The dragons and Hunter continued on their journey in the last realm of the Forgotten Realm. Spyro and Flame took the lead as the adults tried to catch them up. The two younglings gazed at their dads and snickered.

Malefor ran while holding Astor on his back, "You damn kids! Slow down! My spine cannot take that weight forever! Urgh!" he was wacked on the head and grumbled, "Come on. I wasn't insulting you."

They caught up on the children.

The dark purple dragon put his father on the ground and crossed his arms, "Don't run up ahead."

Nestor nodded and approached them, "Do not go on your own. You can be ambushed by any Rhynocs. We need to stay together. You are not a hero fighting them on your own."

"Sorry," the two children replied as they scratched the ground nervously. They gazed at the ground.

Sparx flew by the side of his best friend and told him that it wasn't the same as before. He was part of a team and not a solo hero.

"Yeah," Spyro nodded and gazed at them, "Sorry again."

"Humble now?" the green dragon asked with a smug on his face.

Titan took the lead, "Let's move on. We save the eggs and then," his eyes shined, "The Sorceress goes down!"

Malefor and the other dragons agreed.

"Follow me," the orange dragon took the lead and the others followed him.

The dark purple dragon cracked his back before he joined them.

Chapter 55: Agent-9

The progress with saving the eggs went well and quickly. They went in a few other realms and saved a few eggs. They had to help a few of the habitants and they were progressing quickly. The day was slowly coming to an end as the younglings showed signs that their energy was starting to drop.

They observed their surroundings for eggs.

"We are doing well. Just a few Rhynocs that we beat up," Spyro proudly replied as he raised his chest.

Flame grumbled, "I just got one Rhynoc less than you. Don't act like you are the best."

Sparx flew between them and warned them that it wasn't the time to be rivals.

"Brotherhood alert," Magnus chuckled as he grabbed his gut.

Bruno approached them, "Don't pry about who is the best. Gunnar beat more than you," he pointed at the dragon with an eyepatch.

Gunnar grumbled, "I'm just glad the enemy is down. There is no point of showing off who is the best."

They did notice he blushed a little.

Bubba chuckled as he slapped the back of the dragon, "Looks like you are better than your boss."

"He was only lucky. I was holding back and I fought everything I have against that monster that burned my hair!" Titan yelled in defense.

The others chuckled quietly at the offended dragon and went on. They slowed down when they noticed a bear with someone in a cage. They all knew the drill and went straight to him.

Moneybear noticed them and gulped loudly. He just knew it wouldn't end well for him, no matter what option he picked.

"Well, who do we have here again?" Trondo asked as he kneeled near him, knife in his hand.

"Let me out of here right now! I'm going to make you regret putting me in jail your stupid bear!" the prisoners said.

The dragons gave attention to the prisoner and noticed the little bit of similarity with humans. A bit of similarly. Just a little bit, they told themselves.

It was a monkey with brown eyes and brown fur of the same color. He wore a green suit with a 'no Rhynoc' image on it, red gloves and a silver helmet, "Anyone working for the Rhynocs and The Sorceress will pay for this!"

"You better release him now," Flame ordered as he approached him.

With that many dragons, Moneybear had no power when it came to negotiation. At the same time, he was in big trouble as many escaped The Sorceress already, "I will not do that. I am not crazy enough to risk the ire of The Sorceress. Absolutely not in her current mood."

"He is playing hard-head now," Titan grumbled as he approached him. He put his hand on his hip and growled quietly, "You will free this prisoner of The Sorceress bear. We are here to crush and destroy her after we save our children. So… Take this as a warning. Our patience is running short now."

"You are speaking my language soldier!" Agent 9 replied.

"Looks like we got someone with the heart of a Peace Keeper in here… Another one," Magnus corrected himself as he scratched his jaw.

"The Sorceress will destroy me if I let him go. There is one prisoner who escaped and you are causing havoc here!" he gulped when the dragons and the cheetah glared at him, "I mean. She is planning to take revenge on everyone here and I rather be out of that list," he put his hands on his back and played his fingers nervously.

Nestor put his hand on the chest of the orange dragon and lightly pushed him back, "He is surely right. The Sorceress is going to take revenge on anyone. Stand down and let's let Astor explain why it is better to let him go."

Spyro and Sparx jumped as he said that. The purple dragon quickly went near the cage, "If you want to keep your sanity, cover your ears. It's going to be soooo boring."

Agent 9 completely believed him and put his hands on his head.

Sparx warned Flame that it was best to take cover and not listen to the upcoming negotiation.

The two youngling dragons and the dragonfly and took cover.

Trondo gazed at the mauve dragon approaching the bear, "Nestor is really going to get violent on that bear. I pity him."

Astor coughed a few times. The Peace Keepers quickly walked away.

Malefor sat on the ground, ready to listen to him.

"Malefor? Did you lose your mind?" Spyro asked his dad. He couldn't believe what he was seeing.

"I know I'm going to regret it, but… Just need to relieve a little of the time with my father," he melancholically replied.

The purple dragon guessed that it was one of the things he missed when he was away. He couldn't understand why, but didn't question it. He went to cover with Flame and jumped on the ground, covering his ears.

Zantor sighed as he put his hat over his face, "Nestor is mad."

Astor cleared his throat, "Let me tell you jerk… that this isn't a good idea to keep him as a prisoner. You see, The Sorceress is doing this with the evillest intention and you might stay on her list, but you just don't know it."

20 minutes later.

The mauve dragon went on, "Now that I'm done with the basic, I have more to say about The Sorceress reputation when I was confronted by her long ago."

Moneybear thought that his ears would bleed as he kept hearing the sermon. He couldn't get away as the dragons were ready to jump on him. They were even daring him to push them to attack. He had no choice, but to endure the verbal torture.

Another 20 minutes later.

Titan whispered, "Even I think this is too cruel Nestor."

"This way, we will never waste time with him again," the Carpenter replied, arms crossed and ears bleeding as he endured it himself.

Gunnar had a grin, "That is one dark side of yours that makes me regret you weren't born as one of us."

"I am proud of my carpentry talent Gunnar."

Bruno sighed as he pat the head of the red dragon, "My pop used to give me some sermon like that, but not that long."

"What?" he grumbled as he made sure that he heard nothing.

They watched Moneybear and was on the ground, sucking his thumbs, "Please. I'll let him out if you stop this! This is worse than anything The Sorceress has for me!"

Astor grumbled offended, "This is what I get for sharing my wisdom. Youth these days," he walked away.

Spyro was glad that this sermon was used for good and not evil, "Good job."

The mauve dragon smirked, "No problem."

"Damn. I missed those days dad," Malefor commented as he approached his dad. His father hugged him and raised his head with a small smile, not expecting that.

"I'm still your dad that much."

"Of course," blood came out of the side of his head. He chuckled and let out a smile. He realised he let his heart melting. He didn't close it up and enjoyed the little moment.

"Free him," Nestor asked as he turned his gaze away from Astor and his son.

Titan tisked in disagreement, but didn't comment further.

"I'll free him right now… Just not another sermon," he went towards the cage and opened it.

Agent 9 came out and sighed, "Thank you for freeing me. Although, I have nothing to say about the way to change his mind. I can't believe you use such words like that," he grinned as he thought of his revenge. The bear was on the ground and wasn't doing anything. The monkey sighed, "I'll spare him my revenge plan. This is worse than anything I planned."

Moneybear walked away, obviously searching for a place to hide and escape the wrath of The Sorceress. He whispered that he hoped The Sorceress would get assaulted by that verbal punishment like he did.

Agent 9 cleaned his suit, "I can't believe you dragons came here to save your eggs and take such a huge risk. I thought only Flame would try and fight with his mother," he nodded at him.

"I thought I was the last one of my kind, but I have so many dads, a brother and many little siblings back to their world. It's a dream come true for me. I even met my blood dad and he is cool," he raised his paw and put it on the gut of the Beast Maker, "And Bruno is also really cool. Big and tough with his magic," he let out an adorable smile.

Nestor knew that it will get complicate with him when they got him. He didn't want to deal with it. It might be a problem, but maybe something great might come. Maybe they will come back stronger and more unite than before. The attack of the Gnorcs was a step. Saving the eggs was obvious. The last one might be with Flame. Who knew what the future might be? Just coming back here created so many possibilities than anyone couldn't imagine until Spyro recklessly jumped into the hole, "I will never see something as impossible anymore," the green dragon whispered.

"What?" Halvor asked with a small grin. He got one glare and took a few steps back, "Come on now. It looks like you see the life of our kind changing forever."

"I am. Just look at them," he pointed at Bruno and Flame.

"I can agree with that," Bubba showed up the other way, "We are friends since before we split into five realms, but maybe we will have more unity. I mean, we all work together to save the eggs without any big complain before we left."

Nestor had to agree. They were often arguing before taking action in Dragon Realm most of the time. That was why they had very few meetings between each leader, except when it was an emergency or the call of the Council.

"I have to go now," Agent 9 brought them back to reality.

"Why?" Spyro asked.

"The place I came from has been invaded by the Rhynocs. It's a laboratory where they made my powerful gadgets to fight against the Rhynocs. They attacked the lab because they were preparing something against The Sorceress," the monkey replied as he took out his blaster. He grunted, "I am ready to blast them off with my blaster!" he raised it. The weapon shined for a few seconds.

The dragons watched this unimpressed. It was just something that looked like a toy. The two younglings even didn't find it that interesting as a toy.

"This kinda look like what the professor might do," Hunter grumbled as he thought back. The weapon really made him think of that. The design was a little like that.

Agent 9 didn't listen to him as he walked towards the portal.

"Wait. Are they eggs at this… lab?" Titan asked as he approached him.

"Yes. I'm certain of it. They are hidden in the vault when those Rhynocs showed up. That door won't open that easily," he smiled as he tapped his chest proudly.

"Let us come with you. We will save the eggs," Spyro declared before any dragons could suggest that.

Nestor grumbled while Titan laughed.

"Sure. But I need to blast them!" he activated his blaster and fired at a rock. That rock turned into stone.

Now, the dragons were impressed.

"Of course, this blaster won't kill the Rhynocs. Just really hurt them," the monkey concluded.

That reassured the young purple dragon.

The group followed him through the portal for a rescue mission.

AC: This is the end of this chapter.

Next: Liberating The Lab.

The dragons went to the lab to beat the Rhynocs and save the eggs.
