Director Leon Vance had been on the phone with SECNAV for the better of 30 minutes having to be going over every single detail on the raid to be taking place in Annadale.
Nicholas Torres, Lt. James Brown, and Special Agent Victoria Tyler had been advised of the situation with the raid in Annadale at some Bakery, grocery store, and gym for where several of the local Cartel have been hanging out.
Director Vance had the local R.E.A.C.T. team involved as well with wearing the latest body armor to protect them. Vance had been checking his own vest and weapon having to be heading for the gym with McGee to be going with him and three local police officers for Annadale in conjunction.
It was mid-afternoon when the word came down that their targets would be inside the three places. Carolyn's gym was extremely busy and Vance needed to be careful with trying not to hurt any of the patrons inside.
Walking inside. They were able to find their two targets talking in the corner. When they started to run only to have shots fired over their heads with NCIS to head in closer to tell the two local Cartel members to put their hands into the air. While explaining their rights with whether or not they will be needing a lawyer.
One of the patrons working out in the gym had been watching the entire scene. Texted a message on his phone indicating that the big boss a new Leader was going to be arrested soon. Lawyer Jake Larson finished up his workout as NCIS and Metro police arrested the two placing the cuffs behind their back.
"Son of a bitch I am not talking to no one!" Aris Beacon age 43 and trainer arrested along with working for the local Cartel.
"No doubt you won't! You have the right to a lawyer or if the both of you can make a deal and we can protect you from those that might come after you?" Director Vance needed to say with watching the others in the gym watching with curiosity for the most part. "Let's get the hell out of here now."
Everyone had walked out placing the two into the black truck to bring them back to NCIS for processing and interrogation in the morning.
Director Vance had called the others with Commander Katrina Law getting ready to enter the grocery store in the back with Special Agent Victoria Tyler and Lt. James brown anxious wearing their vests through the cold.
"Let's move everyone?" Commander Law ordered through the earpieces for everyone to move in quickly.
Dominic Rolaids and four others were gambling in the back office of the grocery store all members of the local Cartel. NCIS broke down the door entering the back entrance catching all five off guard. When Dominic tried pulling his weapon in his grey jacket. Only to have Special Agent Victoria Tyler firing to hit his hand to have the revolver dropping to the floor, while the others stopped what they were doing before getting killed in the process.
Commander Katrina Law needed to be sure with walking around the large room that there were no other weapons hidden. As she was using a special scanning device to see nothing on the screen. But there was a vault that she did a scan to find a bunch of goodies that can be used against the Cartel in court with drugs inside along with laundered money.
Lt. James Brown had removed the bags of money to be taken into the truck, along with the seven revolvers, and the ammo was taken elsewhere for now. While Commander Law had called Director Leon Vance on what was found.
