Cutting off the head of the snake

Chapter 65

Like always Loreile was sitting by her husband's bedside with someone having gotten her something to drink. She was more concerned about whether he will be able to get back on his feet without worrying about having a heart attack while he's in the field with his work.

She needed to stretch a little with the baby inside too active for her taste. She had gotten up to take a look up at the computer screen telling her the vitals and including his heart rate.

She has gone through too much over during the past four years married to Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs. Being away for the past three months really made her think long and hard.

Sitting back down with her legs swelling slightly. What she really needed was sleep. She continued to watch the features of her husband sleeping peacefully. Doctor Cyril Taft had said that he might not wake up for a while.

Even though she was hoping and praying that he will wake before deciding on going home to the house.

But he didn't as she decided to head downstairs before meeting up with Senior Field Agent Timothy McGee and his own wife Delilah at this hour.

"OMG! Tim, he's still sleeping. The doctor doesn't think that won't be waking for some time needing his rest badly with all of the damage done to his body." she had tears falling down her face.

"Loreile, you need to sleep," Delilah said strongly.

"It's where I am going after three months spent in the Tombstone, Arizona safe house. It was a ruse once again Tim in order for the Cartel to back off on myself and the boys staying in the Evergreen safe house." she will comment.

"So Special Agent Gibbs had been acting for when it comes to you and the boys?" Tim had to say in anger.

"No, it wasn't Tim. He had taken it badly with the news that had made the decision to leave him with the plan. So whatever happened between then and now actually was real." she replied with needing to leave right now.

He watched her leave for Gibbs's house in Alexandria. He and his friends really had felt bad the both of them have suffered so much with their troubles.

It was at this point for McGee. It was no point to see Gibbs since he was still asleep and won't be waking for a while now. Timothy McGee turned to head for the elevator to head out as well to go home to his own apartment with the twins and his wife staying at her mother's place.
