Alright! Here's the upgrades to the league. Not all of them, but it will do for now. I haven't explained the accessories that the kids have.

Physical description: Eri is five foot five. She has a skinny, yet muscular physique. Half of her hair is white, while the other half turned black during her quirk evolution. The left side of her face is scarred from the damage she took from Overhaul. Thus the villain name. Hel, after the norse goddess of death.
Quirk: Chronos
Description: Eri's evolution allows her to manipulate time on an object within a 100ft radius as long as she can see/sense it. Instead of just rewinding, she can also age things as much as she wants. At the edge of her quirk's area of possible effect, the quirk acts slower. Time passes or rewinds in increments of days. The effect gets stronger the closer something is to Eri. If she lays a hand on you, you're dead. If in direct contact with someone, Eri can instantly age them to the point of being dust, or de age them out of existence.

Name: Kota Midoriya
Age: 11
Alias: Neptune
Physical Description: Kota is a little taller than Eri, standing at about five foot seven. She has long, chestnut brown hair, and dark blue eyes. Kota has scars on her arms from burns she received during the training camp. (which Dabi has apologized for profusely)
Quirk: H2O
Description: Kota's quirk was originally a very strong form of hydrokinesis. The evolution allows Kota to have more control of water around her. It also gives kota the ability to create, or destroy ten gallons of water in an area around her. This may not seem really incredible, but for Kota, This is basically summoning a weapon. Other ways that Kota has used this power is instantly filling a persons lungs with water, and destroying a persons bloodstream.

Name: Durza Midoriya
Age: 12
Alias: Durza
Physical Description: Durza stands as the tallest of the three children. At six foot four, he is relatively thin, yet has very compact muscle. His hair is white. His eyes are maroon. Durza has two pitch black antlers that grow out of his temples. His ears are tapered, and he has a long black tail, with a pointed end.
Quirk: Lord Infernal
Description: Durza's original quirk was dubbed "High infernal" At the age of seven, he unlocked it's ultimate facet, which was shadow manipulation. At the age of 11, his quirk evolved and gained another power straight out of Tokyo Ghoul! He can manifest three tails of red energy alongside his own tail. Upon ingesting blood, all of Durza's powers get a boost. Boosted shadow manipulation is so powerful that he can make Dark Shadow obey his commands.

Name: Atsuhiro Saiko

Alias: Phantom Thief Compress
Physical Description: Atsuhiro's physique is unknown to anybody but Izuka, Toga, and Magne. He only lets those he truly likes see what he looks like under his costume.
Quirk: Spatial Compression
Description: Compress's quirk has changed so he can not only compress things he touches, but also things in a fifty foot range. Compress can use this to compress space around him, and fling himself forwards, backwards, and so on. Compress can also capture energy, such as fire or electricity. He now keeps several marbles containing lightning on his person at all times.

Name: Kenji Hikiishi
Age: Unknown
Alias: Magne
Physical Description: Magne has been altered by a quirk that Shigaraki picked up in America. The quirk allows a person to alter the body of another. Thanks to this quirk, Magne finally obtained a more femenine body. She still has quite a bit of muscle, but it is more compact. Her hair is shoulder length, a little messy, but messy in a quirky way. Currently, she and Compress are married.
Quirk: Magneto
Description: Magne's quirk has evolved to become a power similar to that of Magneto from X-men. She can control and generate magnetic fields, and manipulate magnetically charged things. Thanks to the power of her original quirk, if she lands a hit on somebody, she can magnetically charge them. This pretty much turns them into a puppet until the effect wears off. Like Magneto, Magne can use her quirk to fly, by creating magnetic fields below her, before changing her magnetic charge.

Name: Shuichi Iguchi
Age: 26
Alias: Spinner
Physical Description: Spinner is a lot like how he was before the time skip. He has a bit more muscle now, and thanks to his quirk evolution, he has a pair of dragon wings. Spinners hair is now red, and his scales black.
Quirk: Dragonborne
Description: Spinner now has wings. His senses are heightened greatly. Spinner can breathe fire but only does it in dire situations, as he can only use it in humongous amounts. Spinner still remains the height of a normal human. His size cannot change.

Alias: Stain
Physical Description: Same physique as in cannon. Hair a bit longer. A little more muscle.
Quirk: Blood Imprint
Description: Stain still has the ability to paralyze people upon ingesting their blood, however, he now can imprint upon weapons. Any weapon that Stain has imprinted upon can be controlled as if he were using the force. In other words, his weapons always come back to him. It may not seem like much, but for an experienced fighter, it's a huge advantage.

Name: Touya Todoroki
Age: 30
Alias: Dabi (Also, The Pyromancer)
Physical Description: Dabi is the same height as in canon. His hair is white. His skin is still scarred, despite Eri's ability to rewind. (Dabi doesn't want to go back to being a child.) He is slightly more muscular, but not visibly changed by his six years in America.
Quirk: Demonic Flames of Emotion
Description: Dabi's flames are now white. When he uses them, his body is lit up similarly to Rin Okumera, from blue exorcist. He is no longer burned by his flames, and can control them psychically. Dabi can consume any non special fire (Can't consume cremation fire, or Shoto's fire) And gain a boost, similar to Natsu Dragneel

Name: Emelia Thomson (OC)
Age: 29
Alias: White Walker
Physical Description: Emelia is a little shorter than her husband, Touya. Her hair is white and fluffy. Her eyes are grey. Emelia has muscle, just like the rest of the league. Growing up in America, she learned not to rely on her quirk for everything.
Quirk: Absolute Zero
Description: Emelia can manipulate temperatures via touch. Her quirk can be used for ranged attacks, as she can also create ice, similar to Shoto creating ice. On a humongous scale, full output of Emelia's quirk can quick freeze everything around her. Emelia has used her quirk to kill, in ways such as freezing a person with a pat on the shoulder, or causing ice to grow from within people, wounding them internally.
Emelia is Dabi's wife, whom he met in America.

Age: 22
Alias: Damascus
Physical Description: Tetsutetsu has grown to be about the height of Dabi. He is very muscular. His shoulders are very broad. Alone, he has the strength to pick up a large truck. His hair is long and silver. It turns red upon ingesting blood.
Quirk: Damascus
Description: Tetsutetsu can turn his body into Damascus steel. Just like before, he gets a boost when ingesting blood. Tetsutetsu can also control Iron, basically making him a metal bender.

Alias: Twice
Physical Description: Same as Canon, with a bit more muscle.
Quirk: Perfect Copy
Description: Twice has always had the ultimate cloning quirk, as he can create clones of anything, as long as he has the measurements of said thing. Perfect copy allows Twice to analyze a person or object, and make a clone of them that way. The clones always follow the originals orders. Twice can also merge clones, creating monstrous fusions such as Spinner and Durza.

Name: Nemuri Kayama
Age: 36
Alias: Dreamer
Physical Description: Kayama hasn't really undergone many changes. Like the others, she has gained some muscle. The main change to her are her eyes, which have become purple, with a white star shaped pupil.
Quirk: Nightmare
Description: Midnight can put people to sleep with her quirk still. But once they're asleep, she can invade their mind and toy with their dreams. Using her quirk, she can brainwash, break minds, and even kill via overstimulation.

Alias: PH
Physical Description: Mina has grown to be five foot eight. Her horns became those of a ram, and became a dark grey. Her skin became a slightly darker shade of pink, as well as her hair. After six years, she has gained more muscle.
Quirk: Corrosion
Description: Mina is able to change the ph of her quirk to become acid, or lye. Her skin is way more resistant to the fluids, and she can create 100 times the amount she could previously. Mina's senses are also enhanced. Her horns allow her to pick up sonic waves and give her a sort of artificial hearing.

Age: 22
Alias: The Mechanic
Physical Description: Mei is buff. Nuff said? Her hair has become longer since she left UA. Her eyes are still yellow, with crosshairs, however, one has small markings on it for distance, allowing Hatsume to make measurements by just observing situations.
Quirks: Scope, Zeus
Description: Scope allows Hatsume to magnify her vision 10 times greater than 'zoom'. When building equipment, Hatsume's quirk will highlight impurities in metal, frayed wires, and will allow her to understand the composition of each material she uses.
Zeus is the evolved form of 'Tesla Coil'. Hatsume can generate more lightning by pulling from a pool of stored electricity. The quirk allows her to absorb energy to add to her pool.

Name: Rumi Usagiyama

Alias: Bunny (Also Mirko)
Physical Description: Mirko's lop-like ears fall down to her waist. Her build is fairly muscular, similar to Izuka's. Her legs are those of a rabbit. Her fur is grey, and her claws are black.
Quirk: Rabbit Jinchuruki
Description: Mirko has all of the aspects of a rabbit. Enhanced leg strength. Heightened hearing. Upon evolution, she is able to tap into a link with a demon rabbit. The result is heightened physical abilities, heightened senses, and powers of a tailed beast. Mirko only uses powers like this in dire situations.

Alias: Kurogiri
Physical Description: Oboro's regular form is muscular. His hair is made up of purple mist, and his eyes are like small galaxies. His skin is tan.
Quirk: Spatial Rend
Description: Kurogiri can create warp gates at will. Normally, he needs to know the coordinates of the place he wants to go to, however, his quirk allows him to open portals in places he's visited, without knowing the coordinates. He can also open portals between dimensions, and other planets. One move he has used summoned a blast of plasma from the core of the sun. So watch out!

Alias: Toga
Physical Description: Toga's hair has grown out a little longer. Her fangs are more pronounced thanks to her evolution. Her form is a bit more muscular. Other than that, she's the same Toga.
Quirk: Hemomancy
Description: On top of transforming into other people, Toga can also blood bend! Her quirks can only be used on one person at a time. When used, Toga can control them like a puppet, stop their heart, remove all of their blood, etc.

Name: Tomura Shigaraki

Alias: None
Physical Description: After gaining All For One, Tomura's hair turned white. His form is still rather thin, however he doesn't slouch anymore. His form hides dense muscle, which he gained in sparring matches against Izuka herself. His eyes are empty and grey, as if nothing he obtains will be able to fill them.
Quirk: All For One
Description: Do I really have to do this? And no, I'm not including every quirk he's obtained in six years.

Alias: None
Physical Description: After Six years, Izuka has become taller. Her chest has developed to rival that of Yaoyorozu. Her ears are tapered like those of an elf. After undergoing yet another ascension, Izuka's eyes became red. Her hair is long and green.
Quirk: None
Description: None. She's quirkless.

So here are the changes to the villains! There are a lot of changes to the heroes… so I'll cover those as we continue in the story.
Also, there will be a story that covers the six years in America. When will I write that story? I don't know… Sometime in the future. So keep an eye out!
