Chapter 64 (Daily)

Sayuri Rogue just put the finishing touches on her computer. "There. And just like that, Platinum Mask has been moved to the heel category."

"Is that okay?" Ryuji asked. "After all, she didn't even give a good reason why she turned."

"I don't bother her on who she is under that mask, so as long as she doesn't go too far, she's free to do what she wants. Besides, what's pro wrestling without a good face or heel turn to get the crowd rolling?"

"What would you consider to be too far?"

"Basically, anything that would endanger the fans or the company. But onto another topic, what's the headcount for Xtrema Against the World?"

"Surprisingly, we already have over a hundred requests from fans, other wrestlers, and even those from our own roster. A lot of these are pretty good too."

"I imagine." Sayuri said leaning back at her chair. "Anything else?"

"Well, this is a request from a fan who says they frequently attend Matsuda and Juli's." Ryuji said. "They say that they notice how close Jun Juli is with Candy Pair and are requesting that they team up in the tag team event of Xtrema Against the World."

"Good thought, but that's a pass." Sayuri said. "This is called Xtrema Against the World, not Xtrema and Part of the World Against the World. Unless Milk and Mint are members of Xtrema, I can't really have them team up with someone from my roster."

"Understood." Ryuji said. "Also, the doctor reported back. She said that Queen Bee did sustain some injuries, but she should be back to fighting shape by the week's end."

"Great." Sayuri said. "I wouldn't want her in physical therapy when we face her off at the big event.

"Me neither." Ryuji said. "So what's the plan?"

"Well, before we get to Xtrema Against the World, we've got two Xtrema shows planned and I intend to make the most of it in preparation for the event." Sayuri explained. "This will take a lot of work, but I guarantee three things. Number one, we'll get through the first round of the Yin-Yang Tournament. Number two, all the championships will be claimed. And number three, everyone on the roster will have the chance to compete before XAW."

"XAW?" Ryuji asked.

"That's Xtrema Against the World for short." Sayuri said.

"Ah, I see." Ryuji said. "Well, that appears to be all the reports I have for now."

"Thank you, Ryuji." Sayuri said. "Now, bring her in."

Ryuji nodded before heading to the office door. He opened it and Charlie Hart walked in. She sat across from Sayuri.

"Good morning, Ms. Hart."

"Hey, Ms. Rogue."

"Charlie, I brought you over because I'd like to personally apologize to you about that match between you and Natalya. I understand it must have been a lot of trouble."

"That's one way to put it." Charlie sighed. "Still can't believe you put my contract on the line."

"Believe me, I didn't want to," Sayuri said, "But you know how McMahon is. It was the only way I could convince him to agree to a bet I had with him."

"But why?" Charlie asked. "If you don't like him, then why were you making a deal with him? What's so important, that you put my career on the line? You owe me that much at least."

Sayuri tapped her desk thinking deeply about it. She considered for a moment before sighing. "You're right. I do. But first, Ryuji, the NDA papers." Her assistant nodded and reached in the desk to pull out a piece of paper.

"NDA?" Charlie asked.

"Nondisclosure agreement." Sayuri said placing the paper in front of Charlie. "Basically, when you sign this, you agree to not speak a word about this to anyone. If you break this agreement, not only can I fire you, but I can make sure you don't wrestle so much at an apartment match ever again. You can either hear me out and keep it a secret or you can just leave this office and wait with the others. The choice is yours, Ms. Hart."

Charlie was almost petrified at the threat. But she couldn't help but be curious. She sighed and signed her name on the paper. "There. So what's going on?"

Sayuri kept a stoic look on her face as she removed the paper from the desk. She then replaced it with a manilla folder with the word "Pandora" written on it.

"Everything you need to know is in this folder." Sayuri said passing it to Charlie. She took it and opened it. She began a long process at reading what's inside.

Eris' home had a purple interior that matched her wrestling outfit. She wore a fancy suit as she sat in her purple chair with golden outlines. That's when she heard a knock at the door and she smiled knowing who it was.

"Come in, your highness." Eris said. Platinum Mask walked in with a displeased look on her face. "Oh, do take off that mask, beautiful. It's just us here." Platinum Mask growled before complying. She removed her mask revealing her real face. "That's better."

"What do you want, Eris?" Princess Elodie asked impatiently.

"I wouldn't be so rude if I were you." Eris said. "After all, all I have to do is call the local news station and tell them that one of the strongest rookies in Xtrema is actually an illegal immigrant. I can't imagine that'll look good for your country, would it?"

Elodie growled.

"Well, to answer your question, I summoned you so we can negotiate on our relationship. After all, I do own you now."

Elodie growled louder. She stepped forward, but Eris raised her finger up and waved it.

"No, no, no. If you lay a finger on me, disobey me, or even quit wrestling, your secret goes out." Eris said.

"Not if I shut you up for good!" Elodie threatened.

"That's a little dark for you, but even if you're not bluffing, it won't do you any good if I'm dead." Eris said. "You see, my computer has an email with your secret on it along with a 24-hour countdown. If I don't reset it before it reaches zero, the email will be delivered anonymously to basically anyone who's looking for a good story."

Elodie stopped herself clearly frustrated. "You're bluffing."

"Maybe, maybe not. But can you afford to risk it?" Eris asked with a cocky smile. "Let's get something straight. You are my servant now, my slave. According to the Xtrema site, you're a heel now because you helped me, so the world already knows it. It's time you submit to it. And just to show it…" She slowly removed her left boot with her right foot and raised her bare foot to Eris. "Get down on your knees, kiss my foot, and call me your goddess."

Elodie's whole mind was conflicted. On one hand, she suddenly hated this woman in front of her who plans to abuse her. On the other hand, if she doesn't do what she wants, all of Kasperia is in danger. So, with great reluctance, Elodie brought herself down on her knees. She raised Eris' foot to her face and gently kissed it. When she was done, she raised her hateful eyes at her new master.

"You… are my goddess."

"That's better." Eris said petting Elodie's head. "This looks like the beginning of a beautiful friendship."

When she was done, Charlie closed the folder nearly losing her breath. She looked up at Sayuri with bafflement coming out of her eyes.

"That's… Wow." Charlie said. "That seems very complicated."

"It is." Sayuri said. "I haven't worked out all the details yet, so I need this under wraps until I do."

"So you wanted WWE's support because…"

"Despite how stubborn McMahon is, his company is one of America's leaders in pro wrestling complete with some very famous female wrestlers such as Asuka, the Bella Twins, Charlotte Flair, and especially Ronda Rousey. I need them on my side if we're going to pull this off. Now, do you understand why I had to do make such a risky wager?"

Charlie held up the file to look at it. She took a small breath and replied. "I don't like what you did… but I understand why you did it."

"So we're cool?" Sayuri asked.

"Sure. Why not?" Charlie asked.

"Great." Sayuri said. "You're dismissed. And remember, not a word of this to anyone."

Charlie nodded and removed herself from the office. Sayuri returned to her work when suddenly, Ryuji's phone gave a notification ringtone. He pulled it out to see what it was about when he widened his eyes. "What the…"

"What?" Sayuri asked.

Ryuji handed the phone to his boss. She picked it up and saw what he looked at. Much to her surprise, it was an orange poster to an upcoming charity wrestling event. There were some notable wrestlers on the poster including Tiger Mask, Fukuwara Mask, Yuji Nagata, Unagi Mask, Spring Tiger, Candy Pair, Viper Takagi, Lyra Booker, and especially the one who caught the CEO's eye, Queen Bee.

*Xtrema Shorts*

The Chibi version of Monica Everly was welcomed by a series of cheers as she sat next to two different Chibi characters, Starla and Isebella.

"Welcome back to Xtrema Shorts! I'm Monica Everly, and it is good to be back! After being absent for the Summer Special, I'm glad we're back to answering questions! And who better to start off with than Xtrema's energetic teen team, Team Spirit! Thank you for coming, Starla and Isebella."

"Great to be here." Chibi Starla said.

"We've been waiting for this for weeks." Chibi Isebella said.

"Glad you're looking forward to this." Chibi Monica said. "Now, I'll be asking the both of you a series of questions, some standard and some personal from our fans, mostly Awesome ax10. Are you ready?"

"Born ready!" Chibi Isebella said.

"Ready before I was born!" Chibi Starla replied.

"Great! Now, first question, how long have you been wrestling?"

"About two years." Chibi Starla answered.

"Maybe two and a half." Chibi Isebella added.

"Do you have any dream opponents?"

"I'd like to face Midnight. I'm sure I can take her on one on one." Chibi Starla answered.

"Me, I'd like to face Carly X. We'd have an awesome match, I think." Chibi Isebella said.

"How do you feel about your fans?"

"Love 'em!" they both answered at once.

"What's the toughest match you've had so far?"

"The Daughters of Darkness?" Chibi Starla answered.

"Either them or Diaz and Poison. Those bullies basically threw us around." Chibi Isebella said.

"That's a good point." Chibi Starla said.

"What do you do for fun?"

"Well, we like to showcase at comic conventions." Chibi Starla answered.

"Nothing better than sharing our love to our people." Chibi Isebella added.

"What do you think makes a great wrestler?"

"To quote Tim Allen in Galaxy Quest, Never give up. Never surrender'." Chibi Starla said.

"As long as we still have our spirit and never let it break, our wrestling will remain strong." Chibi Isebella added.

"Do you have any interests besides wrestling?

"Well, we've been petitioning for roles in an Marvel Cinematic Universe movie." Chibi Starla said.

"If we could at least have a part in one of their shows on Disney Plus, that's be all right." Chibi Isebella added.

"Now, onto the personal questions. How did you two meet?"

"Well, believe it or not, we were friends at birth. Our cribs were right next to each other at the maternity ward." Chibi Starla said.

"Yeah. We're basically sisters/BFFs." Chibi Isebella added.

"What got you into wrestling?"

"Well, my parents and I went to visit some relatives in Detroit. Unfortunately, there was a packing mistake and I accidentally left all my comics at home. I was bored out of my skull until I joined my cousin, Reggie, when she showed me a WWE episode. Seeing all those heroic faces fighting against those villainous heels suddenly looked inviting to me. I spent the rest of the visit learning about pro wrestling from Reggie." Chibi Starla said.

"And when Starla returned, she showed me pro wrestling and we both figured that we could be just like the heroes we adored if we went into the squared circle ourselves." Chibi Isebella added.

"Which heroes are your favorites?"

"Wow. You really got us in a bind here. How are we supposed to choose?" Chibi Starla said.

"Well, I like Wonder Woman. She was the first female superhero we've ever heard of.

"Oh, yeah. And now that I think about it, I love Captain Marvel. If I had elastic powers, I could be Ms. Marvel." Chibi Isebella added.

"Who is your sworn nemesis in the ring?"

"The Killer Kitties." Chibi Starla said.

"Yeah. Those girls cheat without a care in the world. They really get under our skin, especially Neko Girl." Chibi Isebella added.

"Do you showboat with other opponents besides Kaito Marx?"

"Well, Sam Hamilton is always fun to hang out with." Chibi Starla said.

"Yeah. She's pretty cool. And the Galaxy Twins too." Chibi Isebella added.

"Do you think of Kaito as more than a brother?"

"Whoa. That's a pretty sensitive question. Look, we like Kaito and I can't deny he's cute, but let's face it. We're in our teens and Kaito's basically a young adult." Chibi Starla said.

"We like him, but he's probably too old for us." Chibi Isebella added.

Having faced all the tag teams in Xtrema, which do you love facing the most and which do you wish never to face again?

"As for who we love facing the most, that would have to be the Galaxy Twins." Chibi Starla said.

"As for who we wish to avoid, definitely Diaz and Poison." Chibi Isebella added.

"Well, thank you for your time, you two." Chibi Monica said. "And thank you, our lovely audience, for supporting our story. As you can tell, this is going to lead up to episode 22 of Tiger Mask W. In this story, Queen Bee will participate.

"There were many other suggestions for a few characters. Here are some things to consider though. There are some characters who Epiclot214 has never heard of before or who's series they have never seen. Maybe Epiclot214 will look into them, but just in case, they're keeping their options open. Also, there were many suggestions that come from an app called Muscle Hustle. No offense, but we may need to be a bit more diverse than that. Remember, not all of our wrestlers and tag teams' opponents have to be the same as who they're facing. As long as they can put on a good show, that's all we really need.
