Cutting the head of the snack

Chapter 64th

"Jethro it's going to take some time to get back into the thick of things after three months away. And besides, right now I have to worry about myself and this baby with two weeks to go with the delivery," she said.

It was at this point that Gibbs had noticed a change in his wife's personality. "Fine, Loreile,. I am worried as well about wanting to see this baby born after losing three months."

"Do you really think this was a picnic for us with Shane and Nathan staying at the Evergreen safe?" she cried out as if she was suffering now with making the decision with going through with the plan.

"Of course not!" he said with a grimace of pain. Loreile had to ask whether he was fine or not.

"No, I am not Loreile! The pain medication is wearing off." it was all he will say with closing his eyes and Loreile called for a nurse or doctor to come into the room. It didn't take long before one of the floor residents came in with the medical chart and a syringe of pain medication in his hand knowing what to expect.

She was able to ask the patient on a scale of one to ten just how bad the pain was for him.

"I will give it an eight nurse," Gibbs said with Loreile worried for her husband.

"Okay, I will give you the medication as per doctor's orders on the chart. I am here as well to check your bandages on your stomach and other areas?" she was blushing slightly when it comes to checking the genitals as well. "Mrs. Gibbs, would you mind stepping out into the corridor so that I can check the bandages?"

"Sure," she replied with getting up slowly from the chair. While feeling slightly off balance.

She had walked out into the corridor to wait on the doctor checking over her husband. Even though in what shape and form for when it comes to the term husband at this point?

Inside Doctor, Lawrence was finished checking the different wounds with noting an issue with a possible infection on his upper thigh for where the welts were located.

He had made a note into the chart with adding the additional antibiotics having been ordered. He didn't wish to take any chances at this time with the infection or any wound. He asks the nurse standing by him to order the antibiotic at the pharmacy.

"Right away doctor," she said before walking out and passing Loreile with more to worry about.
