Biography:

Once, he was just one of the li'l folks, a peanut. A blockhead kid growing in the idyllic peace of a middle America town.

That was before the nuclear apocalypse forcing this hard luck rumbler to grow up, hard and fast. Roaming into the radioactive wastelands, Chuck Brown was subjected to cruel experiments by the twisted Dr. Van Pelt, which turned him into a cybernetic soldier of fortune and jaded wanderer. Riding a motorcycle with his faithful old mutt by his side, Weapon Brown took his revenge on Dr. Van Pelt before facing hideous threats of his forsaken era, like the demonic Great Pumpkin entity, the heartless organization known only as 'The Syndicate', and Cyber Augmented Legionnaire Version 1.N and his cyborg tiger HOBS.

Class Skills:

Riding: B

Rider is a skilled driver, used to high velocity chases through dangerous unknown grounds, including mined fields and the vast atomic graveyards of America's irradiated prairies. He is less apt when it comes to riding animals, but still can operate with them as well. Dragons and Phantasmal Beasts, however, are all beyond his control to ride.

Rider is also able to operate aerial vehicles and even engage into ferocious dogfights with all manners of aircrafts. He claims his dog has taught him on the subject, although this surely is to be taken as some sort of dark, grim jest.

Magic Resistance: C

Rider fought and defeated a devil tree and the 'Great Pumpkin' demon itself. Spells chanted by a mortal mage, or those invoked by modern Servants using less than three lines, will be ineffective against him.

However, this Skill decreases to E if the spellcaster should happen to be red haired and female.

Personal Skills:

Animal Dialogue: C

Rider has a deep, almost unbreakable connection with his dog Snoop, who will be summoned invariably along with him, and the dog will understand and obey any command given to him by Rider, even though he will also display a marked personality of his own. Snoop has nearly human intellect and, even though he cannot speak, will even operate machines and tools that don't require the use of opposable thumbs. Rider can survive Snoopy being killed just fine, even though it will cause him great emotional distress; but Snoop will disappear instantly if his master is disposed of.

Additionally, Rider can communicate with small birds and even get them to obey his instructions through Snoop. Cats, however, will almost invariably hate and oppose him and Snoop on gut instinct.

Battle Continuation: A

The ability to keep on fighting even after receiving fatal wounds, without the combat efficiency decreasing to a meaningful degree.

Rider is a natural born stubborn son of a bitch. Despite being a loser, he just wouldn't ever quit, no matter what. Faced with defeat, he will keep getting back up and trying until an impossible event is reached, which might even include victory for him. He has a high endurance to pain, only expressed through vicious screaming, yelling and howling. He also has little regard for his own physical wellbeing, although he will treasure that of his Master as long as a good Bond level is achieved.

Cybernetic Implants: C

Rider has been wired with circuitry all through his body, making him virtually unkillable, even by means of massive mutilation, radiation, fire based attacks, and blunt or cutting physical force. He also can hack into minor security and computer systems through physical contact, and can store large amounts of data in his brain, even if they are beyond his capacity to actually understand.

This Skill doesn't protect Rider against mental attacks, and he is also vulnerable to hacking attacks from Servants like Alter Ego Hasegawa Chisame.

Noble Phantasm:

The Flying Ace's Sopwith Camel: B

Anti-Troop or Anti-Battalion, up to 25 enemy units in the air or on the ground.

Through Snoop's howl, Rider summons a massive aerial vehicle, makeshift and modeled a World War One biplane, but with a postapocalyptic design and futuristic weaponry. It can be used to infiltrate past enemy lines with a C ranked Stealth that will disappear as soon as Rider opens fire. The Camel can also drop an unlimited supply of bombs, making it ideal for death from above. It can be piloted by Rider or Snoop himself, with a single other allied Servant or the Master as passengers.

This Noble Phantasm can only be used as long as Snoop is in the vehicle with Rider. Should Snoop be shot dead, knocked out, or otherwise incapacitated during its use, the plane and Rider will plummet to earth immediately.

Summon: "Hey, yourself. Servant Rider here. You just drew the short straw, I guess. Sorry 'bout that..."

Start of Battle: "Playball, bitch! Throw me your first!"

"Snoopy! Go for the fuckin' crotch!"

"What a bother..."

Victory: "Don't start cryin' on me, now. That's life..."

"Adversity has an important purpose. It prepares you for more adversity."

"You just entered another whole new ballgame!"

Defeat: "Good grief..."

"Rats!"

"WAAAUUGGHH!"

Defeat by Noble Phantasm: "This is... the darkest an' stormiest night..."

Noble Phantasm Activation: "Snoop! Bring 'er here! The Sopwith Camel!"

Extra Dialogue:

"Mozart, huh? Well, at least you ain't Beethoven... Never could stomach that, myself." (When you have Caster Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart).

"Ugh, no. Please, keep her away from me. You... You wouldn't understand, really..." (When you have Berserker Tamamo Cat).

"MAD Magazine? Heh, I used to read those. It's been that long already?" (When you have Assassin Black Spy and White Spy).

"A little sister? That... That might be nice, actually..." (When you have Caster or Archer Illya, Caster Miyu, or Archer Chloe/Kuro).

Birthday: "Hey. Happy birthday. Look, I brought you a card, that's enough, right? Don't bitch on me now, I never got even that much..."

Event: "Huh? What is this, some sorta Halloween festival? No, thanks, I have bad experiences with those..."

"Eh? What's this now, a Christmas party or somethin'? Just don't ask me to bring me the tree..."

Holy Grail: "Look, kid. I've been a loser all my life. I know that. And I know that any wish I make on that thing, if it even works, will just backfire on me. So I'm not even trying. Not this time. You handle it. Yeah."

"But it would be nice, kickin' that damn football just once..."

To be Continued.
