Chika Son: Goku's Daughter
Chapter 67: Cell's Defeat
Goku, Chika, Minako, Vegeta, Trunks, Piccolo, Krillin, Tien and Yamcha watched as Gohan powered up to his Super Saiyan 2 form.
"It's unreal!"Vegeta responded in awe.
"This is it."Trunks said quietly.
"Gohan has released his energy!"Piccolo commented in shock.
"My gosh..."Minako whispered.
"Awesome."Chika remarked with a hint of pride.
"That a boy, Gohan."Goku replied weakly.
"So that's it, huh?"Cell sneered evilly. "You are doing the same mistake Trunks did, boy. Don't think you can beat me by powering up."
The Cell Juniors turn their attention back to the Dragon Team and continue their assault which angered Gohan further causing his energy to crackle.
"Incredible..."Cell said quietly.
"I cannot forgive you for what you have done."Gohan retorted with a glare.
Looking towards Cell with hatred and contempt, Gohan slowly walked towards the confused android, who has not moved a muscle after he transformed.
"At last you have come out of hiding."Cell complemented. "Now the game will get really exciting."
Gohan however, does not attack the android, but instead snatches the bag of Senzu Beans Cell had stolen from Krillin earlier, with Cell not quick enough to react.
"No more games."Gohan scowled.
"How did you?!"Cell demanded in surprise. "But the Senzu Beans?! How did you get them?!"
Gohan, now preparing to make his first strike, with lightning speed, rushed towards the Cell Jr. who was earlier brutally attacking Krillin.
Full of rage, Gohan, in a quick flash, neck chops the Cell Jr., decapitating it, and also completely destroying its head before the Cell Jr. even had a chance to attack or flee.
As the deformed Cell Jr. falls to the ground, Cell suddenly raises his eyes in surprise, not believing what he has witnessed.
"After all this time trying to fight these things, he does in one blow?!"Vegeta declared.
"Gohan, you're amazing!"Trunks stated.
Goku, witnessing the event, now smiled, knowing this would eventually happen.
"I told you so."Goku chuckled with a weak expression.
Gohan disappeared from sight and then reappeared near the two Cell Jrs that were near where Krillin was laying down.
"His so fast!"Minako exclaimed.
"My brother has moved to the next level."Chika admitted happily.
Gohan watched the two Cell Jrs quietly and raised his arm as one of them prepared to kill Krillin with his long sharp nails.
"Gohan..."Krillin murmured. "Forget about me. Do what you got to do."
Gohan didn't reply and simply raised his arm to blast at the Cell Jrs as electricity sparked on him.
The third Cell Jr fired laser attacks towards Gohan, but the eleven year old boy vanished out of the way destroyed both of the Cell Jrs before grabbing Krillin to move him out of the way.
Gohan placed Krillin, where Piccolo was before going back to Cell.
"So this is the power that Goku was bragging about."Cell thought and smirked. "Well, let's see how he goes against all six of them."
Cell glanced at the six Cell jrs causing them to rush towards Gohan.
Gohan didn't move a move a muscle as the six remaining Cell Jrs went towards him to avenge their three murdered Cell Jr brothers.
However, just like the other three Cell Jrs, these Cell Jrs were also easily defeated, each one receiving the full force of Gohan's anger, as he takes out each one, one by one.
One Cell Jr notices all his fallen brothers, and decides to flee, flying as fast as it can.
Gohan however, catches up with no effort, making the Cell Jr even more frightened.
Gohan finished the Cell Jr off by chopping the android's neck, making the little beast explode.
All the fighters watched Gohan in amazement.
"He just blew off those creatures off with nothing but his energy!"Vegeta responded.
"And look at him!"Trunks added. "His perfectly calm! It looks like he hasn't warmed up yet!"
Minako and Chika watched Gohan in silence, waiting for him to do his next move.
Cell looked on in anger as he has witnessed all his children defeated at the hands of the half Saiyan he earlier deemed weak.
"Look at what you've done!"Cell growled.
Piccolo helped Goku up as he watched Gohan.
"Nothing is holding Gohan back now."Piccolo stated. "He has finally learned how to tap into his power at will."
"Now is time to pay Cell."Goku admitted. "Your going to face up to your crimes."
"Pass these arond, Trunks!"Gohan ordered.
Gohan throws the sack of Senzu Beans to Trunks, who caught them.
"Sure."Trunks answered.
Trunks treat to the fallen Z Fighters and heal their wounds as Chika looked at Gohan.
Cell growled angrily as Gohan began approaching towards him.
"Go on Gohan."Chika thought. "Fight Cell with your overbearing strength."
Krillin, Yamcha and Tien watched Gohan with stunned expressions as they stood up from the ground.
"Wow."Yamcha said. "I can't believe how much he has changed."
"It's like he suddenly became a man."Tien admitted.
"Yeah."Krillin agreed. "You got that right."
"Listen up, guys."Trunks instructed. "I think it's time we all clear out of here. I'll stay behind to give Goku and Piccolo each a Senzu Bean. Go!"
Krillin, Yamcha and Tien flew away from the area as Trunks glanced at Goku before flying away.
A smirk grew on Cell's face as he watched electricity sparking around Gohan.
Gohan and Cell began fighting each other as Trunks gave Goku and Piccolo each a senzu bean to eat.
Cell tried to punch Gohan, but the young boy easily dodged his attacks with his speed.
"Stop mocking me!"Cell snapped.
Cell lifted up his leg to hit Gohan, but he blocked it with his arm.
Gohan began bring his fists out to punch Cell, who started to block them with his own fists.
Chika, Minako, Trunks, Piccolo, Goku and Vegeta watched the fight below.
"Its...it's like Gohan isn't even trying."Vegeta complemented in shock.
"Now I get it."Piccolo admitted. "Yes. I was wondering why you fought Cell first when you knew you couldn't win. You went in first because you wanted Gohan to see how Cell fought, didn't you?"
"Is that true, Goku?"Minako asked with a surprised look.
Goku simply smirked as he watched his son fight Cell in the sky.
Gohan and Cell continued doing their hand to hand combat until they landed back on the ground.
"I had it!"Cell growled and smirked. "Don't get too confident. For I have to show you, young warrior, what I am truly capable. But you'll see soon enough."
"Can it."Gohan scoffed.
"A cheeky one."Cell sneered. "Well then, let's see how you bare against me when you fight me at full strength."
"What?"Tien said quietly. "You mean he wasn't trying up to now?"
"Great."Minako retorted.
"Where is that fiend hiding all his power?"Vegeta scowled.
"His only bluffing."Trunks suggested. "His trying to scare Gohan."
"Oh no."Chika mumbled worriedly.
Cell proceeded to power up, knocking everyone but himself and Gohan away.
The ground started to shake violently beneath the fighters' feet, but Gohan remained calm as he watched Cell power up.
"Incredible!"Vegeta muttered.
"Don't give up now, Gohan!"Piccolo warned.
"I don't believe this!"Tien shouted.
"It seems that he is getting stronger!"Yamcha admitted.
"Gohan!"Chika called out. "You can still beat him!"
"Whole planet is going to explode!"Krillin panicked.
Then Cell stopped powering up causing the ground to stop shaking.
"It looks like we'll find out what Cell can really do."Goku stated.
"It's amazing!"Piccolo commented. "He made the whole world shake!"
"Man, this is madness."Minako retorted with a bitter tone.
"Do it, Gohan."Trunks encouraged.
Cell let out a sinister laugh as Gohan continued glaring at him.
"So kid are you impressed with what you see?"Cell asked evilly.
"Is that all you got?"Gohan asked simply.
Cell smirked at Gohan, but notice the boy's expression didn't change a bit.
Then Cell charged at Gohan and landed a clean punch to the face but Gohan remained standing and seemed unhurt.
Cell was shocked and angrily punched again, but this time Gohan grabbed his fist.
Gohan then punched Cell in the stomach, seemingly hurting the Bio-Android.
Chika's eyes widen in awe as Goku landed next to her.
Cell swiped at Gohan's head, but Gohan ducked and hits Cell with an uppercut to the chin, sending Cell flying backwards.
Cell quickly regained his footing, but was bleeding and visibly shaken up.
"This...this...can't be!"Cell denied in shock. "He only gave me two punches, so why I am so weak?"
"I've got a feeling Gohan just won it all you guys."Krillin admitted.
"Remember Krillin, it's not over until it's over."Piccolo warned.
"I don't wanna jinx him, but I think Krillin might be right."Trunks stated.
Having hit Cell with a crushing uppercut, Gohan walked confidently towards the bio-android.
"You are as foolish as your father."Cell growled. "It is time for you to learn some respect! Now fight me!"
Cell threw a powerful kick at Gohan, but Gohan blocked it with merely his left forearm, stunning Cell.
Gohan let out a angry shout before he retaliated by kicking Cell in the face, sending him skidding along the ground.
As Cell attempted to regain his composure, he looks back and sees Gohan again walking towards him.
"I will not be humiliated by a child!"Cell snapped in anger. "This has gone far enough! I am tired of playing these games!"
Cell gets back up as he watched Gohan with a hateful glare.
"This can't be happening! I am complete!"Cell thought arrogantly. "It is impossible for a Saiyan child to defeat me! I am the ultimate fighter! I have no equal! Yet somehow, this one is different. Very well, if I have to prove myself once again, then so be it, but this will be the last time!"
Cell began unleashing the Dragon Team's techniques in full power such as Krillin's Destructo Disc, Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon and Rapid Fire towards Gohan.
However, Gohan easily got rid of the attacks like they were nothing.
"Look, Krillin."Trunks said. "The tables are turning on Cell. I think Gohan has got him."
"Yeah! It's unbelievable!"Krillin agreed. "Do you think Gohan might beat him this time?"
"He will."Piccolo replied.
"Go, Gohan."Chika chuckled.
Cell watched Gohan in complete fear as the eleven year old boy began walking towards him.
"Why are you so afraid, Cell?"Gohan asked. "Isn't this what you wanted? I warned you. I told you what would happen if you push me too far, but you didn't listen. You forced me to awaken my hidden power and now that you have seen it, your afraid. You know that I'm going to destroy you."
A horrified look grew on Cell's face as he began to fly up.
Cell flew up into the air and began to power up for an Earth-Destroying Kamehameha.
"KAME...HAMEHA!"Cell yelled out. "Here you go! Let's see if you can stop this! I am going to blow up the Earth and there is nothing you can do!"
The Dragon Team became shocked at Cell's declaration.
"Gohan!"Krillin shouted. "Get out of there! His going to do it!"
Gohan, however, seemed unfazed by Cell's attack.
As everyone else looked on, Cell unleashed the blast towards Gohan.
"KA...ME...HAME...HA!"Gohan screamed loudly.
Just as the blast neared the ground, Gohan suddenly unleashed a powerful Ultimate Kamehameha directly into Cell's beam.
"No!"Cell growled. "What have you done?!"
The beams clashed together causing the ground to shake as the other fighters closed their eyes by the bright light and the blowing dust that was hitting them.
"I can't stop it!"Cell shouted.
Cell tried to stop the blast, but got consumed by it.
After the beams clashed and the dust settles, Gohan's blast was seen traveling off into space while the Earth was unharmed.
Goku, Chika, Vegeta, Trunks, Minako, Piccolo, Krillin, Tien and Yamcha got out of the sand that now covered the ground they were standing on.
"How can Gohan have that much power inside him?"Vegeta thought. "He released a bigger Kamehameha than Cell! He should be exhausted! What's his secret?"
"Man, who would've thought getting rid of Cell would be such a blast?"Krillin chuckled.
"No!"Piccolo scowled. "Cell is still alive!"
"What?!"Minako gasped.
"There is no way he could be!"Trunks denied.
"Yeah!"Krillin agreed. "That blast swallowed him up completely!"
Chika looked at Goku, who looked up in the sky.
"Dad..."Chika started.
"It looks like Piccolo is right."Goku answered. "Gohan may have slowed him down, but he is still very much alive."
Cell was shown to be severely injured, with his left leg, lower right leg and left arm having been blown off as well as the tops of the sections protruding from his head.
The fighters notice Gohan wasn't doing an attack to finish Cell.
"What is he waiting for?"Yamcha asked.
"No!"Cell shouted angrily. "His just a boy! There is no way that little brat can be so strong!"
Gohan, looked up to survey the outcome, simply chuckled at the damage he had caused.
"Hey! If he waits to long, Cell is going to regenerate himself!"Piccolo warned and the others looked at him. "Remember he has my cells inside him!"
"Gohan!"Goku called out. "You gotta take Cell down now before he regenerates!"
"Take him down before he regenerates?"Gohan repeated and looked up with a smirk. "I'll think I'll wait. I am going to make him suffer for a while."
"Gohan, you shouldn't wait!"Chika protested. "You won't be able to beat him otherwise! Do it now!"
Gohan simply smirked at his twin sister before looking back at Cell.
Cell regenerates himself to make his body whole again.
"I am whole!"Cell announced and glared at Gohan. "You wretched child! How dare you! HOW DARE YOU?!"
Cell transformed out of rage and does a transformation which he had previously mocked Trunks for before going back on the ground to confront Gohan.
"BOY! YOU WON'T DEFEAT ME!"Cell roared in complete rage. "A WORTHLESS SAIYAN LIKE YOU CAN'T COMPETE WITH ME! I AM INVINCIBLE! AND NOW I WILL MAKE YOU PAY!"
Cell tried to punch Gohan, but the young boy jumped out of the way.
"Look! Cell has slow down!"Trunks exclaimed. "His body is too big to keep up with Gohan!"
Minako smirked seeing how strong her future uncle has become.
"Wicked..."Minako sneered with a smirk.
While realizing that Cell was too slow to catch him, Gohan pummelled the Android with two powerful kicks.
One to the face and stomach respectively which made Cell sick.
"Your not a boy!"Cell groaned. "Your a monster!"
Goku smirked as Cell appeared to look weak and sick.
"What you have done to me?!"Cell coughed weakly.
Gohan and the others watched in confusion, Cell began to expand as his body bulging like a balloon.
"What's up with Cell?"Krillin asked.
"His sick."Piccolo replied. "It won't be long now."
"Huh?"Chika said in confusion.
"His life force is getting weaker."Goku stated.
"Cell's complete power would've left him for good."Piccolo declared.
"What?"Trunks asked in surprise. "How do you know that?"
"I guess we got to watch and see what he means, love."Minako suggested.
Cell opened his mouth and ended up regurgitate Android 18 to the fighters' shock.
"What is that?!"Vegeta demanded.
"It's Android 18!"Tien responded. "I don't believe it! She was inside Cell the whole time!"
"It can't be!"Krillin denied. "I thought she was a goner!"
"But if she is free, what does that mean?"Trunks asked.
"The end of Cell."Piccolo answered.
"I hope your right."Goku thought with a unsure look.
Chika let out a happy gasp before looking at Goku, who didn't appear to be happy that Cell was going to be defeated.
Cell dropped on his knees and picked up Android 18 causing Krillin to become angry.
"Don't touch her!"Krillin snapped.
Piccolo grabbed Krillin from going after Cell.
"Krillin."Piccolo warned.
Everyone watched as Cell let out an angry roar.
With Android 18 no longer a part of his body, Cell's perfect power began to fade away and he eventually reverted to his Semi-Perfect form.
"He changed!"Minako exclaimed. "His not in his final form anymore!"
"Yes."Piccolo agreed. "Gohan has won. Cell was no match for him."
"I don't believe it!"Vegeta thought.
Cell glared at Gohan, who remained powered up.
"You little insect!"Cell growled. "You've made a fool of me!"
Enraged with Gohan, Cell attacks him, but the half saiyan easily punched him away.
"That's the way!"Krillin chuckled.
"That's my twin!"Chika declared in joy.
"Gohan!"Piccolo yelled out. "Finish him off now!"
Gohan began walking toward Cell to finish him off for good.
"Stay away from me, you monster!"Cell demanded.
Cell fell to the ground, but quickly placed his hand up to prevent himself from falling.
"Give up or fall."Gohan threatened smugly before placing his foot on Cell's hand.
Cell fell but flew back up causing Gohan to kick him away which slammed the Android into a rock cliff.
"I'll get you for this, boy!"Cell warned. "I swear it!"
"Cell, give up."Gohan demanded. "Your not going to beat me."
"Gohan is toying with him."Piccolo scoffed.
"Now Gohan!"Goku shouted. "Finish him off right now! There is no time to waste!"
Cell froze in fear as Gohan began walking towards him.
Knowing that his chances of winning have disappeared with his perfect power, Cell engorged himself with a buildup of ki, in a last ditch effort to defeat Gohan by destroying himself and the Earth.
"Boy! This is the end of you!"Cell cackled. "You thought you can defeat me, but you can't! I am going to blow myself up now and I am going to take you with me! Say goodbye to your sister and partners!"
"No! Don't!"Gohan shouted.
"What blow up the Earth?!"Vegeta said in shock.
"Cell is not bluffing this time."Piccolo declared. "I know he'll do it."
Everyone froze in shock as Cell laughed while growing more bigger.
"You lose, little man!"Cell sneered. "I am going to destroy this planet!"
"No, you won't!"Gohan growled and stood in a fighting position.
"Watch out!"Cell said smugly. "You might make me explode! One little shock might set me off! Bye bye, Gohan! Bye bye, Earth! One minute and it will all be over!"
"Dad and Chi were right."Gohan thought and gritted his teeth. "I should've beaten Cell before he regenerate."
"Say hello to your maker!"Cell laughed evilly.
Gohan sank to his knees, pounding the ground with his fists.
Cell continued to puff up as Goku glanced to look at his daughter and companions.
"What is it, Goku?"Krillin asked. "Do you have a plan? What do you want us to do?"
A small smile spread on Goku's face.
"Listen."Goku responded. "There isn't much time left and I can only think of one way to save the Earth now."
"D-Daddy?"Chika stammered.
"Chika, train every day."Goku instructed. "Get stronger. Get as strong as you can. I love you."
Chika paled when she realised what her dad was going to do.
"Goodbye, my friends."Goku declared and gave a small wave.
Goku used his Instant Transmission to transmit himself where Gohan and Cell were.
"DAD!"Chika cried as she began to tear up. "NO!"
Chika tried to run to Goku, but Piccolo grabbed her arm to prevent her from doing so.
"Let go of me!"Chika demanded. "If we don't stop him now, he won't come back!"
Goku looked at Gohan with a hint of pride.
"Hey, you put up a good fight, Gohan."Goku admitted. "I'm proud of you. You and Chika take care of your mother for me. She needs both of you. Tell her that I had to do this, Gohan. Goodbye, my son."
"NO!"Gohan screamed. "COME BACK!"
"GOKU!"Krillin yelled out.
"DADDY!"Chika shouted as tears burst out of her eyes.
Goku used his Instant Transmission technique to transport Cell to King Kai's Planet moments before he exploded.
When the strong wind stopped, Chika dropped on her knees as she covered her face to cry.
Gohan was here, but their father was no longer with them.
"Dad."Chika wept in anger and sorrow. "Why? You promised..."
"It's all my fault!"Gohan cried in guilt. "Dad didn't have to sacrifice himself! I wish it was me! Now his gone!"
"Hey. Don't blame yourself, Gohan."Minako instructed with a smile. "If it weren't for you, the Earth and all of us. You saved us. Your dad was very proud of you."
Krillin picked up Android 18 causing the others to look at him.
"Krillin, what are you doing?"Vegeta questioned. "Put that Android down right now. Destroy it."
"No, she's hurt."Krillin responded. "She's not that bad. She just needs some help that's all."
"Your pathetic."Vegeta insulted rudely. "So what you want to. I don't care."
Chika slowly stood up and looked at her companions with a smile.
"Chika, are you okay?"Tien asked.
"Yeah."Chika lied with a fake smile. "Absolutely. Never been better."
Gohan notice Chika clenching her fist tightly which meant she was secretly angry of what just happened causing him to look down.
Suddenly the wind picked up causing the fighters to become alarmed.
Minako paled. "That power..."
"No!"Vegeta denied. "It can't be!"
"What is that?!"Trunks demanded.
"His back!"Piccolo shouted.
Shocked looks grew on Gohan and Chika's faces.
Suddenly a beam come out from the dust and whizzed past Minako.
However, the beam hits Trunks on the torso causing him to fall on the ground dead.
"My aim is good as ever!"Cell cackled with a sinister smirk. "It's so good to be back!"
Gohan, Chika, Piccolo, Vegeta, Tien, Krillin and Yamcha stare at Cell in pure horror.
"What's wrong?"Cell asked with a dark smile. "Aren't you surprised to see me?"
"Trunks!"Minako cried out.
Minako rushed to Trunks and bent down to check on him.
"Come on, love."Minako begged as she moved his shoulders. "Hang in there."
The Son twins glared at Cell.
"Cell, you monster!"Gohan snapped. "Look what you've done to Trunks!"
"You thought you'd never see me again, didn't you?"Cell chuckled. "Well too bad, I'm alive. But I'm afraid I can't say the same thing for Goku."
Chika growled in rage as she gave Cell a hateful glare.
She lost her father for nothing.
"Your supposed to be dead!"Chika growled.
"Want to know how I survived the blast, my dear?"Cell asked and used his index finger to poke his head. "Well, it was actually quite simple. It was all in here, it's part of my design. Every cell has a life of his own, I can't die. It is impossible. Even if I self-destruct I will always come back. I don't remember much after the explosion. But some where among the planetary decree, the core of my being still existed. One living cell survived and that was all I needed for my regeneration. Causing my own self destruction was the best thing that has ever happened to me. I was reborn! I must give Dr Gero credit for his brilliant design! My complete power had been restored, even though I had lost Android 18! My cells had tasted the power and stored it away, reawakening it after the explosion while my new body grew!"
Gohan, Chika, Piccolo, Vegeta, Tien, Krillin and Yamcha stared at Cell in utter shock.
"I also discovered I had the ability to perform the instant transmission technique."Cell added in amusement. "So there you have it. Goku failed and so have all of you. But I'll be willing to give you a second chance if you like?"
The fighters growled and glared at Cell.
Suddenly Gohan shouted and changed into his Super Saiyan 2 form.
"Gohan."Chika mumbled worriedly. "No."
"You don't scare me, Cell."Gohan declared.
"Still won't give up?"Cell asked.
"Not a chance."Gohan retorted.
Cell's smirk dropped seeing Gohan still confident.
"Really?"Cell questioned with a frown.
"That's right."Gohan replied with a smirk. "One thing I learned from my father is to never give up even if the odds are stacked against you. If your as powerful as you say you are, then bring it on!"
Cell grunted at Gohan's respond as Chika watched in worry.
"Well, what are you waiting for?!"Gohan growled.
"You still have a lot to learn, boy."Cell retorted. "I'll make sure you end up just like Goku."
Chika, Piccolo, Vegeta, Tien, Krillin and Yamcha watched Gohan in shock.
But all of them then brought their attention to Minako, who was trying to help Trunks.
Trunks coughed out blood from his mouth causing Minako to cover her mouth as she began to tear up.
"No..."Minako cried quietly. "Not you too."
Trunks dying before her eyes was worse than watching her uncle being killed by the Androids years ago in their timeline.
Both of them were very important to her.
After watching his son die right in front of him, Vegeta's anger finally erupted and blinded by rage, attacked Cell by firing a Maximum Flasher followed up with multiple ki blasts.
Chika, Piccolo, Tien, Krillin and Yamcha closed their eyes from the dust that emerged from Vegeta's strong attacks while Minako protected Trunks' fallen body.
"Stop! Vegeta!"Krillin demanded. "Man, what's up? Talk about overdoing it! What's he thinking?!"
"I guess he has a heart after all."Chika commented in awe. "Who knew?"
Vegeta glared at the cloud of smoke, where Cell stood in.
"I'll make sure he can never put himself together again!"Vegeta vowed. "Cell come out! If you don't, I'll blast you out of there!"
Vegeta screamed again and repeatedly blasted the smoke clouds in hopes of killing Cell to avenge Trunks.
After finishing his giant barrage of energy blasts, Vegeta slowly panted.
"At last, it's over."Vegeta stated.
Suddenly Cell came out of the smoke with a smirk and wasn't harmed from Vegeta's attacks.
"Wrong!"Cell replied evilly. "It's over when I say it's over!"
Vegeta was slapped away by Cell and slammed onto the ground.
"And it's over now!"Cell shouted out.
Cell brought out his finger and sent a ki blast to kill Vegeta.
Gohan jumped in front of Vegeta and takes the blast, which mangled his left arm, rendering it useless.
"Why would Gohan sacrifice himself to save Vegeta?"Cell questioned. "I will never understand the ways of these Saiyans."
"Gohan!"Chika shouted as rushed up to her twin brother and notice his arm bleeding. "Your arm..."
"Gohan, I told you not to get in my way."Cell reminded. "I do hope you are not planing on continuing this fight? I wouldn't want you to suffer."
"Vegeta! What have you done?!"Krillin argued with a glare. "You hothead! You flying off the handle like that is no way to help Trunks!"
Cell landed on the ground in front of Gohan as Chika next to him.
"So I can see you are still as stubborn as ever, Gohan."Cell declared. "How does two for one sound to you?"
Gohan growled in response as Chika gritted her teeth in anger.
"Well have it your way then, let's get this over with."Cell insisted.
Cell smirked and cupped his hands together to kill Gohan and Chika.
Gohan's eyes widened in shock as Chika carefully held his shoulders while standing behind him.
"Gohan, this is it! The end is here! First I'll destroy you, your sister and then your friends and then this worthless planet!"Cell announced. "But before I do I want you to remember something, I will live forever!"
Everyone's eyes widened in horror.
Was there no stopping Cell?
Vegeta was trying to sit up as he regained his consciousness, he grunted when he fell back.
"I've...become completely useless on this battlefield."Vegeta stated and looked at Gohan. "I'm making a total mockery of my Saiyan race. I'm sorry Gohan, I am."
Gohan and Chika stared at Vegeta with stunned expressions.
"Did he just apologise?"Chika thought.
"He must be saying that since he knows there's nothing we can do."Gohan thought.
"No, Gohan."Chika denied. "There is still a way."
"Forget the Earth!"Cell cackled. "I can destroy the entire solar system with my energy now!"
Gohan glared at Cell.
"What's wrong, Gohan?"Cell mocked. "Aren't you going to try to stop me now?"
"Whats the point?"Gohan questioned. "I know I've lost my one chance to beat you. Now all of us will die together and be with my dad."
"How boring!"Cell retorted with a unimpressed look. "I expected the end to be a little more dramatic. But if this is all I get then there's no use in dragging it out."
Cell's hands began to glow as he prepared his Kamehameha blast.
"Gohan..."
Suddenly Gohan looked around causing Chika to look at him.
"Huh? D-dad."Gohan said. "Where are you?"
"Gohan?"Chika asked in concern. "What's wrong?"
"Look he's been driven insane by his own fear."Cell declared.
"I will."Gohan answered and began to power up.
Golden aura and electricity surrounded Gohan's body as he pulled his arm back causing Chika's eyes to widen.
"Ka...me...ha...me..."Gohan started.
"Ah, now that's more like it."Cell sneered and unleashed his attack. "Now...you...DIE!"
"HA!"Gohan shouted loudly.
Gohan and Cell launched their Kamehamehas at each other as Chika quickly teleported out of the way while the rest of the Dragon Team flew away.
Cell quickly gained the upper hand as the two massive beams collided.
Chika stood near Piccolo, Minako, Tien, Krillin and Yamcha as they watched the beams in a nearby cliff.
Realizing that Gohan was unable to push Cell back by himself, Chika returned to the battle site to help her twin.
Chika let out a shout as she powered up before unleashing her electric attack to hit Cell's back.
"Look at that, Gohan."Cell sneered. "Your precious sister has come to die alongside you."
"Chika, get out of here!"Gohan demanded.
"No! I can't stand here and watch my twin brother die!"Chika snapped with a glare. "I lost my dad today and I am not going to lose you too!"
"Chi..."Gohan whispered in awe.
"A touching speech."Cell responded with a cruel smile. "But worthless none the less."
Piccolo joined Chika and launched a Masenko at Cell, but nothing happened.
Then Minako, Tien, Krillin and Yamcha soon joined them, except Vegeta, who stayed back believing that their efforts will not make a difference.
"Foolish really."Vegeta muttered. "I mean it's not like they'll make a difference."
"Would you stop interfering?!"Cell snapped.
"Could this actually work?"Vegeta questioned.
"Your all so anxious to die!"Cell scowled. "Well, all you had to do was ask!"
Suddenly Chika, Piccolo, Minako, Tien, Krillin and Yamcha were thrown back by Cell's power causing Gohan to get angrier.
"He hurt them!"Gohan thought in rage. "He hurt them!"
"Come on!"Chika encouraged as she went back on her feet. "We can't give up!"
Chika, Piccolo, Minako, Tien, Krillin and Yamcha all stood back up and continued unleashing their attacks at Cell again, only for all of them to get thrown back for the second time.
Just as it looked like Cell will win, Vegeta launched his last Galick Blazer at Cell.
"Vegeta!"Cell growled.
The blast distracted Cell long enough for Gohan to release all of his power into his Kamehameha wave.
"NOW'S YOUR CHANCE!"Goku's voice echoed out.
Gohan let out a mighty shout and released all of his powerful energy at Cell.
Cell screamed in terror as the Father-Son Kamehameha consumed him.
The Energy Wave was strong enough to vaporize every cell in his body, preventing any possibility for regeneration.
Cell was finally destroyed once and for all, which meant the Earth was safe again.
Gohan finally defeated Cell, what will happen next?
