Braxton House

"What happened to not planning something big for the stag night?" Brax asks after Heath finishes explaining about what they had planned for their weekend away.

"It's not anything big, it's a weekend in Brisbane. Yeah there will be drinking but not all the time. The girls are going on their hen night in Sydney, so why can't we all go away as well?" Heath asks. "Plus you can't back out now because the hotel has already been booked." He smirks.

"Of course it has." Brax shakes his head. "What are we going to be doing while there?"

"Well we decided that because Kyle and Lucas are staying sober, we'd do a day of hanging out and we'll have a night out, but the boys are still going to be there. And Lucas wants to be sober with Kyle before you go complaining. They want this night out and they can still enjoy it alcohol free."

"Yeah, okay. As long as you don't get carried away with it. I do want to get back for my wedding." Brax says.

"Not long now. Is everything ready for the big day now?" Heath asks.

"Yep, everything is booked in and ready for us. Our suits will be ready to pick up in a few days and Ricky was picking her dress up today." Brax smiles.

"I thought it was quiet around here. Bianca was gone when I woke up but sent a text saying it was because of 'maid of honours duties'. I feel like I've barely seen her since she was made a maid of honour." Heath mutters. "I know Casey had a shift this morning but where's Lucas and Tyler?"

"They went over to Irene's to hang with Kyle. I spoke to Kyle on the phone earlier and he's not having a good day. Nate said it was to be expected to have days like this and improvements should start showing soon." Brax says.

"We were going to finalise your honeymoon today!" Heath says.

"Tough, I'm not having pressure put on Kyle. He needs to focus on himself today, not the honeymoon. You can all decide without him if you have to, I doubt Bianca will be there anyway." Brax says. "And I'll be checking in on Kyle today, so I better not find him doing anything other than resting."

"Okay, I've got it. Will he be up for going to Brisbane tomorrow?" Heath asks.

"I don't know. Maybe a few days away will do him some good." Brax says, not wanting Kyle to miss out on going with them. "I'll ask him later when I head over."

"Great, and if he doesn't feel up to going out drinking, we can change our plans around." Heath says.

"Yeah, we'll probably have to." Brax smirks.

Irene's House

"I wonder what's taking Tyler so long, he was only going to get us pizza." Lucas says as he glances at his watch.

"I don't know but he didn't take his phone." Kyle says, pointing to it on the table. "Didn't you say Casey was at work? Maybe he saw him and got chatting."

"Yeah, maybe." Lucas nods before lightly sighing. "Are you sure you're okay going to Brisbane tomorrow? I can stay home with you if you're not."

"I'll be fine. I feel like a couple days away might be good for me. Plus it's Brax's stag weekend, I can't miss it." Kyle says.

"I think he'd understand considering he's the one he's been on to you about resting more than us." Lucas says.

"You do understand that none of us were ever expecting this to happen, so we all want to be there to witness it?" Kyle lightly smirks.

"Brax and Ricky love each other, why wouldn't they have gotten married?" Lucas frowns, having thought all of that was a joke when it's been mentioned in the past.

"It was never on the table for them. Brax never wanted to be married and he never wanted kids. This is a huge thing for them and I think a wedding is what this family needs." Kyle says. "It's going to be awkward between Denny and Tyler, but Emily and Casey have said they'll be there for Denny if she started feeling uncomfortable."

"You know Tyler feels really bad about what he did?" Lucas asks, getting a nod in reply. "The counselling and anger management has changed him so much. He's like a completely different person now and it's great. If I knew this could be the place to change him, we should have found out about being a triplet sooner."

"If only it was that simple, I would have liked to move here sooner as well. I know I've said quite a bit that I'd move away for many reasons but I could never leave. It's home." Kyle says, lightly smiling. "But now I'm really starving, so Tyler better come back soon."

"I'll call Casey and check if he's seen him." Lucas says, grabbing his phone from the side before joining Kyle back on the couch.

"Hey, I'm back." Tyler says as he walks in.

"Where've you been?" Lucas asks, Brax walking in moments later.

"I got talking to Brax and Heath, who then went to find Bianca. Brax wanted to tag alone." Tyler says as he places two pizzas down on the table.

"I just wanted to check in after our call this morning." Brax says as he walks over to them.

"I'm feeling a bit better now. I've got a triplet that seems to notice tiny things and does things to make me feel better." Kyle says, smiling at Lucas as they both take a slice of pizza from the box on the top.

"Of course, like I've said, you're stuck with me for life." Lucas smiles.

"And don't worry about tomorrow, I'm definitely coming with you guys." Kyle says.

"Are you sure? I wouldn't mind if you didn't want to." Brax says.

"No, I'll be fine." Kyle says. "Not all of it's going to be spent at a bar, so it won't be too bad. What time should I be at yours in the morning?"

"Heath wants to set off pretty early, so we could pick you up from here at say 7.30?" Brax asks.

"Sure, I'm not really a morning person at the moment but you can blame Heath if I'm grouchy." Kyle smirks.

"Got it. I'll leave you boys to it, but I'll see you tomorrow." Brax says to Kyle before walking back out to see if Ricky was free yet.

"Don't worry about the rest of the stuff Heath planned, Brax has put a stop to anything really stupid." Tyler says.

"He never even told us half of the things he planned." Lucas says. "Did he tell you?"

"Let's just say he wanted this stag weekend to be traditional, and he also found a casino near the hotel we're booked at, which Brax definitely said no to." Tyler says. "We can find stuff to do while we're there, it can't be that hard. Oh and he also mentioned that we were meant to have been finishing the honeymoon today to get it done in time, but Brax didn't want you to be stressed out by it."

"I thought we had everything sorted, it was just booking it?" Kyle frowns.

"Yeah, I thought so too." Lucas says. "Should I go and call him to make sure it's booked in time?"

"I think that would be best. Or maybe check with Bianca first, just so it's done properly. We all know what Heath can be like." Kyle says.

"I'll do that." Lucas smiles, going to make the call.

"So what do you think we're actually going to do in Brisbane that we can all do?" Kyle asks his eldest triplet.

"I'm not sure, I've never been. But have you seen the size of the place compared to Yabbie Creek? We could probably find something on every street." Tyler says. "And I think it would be better if there was less alcohol, I think I'll join you and Lucas in being sober. I shouldn't really be having any alcohol according to my counsellor, so I guess that's an excuse."

"Does Brax know you're not meant to have alcohol?" Kyle asks.

"Nope, but I haven't drank much anyway. The only time I did was the night out when I tried making things right with Casey." Tyler says as Lucas comes off the phone.

"It's all sorted. Bianca was on her way to meet Heath to sort it out as her and Ricky had finished whatever they were doing early. I think she actually meant that she was going to take charge on this bit so Heath doesn't mess up booking it." Lucas smiles. "Least that's something we don't have to worry about now. I'm actually looking forward to this brother's trip away, it's going to be good."

"Don't sound too happy. This time next week Heath will be in charge. I think living here is going to be good for me, you can be bossed around by him for once." Kyle smiles before the start deciding what film to watch next.
