Spiders (the Hermione from a dimension who is 7 feet tall and really into Spiders) just learned that a food such as 'spider rolls' exists and now she is desperate to get onto the ground and get some sushi.
"It better be 'spider rolls' as in things spiders like to eat in a sushi roll and not just a sushi roll filled with spiders or i'm going to be super pissed off," Spiders told Luna.
luckily now that Cho Chang has received the blessings of the sky she can help them out with that.
Spiders and Luna walk up to a first year Ravenclaw girl. It is Cho Chang.
"Hey Cho,' Luna says.
"Call me Fire Tongs please," Cho Chang responds. "That's my Spirit-Name"
Luna decides to go along with it; "that's pretty neat, what's my Spirit Name?"
Hermione Lion Heart, the 2nd Hermione, also known as The Time Child (See Chapter 10) is there with her mechdroid companion, and 3rd Hermione, Mecha Granger 2030. "I also want a Spirit Name what is my Spirit Name?" she asks.
But she doesn't like the answer, because; "you already have two spirit names, it's time for someone else to get a Spirit Name instead," says Spirit Tongs.
"Bioform Designate; Spirit Tongs is correct Time Child, you have been overprivileged in the abundance of Spirit Names you have received, even if you did slay Voldemort at the very dawn of time (See Chapter 10)
"Oh yeah," The Girl with the Lion's Heart remembered. She felt awfully silly just then.
"I can't believe I forgot that Lion Headed Visage that appeared in the clouds after my destruction of ultimate evil who proclaimed my new Spirit Name hence forth..(see Chapter 10)." she admitted sheepishly.
Neville was there too. He is the Intercessor, sent upon this plane to manage the Hermionic Convergence, "that's right Time Child," he patted her shoulder in an overly familiar manner, "the Lion Headed man you saw was none other than the Ghost of the Annunanki Spirit Ea, a would be conspirator of Jehovahs until he ammended his ways and thrawted Jehovahs ancient plan to destroy all the Annunanki."
Luna was nodding along to all of this, already familiar with the story since her dad is the Editor and Lead Writer for the Quibbler. "Yes," she continued Nevilles explanation as though it had been prerehearsed for her to do so "that is why of the original 12 Annunanki only 2 are left in Spiro-Physical form, Santa Claus and Jehovah, and Ea remains in a Spectral State..."
"Wow," Spiders exclaimed, she had never gotten a chance to speak with another Hermione before and was surpised that despite their preppy exteriors lay a vault of enchanments.
"Yep, that's where Spirit Names come from," Neville concluded. He sure wished it was as easy to explain Spirit Names to explain the Hermione Tat Ko; The Hermione Death Battle to Spiders, who is the Gatekeeper; being the 7th Hermione, but she just doesn't seem to want to hear all that! But anyway Neville and Hermione Lion Heart and Mecha Granger 2030 didn't really have anything else to say, the latter having just realized he was standing atop the raggedly wheezing crumpled form of an elf-slave who had either been damaged during Spine Eater's attack or the epic battle between Harmonica, the 8th Hermione, and Santa Claus and the formers being very baked still didn't have any more to add and they all just kind of blinked at each other silently for a while; aside from Mecha Granger 2030 who doesn't have human-physical eyes and instead conveyed the process of 'blinking' by shuttering off and on rapidly her 'eye' pixels on her faceplate. Eventually they filed away one by one until only Fire Tongs, Luna, and Spiders remained.
Fire Tongs used The Blessings Of The Sky to teleport herself and Spiders and Luna down to the surface. Luckily the plane had been flying over Japan and they found a taco truck style sushi street vendor and ordered some Spider Rolls to eat.
Spiders was very dissapointed by the lack of flies and moths and tried to demand her money back but the hapless Asian vendor, barely half the lanky girl's height just shivered and shuddered in intimidation and incomprehension.
Fire Tongs laughed heartily at this absurd display. She is an Asian and could have translated for her bug bereft friend but instead chose to watch the spectacle unfold...
The Vendor- a 32 year old Japanese Citizen male, has glasses and a receding hairline. He is wearing a suit and nice slacks with wingtip shoes polished to a shimmering sheen of glossy black. His ears stick out a little and his jaw is square.
His name is Takamoto Orishii and he has never seen a Caucasian before today. Also Spiders is all dressed up like a punk rock music star and all the accesories and jangly jewelery is overwhelming to his weak eyes.
Takamoto cringes away from the now fully enraged girl who flails about like one of those inflatable dancing 'men' they put outside of car dealerships to alert people to savings. This is a truly bizare display and Takamoto falls over and scrambles away on his back saying 'stay away from me tall frightening girl!'
Spirit Tongs[aka Cho Chang; Blessed of Enlil] claps her cheeks in discovery.
She takes Spiders by the hand, "Our work is done here... Tall Frightening Girl"
"But this little son of a bitch hasn-" Spiders started to say, until she recognized the form of her Spirit Name on her new friends lips. They go back on the plane and tell everyone about it.
AUTHORS NOTE- Hey guys, sorry about last chapter, I guess my ability to read out loud what I'm typing as I do it made that Librarian come over and tell me I had to leave the Library! But I found an apartment a few blocks from the homeless shelter that is left unattended from 7 am to 3 pm on weekdays where I can use the internet to upload this unwieldy tale for you all! -_- So never fear because despite everything I will always find a way to keep this story upadated at least 10 times per-month from now on!
