What if Jewel had followed Blu after an argument with him?

Everyone had already managed to leave the scene of the games that had taken place. The scarlet ar flock, was very happy, they were happy and in addition they couldn't help but laugh making fun of Blu's suicidal action that made the spix Macaw flock lose their area to the nuts. Everyone in the herd didn't know whether they should laugh at Blu for his self-confidence in humiliating themselves like probably no one else or cry at the fact that they would have to give up one of their favourite dishes which is walnut just because of this dramatic action. Only Blu was left in the stadium, who didn't feel up to getting up and going anywhere. It would seem that he needs to sort himself out in his head. Surely he would now prefer to be alone for a while to calm down, but behind him he heard the flutter of someone's wings. He was so embarrassed that he did not even turn around to see who it was. It was only a familiar voice that made him turn slowly towards the caller.
"Well... What actually happened there?" asked Jewel quietly hiding all her emotions trying to sound as calm as possible. She guessed that Blu was emotionally shaken and didn't need the extra stress.
"Ekh, this isn't home" sighed Blu.
"What?"
"It's not... Ekh... It's so uncomfortable here, it's too hot, too stuffy and on top of that... I don't know...I don't think it fits here..."
"Blu, but see. Our children are happy, they don't complain about anything, I think this is our home"
"Home? I don't... It doesn't feel here... This isn't Jewel's home, unless it's yours, but not mine..."
"You know, I think you just think of yourself and don't give a damn about us! That's what I've been thinking since the very beginning of our arrival here..." snorted Jewel, then flew off leaving an even more emotionally disturbed Blu, who wanted to kick a stone out of anger, but its weight was too much for such a parrot. Meanwhile, Jewel landed by the nearby bushes watching her husband. After some quick thinking, she decided that it would be better if she started watching him so that his anger would not cause him to do something stupid that he would later regret.
Blu stood staring at the sky for a few moments until finally with a confident step and a clawing motion he took his leather kidney behind him, put it on, then started flying upwards.
"It would be better if I followed him" Jewel decided, then waited until Blu had moved some distance away, then emerged from the medium height green bushes. She tried to keep a fairly far distance so Blu wouldn't hear her, and tried to glide between the trees that were overgrown with each other so that if Blu turned around he wouldn't notice her.
"I wonder where he's going... I don't believe he wants to fly off the Amazon on his own and leave us" Jewel thought. She didn't want to believe it, but on the other hand the flurry of thoughts caused by the day's events could cause all sorts of thoughts in Blu's tired head. However, she didn't want to scare herself, so she tried not to think of scenarios, she concentrated on not losing Blu. Finally, after 15 minutes of flying, Blu stopped at a modest little camp of people with a table and gadgets for measurements and etc. Jewel landed on a branch above this tent and watched Blu, wondering what her husband's purpose was in flying here.
"I will miss you all... Goodbye pies... Goodbye TV..." said Blu while looking at a photo that was taken on Tulia and Linda's wedding day. The photograph showed the young couple and Blu and Jewel.
"Mmm, goodbye coffee" sighed Blu reaching for the thermos of coffee on the table.
"Yuck, coffee" he spit it out immediately when he felt its bitter and strong taste. Jewel watched all of this from above until she thought she'd sink down to Blu.
"What are you doing?" asked Jewel from behind Blu's back. The one in fright knocked the thermos to the ground, but thanks to the fact that I'd closed it, the coffee didn't spill on the ground.
"Goodbye," sighed Blu.
"saying goodbye?" asked Jewel.
"I'm glad I got to spend so many years living with people, getting to know their lifestyle, getting to know their lives in general. I think it's something I'll remember for the rest of my life. To be honest I would like to stay there, but if my family prefers the jungles then I can manage to live here too. I will get used to it," confessed Blu. Blu's sincere words made tears come to Jewel's eyes. Most likely, if it wasn't for the fact that Blu had a kidney on him and it wouldn't be comfortable, Jewel would have thrown herself around his neck. However, she tried her best not to cry.
"Well... To be honest, I don't know what would be better for us myself" Jewel whispered. She couldn't say it louder because that would make her say it with a groan.
"I don't know... You know... If we weren't here at all, everything would be easier" Blu pointed out.
"I know...but I wanted to know if we were alone, the only ones, or if there was anyone else besides us."
"I don't blame you, if I were in your shoes I'd want to know too"
They fell silent for a moment, wondering what to say. A frank (for quite a while) exchange of words, caused them to reflect quite deeply on their own behaviour and choice of where they should live. They felt rather silly knowing that they weren't paying attention to each other's needs, only directing their main attention to themselves.
"So honestly, I think we'll do just as well here as we did in Rio." acknowledged Blu finally.
"Really?"
"Yes,we don't have to go back to Rio."
Then suddenly Roberto rushed at Blu pinning him to the trunk of a thick tree.
"Traitor!" shouted Roberto choking Blu.
"What are you doing Roberto!" shouted Jewel seeing Blu's behaviour. The one seeing Jewel let go of Blu with a surprised look at his friend.
"Jewel? What are you doing here?"
"A better question is what were you trying to do for Blu?"
"Well, I had to, that he with people..."
"Me too, so what?" said Jewel, at which Roberto looked up with even more surprise.
"Ekh, Beto, listen, not all people are bad, I know you can't believe it, but it's the truth"
"Yes, exactly," added Blu getting up from the ground. Then the tree behind him fell with a bang and generating a large wave of dust.
"Man! It's them, it's them!" shouted Roberto as he noticed an excavator coming towards them.
"Oh that's what an example of a bad man is," muttered Blu.
"Okay, fly to the herd to alert them, I'm going after Linde and Tulia" communicated Blu, to which Roberto with Jewel nodded with head movements.
"See you in the herd!" shouted Blu disappearing behind the trees.
