider Shin. Who knows we have to wait till 2023 for it.
