Whew!
That's all I could think of when I finished the story this week. Wow, what a ride!
For those of you who stayed with me for all of this time, I'd like to thank you for your loyalty. This whole journey started SEVEN YEARS AGO, back in 2014. It's been a crazy adventure since then, and I hope it stays that way.
This story was written as a challenge to see if I could write a novel without a Story Bible, a character sheet, or any clue of where the story would go until 30 chapters in. I don't recommend this method, but it was fun to see the story unfold how it did.
I couldn't have dreamed of Pokemon with multiple moves or a massive conspiracy beneath the ivory tower of the Pokemon League. For what it's worth, I had no idea Giovanni would turn like that.
Regarding edits and fixes, I'll be going through the chapters every so often to edit the contents, so let me know if you catch anything.
To people who want a sequel, there are two in the works for this story. I know this part ends on a cliffhanger of sorts, but I can assure you that I won't leave you all empty-handed. It's a question of time, honestly. I'm doing my own writing and work on the side, so if something has to give when the going gets tough, it's going to be this.
Frankly, I might just make a one-shot explaining the sequels because I refuse to take another seven years to write another book. At this rate, the trilogy won't be finished until 2035.
