*I emerged from the darkness, smiling.*
Me: Hello everyone and welcome to the 67th chapter of my second new Misc. Anime Story!
*The light then turns on to see Yakito in his racing form.*
Yakito: Hey! Something is different!
Me: Didn't realize that you would notice it quicker than sooner.
Yakito: No engine noise? And where's even my Supra?
*I sweated a bit and chuckled.*
Me: Well if you know what happened in the recent chapters then...
Yakito *gasp*: Don't tell me you...
Me: No! Definitely not that! It's not what you think! It's something else! The Supra is safe I can tell you but that's all I can tell you.
Yakito: Hmmmmph.
*I smiled a bit while Yakito sighed.*
Me: Before we get into action, I would like to first thank you all so much for supporting us by favoriting and following me as well as my other stories.
Yakito: Yep and since it's a Misc. Anime story, it's a complete OC's story. Therefore he owns the OCs and no one can use them without his permission.
Me: Indeed and now, let's get to the 67th chapter of my second ever Misc. Anime story which is the continuation from the last chapter. Enjoy :)
Yakito: Since the Supra isn't there. How are we going to start?
Me: Easy.
*I put on the torch lights. Yakito does the same. Yakito sighed a bit.*
Chapter 67: The End of the Mushashini Criminal Organization.
In another hospital, the doctors are treating Yamachiro's injuries which is a bit serious. No one was there to visit him unlike in Yakito's case. The nurses and doctors went on with their work and lives without even noticing Yamachiro. The doctors and surgeons who had to treat his injuries ACTUALLY didn't want to do so but they were bound by the ethical morals to do so and so they had to. The only ones who were visiting him were the lawyers because at least they think that they have a case to file against Yakito that he was responsible for that horrible head to head collision on their cars.
While Yamachiro seems to be positive about this one, one doctor's conclusion would send him in a downward spiral and ended any humanity on Yamachiro.
While resting on the hospital bed, trying to think what to do after he gets released from the hospital and fully recovers which could possibly be revenge, a group of doctors and surgeons made their way into his hospital room along with Yamachiro's lawyer which puzzled him.
"What brings you with the others here?" Yamachiro asked.
"I didn't bring them here." Yamachiro's lawyer said, "I just met them when I was coming here and they were coming here as well."
"Oh. Okay. Now with that out of the way, what brings you all here?"
"Well we got some bad news to tell you." The doctor said.
Yamachiro's sweat intensifies.
"What is it?" Yamachiro asked nervously.
"Due to the collision, you suffered several injuries in which we were able to treat those but your legs are hurt so bad that I am afraid to say that your legs are paralyzed." The doctor said.
Yamachiro's eyes widened in shock while his lawyer gasped in horror.
"Paralyzed?! Don't tell me that..." Yamachiro said in shock.
"We are very sorry. We did the best we could but your legs were impossible to fix." The surgeon apologized, "So yeah. You will have to spend the rest of your life in the wheelchair."
Yamachiro shook his head violently.
"No No! Please tell me it's a joke!" Yamachiro cried and pleaded.
"Can you even feel your legs?" The doctor asked.
Yamachiro tried to do so but, to his shock and horror, he didn't feel anything and it was really painful. The lawyer could see the change in Yamachiro's face and attitude and he gulped and sweated a bit.
"It can't be...no! No! No!" Yamachiro said in horror before saying it out so loudly that even the crows can hear, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
As if that wasn't enough, the Tokyo Police force and the SWAT team stormed into their main base and arrested everyone who tried to escape. Some of the criminals tried to jump on the stolen sports cars to escape but they got caught before they could do anything. Their main target though is the boss of this criminal organization. You guessed it: It's Yamachiro's father.
Yamachiro's father is packing up his essential stuff and all the documents as he prepares to leave this place forever. Before leaving, he took a look of the photo of him and his son one last time as he thought:
"I'm very sorry for this but I gotta do what I must do to ensure the survival of our empire. Sayonara."
After that, he managed to slip through to the outside with a secret passage in which the private plane is waiting for them. Yamachiro's father immediately got inside.
"Where to sir?" The pilot asked.
"To New York, America!" Yamachiro's father said in which the pilot gasped.
"What about Australia?"
"That's impossible now. My son lost and now the Tokyo Police force, the SWAT and the rest of the police force around Japan are arresting anyone they could find that are linked to this organization and going to Australia is impossible because we stole most of their cars too and now I'm a wanted man and so is he. They would arrest us straight away if we get caught landing in their shores."
"So you are going to leave your son just like that?"
"This will be the worst decision that I will ever make in my life and I'm sure that I won't be forgiven for it but this is the only way to ensure that our activities will continue to survive and thrive."
"Understood. To America, here we go!"
The pilot then started the engine and is about to take-off but then suddenly, they could hear bullets coming to the plane in which Yamachiro's father screamed as he ducked his head on the ground.
"What is happening?!" Yamachiro's father screamed.
"Alright mister! You are under arrest! We have you surrounded and your take off route has been blocked!" A police officer said through the loudspeaker, "So come out quietly now and all shall be over quickly without any bloodshed!"
"How did they even know that the private plane is located here?! It's through a secret passageway!"
"Well..." The pilot said before chuckling and said, "I told them."
"This is not the time to make jokes!"
"It's not a joke. I really told them!"
At that moment, the pilot stood up and threw his hat. Yamachiro's father's eyes widen with shock as he soon realizes that...
"You...You are an undercover pilot?" Yamachiro's father asked in shock.
"An undercover pilot officer you can say." The pilot smirked, "We have you where we all wanted to catch you."
"It's over! Give it up! There's no escape!" A SWAT member called through the loudspeaker, "Come out with your hands up!"
Yamachiro's father gasped in horror. He then soon realizes that he forgot to bring his pistol with him from the office. If he could have brought it, he still might have a chance of defending himself and putting the undercover pilot as a hostage in a hostage situation. Realizing his fatal mistake too late and with the police and SWAT cutting off any routes of escape, he has no choice but do the thing he really dreaded: him going out of the plane and raising his hands up to the police and the SWAT team. He surrendered.
Few days later:
The trial of the Yamachiro and his father had began. Everyone who had suffered was present. Yakito, Ryoko, Yuka and their parents are there. The Aussies are also present. Some Blackstars, Vixens and the Mohawker members are there like the cool nerdy, Motoki, Sakura, the Mohawker leader, etc. Heck even the Chief and some other police officials are present including Mark. Some notable absence though are the Osomashi idol duo (their car broke down unfortunately so they are watching it on TV), the principal (school duties), Yuzo, Igayashi, Mia and Suzu (who are still high school kids) and the Chief's old friend (who is still in the hospital but is doing well and will recover soon). Many people chuckled upon seeing Yamachiro in a wheelchair which surprised Yakito but he soon noticed that Yamachiro is in shock when he saw that Yakito only had a few bandages to his head. This greatly shocked Yamachiro as he looks at him with pure hatred. It was then Yakito realized that he had permanently paralyzed Yamachiro and he couldn't help but feel a little bit guilty despite all the things Yamachiro had done to them.
Over the next few days, the trial had taken place. The prosecutor, who is representing the people who had suffered, opened the case by first explaining what the Yamachiro duo had done to other people by stealing cars but later growing even a bit more violent by sending people to the hospital which happened in the Chief's old friend's case.
The prosecutor called Yuka, who proceeded to tell the whole story about their fractured and violent relationship between her and Satori that she told to Yakito, which literally shocked the people and the judge to the core but what the most surprising thing was that his father looking at him in pure horror after what he had just learned.
The prosecutor also called Yakito in which he had to tell how the case had an effect on him and that how they went after his parents as well as the people that he hold dearly like John, Yuzo, Igayashi, etc and that how he wrecked his Police Supra when they came after his parents and brother which shocked the people. It had culminated to the series of races between Yakito and his team and Yamachiro and his team that would decide the fate between them in which Team Yakito emerged victorious after the Supra's front bumper had given the victorious edge over the Lamborghini Aventador.
The prosecutor soon called Mark, who told about the massive car theft in Australia and how it had impacted a lot of people in which many people were sad to hear about it. Sakura was also called and she told about the loss of her car and how it had impacted her although she is now looking forward to getting her car back. A Mohawker member and the cool nerdy Blackstars member had basically said the same thing in a different way though.
And speaking about races, the prosecutor had said that Team Yamachiro had been involved in various cheating schemes in order to win the races. A bulk of evidence was shown from the footages that they captured and what happened before and during the races which shocked a lot of people and Yamachiro's sweat intensified. The judges was in awe. If there was time, he could have been watching these evidences all day. It seems like the prosecutor team are on a rolling start.
After the court day had ended, many people could hear the argument between Yamachiro and his father while their lawyer tried to calm them down.
"I can't believe it!" Yamachiro's father roared, "I did tell you to keep an eye on her but I didn't know you would go over the top and break the boundaries of it!"
"I can explain father!" Yamachiro tried to defend himself.
"What's there to explain?! I heard it all from her at the court! You bad calling her, treating them like trash, treating Yuzo like trash all because she was adopted and a loads of other stuff. You even prevented her from going outside!"
"But that was necessary to prevent her from seeing what we are actually doing!"
"Then at least you could have supported her inside! But no! You had to make her sad and angry! I thought she was really happy and smiling when I came to visit you two and now I know the real truth in which I can't believe it! I didn't raise you to be a bitch to her! I thought you loved her for real! Now I see the real truth!"
"But father..."
"Enough! Your mother would have been very disappointed with you! I may be the leader of the Musashini organization but I still had my morals. I can't help but feel that you had lost all my respect with all those violent methods you had put on them! The real reason why we are in this mess is because of you!"
"Father!"
"Gentlemen please. I know that there was evidence against you two." Their lawyer said, "But we also have evidence against them, particularly the blue haired boy."
"We know that!" Both Yamachiro and his father said together which frighten the lawyer a bit.
Next court day:
The defense lawyer immediately went on a full attack which surprised many people but some of them saw it coming. He took aim at Yakito and said that what he did at the Hanshin Circular Line was really reckless and dangerous.
"Your Honor. Mister Yakito, rather than using other options, had decided to go for a high speed head to head collision which resulted in both of them getting injured. My client had even pleaded with him to stop but he didn't listen. My client had been paralyzed and had lost the use of his legs. Now he won't be able to drive again and now is in the wheelchair." The defense lawyer said before asking, "So how the heck Mister Yakito is still able to stand up with only some bandages around his head despite him being the main culprit?!"
"Objection!" The prosecutor said.
"The Supra sacrificed itself to protect him ya wanker!" John called out from the crowd.
"Order! Order!" The judge said as he bangs the gravel before saying, "Please continue."
The defense lawyer nodded as he then accused Yuka for descending Yamachiro into madness because, instead of deciding to settle it peacefully, she divorced him and ran away with Yuzo. While many people agreed that his case against Yakito was a strong one, his case against Yuka was a pretty stupid one especially since Yuka did say about what had happened to her.
Next court day:
The prosecutor lawyer then countered the defense lawyer by saying this:
"Your Honor. While I won't deny what Yakito did was reckless and dangerous, he had to do it because he had no other choice. Mister Yamachiro broke his own promise and the deal he had before the races began and he was about to take off and leave Osaka." The prosecutor lawyer said.
"What was the deal?" The judge asked.
Immediately, the prosecutor called Zen to action as he plays the audio recorder of his voice:
"If your team wins, then I promise that I'll surrender myself to the police and give full-cooperation. Also we'll return the cars to your rightful owners, pay full compensation even if it cost a billion dollars, and you can go and be happy with Yuka and Yuzo. In short, the end of the Musashini Organization."Yamachiro's voice has been said on the recorder in which everybody gasped.
"That's...That's not me..." Yamachiro tried to deny.
"Liar! Liar! Pants on fire!" A Mohawker member sang in which everybody laughed for a while.
"Order! Order!" The judge said as he bangs the gravel before saying, "Please continue."
The prosecutor lawyer nodded as he also showed the video footage of it. Yamachiro's father angrily glared at his son who had given up all hopes of resisting and denying.
Next up is the undercover pilot police officer from Tokyo who showed all the pictures and footages of what they had found in their headquarters. A bunch of stolen sports cars, a load of money, pieces of arts which costs millions of yen and so on. He then told about Yamachiro's father's attempted escape in which everybody got really surprised and that angered Yamachiro.
"You were planning to abandon me?!" Yamachiro asked angrily.
"I didn't want to but I had to ensure the survival of this organization!" His father countered, "But now it appears that I would be more happy to after the mess you made us land right where we are now!"
"Order! Order!" The judge said as he bangs the gravel before saying, "Please continue."
The undercover pilot police officer from Tokyo nodded as he told the rest of the story and the court day had ended. By now, many people are already seeing the cracks appearing between Yamachiro and his father.
Few days later:
"Normally I would only tell the accused and his council to stand up but since this case has reached everyone and has affected everyone, I would like everyone to stand up. This has been a really big case I have ever been." The judge said as everyone stood up, "I think all that was needed to be said had been said so I will get straight to the point."
There was a tense moment of silence before the judge began by saying:
"I will first be quick by going to Mister Yakito Taichi who should be applauded for his role in stopping the sports car theft once and for all."
The crowd cheered and clapped at Yakito Taichi who could only twist his blue hair in shy and embarrassment though he chuckled a bit. The judge then calms everyone down before saying:
"But the defense team had a pretty strong case of you paralyzing him by doing a dangerous head to head collision which could have both of you killed if you were not careful enough. I don't know how you were able to get away with only those injuries compared to Mister Yamachiro but you might have been blessed."
"Still this cannot be ignored because of what you did is so out of boundaries. Well you are recovering alright but I'm afraid that I will have to suspend you from your police duties for 1 and a half month and they will be a black spot on your record so that you will understand that what you did had caused all your friends and family to be extremely worried. Do I make myself clear?"
"Yes your honor." Yakito said.
"As there should be a fine but you already agreed with the lawyer about how the fine should be covered right?"
"Yes your Honor." Yakito's parents said.
"Alright. All good then. You can sit down now. It's time for the main event."
Yakito, Ryoko and their parents sat down in relief while the crowd looks at Yamachiro and his father. It's time for the main event as the judge said. Pretty soon, the judge said:
"While everyone can agree here as to what Mister Yakito did was reckless, it all started because you refused to honor the deal that you yourself had made. You and your father raised hell in Osaka by stealing so many sports cars and even sending some people to the hospital and it's not only in Osaka but other parts of Japan, Australia and possibly some parts of the world as well and you are wanted in Australia as well. Even though no murders were committed, it's still a serious issue to be dealt with."
"And to you Mister Yamachiro, not only you took part in the massive sport car theft, you treated your wife and adopted daughter very badly which had caused them to divorce you and I could clearly see that your father did not approve of such actions. In addition, you collaborated to cheat in the races so that you and your team could win in which thankfully it wasn't the case and you even ran away to escape from the deal in which you yourself made it. It's a shame though cause you were such a bright student at your school and look where you are now. The jury had already declared both of you guilty."
"Therefore the punishment has been decided: Your father will serve 20 years in prison for his role in starting the organization which had committed multiple car thefts. However, unlike you, I could see that he might have a chance for redemption so he will be able to ask for parole after serving for 6 years. As for you Mister Yamachiro, you will serve 35 years in prison for not only doing the same thing your father did but also for domestic abuse, causing injuries, refusing to honor the deal, etc. As the deal stated, you will have to pay them a huge compensation, basically all the money, to their parents."
Yamachiro's father could only nod in defeat as he is defeated but as for Yamachiro...
"What?! What about his fine?!" Yamachiro asked angrily as he pointed to Yakito, "He paralyzed me forever!"
"About that. They agreed that you will only have to pay 70% of the compensation amount. The rest 30% you can keep. Call it a fine if you want. However, you are still required to pay the full compensation to her and her parents for what you did to her."
"Say what?!"
"Oh and you will also not set foot again in Osaka. Never again."
Yamachiro is at the loss of his words and he has finally given up.
"And also return all the cars back to their original owners in which we will have to do it instead and immediately. That process is going to be long and tough but we will not stop until every affected person gets their hard earned car back." The judge said.
Everybody nodded.
"What about your situation in Australia? Do you want them to stand on trial there?" The judge asked.
"I will communicate with the Australian embassy and let you know." Mark said.
"Okay. That's all for now. The defendants will be taken to prison immediately. I have an interesting name for this case though."
"Oh and what will it be your Honor?" Yakito asked.
The judge smiled and winked while saying:
"The Fall of the Mushashini Criminal Empire case."
And the judge hits the gravel. That's all Folks.
A day later, Australia has agreed not to bring Yamachiro and his father to their trial because it might be long and there could be every possible chance for them to escape. They were also satisfied with the verdict but they added 10 more years to their sentence for their role in the massive car theft in Australia mainly from the Holden brands. So that makes it 45 years for Yamachiro and 30 years for his father. In the end, Yamachiro had lost everything he once had. His love, the cars, the money, the ability to drive, his father's trust, etc everything. Now he is just a prisoner on the wheelchair.
The police and the government are working together to ensure that all the sports cars would be found and would be returned to their rightful owners and the government is working on a compensation plan in case the owner's car cannot be found.
As for the other four racers who were with Team Yamachiro, they were pardoned because, unlike Yamachiro, they surrendered the car keys to the Chief straight away after they lost. However, they were still questioned though and what happened to the other folks inside that organization? I'll leave that up to you.
Many newspapers around the world ran its articles about the case with the mood in Japan, some European countries and Australia particularly being cheerful about it. One newspaper ran an article title which says:
BYE YA BLOODY CAR THEFT WANKERS! MUSASHINI SCUMS NO MORE! PEOPLE BEHIND IT ARE SENT TO JAIL! JUSTICE SERVED! PEOPLE AWAITING FOR THEIR DEAR HOLDEN CARS TO RETURN!
And that, my friends, brings the curtains down to the Mushashini Organization.
*Soon the torch lights are off and I turned on the real lights.*
Me: Well that's the end of the 67th chapter.
*Yakito appears.*
Yakito: So that's the end of this arc right?
Me: Nope. Not yet. Just a few more chapters left.
Yakito: What are you planning anyway for the next few chapters?
Me: You will see. But we can safely say that the case of the sports car theft is closed.
Yakito: Yipee! The sacrifice is worth it! Thank you Supra! We won't forget your sacrifice!
*He does the salute of respect. So did I.*
Me: Well then, the next chapter will be coming up within a week or a week and half as always so don't miss it out!
