Chris tapped his finger on his forehead, staring at a piece of paper in his free hand. It was an application of sorts, but clearly not for a contestant, considering that the show was already over. He had just finished the finale, and he needed some help handling the afterparty that he was going to throw, so he insisted that the producers allow him to get another intern. He looked up from the piece of paper, noting the girl standing before him. She was average height for a teenage girl, but she was quite thin, almost concerningly thin. She was very pale, and had freckles dotting all over her face. Her hair was red in color, being cut short, but somehow still curling quite a bit. Here eyes were a dark blue, and she stared at Chris without blinking a single time, managing to creep him out a little. She wore a purple shirt, one that had darker purple stripes along it, a green knee-length skirt, and purple leggings with purple boots. She reminded the host of a grape, in a way.
"So, uh, Bonnie?" he asked, tossing her application off to the side, "Why should we pick you to be the next intern for Total Drama?"
"Oh, well, I dunno," she replied, rubbing her arm awkwardly, "I just wanna help out...and get to meet all the boys."
"The boys?"
"Yeah...I mean...I like boys."
"Uh...okay...and you're not crazy, right?"
"What?"
"Like, you won't find a gun and use it to scare the contestants, right?"
"Um...no, I don't think I'd do that..."
"And you won't try to hit them with a baseball bat for no reason, right?"
"No, sir...I wouldn't do that."
"Good, you're pretty much hitting all of the key points for this. We've got a room in the basement that you can stay in when we don't need you, but this afterparty is in three days. That's all the time you have to get used to your surroundings."
"Okay...that works for me. Am I allowed to hang out with the contestants? Specifically the boys?"
"I mean, as long as you don't piss me off, I could care less about what you do. Though, some of the boys won't exactly want to be buddy-buddy right away."
"Alright. Is there anyone with lots of muscles?"
"Muscles?"
"Yeah...I like muscles..."
"...You're really weird...and kinda creepy. Why don't you just go to your room for now, I don't feel like answering your strange questions anymore."
"Okay, sir."
The girl, who still hadn't blinked a single time, turned away from the host and headed out of his office, shutting the door behind her. Chris rubbed his brow as he leaned back in his chair, thinking about Amelia and Zach, and how annoying they had been this whole time. He let out a sigh, standing from his desk and cracking his knuckles before walking over to his bed.
"Ugh, I just hope she doesn't turn out like those two...anything but that, please..."
