Bonnie (sitting up): Today has been a long and hard day for me
Damon (squeezing Bonnie's hand): Today has been a long and hard for me too.
Bonnie: Why?
Damon: Stefan and Elena were originally expecting twins, one boy and one girl. They lost their son today.
Bonnie: I am so sorry
Damon (touching Bonnie's stomach): I hope everything is good with our baby. I remember you said you had a doctor appointment today.
Bonnie: I bet you want to see the newest ultrasound pictures
Damon (excited): Yes of Course
Bonnie (choked up): I know how much you love and want this baby
Damon: Do you feel the same about the baby?
Bonnie (crying): I terminated the pregnancy. I apologize for lying to you.
