April 07, 2021:

Hello again! Hope you are having a great day!

Sorry I am late again, but this time it is completely my fault. I was on vacations, and I forgot to consider that I was going to be away and return until today, so the chapter was delayed until today.

Well, I hope you like it.

Chapter 56: Awakening from a nightmare.

Silence…

Pure silence…

…no sound could be heard…

…even when there where hundreds of people… no one said a word…or made any sound…

…not even the wind made any sound…

…because there was no wind…

Only the human could have heard something…

…the breath of a dragon… the Meteor Dragon…

…who he had just stuck his Keyblade into his head.

After a few seconds, the spell that was concentrated on the Keyblade immediately traveled through the wound in the Dragon's skull and directly into his brain. The moment it did, the silence was broken…

…and the dragon unleashed a powerful roar of pain, as his aura ignited and pushed the human, the two Elemental Heroes and the White Dragon, off him.

Alan fell hard on the ground, the sand managing to cushion his fall, as the other two heroes fell around him, the three of them facing the dragon, while Dinara fell on the opposite side of him. Alan's body was again in pain. He again overexerted himself and used more energy in his attacks and movements. He managed to use more energy than what he normally use, and after what Master David said, that Keyblade Champions have unlimited energy, it made sense, but his body could only resist so much before starting to fall apart. He knew of the risks of using more energy but…that didn't make it any better.

Alan managed to sit on the ground, and looked foward, to see what was in front of him. The mighty dragon was thrashing around, still in pain, as he tried to hold his head, the Keyblade stuck on his skull. After a few seconds, the Keyblade disappeared on its own, but the dragon continued to thrash around.

The two fusion heroes also managed to look up at the dragon, wondering if they managed to succeed. The Dragon keep grabbing his head, as the spell was working directly on his brain. Surprisingly, they could see the wound on his head close slowly, as if a cure spell was applied on it.

Everyone looked at this and wondered if they did it, if they managed to break the spell on the dragon.

But, when the dragon stopped thrashing around, he looked at the 2 heroes and human in front of him… and his eyes glowed red, filled with an intense hate.

The spell was still in effect…

Alan immediately stood up, but he couldn't move much, as his legs were numb because he was so tired. He was slowly gaining energy, but his body refused to move, to run away or to attack.

The Red Dragon opened his mouth and approached the human with the intention of swallowing him, something that caused the surprise in everyone. The two fusion Elemental Heroes stood up and placed themselves in front of Alan, ready to defend the champion if needed, even in their tired states. Alan summoned his Keyblade, and he was preparing for the worse, as the dragon approached them, ready to swallow them whole.

…and then…he stopped…

A meter or two from them, he stopped, and began to twitch, before kneeling in the ground and began to pant.

Suddently, his body began to glow and in an instant his body changed. He was no longer a Meteor Black Comet Dragon…

…he was now a Red Eyes Black Dragon.

His red eyes, before filled with hate, stopped glowing and returned to a more 'normal' shape of red, as the dragon continued panting, recovering his breath.

"…What…what happened…?"

Everyone blinked in surprise, confused by what they were hearing. They could no longer sense that intense hate and anger coming from the dragon. Instead, a calmer, relaxed but still powerful aura could feel coming from him.

He was…calmed…

"…Where…am…I?"

The dragon tried to focus, his vision returning slowly. The first thing he view were the two Elemental Heroes…and the human…with a Keyblade.

"…A…Keyblade?" the Red Eyes said in confusion. "…Are you the…Keyblade Champion I sensed arrived to this world weeks ago?"

Alan blinked in confusion once again, hearing the voice of the dragon. It was like the one of an old man, calm and relaxed, but full of knowledge. He didn't sound like when he was trying to kill them a few moments ago. The two Elemental Heroes, who were on guard before, just relaxed a little.

"…Guardian of the Fire Temple…are you free?" asked Viabray, the E-Hero Tempest, still on alert.

"Free? … my mind has been…cloudy…and my dreams been dark lately… I…what happened?"

"You were under Exus influence, Dragon Guardian."

Alan looked back, and he saw Chisato, Iridia and Freed, with Freed, the one who spoke, being helped by Chisato to walk. Iridia looked almost as bad, as she was walking but it was easy to see she was in pain. The meteor that hit her must have damaged her hips, and while she can still walk, it was painful. The human noticed that Chisato was looking at him.

"Are you ok?" she asked with concern.

"Yeah, I'm good." He responded, letting out a big sigh of relief. "I'm exhausted."

"Well, you did good."

"Thanks, but it was the help of everyo-"

"Exus? Madness!" Expressed the dragon with some anger. "Even he doesn't have the magic power to control the mind of the dragon."

"And yet, that was the reason."

Alan and Chisato looked back and saw another group, this one being of the spellcasters, with Duncan in front… well, that WAS what Alan would have seen, if it wasn't for the big pair of breasts that obstructed his vision just before he was tackled to the ground.

"ALAN-KUUN!" Exclaimed Kuarzo, as she tackled the human and hugged his head deeply into her cleavage. "Are you ok? Are you not hurt?"

"I think your tits hurt him more with that tackle than the dragon, sis." Said Karoita, the GaGaGa Girl, as she just smacked her own face with her hand in annoyance.

To Alan, well… he just couldn't hear any of that. The tackle disoriented him and when he returned to consciousness, the soft feeling of Kuarzo's breasts engulfed him, and he just let himself enjoy them. It was really hard to stop himself from just hugging the mage and press her body against his, specially her breasts into his face and snuggle into them.

After being burned, punched, hit and ended extremely tired during the battle, his body hurt because of the excess of energy he used, the softness of the woman mage was something he wanted now more than ever.

Unfortunately, the warm and softness of Kuarzo's body soon left his.

"Kuarzo…just…let him breath." Said Kristal, as she used her magic, or the remaining of it, to take Kuarzo of Alan's body.

"Awww, no fun!" Kuarzo said, annoyed because she can't fight back, as she doesn't have any magic power left.

Alan sighed. He REALLY wanted Kuarzo to hug him more that way. Resigned, he stood up again…only to be hugged again, but this time normally. He returned to his senses to notice it was Kristal this time who was hugging him, tightly, and even if his armor was separating them, he could still feel her warm.

"Kristal?" Alan asked lightly.

"I'm…glad you are safe…" the blondie girl responded, hugging him more, and he responded by hugging her back.

"…I told you…" he said. "…I will be ok."

"Hey!" Kuarzo exclaimed in, fake, annoyance. "So you remove me from him so you can hug him and be lovely-dovely with him, Kristal onnesan?"

"I-I did not!" Kristal answered, looking back at her sister, with a slight blush in her face. "I just…wanted to see if he was ok! That is all!"

The youngest sister, Krysopa, just smiled a little smugly.

"Then WHY are you hugging him, eh, Kristal oneesan?" the green haired mage, causing the Dark Magician Girl to blush even more.

"Oh no, Krysopa is becoming a mini Kuarzo." Said Karoita in annoyance, after seeing the smug face in her younger sister. "This needs to stop!"

"Hehe, well, seems like everything is ok." Said Kainita, the Silent Magician, who just smiled nervously. "H-hey, sister Kristal. Can I hug him too?"

"Eh?" Kristal asked in confusion. "W-why you are asking me?"

"Because you are still hugging him, sis."

Kristal looked at herself, and noticed it was true. She blushed madly, and immediately left Alan…but by doing so, Kuarzo and Krysopa took the chance, and once again tackled him to the ground.

"Gotcha!" Exclaimed Kuarzo, pressing her breasts on the right side of his face. "Take them, Alan-kun. These are the rewards for the hero who stopped the dragon!"

"Yes! Take em, take em!" Krysopa expressed, doing the same as her sister.

"H-hey! Wait! Both of you! Sto-…" Alan started, but after the girls started with their movements, his willpower evaporated again. With a tired, still hurting body, the softness of both sisters' breasts were more than welcome to him.

…so he just stopped fighting and just enjoyed them.

Kristal felt a vein was about to burst on her forehead, while Karoita only smacked her own face again in shame for what her younger sisters were doing, and Kainita laughed nervously…because she actually wanted to do the same as her younger sisters.

From far, Marcus saw what was happening and ALMOST went there to kill Alan, but was stopped by Steve.

From away, Iridia raised an eyebrow.

'…THAT is a Keyblade Champion? He is just a pervert!'

While Alan was enjoying marshmallow heaven as a reward, more important things were happening.

Masters Duncan and Strum, along with Premiara and Spintas, walked to where Freed, Iridia, the Elemental Heroes Tempest and Wildedge were, and looked at the Red Eyes.

"Mage." The Red Eyes started. "Why do you say Exus was controlling me?"

"Because we saw it." Duncan answered. "Alan, the Keyblade Champion, was for a while under the effect of some of Exus' illusions. It affected him in a subtle way. Only one of our mages, the Silent Magician Kainita, managed to detect the illusion spell that was affecting him, and we managed to extract and destroy it. She saw the same kind of spell on your eyes, as she was one of the few mages that attacked you from very close."

"Impossible!"

"No, it is true. Maybe you weren't controlled by Exus…but you were definitely being under its influence."

"Indeed." Said Strum. "Guardian, you were bloodthirst. You attacked everyone, and there was no reasoning with you."

The Red Eyes seem to be in deep though, as he closed his eyes. His mind was cloudy and dark, as he tried to remember what had happened. He realized he was missing something, so he concentrated, trying to regain his lost memories.

Then, he saw…in flashes of images on his head.

The fight with 3 Blue Eyes White Dragon

A giant blue light that overwhelmed him

Himself, trapped in some underground cavern, surrounded by dark spirits and fiends.

And then, he remembered the next set of images… and he saw them in red…

He freeing himself from his bounds.

He flying to his valley.

He finding and fighting against several warriors and spellcasters.

Many facing him, and he fighting back. A desire for violence deep in his heart…

…and then…a human, with a Keyblade, approaching him…

…and then…all white.

The Red Eyes opened his eyes in surprise, as he looked around, looking at the destruction inside the valley. Many warriors and spellcasters with wounds, being treated by other mages as better as they could. Others were not moving anymore… and from others, only their armor remain.

"I…did this?" asked the dragon, as the group could hear a tone of remorse in his voice. "I caused all of this destruction?"

"It wasn't your fault, Guardian of the Fire Crystal." Freed answered, as he stood in front of the dragon. "You were under the influence of the Dark Sorcerer."

"To be controlled by Exus… it is something I can't live with. I didn't though that was possible. I was weak…"

"Or maybe…he is more dangerous than before." Commented Master Premiara, the Ice Master. "It's been 2,000 years. He is more powerful now, strong enough to pressure the Crystals to their breaking point."

"Still, there is no excuse. I did something unforgivable." He said, as he raised his head and looked at the battlefield. "Brave warriors who fell in battle, forgive me. I, Escamut, the Guardian of the Fire Crystal, will pray for the eternal rest of your souls."

The eyes of the black dragon glowed red, and suddently, everything around him gained a small red taint, notable for everyone. Suddently, from the bodies of the fallen warriors and mages, emerged something: a transparent sphere, glowing in white light, and inside it was something…a Heart.

All of the Hearts began to fly in one direction: towards the Fire Temple. After a few seconds, the Hearts disappeared and the red taint disappeared.

'Those…those were Hearts.' Alan though, after being released from Kuarzo and Krysopa's marshmallow heaven a few minutes ago. 'Like, real Kingdom Hearts-like Hearts!'

"W-what happened?" Asked Krysopa in confusion, still wondering what was that event that she just witness.

"I guided the Hearts of those fallen in battle to the Fire Crystal." The Red Eyes answered, as he looked down at the group again. "As the Guardian of the Fire Crystal, I can guide the Hearts of those who have fallen so they can find rest in our world's Heart. Is the least I can do for those who I have killed in my rampage."

"We appreciate it, Guardian." Said Freed. "But like we said, it wasn't your fault. It was Exus and his minions who are a fault. And they have to pay for their souls!"

"Agreed. However, for that to happen, we need to do other things. Tell me: why are you all in here?"

The group turned to look at Duncan, who took a step forward.

"Guardian, my name is Duncan." Expressed the Dark Magician. "Our Master, the Dark Sage, send me and others with the quest to try and stop the destruction of the Elemental Crystals, using a spell that I and one of my students knew, in case we couldn't find the Sages."

"Ah, so the Dark Sage is your Master, eh? Interesting. I can feel the energies that reside inside you. Yes, only you and a couple of other mages have the special kind of magic that can be used to heal the Elemental Crystals, other than the Sages themselves."

"Wait, what does that mean?" asked Steve in confusion.

"Didn't you knew?" asked Karoita. "Not everyone can learn the spell that is required to heal the Elemental Crystals. Only those who have special auras can do so. I can't, neither can Kuarzo, Kainita or Krysopa. Only a few can do so."

"Wait…does that mean…"

"Yes. Master Duncan is one of them, along with Kristal. That is why your group is one of the few who went to heal the Elemental Crystals…and the only group that is still alive."

"WHAT?!"

"You didn't know, Steve?" asked Kristal in confusion. "Didn't you heard that when Master gave us the mission back at home?"

"I…must have been distracted when Master mentioned that detail…"

"Yes, you were distracted…looking at my breasts." Kristal said in annoyance. "That is why I hit you back then, remember?"

"Oh! So THAT is why I forgot about it!"

"So…" Alan started, as this was new information for him. "Only Kristal and Duncan can use the spell?"

"E-Exactly." Kristal said, although she was still a little nervous about talking with him, after hugging him before. "That is why we were on this mission."

"Oh, I understand!"

Suddently, the fusion warrior, the Elemental Hero Tempest, began to glow, before he reverted back to being three beings.

"What happened?" Asked Alan in confusion.

"Our fusion time run out." Said Vianto, the Elemental Hero Avian. "Our fusions have a time limit, and the more people are fused, the less it last."

"Indeed." Expressed Jay, the Elemental Hero Sparkman, as he pointed at the other fusion warrior. "But Wildedge here will last longer, as he is the fusion of two Heroes, not three."

"Ohhh, fusion mechanics. Interesting." Alan said, very curious about the Elemental Heroes fusion technique.

The dragon looked at Alan directly, as he noticed him again.

"Keyblade Champion." Said the Dragon, causing Alan to look at him in surprise. "I see you are the wielder of the Flames of Chaos Keyblade, and so, the vessel of the God Chaos. My name is Escamut, the Guardian of the Fire Temple. May I ask what is your name?"

"Uh? Ah, yes!" Alan expressed. "My name is Alan, Alan Hernandez. I'm a human from planet Earth in…another galaxy, I think. Say…are you a relative of Bahamut? You both have similar names…"

"I do not know about this Bahamut you are talking about, so no."

"Figures. Anyway, sorry for stabbing you in your forehead but…well…it was necessary."

"I appreciate your courage to face me and do what was necessary to release me from Exus' spell."

"I…I didn't do much. Everyone helped and gave everything they got. I…only did my part."

"An important part. I must thank you… no, thank ALL of you for releasing me from the influence of the Dark Sorcerer. I hope I can repay you all for this."

"It's no problem, Guardian." Expresed Freed, as he made a small reverence. "However, as much as we would like to talk to you more, we need to hurry. Please, allow us entrance to the Fire Temple."

"Of course." Escamut answered. "You all have free pass to the Fire Temple. However, I must warn you, the temple is different from others, as it is actually a dungeon."

"A dungeon?" asked Kainita with confusion.

"Yes. To protect the temple from invaders, there were many traps and rooms to protect the temple from evil."

"Oh, so a dungeon like the ones in Zelda, right?" asked Alan, more to himself, but everyone heard him. "What?"

"I don't know what this 'Zelda' is, but it is a large temple. You have my permission to enter. Come, I will show yo-"

However, the red dragon couldn't finish, as a beam of blue energy hit him on the back, causing him to fall down to the ground. Everyone was confused, as that blue beam meant it was an attack caused by a Blue Eyes. Everyone turned to look at Dinara, still in dragon form, who was actually getting up from behind Escamut.

"Dinara?" Asked Kristal. "Why did yo-"

But Kristal couldn't finish, as in that moment, a second blue energy beam hit Dinara herself in the back, along with a third one directed at them. The rest of the Masters used their energies to create a shield of energy around of them, managing to block the powerful attack. Large amounts of dusts rose after the attacks, and the group was confused, while the two dragons laid on the ground.

"What the heck?!" Asked Marcus, the Skilled Blue Magician, in confusion. "What was tha-?"

"He may be allowing you to enter the temple, but I will NOT!"

Alan's eyes open up as he recognized that voice.

"That voice…" he said, as he looked up in anger. "REED!"

As the dust settled, the group could see what was happening around them. In the skies, they could see, to their horror, 3 Blue Eyes White Dragon, and floating between them was a lone figure: a human.

"Hey primo (cousin)! Been a while since I saw you!" said Reed. "Have you forgot about me?"

"How can I?" Alan answered back. "I still have to save your Exus influence!"

"You still think I am influenced by him? No, I have seen the tru-"

"You have seen the truth, yeah, yeah, whatever! What are you doing here?" Alan asked…before he suddently realized. "…wait…if you are here…then that means…"

"That is right! I am not alone." Said Reed, as he pointed back with his thumb towards the Fire Temple. "My companions are in the temple already, and I am here only to stop you from entering."

The group looked at the human in horror. They have completely forgotten about them and didn't realized that the enemy could be in the temple.

"What? Since when?" Asked Strum in surprise.

"I don't know... five minutes, give or take?" Reed answered nonchalantly. "We arrived just when Alan stuck his Keyblade on the dragon, so…yeah, they are already in."

"This is bad!" Duncan exclaimed. "We need to hurry!"

"Like I will let you go!" Reed exclaimed, as the 3 Blue Eyes roared in anger. "First you will have to face me and my three dragons. I wonder if you still have the energy and men, after all, half of your army lays dead on the sands, and the other half is depleted on energy. You have no chance with me."

"Reed!" Alan exclaimed, as he pulled out the Osiris card from his pocket. "I will defeat your three dragons here!"

"Naha! You are forgetting a little detail, Alan?" Reed asked, as he pulled out the Obelisk card from his arm protector. "If you summon Osiris, I will summon Obelisk, and I have to say, I don't think your army will last long a battle between gods."

"…That is-!"

"Besides, you are tired, aren't you? Osiris will NOT be able to stay in this realm for long, as it depletes your energy. After the stunt you just pulled out, you are very tired, no? You will NOT succeed. So…you still want to try it?"

Alan grinded his teeth in anger. It is true: if they summon both Egyptian Gods, their battle will destroy the whole valley, and many more in the army will be killed in the crossfire. At least with the 3 Blue Eyes they have a chance…right?

…who was he kidding? They are doomed.

Suddently, he felt an intense heat coming from behind him. Alan turned to look at and he saw that the whole army did the same. Behind them, the body of the Red Eyes Black Dragon named Escamut was glowing again, as he was slowly standing up.

"You…" said the dragon. "You are the one I fought before…right?"

"Damn it." Reed said as he noticed the powerful aura Escamut was unleashing. "You are supposed to be tired, old man!"

"I may be tired after the battle, but I can still defeat your 3 dragons, like I did last time!"

Suddently, the body of the Red Eyes changed again. He evolved…

…but, it was NOT the Meteor Black Comet Dragon form he took before. Right now, his body grew a little, and his skin now had some red lines on it. Alan recognized the form.

As a Red Eyes DARKNESS Dragon.

'What? He evolved into another form?' Alan though in confusion.

In the skies, Reed released a grunt of annoyance and anger, as he saw the dragon, but then released a laugh that ALMOST sounded maniacal.

"What is wrong, old man?" asked Reed with arrogance. "Are you so weak you can't become your most powerful form? Well, in that form, you are weaker than a Blue Eyes, so…"

The Red Eyes' answered back, releasing a powerful roar that shook the whole place, and even caused Reed to almost lost his balance... if he could do that, since he was floating in the air.

"Arrogant human!" Exclaimed Escamut with anger. "You should know you must NEVER underestimate us Dragons, even if you have control over three Blue Eyes. THIS form will be enough to defeat you!"

"As if!" Reed exclaimed in anger. "You are weak, and so you will not be able to defeat m-!"

Suddently, a beam of white energy passed very close to him, missing him for a few meters. Looking down, he saw the OTHER Blue Eyes getting up.

"I am still here too!" Exclaimed Dinara. "I will beat you for what you did last time!"

"Oh, so you are still there?" asked Reed. "Well, you too are VERY tired, so you will stand no chance!"

"We will see about it!" Exclaimed Escamut, as he began to fly, before looking down to the heroes. "Champion! Mages who have the power to seal the Crystals! Me and your dragon friend will fend against the Human's Dragons! You go to the Temple and save the Fire Crystal!"

"What?!" Alan asked. "But, you are all tired-"

"Don't argue with me, Champion! The Crystals are first! Go!"

Escamut began to fly towards the three Blue Eyes White Dragon and everyone could only watch as he did. Alan wanted to say something…but Dinara began to raise too.

"Master Alan." Said the white dragon girl. "We will take care of the dragons! You go and protect the Crystals with Mister Duncan and Miss Kristal, who are the only ones who can do that."

"But Dinara…" Alan started.

"Master Alan…believe in me…" Dinara said, before she too began to fly towards the dragons, following Escamut.

Vianto looked at this and wanted to fight, but the other fusion Hero, Wildedge, stood in front of him.

"I will help them." Said Wildedge, as he took out his blade. "You go with the Champion and protect the Crystals."

"But are you sure, friend?" asked Vianto in confusion.

"Yes. After all, you also have to save your girl, right friend?"

Vianto nodded, as he smiled at his companion. The elemental hero Wildedge nodded, before he to flew towards the dragons. As they did, the three faced the three Blue Eyes in a battle in the skies.

Meanwhile, below, Duncan saw this and looked at the group, and they all nodded.

"Let's go!" Duncan said, as he and many others began to run towards the Temple.

However, after they advanced several meters, a lone figure landed in front of them, blocking their path. It was Reed, who made a superhero landing to stop them.

"Before that, you will have to face ME!" Reed exclaimed, as he faced the heroes.

"And what are you going to do?!" Asked Steve, almost making fun of the human. "Look! We outnumber you! What can you do alone?!"

"Don't antagonize him, Steve!" Exclaimed Alan. "He wouldn't stand before us if he wasn't sure he didn't have an advantage!"

"Well, that is true." Reed said, smiling arrogantly. "You see, Alan, after our last battle, I saw you were getting a big number of companions…specially female mages. And now I see your 'harem' was growing up a little more, eh?"

Alan blinked in confusion. He knew what Reed was saying was kind off right, since now Karoita, Krysopa and Chisato joined the group, plus a group of other mages and friends.

"Your point?" Alan asked, suddently having a sense of dread.

"Well…" Reed said, smiling arrogantly. "After our last battle, I thought that, if you are getting more friendly with the locals and create a bigger group of friends…"

Suddently, Reed summoned 5 Duel Monster cards, similar to the ones Alan had that showed many Spellcasters and Warriors. After looking at them, Alan noticed something: they were magical.

"…then I should get a group of friends too." Said Reed with malice, causing chills to run down Alan's spine.

"…wait…don't tell me…" Alan started in fear…and it seems some of the other mages had the same realization as he.

"That is right! I brought some friends!" Reed exclaimed, as he tossed the cards in the air, before he raised his left arm, that was covered in the Blue Eyes Armor, to point at them. The cards stopped in the air and began to glow. "Come forth, my army of dragons!"

Suddently, the five cards began to grow in size, and it's light intensified so much that they all had to cover their eyes. When the light returned to normal, they opened their eyes again, but they were welcomed by a terrible sight.

In front of them, there were 5 dragons that Alan recognized: a Luster Dragon, a Luster Dragon #2, a Kaiser Glider, a DarkFlare Dragon and a Kiryu, all of them Dragon Monsters from the Yu-Gi-Oh! cardgame. The five dragons roared in anger, as they faced the heroes and the rest of the army.

"Oh come on!" Exclaimed Steve. "We just faced a big dragon and now we have to face five?! That is no fair!"

"Who said anything was fair in life?" Asked Reed with malice. "These are my new friends. After the invasion of Kyushu-Ho, I decided to return to the Valley of Dragons and take some more for my little army. Since Alan likes Spellcasters and Warriors, I opted for Dragons. If you want to get to the Fire Temple, you will have to pass them first!"

"Damn it, Reed!" Alan exclaimed in anger.

"We have no time for this!" Exclaimed Duncan, as he was getting on guard. However, Strum step in front of Duncan.

"I will take care of this, old friend." Said Strum. "You and your student are needed in the Fire Temple. Make haste!"

"Are you sure? You are as tired as me."

"It's ok. Even if they are dragons, they are no Blue Eyes. I can feel their power are not as big and overwhelming as the Blue Eyes or that old Meteor Black Comet Dragon. We can handle them."

"Are you sure?"

"Of course, friend! I won't die in here." Strum said. "Kuarzo, Kainita, protect your sister Kristal. She is the key to save the Fire Crystal."

"Yes, Master!" Exclaimed both girls with determination.

"You will need back up, Strum." Said Premiara, the Ice Master spellcaster. "I will stay and help you. Marcus, you are with me."

"Yes, Master."

"What about me, Master?" Asked Karoita.

"You need to protect your sister." Said Premiara. "Go with her to the Fire Temple and protect her. Her spell will fix the crystal."

"As you wish, Master!"

"What about us, Master?" Asked Krysopa to her teacher.

"We will help Duncan and her student." Said Master Spintas, the Cybernetic Magician. "He will need all the help we could give."

"Alright!"

"You will need even more help." Said the General Freed, as he, his second in command the Marauding Captain Reinhald, and the commander Rahz, stood beside him. "We and our army will help you with these dragons, mage."

"We are grateful." Said Strum.

Freed smiled, before he looked at the Silent Paladin.

"Iridia, you go to the Fire Temple with them."

"What?!" Asked Iridia with surprise. "No way! I want to fight these dragons! For my hon-"

"Don't be foolish, young girl! I know you want to fight a dragon, but the Fire Crystal takes priority. You are the one who has the most energy of all of us. You need to protect the Mages and the Keyblade Champion."

"But I-"

"This is an order, Iridia. You are the only one I can trust with this. I trust you."

The blondie swordfighter didn't like the idea, but an order was an order, so she had to follow it.

"As you wish, General." Said Iridia, before looking at the human. "I won't protect you, but the mages. Do not get in my way!"

"Like I want to." Alan said, smiling a little, although that girl was annoying him.

"Are you all ready?" Asked Duncan. "Let's go!"

With that the group attacked. Alan, Duncan, Kristal, Steve, Kuarzo, Karoita, Kainita, Krysopa, Chisato, Spintas, Vianto and Iridia all dashed towards the Fire Temple, while the rest faced the 5 dragons Reed have summoned, blasting them with all their might so their attention will be on them.

The group that ran towards the Temple used all of their might as they were still very tired.

Suddently, Reed stood in front of them, his Gunblade ready for combat.

"Face me, Alan!" Exclaimed Reed, as he raised his guard. "I will beat you this time!"

Alan groaned in annoyance, as he was willing to stop and fight Reed. However, someone dashed towards Reed, who had to block the impact of a weapon, a spear, with his dragon protector on his left arm.

"I will take care of him!" Exclaimed Chisato. "Mister Alan, go and save the Fire Crystal!"

"Chisato!" Alan exclaimed in surprise.

"Please! Believe in me!"

Alan nodded, as he continued his way towards the Fire Crystal. Reed looked at Alan running away, before he faced Chisato.

"So the Last Shiranui wants to face me?" asked Reed with malice.

"It is because of you my clan fell!" Exclaimed Chisato with anger. "In the name of my fallen friends, I will defeat you!"

"Sounds like fun!" Reed exclaimed, before he pushed Chisato back. The redhead jumped back some meters to make space between them. "Show me what the Last of the Shiranui can do!"

Chisato got on guard, holding her spear with both hands. Her aura flared brightly red, the same as Reed's, as both faced each other. Their battle was about to start.

Meanwhile, on the doorway of the Fire Temple, the voluptuous sorceress, Exia, looked at the battle in the valley. She noticed that the group was approaching the Temple, and smiled, before vanishing.

It was an illusion, a way to see the outside, as the real Exia was already inside the Temple, in the middle of a room.

"They are coming." Said Exia. "Seems like it's a race to the Crystal…and we have the advantage."

"Seems like it…"

Exia looked to her side. Another figure, the one of a woman, hidden in shadows, looked at her. She was curvy, not as Exia, but still her figure is very voluptuous. Her red eyes looked at Exia.

"Well, I wonder how they will react to seeing you." Said Exia with malice. "Would be interesting."

"I am sure they will." Said the mysterious woman, as she walked forward. "The Fire Sage is ahead, making the way to the Crystal. We shall go, or the 'heroes' will reach us."

"Don't worry, the traps are already set. I am more interested in how they will react when they see you…again… mage."

The female smiled maliciously, as she walked forward… a dim light revealing a little of her uniform.

…a red female magician one…

Author Notes:

AND DONE!

What do you think?

A small chapter, yes, but I need to make my chapters short if I want to keep consistent. I realized the last few chapters were kind of large, most of them over the 6000 word count. You may not know but, for me to finish a chapter, it must be AT LEAST 5000 word count, not counting the Author notes and the beginning ones. But lately, I have been writing more and more words per chapter, and I think that is my main problem about not being consistent. Last 7 chapters have been over the 6000 word count, with some reaching 8000, or 9000. I will try to fix that.

Anyway, the Red Eyes is free. His name is Escamut, and yes, it was inspired in Bahamut's name, hence the small reference.

More boobs, fusion has a time limit, aaaand... Reed is here...with MORE friends. Can the remaining army last long the battle against 3 Blue Eyes and a couple of powerful dragons?

I do have to admit something: the part where Chisato face Reed was not planned. I though of having Alan face Reed on the Fire Temple but... then as I was writing the last part, remember that Chisato should have a small grudge against him, since it was because of his Blue Eyes that the Heartless entered the city and the whole Shiranui Clan fell. I though it would be interesting.

And who is the new one, hidden in shadows? Well, you will all see in the next chapter, hopefully.

See ya in two weeks!
