Author's Note: In case anyone was wondering (because Caitlin wasn't there to find out her horoscope)- Snowbert is a 65% intimacy, 99% trust, 90% communication, 65% emotions, 80% values, and 65% shared activities, which makes for an overall score of 77%.

Also in case you were wondering... I tried out Snowbarry just for kicks and they got a super high score ;)

After a dinner of homemade pizza and a dessert of ice cream Sundays, the girls trouped back up to Thea's room to continue their sleepover. Thea broke out the potato chips and the m+m's (because obviously entire ice cream Sundays hadn't been enough sugar), and it was about then that Caitlin called.

"Hey guys!" she said in a stage whisper, her desk lamp on and airpods in her ears. "Sorry; I have to be a little quiet. My mom's asleep."

"Caitlin!" Kara cried, doing a belly-flop onto Thea's bed so that she could get in frame. There were too many of them to be captured by the video at once so they had to take turns, but Kara felt entitled to go first. "How did it go?"

"Pretty well, actually," Caitlin replied with a laugh. "I mean, Mrs. Albert managed to bring up my dad in like the first ten minutes of conversation, but other than that I'd say I left a good impression."

"Oof," Laurel winced. "Brutal."

"I'm sure you left a great impression," Felicity told her. "And for the record, that was meant to be earnest, not sarcastic."

"It came through, don't worry," Caitlin assured her. "How's the sleepover going?"

"It's been fun!" Thea said happily. "We wish you were here though. Ooh- we looked up horoscope matches for all our relationships and Roy and I got the most points. Barry and Iris got the least."

"Which automatically tells you that that site is a sham," Caitlin teased.

Iris threw up her hands. "Thank you, Caitlin!"

"I'm offended," Thea said, though she wasn't, really.

"Well..." Caitlin smiled at the girls. "I'll let you guys get back to it. I need to get some sleep or at least get off my phone before I wake up my mom. Uh... have a great time, and I'll see you guys on Monday! And thanks for dress-shopping with me. I'm glad we all found something."

"Me too," Thea said.

"Bye, Caitlin!" Kara said with a wave.

Thea hung up, and tossed her phone higher up on her bed. "What now?" she asked. "We tried truth or dare last time and it was not fun."

Laurel looked askance. "Truth or dare is always fun," she declared. "Alex, let's demonstrate. Truth or dare?"

"Uhhh..." Alex considered for a moment. "Dare."

"I dare you to do the song lyrics challenge to a random person in your contacts that you haven't texted with in at least a month," Laurel said, smirking widely.

Felicity squinted. "The song lyrics challenge? Like that thing where you just put song lyrics into texts with no explanation and royally confuse the person you're texting?"

"Precisely."

"Embarrassing," Thea declared with a cackle of laughter. "Do it, Alex."

"Fine, fine," Alex sighed, pulling out her phone. "What song?"

After a moment of deliberation, the song Backyard Boy by Claire Rosinkranz was picked and Alex selected her target. "Okay..." she muttered, pulling up Winn Schott's texting information. "Haven't texted him since I was wondering if Kara had remembered her homework when she went for a sleepover, let's see... eight months ago."

"Dang," Iris said, wrinkling her nose.

Kara giggled, covering her face with her hands. "He's going to be so weirded out."

" 'Dance with me in my backyard boy'," Alex texted, trying to control her slightly nervous snickering. " 'You're looking super fine in your corduroy.' "

Sara let out a loud laugh. "Has he seen it yet?" she demanded.

"It just got marked as read," Alex replied. " 'Drive me 'round the block, we can go in a loop.' "

"What did he say?!" Kara asked, trying to jostle Alex's phone so she could see. "Ok ok, he said, ha! 'Alex what are you doing?' "

" 'I think this is the wrong number,' " Alex quoted, now laughing almost uncontrollably. " 'This is Winn'."

"Oh my gosh I love him," Felicity said, grinning wildly.

" 'And we'll turn the volume up on some good boy band tunes,' " Alex went on, fingers flying across her texting pad. " 'I can feel the fresh air, can feel your eyes stare, I'm not gonna lie, I get a little bit scared- hahaha he said- he said 'wait are you professing your love to me right now'."

Suddenly, her phone buzzed with a FaceTime call from Winn. Alex almost dropped her phone in surprise and the girls around her squealed. "Pick up!" Thea urged eagerly.

Alex did. "Hey Winn," she said, trying to school her features.

Winn was at his desk with his lamp as the only light. "Uh, hey Alex," he replied awkwardly, before frowning. "And... Kara? And Thea. And... other girls? Wait, are you guys having a sleepover or something?"

"Yes," Alex replied.

"Um..." Winn's eyebrows furrowed. "You were just, um.. texting me? About... feelings? I, uh, I'm flattered but I thought you were gay...?"

The girls lost it, howling with laughter. Kara, taking pity on her best friend, grabbed the phone from Alex. "It was a dare," she explained, wiping tears of mirth from her eyes and trying to catch her breath. "Alex got dared by Laurel to do that song lyrics challenge."

"Ohhhh..." Winn realized, his eyes going wide. He let out a breath of relief. "Ok, ok, good, because I seriously thought for a second that you were confessing your love to me."

"No," Alex said vehemently.

Maybe a little too vehemently, because Winn looked somewhat hurt.

"That's not to say that you wouldn't be a total catch!" Alex pressed on hurriedly. "I'm just, you know... not into guys."

"Yeah, yeah." Winn waved her off with a snort. "Whatever. You watch- I'm gonna end up with the girl of your dreams and she's gonna be into nerds instead of hot ladies."

"Oooh, Winn, you think Alex is hot?" Thea teased, laughing.

Winn opened and closed his mouth a few times. "I- I- I'm going to hang up now."

"Bye Winn," Kara said, waving over Alex's shoulder. "We love you."

"Yeah, yeah," Winn muttered, and ended the call.

"And so you see," Laurel said with a wide sweep of her arms. "Truth or Dare is truly the best sleepover game there is."

A few days after the sleepover, another hangout was called. The weekly Nerd Meeting stretched themselves out across the living room floor of Cisco's house, for a change, and started studying, but prom was brought up almost immediately.

"Dude," Winn said with a snort after Barry and Julian got into a very serious discussion about where and how to buy boutonnieres. "Am I the only guy that we know who doesn't have a date to prom?"

"Nope," Cisco said in a low voice. "I don't."

The room went dead quiet. "Wait," Caitlin said slowly, looking at him with concern. "Gypsy didn't agree to go with you to prom?"

"Gypsy and I broke up," Cisco replied, even quieter. "I was, um, looking for the right time to tell you guys and it just... hadn't happened yet."

Felicity's back went very straight. "I'm going to kill her," she said, and she looked like she might.

"Actually, um..." Cisco drew in a deep breath. "I broke up with her."

Another silence.

"I feel like I should be congratulating you," Ray, their newest addition, said awkwardly. "But that also feels... wrong?"

"Hey man." Barry reached over and slugged Cisco in the shoulder. "I'm proud of you. What made you change your mind about her?"

"I wanted our relationship to get a little more serious," Cisco admitted with a shrug. "Like, meeting her parents and going on more dates and stuff. We weren't really seeing each other that much, because not going to the same school made things a little tricky. But I was willing to- to try, and she just... wasn't. She didn't want anything deep. So I ended it with her." He shrugged again. "Let's be real, she probably wouldn't have said no to Prom even if we were together. Dances aren't really her... thing."

"Oh Cisco, I'm so sorry," Caitlin murmured, reaching over and putting her arm around her best friend. "But don't you even worry about prom, you can third-wheel with me and Julian and we can do our pictures together and dance the three of us and everything."

She hadn't, of course, asked her boyfriend about this, but she knew that Julian wouldn't argue.

"Thanks, Caitlin," Cisco told her, giving her a pat on her hand. "But I'm not sure I'm gonna go. Going to a dance alone -yes, even with you two-, it just feels... weird."

"We could go as bros," Winn offered. "I mean, I'm going alone."

Felicity shook her head. "This won't do," she declared. "We can't have the two most attractive, wonderful men in our nerd group either not going to prom or not going with a date. What has gotten into the ladies of AV High?"

Julian leaned over to Barry. "Should we be taking offense to the attractive, wonderful men part of that little speech?"

"Nah," Barry decided. "She's just saying it to make them feel better."

They fist-bumped, then returned to the conversation.

Winn shrugged and let out a regretful sigh. "I learned a long time ago that the ladies are more apt to go for the brawns than the brains," he said. "Even if the brains happen to be a whole lot sweeter and more considerate than the brawns."

"Physical attraction is important in a relationship," Caitlin reminded him.

"Then we're doomed," Cisco concluded.

"But," she pushed on. "Some women find brains to be very attractive. Besides, you two are good-looking guys! It's just the stage of life we're in, that the nerds aren't the stars of the show. And that's okay. It just means that we have more time to focus on what's important, mainly, our futures."

"Says the girl with a boyfriend," Cisco said bitterly. He noticed Caitlin's unimpressed look and gave her a nudge. "I'm kidding, I only resent you for that a little bit. But, point being, I'm probably not going to prom."

They all got back to studying, but Cisco's declaration had significantly dampened the mood.

It was a fresh week, the high of promposals was a thing of the past, and Sara wasn't expecting to get any exciting relationship news for awhile.

She was proved wrong about this expectation, however, when Zari came power-walking into the classroom before history. "Sara!" she hissed, sliding into her seat. "We have to talk."

"Why?" Sara asked, squinting at her. "I mean, I'm always up for a friendly chat, but-"

"Nate asked me out."

Sara let out a squeal of surprised elation. "He did?!" she demanded, shooting forward in her seat. "He really did?!"

"Yes, he really did," Zari said, looking flustered. "Which is kind of a problem!"

"Wait, what?" Sara looked at her, blank. "Hang on, when we talked about Nate the last time you said you were really into him."

"Sara, that was like a month ago," Zari groaned. "And I never said I was 'really into him', I said that I might like him. And I- I decided that I don't."

Sara felt her stomach sink. "Wait..." she murmured, her face falling dramatically. "So I set you guys up and got him to ask you and and you don't even like him anymore?"

Zari pushed her hands through her hair. "You set us up?" she asked incredulously, and Sara suddenly realized that Zari hadn't figured that part out yet. "Sara, I told you a possible crush I had thinking that I would just, you know, be able to tell you! And you could maybe give me advice! I wasn't looking for you to do anything about it."

Sara's face fell even more. "I'm so sorry," she said, shaking her head. "I really thought I was doing the right thing. What... what did you tell him?"

"I told him that I felt like we were better off as friends," Zari said with a helpless shrug. "But I don't even know if you can be friends with someone after they tell you they like you! That's why I decided not to take that step in the first place. I really like just hanging out with him and Ray and Nora. I don't need anything more than that. Besides, I... I might be interested in someone else."

Sara tilted her head a little.

"And I'm not telling you who," Zari grumbled, giving her a glare. "Because, when I'm certain of my feelings and of his, I will act on it."

"Okay," Sara replied meekly. She opened her mouth to apologize again, or say something to try and explain or justify herself, but at that moment Mr. Vandal Savage started class.

Author's Note: Ok so ngl that whole Zari and Nate thing came completely out of nowhere for me... originally I was totally going to go with the plot that they got together.

But then, I realized that that would mean all of the matchmaking I put in this story was successful. I also wanted to kind of go along with the Legends plotline, where Zari 1 likes Nate but Zari 2 is interested in John Constantine.

I hope you Natari fans aren't too disappointed :( :( If it makes you feel any better, I probably wouldn't have put much more in about them even if they had gotten together.
