The Jumbo Jet landed safely at the film lot at exactly 3pm in the afternoon. After the team switch up and a good breakfast, the campers were both exhausted but ready to try out the new teams. Don and Beth were waiting for them at the gate.
"Hello teams!" Don greeted as they stepped off the plane. "Welcome back, it's great to see you again."
"Where's James?" Eva asked.
"Your camera guy?" Don asked.
"Yeah, tell him to get my stuff from the hotel and to bring it here." Eva instructed.
"Why? And how come you weren't back last night?" Don asked.
"Because she's a contestant now." Chris smirked, causing Eva to roll her eyes.
"Well how come I wasn't notified of the changes?" Don questioned. "We could've flown her bags out to her."
"Because, I figured I'd only let the important crew members know of Eva's absence. Leshawna and Beth know." Chris replied.
"I thought you knew." Beth gasped. "I'm sorry, Don."
Don shrugged. "No worries, Eva I'll have James pick your stuff up for you by 4."
"Okay." Eva scoffed.
"So why are we here?" Mike asked.
"Well, it's challenge time!" Beth exclaimed. "We have 10 hidden items around the lot and checklists for you all. Your challenge is to take photographs of each item and meet us at the AfterMath. Each item will have a clue for you to go to. Any questions?"
"Great, so this is a Ridonculous Race styled challenge. So with that, we figured we'd bring on two more AfterMath helpers to get you guys on your way." Don said. "For the Eagles, their helpers will be Emily and Debrah."
"Debrah? Why is she here?" Heather asked.
"I had to do a stupid report on who she was, following your outburst towards her in the airport. So after that, they found her and dragged her here I'm assuming." Eva said.
"Um, for the Jaguars we have Amy and Jen here to help you guys out!" Beth said.
"Uh oh…" Sammy whispered, clutching Dawn's hand.
"You've got this!" Dawn whispered back. "You're better and you're a bigger person than her. Don't let her sike you out."
Emily, Debrah, Amy, and Jen all walked out to their teams.
"Okay everyone, Jen and Emily will be handing you all your items to begin the challenge." Beth said. "You should be given a camera, a checklist, and an envelope with your first clue."
"Do they know where everything is?" Scott asked.
"Nope, but they should know their way around the lot so they can help you out." Don said. "Now that you all have your envelopes, you may get started."
Sammy reached to get the envelope from her sister, but Amy pulled back.
"Sorry little sis, but you trash talked me on TV. You have to beg me to get this." Amy laughed.
Jen snatched the envelope from Amy and smirked, handing it to Trent. "There you go."
"This is between my sister and I." Amy said. "Try to keep it classy?"
"Oh please, you wouldn't know class if it beat you senseless." Jen rolled her eyes.
"Do you mind if I have the camera?" Sammy asked, carefully taking it from around Jen's neck.
"Don't help her!" Amy yelled. "What's wrong with you?"
"Can you not?" Jen asked as Sammy put the camera around her neck.
"Shut up you winch. Now where did the other team go?" Amy asked.
"They're ahead of us." Harold noted.
Courtney took the clipboard and pen from Jen and began walking with the team.
"You see that, Amy?" Jen yelled. "The other team is already ahead of us and we barely started!"
"Oh? And you want to blame me?!" Amy screamed. "Don't make me slap you!"
Jen growled and launched at Amy, knocking her to the ground.
"Have fun ladies!" Sammy called as they left the two fighting on the ground.
"What does the clue say?" Heather asked Trent.
Trent looked back down at the clue and read it. "I'm golden and handsome. Unwrap me and I'm chocolate. You can find me on a podium in front of some bleachers."
"They didn't want to rhyme, huh?" Courtney asked.
"Looks like we're headed to the elimination stage." Harold said. "There should be a golden Chris statue on the podium on the stage."
"Great," Sammy began fixing the settings on the camera. "Let's go snap a photo."
The Exaggerated Eagles had reached the stage with Devin snapping the picture of the statue first.
"Great!" Emily exclaimed, "Looks like there's another clue behind it."
Lightning picked up the envelope and read the clue inside. "I'm yellow and made of fabric. I represent failure but victory. You can find me where you brawled with balls."
"That doesn't sound right." Zoey laughed.
"What is the item?" Devin asked.
"I think it's the Team Victory flag. Yellow, fabric, team victory, and we failed as a team." Bridgette said.
"In the dodgebrawl glass arena!" Sierra exclaimed, fidgeting her hands.
"Are you okay, Sierra?" Jazelle asked, placing her hand on Sierra's shoulder.
"I miss Cody." Sierra sighed. "But I got this without him. Let's go to the arena, I know where it is."
"How?" Jasmine asked, writing the statue on the list.
"Snuck in the lot a couple times."
The Jagged Jaguars ran up onto the stage, trailing behind the Eagles.
"Quick," Harold began. "Heather go follow them and see where they're going."
Heather nodded and followed behind them as the rest of the team stayed on the stage.
Sammy quickly took a photo as Mike grabbed the envelope. They ran off the stage, following Heather.
"Okay, open it and read it." Eva ordered.
"It says I'm yellow and made of fabric. I represent failure but also victory. You can find me where you brawled with balls." Mike read.
"They went right and straight." Heather said as they caught up to her. "What's the item?"
"Team Victory flag in the dodgebrawl cage." Harold answered.
"How'd you know?" Gwen asked.
"I was on Team Victory and the dodgebrawl game was one of my biggest accomplishments." Harold said.
"I think I just saw Blaineley turn left, trailing behind their team." Eva said as they ran to catch up to the others.
Scott looked behind the team, seeing the other team jogging up behind them. "Sierra how many turns are left?"
"Easy, left around this set, then right." Sierra said, looking back at him.
"I think we better hurry up and run the rest of the way there." Scott said. "They're following us."
The rest of the Eagles looked back, seeing them, and began to run.
Dawn looked back at Sammy, pointing to the left then forward.
"Guys, turn left and then right." Sammy instructed as the Eagle's made their left turn.
"Why should we listen to you?" Courtney asked.
"Just trust me." Sammy said running ahead of them, causing the others to have to catch up to her.
Sammy Confessional:
"Dawn and I may not be on the same team anymore, but no matter what we still are… in a way. At breakfast, we made a deal that we'll both help each other with contributing to our teams. If we hold up to our parts, we should both make it to the merge. Then we can both dominate the game together. Couple goals."
The Eagles swiftly ran up to the dodgebrawl arena, with Devin snapping a photo of the flag on the side of the glass panel and Emily grabbing the envelope from the door crack and reading it.
"I held a burnt spaniard and a red haired rat hunter. Find my head and that is all, find me in the tent that stands so tall." Emily read.
"Like a circus tent?" Lightning asked as the other team ran up.
Sammy snapped a photo of the flag, looking over to Dawn and smiling.
"I think it's the arts and crafts tent." Emma replied. "And the head is probably the robot suit head from AllStars, which held Alejandro and Scott in Revenge."
Courtney smirked at Emma as the other team ran passed. "Thanks for the hint!"
"Crap! Great job keeping your voice down." Blaineley yelled.
Emma rolled her eyes, following her team.
The tent wasn't far from the dodgebrawl arena and the Jaguars made it there in under a minute.
Heather opened the envelope as Sammy snapped the picture of the Robot head.
The Eagles stood outside with Devin zooming in and snapping a photo.
Heather glanced behind herself, seeing the other team and smirked. "If you touch this item, Anne Maria will give you a beat down." Heather read aloud. "Look in the place where Harold hid under an umbrella."
Team Eagles ran away from the tent, leaving the Jaguars inside the tent.
"Great Heather, you just had to read it aloud, huh?" Courtney snapped.
Heather smirked and showed Courtney the clue. "Read it."
"If you touch this item, Anne Maria will give you a beat down. Find it here, where the girls picked straws for bunks." Courtney read.
"I don't understand." Cody said.
"Since they wanted to sneak around, I improvised the last part to throw them off." Heather explained.
Harold looked at the clue. "Find it here, where the girls picked straws for bunks? That's obviously the trailer. Elementary."
Heather smiled and fist bumped Harold. "Nicely done riddle master."
Heather Confessional:
"Now that we're on the same team, I think an alliance with Harold could be a smart idea. His smarts and my... everything else would make a great dynamic that nobody would suspect, but we'd have to keep it on the down-low."
Jazelle looked behind at the tent, watching the Jaguars run out and head the other way.
"Stop!" She yelled to her team who looked back to see the Jagged Jaguars sneaking up on them. "They're up to something."
The Exaggerated Eagles turned around, headed back to the tent.
"Scott, when we pass the tent, run in there and grab the envelope. Make sure you're able to catch up." Jazelle instructed.
The team began running after the Jaguars once again, passing the tent where Scott broke off of them to get the clue.
Scott caught up to them and read the clue with surprisingly good breath support. "If you touch this item, Anne Maria will give you a beat down. Find it here, where the girls pulled straws for bunks."
"They're headed to the cast trailer." Bridgette said as they watched the Jaguars enter the trailer.
The Jaguars entered the empty trailer. There was only a carpet and a dresser.
"Where is it?" Gwen asked.
"Don't worry we have time." Heather said. "They're on the other side of the lot."
The Eagles came into the room quickly and began going through everything to find the hairspray.
Blaineley began going through drawers, finding a key in the top left drawer and putting it in her hand.
"Psst, over here," Bridgette began, waving Devin over quietly as she read the next clue in her head. Devin took a photo of the hairspray on the ground. It fell and rolled underneath the dresser while the clue was laying on the floor.
Devin gave Bridgette a thumbs up as he finished taking a photo. With all the commotion, they were happy nobody from the opposing team saw what they did.
"Eagles!" Devin called. "Let's head out!"
The Eagles all rushed to the door and left as Blaineley turned around to the other team.
"I'm pretty sure the hairspray is under the dresser." Blaineley said before closing the door and smirking.
Mike reached under the dresser and grabbed the can, with Sammy quickly snapping a picture.
"Where's the clue?" Heather asked.
Carrie grabbed the clue from the floor and read it. "I was once stuck in a farmer's butt. I came out of a mutated shark during Revenge of the Island. You can find me where Scott and Courtney made out."
"Subtle clue…" Courtney said.
"So where did you guys make out?" Cody laughed.
"We have to find Fang's tooth in the vault." Courtney answered. "I'll be taking no further questions."
"Okay, let's head out!" Trent said reaching for the door handle. He tried turning it but it wouldn't budge.
"What's wrong with it?" Gwen asked, trying to help him.
"Crap!" Heather yelled. "It's clearly locked from the outside!"
Blaineley Confessional:
"I'd suggest not messing around with us. I'm just happy I found that key when I did. Also, we haven't seen Debrah since Victory's flag. We might have lost her."
