Pokemon: Alola Journey VOL 1 - The Trials of Sarah

In the Alola Region, Sarah attends her first day at the Pokemon School where she meets Ash, Pikachu and their friends. With her pokemon, Sarah will take on the Island Challenge along with Ash, but while doing the Island Challenge, Sarah discovers there may be more to her than meets the eye.

71. Chapter 70: Twirling with a Bang

"...10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1! HAPPY NEW YEAR, YAY!"

The New Year had finally arrived as several colorful, light-filled fireworks were shot into the sky and exploded as New Year's Eve came into being following an anticipated countdown. A whole year had finally passed and everyone was celebrating the start of the new year with hopes for a brighter tomorrow no matter what came their way; all of Alola celebrated this occasion with parties, feasts, dances, and more as fireworks shot from all four islands.

At Melemele Island, with all the inhabitants living there, Sarah, her family, Ash, and their friends all gathered to watch the fireworks amidst the ongoing cheers and speeches spoken by some of Alola's prominent figures at Hau'Oli City.

With Sarah's dragons and their kids, they warbled in awe from the colorful explosions that created pictures of different Pokemon that lit up the sky. None of them ever knew about fireworks in their hidden island abode they took Sarah and their Pokemon family to a few weeks ago so this was a first for them all.

For Mist and Spark as well as Twilight and Dawn, watching the fireworks show with Ruby and Sapphire (the former's two-headed parent dragon - Ruby (male) and Sapphire (female), Melody, and Echo, this was also a momentous occasion for them as they were now full-fledged adult dragons having reached their Broad Wing stages.

For Dart and her brothers, they chirped happily at the sight of the fireworks exploding as they watched the ongoing spectacle with their parents, having never seen fireworks in their entire lives like their fellow baby dragons.

As for Starfire, Sunflare, Inferno, Silver, Skystorm, and Venom's mates, after much time catching up and knowing their husbands and wives were doing fine in Sarah's ownership, they left to continue raising their young back at the Pokemon Dragon Heart Dome. Even Melody, Dawn, Echo, and Twilight went back to watch over the baby Death Song, Cantana, and the Deathgripper eggs.

The eggs were currently resting in a makeshift grass nest after they were brought back from the dragons' old island home until the day they would eventually hatch. After the fireworks show and before they went to bed, Sarah, her adopted parents, Tsukumaro, and whoever's staying up with them, watched as Twilight and Dawn came around the eggs and settled themselves down next to them.

Being full-fledged adult dragons now, it was time for them to take more responsibility for themselves and they figured they'd start that by taking in Deathgripper eggs and become their unofficial parents and as Cantana and the Strike Class babies' official older brother and sister.

This was met with high approval from their parents as they nuzzled each other happily, feeling proud that their grown-up children are taking their first steps into true dragon adulthood. It also left Sarah feeling a sense of pride for them as she watched Twilight and Dawn beginning to cultivate and care for the eggs.

"Would you look at those two? It looks like they're already becoming the kind of parents/siblings those eggs and Cantana needed," remarked Solar, finding the whole thing adorable and remarkable. "They're both acting as if they gave birth to them and the eggs and the new baby are their own if they're not brother and sister."

"They're part of the family and both Twilight and Dawn are now adult dragons now so it's natural for them to take responsibility in a way," put in Star.

"Those two have really grown up ever since we've found them," agreed Tsukumaro, smiling over how responsible the older Deathgrippers are being for both Cantata and the eggs.

"Yep, they're now Broad Wing Strike dragons, the fully-rounded adult children of Melody and Echo," nodded Sarah, proudly looking at the two as they continued to nurture the eggs and Cantana.

"Yeah, but those fireworks earlier were just as cool!" chirped Nebby ecstatically.

"Yeah, did you see how they change into different Pokemon including us?" added Nebula.

Poipole nodded in agreement as she twirled excitedly; having been enthralled by the fireworks show that commenced following the coming of the new year, it allowed her to be the happiest she's ever been again and be carefree even for a moment. It allowed her to take her mind off of the pressure she was feeling from her mission prior and she enjoyed all the bright lights and colors that had been bursting in the nighttime sky.

Mai also enjoyed them since she had never experienced something like fireworks from her time of isolation back at the abandoned thrifty megamart as she cheered, wondering if she's going to see them again.

"Sounds like we got a few fireworks fans wanting more," joked James with a chuckle as he noticed.

"Well, there's another fireworks show that's started at the beach on Hau'Oli City so we might as well get ready for more," put in Nikki. "We still got much of the new year's celebrations left to take in before we go to bed."

Everyone nodded in agreement while Poipole and Mai cheered for more fireworks but before they could even leave, they were caught off guard when Sarah's Wrist Com went off and she answered, wondering who'd been calling her and her family right now.

"Hello?" she asked.

"Hey, Sarah! Where are you, you're missing the best fireworks show on this side of Melemele!" screamed Ash excitedly, nearly deafening her from his yelling.

"My family and I are watching Twilight and Dawn raise Cantana and the Deathgripper eggs we found, Big Mouth. Who's making them? she asked.

"You won't believe this! Check out the two newcomers we've been greeted with and the show they're putting on for us!" cried Lillie ecstatically, showing who's making the fireworks show they're watching.

But, when Lillie showed her who or what is causing the fireworks at the spot where her friends are at through her own Wrist Com, Sarah and her family gasped in shock and awe as there, performing with great elegance and making fireworks as it danced throughout.

As they watched, a colorful humanoid Pokemon made itself known as it gave off numerous fireworks. Its slender torso and wide hips are yellow with alternating blue and pink stripes and there is a white sphere in the middle of its body and another on its back in place of a tail. It has thin arms with white frills on its wrists and teardrop-shaped hands. The right arm is pink while the left is blue and each arm has a spherical bulge near the shoulder. Its legs are shaped like white high-heeled boots with curled toes but each foot has a sphere on it: blue on the left and pink on the right. Around its neck is a white frill with a hole in the center.

Its head is a white ball with a multitude of pink and blue dots which are a collection of tiny sparks. On either side of the ball are stars that are blue on the outside, pink on the inside, and yellow dot-like eyes on the center. This was actually an Ultra Beast.

As it continued, another Ultra Wormhole opened up and another Ultra Beast came through and started to perform with it!

This very tall pokemon resembled a humanoid mass of electrical wiring. Its "head" was white in color, brightly glowing electric spark with numerous points and no visible face. Below its head is a mass of black cables for its torso and limbs; there are white bands resembling zip ties throughout its body as well. Its arms have ties where its shoulders, elbows, and wrists would be. The upper arms have two cables, while the lower have three. At the ends of its arms are copper structures that resemble hands, each with six flat "fingers".

The legs have ties at the hips, knees, and ankles and are composed of four cables fused together for the whole length.

The feet have four toes possessing "claws" of exposed copper; each foot has two fused toes pointing forward and two separate toes pointing backward. Finally, its tail has three ties and four cables, one of them loose in two sections. The tail ends in what resembles a three-pronged plug.

Sarah and her family and friends didn't know it as Ash, the others, and the regathered audience laughed and cheered for the two but the Ultra Beasts in question, as they went on performing, were Xurkitree, the fourth of the Ultra Pillars, and Blacephalon, the eleventh and last of the Ultra Pillars.

Unfortunately, the double bill of Ultra Beasts crossing over to the human dimension also got the attention of a female Team Eclipse scout in the crowd. Carefully, she slipped away from the admiring crowd into the dark cover of the forest and quickly called Lothor before anyone could notice.

Back at his base, Lothor and Darkrai continued to meditate and think of a plan to capture and destroy Sarah. During the holidays, he didn't bother going after her since he needed time off to recoup from his most embarrassing setback by far and to reminisce on everything that led him to this point. He was still hellbent on killing the last links to his former family and the two people who were forced to fight him and his goons. As he reassured himself, there was no going back for him after falling into darkness.

Then, he heard a message ringing from his supercomputer and he and his Nightmare Pokemon partner ceased their meditation to check in on any sightings of the previous Ultra Pillars or new ones from the other ones he and his crew have yet to find.

"What is your status, Fiore?" asked the Team Eclipse mastermind.

"Boss, Darkrai, we've just got a double bill tonight. Not one but two, TWO, Ultra Beasts have just crossed over into the human dimension!" reported the scout, Fiore. "They're at the beach right now and they're performing a fireworks act to that crowd of gullible and danky humans!"

"How interesting... Two Ultra Pillars for the price of one," mused Darkrai before he turned to the screen featuring Fiore. "Would they, by any chance, be Xurkitree and Blacephalon?"

"That's them and they're both putting on their little show for them as we speak!"

"Excellent, Fiore, will they be on the move shorty?" put in Lothor.

"They'll bail soon once they're done and if there's another audience for them to entertain following that fireworks festival for the new year and such."

"Good, return to base and await further instructions. You did good, Fiore."

"Understood, Sir. Thank you..." she nodded, shutting off her call.

Lothor breathed as he approached his desk and looked into an open book he had with him pertaining to the Ultra Beasts including the Ultra Pillars as he flipped to the pages of Xurkitree and Blacephalon, musing over what to do with this new opportunity of his to kill two birds with one stone involving his goals.

"Xurkitree and Blacephalon, not every day that you'd have two Ultra Beast sightings at the same time..." he thought before he eventually turned to Darkrai.

For him, it was time that he took to the front lines once again and this time, deal with Sarah and Tsukumaro personally. "Darkrai, go to bed. We'll need to be up bright and early tomorrow for our mission, I believe it's time my niece and I get reacquainted along with that filthy wizard advisor of hers."

"Yes, Master, of course," nodded Darkrai with a bow, he knew what his partner was talking about.

CHAPTER 70 – TWIRLING WITH A BANG

(As the recently new Power Rangers Ultra Rescue, Sarah and her friends appear just as the introductions begin to show us our main group in the story before the rest of the crew separate)

(Sarah is the first person to be introduced as she immediately performs the Zenkaiger dance with Blitz, Poipole, and Hashimoto dancing in the background)

The companions with serious yet shining spirits

(Ash is shown along with Pikachu while he joins Sarah for the Zenkaiger dance before moving on to Sophocles and Mallow's introductions and soon, they join in on the dance and their Pokémon partners gather with Sarah and Ash's Pokémon)

Be it in a parallel world, in the past, or in the future [Bang! Bang! Bang! Ba-bang!]

(Lana and Kiawe are featured as they gave affirmative smiles before they join their friends in the Zenkaiger Dance with Turtonator, Popplio, and Pyroar dancing in the background, too)

There's a miraculous bond that unites us heroes

(Lillie is the last person to be introduced as she gave a cute smile while she and Snowy joined in on the dance, unable to contain her excitement as the others can't help but dance as well)

(Latios and Latias bring up a screen showcasing a quick preview of what's to come in the current story chapter at certain points before the Beast-X King Key is inserted into the Beast-X King Activator before cutting to Sarah's Poke-X Morpher was activated before the gang morphed into action at the call of another Ultra Beast dispatch and do a group pose with their new individual weapons at hand)

Always shift into full-full-full-full throttle

Once it's started, the excitement never ends

(As the song reaches its climax, Sarah, the others, and their Pokémon with them continued to dance as shots of them battling Team Eclipse and their friends and Sarah's adopted family and godfather including Burnet, Kukui, Principal Oak, Nikki, James, and Tsukumaro appear in greeting as they nodded. The young rangers are then seen looking at the stars of Alola's night sky, seeing Nebula, Nebby, and the Tapu Guardians coming together for some reason as they looked like they're preparing a ceremony of sorts or getting ready to fight for a giant battle ahead of everyone)

So just do your be-be-best, that's right

There's no limit if you have the courage

(Nebby and Nebula make their way forward into battle with Eternatus (whether reformed and rehabilitated or not at the moment) following from behind them as Sarah (riding on Solar who's on Hovercycle Mode), Salamence with Eevee and Skitty on his back, Latios and Latias, and King, her Beast-X King Zord from the Beast Morphers Rangers, joined them before the lion Zord stands ready in its Ultra Sunne and Battle Modes)

(Sarah and her Pokémon family along with her dragons have fun inside their Pokémon Dragon Heart Dome as they enjoy their time together with Eternatus not paying them any attention as he continued to brood and be asleep despite Sarah's hopes of having him be fully rehabilitated and more trusting of humanity and Pokémon)

Pokémon Alola Journey Pt.3 – Dawn of Destiny

The next morning, at the Pokemon School, all everyone could talk about was the Blacephalon and Xurkitree while Pikachu demonstrated to everyone what happened through Charades. But, unlike Sarah and her family, the others had no idea they were Ultra Beasts to begin with. What's worse, everyone had no idea that Lothor was once again about to take the field under their noses in pursuit of them.

"That fireworks dancer was so awesome!" smiled Ash.

"I wonder who was it, anyway?" pondered Sophocles.

"It definitely wasn't human," thought Kiawe. "No human could ever perform such incredible tricks like that."

"You think it's a Pokemon?" asked Lana.

"Or, maybe, even an Ultra Beast?" theorized Mallow. "But, what about that second Ultra Beast? What's the story behind that one?"

"I don't know but if they're really Ultra Beasts, you can bet Lothor and his creeps would be looking for them right now," suggested Sarah, her thoughts on what Team Eclipse would do once the syndicate catches them.

Everyone's thoughts were soon interrupted when Komala rang the bell for the Ultra Guardians and Power Rangers signals, surprising everyone and alerting them to an emergency dispatch.

"Power Rangers Ultra Rescue, to the base! Quick, Emergency Dispatch on account of Lothor!" alerted Kukui, shocking everyone.

"Lothor?!" gasped the others in shock.

"Is it him and the Ultra Beasts?" asked the princess.

Kukui nodded grimly, "And, he's going to take matters into his own hands again. Let's hurry!"

"I knew it! Let's move!" growled Sarah to the others, knowing her fallen uncle was up to no good again as they all gave her determined nods.

Through the lift and portal leading to the base, Sarah's family was brought to the Zord Bay for dispatch preparations and the team was in their Ultra Guardians uniforms once more, arriving at the base to see Clefable along with Tsukumaro, Nikki, James, and their Pokemon partners all waiting anxiously for them as they got to work on the supercomputers.

Upon arrival, Clefable signaled her trainer to begin the briefing, knowing how dire things are becoming with Lothor on the loose again.

"There you are! Alola, Power Rangers!" smiled Lusamine as she, Wicke, and Burnet reported in.

"Alola!" greeted the others in turn.

"Alola, again, Lusamine. But, I'm afraid we've no time for pleasantries again," nodded Sarah, looking grim. "Is it true, then? Is my uncle on the move again?"

"Yes, and what's more, we've gone through the footage gathered from last night's New Year's Eve fireworks festival," replied Lusamine as footage of the two Ultra Beasts performing was shown to the group. "Professor Burnet told me about what happened there as we looked over the Ultra Beasts in question."

"Yeah, that's them, at the fireworks," said Ash, nodding his head in confirmation.

"So, this humanoid-fireworks being and the strange tree-like figure, after some investigation and research into the Legend of the Ultra Pillars, are determined to be Ultra Beasts."

"We also detected a flux of energy from an Ultra Wormhole somewhere within the bay and close to the first Ultra Beast's location that night," added Burnet to the gang's surprise. "In fact, two Ultra Beasts crossing over from the Ultra Dimension also caught Lothor's attention when we found out a scout of his was amongst the audience last night and disappeared into the forest after seeing them."

"They're Ultra Beasts, just as Sarah suspected?" quizzed Ash.

"So, it really was a Pokemon. Two Pokemon, really," gasped Lana, her theory being correct.

"Not to mention, they're both Ultra Beasts as well," agreed Mallow.

"You know, that Ultra Beast that appeared and put on that awesome show for us before the second one came by sure loved to show off," added Lillie, thinking back to the Ultra Beasts at the bay.

"We've looked them up from the Ultra Beast scriptures in our records and discovered that they're Xurkitree and Blacephalon - the 4th and 11th Ultra Pillars," interjected Lusamine.

"Blacephalon and Xurkitree?" quizzed Sophocles, intrigued.

"Would you please update your databanks with their files, Rotom?" asked Wicke to the living Pokedex.

"Ult-Roger, Wicke!" saluted Rotom-Dex before he downloaded the files on the next two Ultra Pillars and pulled them out to reveal to everyone, starting with Blacephalon's entry. "Blacephalon, the Fireworks Pokémon. A Fire and Ghost Type, Blacephalon surprises opponents by exploding its own head and then absorbs their energy."

He then pulled up Xurkitree's entry, detailing, "Xurkitree, the Glowing Pokemon. An Electric Type, Xurkitree unleashes powerful electric shocks using stored electricity collected in its wire-like body."

"Of course! Blacephalon kept surprising us a whole bunch of times during its fireworks dance show!" Sophocles remembered, recalling the Fireworks Ultra Pillar's dancing act.

"So, it can absorb our energy," added Kiawe thoughtfully.

"That's pretty strange stuff," commented Ash before the power suddenly went out and everyone was left in the dark in the Command Center.

"AAAAAAHHHHHH!" cried Sophocles as he flailed in panic in the dark. "I'M SCARED, I'M SCARED, I'M SCARED, I'M SCARED~!"

"Ge! Toge!" called Togedemaru as she lit up, trying to find her partner to calm him down after they crashed into and found each other.

"Thanks, Togedemaru, you're the best," smiled the Electric Type student in relief.

"Pika, Pikachu, Pi, Pika, Pika?" asked Blitz, wondering how the power went off and who did it.

"Don't look at me, I was with you when we got here!" replied Star, denying anything.

"And, what kind of backup power supply does this dig even have, a thousand hamsters scrambling on wheels?" retorted Silvally, getting strange looks from the Pokemon with the group.

"I didn't touch anything!" denied Hashimoto firmly.

"Tsar, Tsareena."

"Pop, Pop," agreed Tsareena and Popplio, having not done anything to cut off the center's power supply.

"Okay, so who did it then?" pondered Kiawe.

"First off, I think we need to find where the backup power switch is," interrupted Lillie, wanting some light back into the main room first.

"Hang on, Ms. Clefable, I found it right here," replied Tsukumaro, pulling out a wand and using a non-verbal Lumos spell to reveal the switch, allowing the Fairy Pokemon to light up the Command Center again.

"What was that?" asked Ash.

"Ugh, I could sure do without that happening," groaned Sophocles, relieved to be out of the dark.

Then, the alarm went off as if the supercomputer has found out the perpetrator behind the inconvenient and suspicious loss of power before Tsukumaro, Nikki, and James were joined by their partners and pinpointed where the disturbance was coming from.

"Princess, it appears we've found a trace of this Ultra Aura thing on Melemele Island's Southern Route 3," replied Tsukumaro, the computer zooming in on the culprit's current location near the bay. "If it's what you kids think it is, then it must be one of those Ultra Beasts."

Immediately, Lusamine, Wicke, and Burnet managed to reestablish communications and hear what Tsukumaro and Sarah's adopted parents have found.

"You're absolutely right, Mr. Wong," nodded Lusamine in agreement. "We've determined an incomparable flux of Ultra Aura somewhere in the bay on Melemele Island's Southern Route 3. All right, Rangers, be careful and move out!"

"Right!" everybody nodded before Sarah declared, "We're out of here!"

Getting back on their Ride Pokemon and Winter and joining Nebby in the Zord Bay, the Ultra Rescue Rangers quickly made their way to the spot where the culprit nicked them their previous blackout and caught their attention. As they flew to the area where one of the two Ultra Beasts could be around, Blitz, Togedemaru, and Pikachu tensed as their cheeks sparked and their bodies shook.

"What is it, Blitz? You feel something?" asked Sarah to her partner.

"Pikachu, what's up?" quizzed Ash to his own partner.

"Wait, Togedemaru too?" quipped Sophocles when he noticed.

"Jolte!"

"Zolt!"

"Draco!" cried Jolteon, Arctozolt, and Dracozolt, sticking their heads out of the left-hand windows of Nebby's carriage as they felt a tingling feeling and sparks came from their bodies.

Lillie noticed this and gasped in surprise before turning to her best friend. "Hey, Sarah! Something's going up with Jolteon, Dracozolt, and Arctozolt!" she called.

Mallow saw what was happening to the three Pokemon, too, and suddenly had a thought. "Do you think Xurkitree could be behind this and why they're acting up?" she pondered.

"I don't know but if it is, we need to find out why Xurkitree came here along with Blacephalon," thought Sarah after noticing Jolteon, Arctozolt, and Dracozolt's oddball conditions. "They, Blitz, Pikachu, and Togedemaru should point us to where Xurkitree is so we'll deal with that one first. Come on!"

"Right!" saluted the others as they flew off to where Xurkitree is with the six Electric Types leading the way according to their Electric Pokemon senses.

They haven't gone far until they found some powerlines leading to where one powerline tower is isolated by a steel fence but when they looked on top of it, they gasped at the sight of Xurkitree absorbing electricity. They soon realized what was happening; the sign of a powerful Ultra Aura flux actually came from Xurkitree.

"It's Xurkitree!" gasped Ash. "What's it doing on those powerlines?"

"I don't see Blacephelon anywhere, unfortunately," observed Kiawe, looking around for the Fireworks Ultra Pillar.

"Then, the flux of Ultra Aura we've detected earlier must've come from Xurkitree and I bet it was responsible for that short blackout we had back at the Command Center!" deducted Sophocles.

"So, if two Ultra Beasts had crossed over here, does Lothor know anything about them?" pondered Mallow.

But, they had little time to figure out what Xurkitree is doing as it soon caught sight of them and started to spark dangerously while eying the group.

"Is it attacking?" wondered Ash.

"It's sparking!" observed Lana, seeing Xurkitree sparking as well.

Suddenly, without warning, Xurkitree pointed its left wired hand at the group and shot a powerful string of lightning towards the rangers packing potentially over 2,000 volts of electricity from what it got from the powerlines.

"SCATTER!" screamed Sarah, the group splitting up to avoid electrocution from the lightning string with a panicked group yelp.

"We can't get close!" called a flustered Sophocles.

"I've never seen another Ultra Beast as powerful as Xurkitree! Did you see how it was able to break us apart just with that powerful strike from the electricity it got from the powerlines?" gasped Mallow, flabbergasted by Xurkitree's power.

"It's so terrifying!" nodded Lana in agreement.

"What's it doing now?" quizzed Ash, looking at Xurkitree continuing to absorb electricity.

"It looks like it's absorbing the electricity without us getting in the way," observed Lillie.

"If it was hungry for electricity, maybe it went aggro on us for interrupting its breakfast!" called Silvally from the carriage.

"I swear, you guys have done some crazy things before we met you but this just takes the cake!" remarked Ching Wan, he and Hashimoto having gotten the full lowdown about the Power Rangers Ultra Rescue prior.

"This Ultra Catch is going to be a lot tougher than we thought!" fretted Kiawe, seeing how difficult it's going to be before he called Lusamine, Burnet, and Wicke about their current predicament. "Lusamine, are you guys seeing this? We found Xurkitree but it's absorbing a lot of electricity from the powerlines when we arrived and we can't get close to it with all those volts of power it has in its body!"

"Yes, we did, Kiawe, and I'm afraid you'll need to be extremely careful since Lothor could have his eyes on it as well as Blacephalon. We've managed to look in deeper on how Xurkitree came into our dimension and confirm your current situation," nodded Lusamine back on Aether Paradise.

"And, what a surprise. The second Ultra Wormhole from last night appeared and he came through under our noses just as we were trying to deal with Blacephalon," added Burnet as the trio watched everything from Lusamine's main office. "It must've opened in response to the feedback from Blacephalon's explosions last night which allowed him to appear first at the bay then here."

"All electrical power in the area is drastically being reduced, we believe Xurkitree is absorbing it. He could potentially make himself a viable target for Lothor despite his increased power," noted Wicke, getting something from what she's looking up and witnessing from Xurkitree's current actions and the power levels around Southern Route 3.

"Please forward a message to the Melemele Power Company to stop supplying power to that area immediately," ordered Lusamine.

"Yes, M'am, right away!" agreed Wicke, getting to work on sending a message to the power company to shut down the area's power supply.

The message managed to get through to the power company as they quickly shut off the power in the area and Xurkitree was left without his only source for more power.

"The electricity's off!" cried Lillie, seeing the Ultra Pillar flail in shock and disbelief.

"And, it's time for an Ultra Catch!" replied Kiawe, knowing what they must do.

"Darkrai, Dusknoir, Twin Dark Pulse!" called a pair of familiar voices but not of the pleasant kind.

Everyone gasped in shock as they turned to who the voice belonged to only to be met with a full-powered Dark Pulse as it knocked everyone down to the ground, all of them screaming in pain, and off of Winter and the other Ride Pokemon with Nebby and his carriage being knocked over to the other side of the fence. The Dragons managed to scatter but kept their distance to look for any disturbances from anywhere else.

Groaning from the surprise attack, they saw Lothor and Darkrai joined by Ivanka and Dusknoir appear as the dust from the Dark Pulse attacks settled.

"Lothor!"

"Ivanaka!" gasped Lana and Lillie.

"Impossible, Lothor and Ivanka, Dusknoir and Darkrai?! The two strongest Sins are taking the field once again!" panicked Rotom-Dex. "Oh, this is just not our day!"

"Surprise! So, Princess, been a good girl lately ever since you made your New Year's resolutions yesterday? My hubby and I sure hope you do when we're through with you," smirked Ivanka slyly.

"I have but not your kind of good!" retorted Sarah, not being in the mood for Ivanka and Lothor. "I assume you're here for the Ultra Beasts, as usual?"

"Indeed. How sweet of you to come all the way here and await our arrival to the party of two Ultra Beasts who are also the Ultra Dimension's finest performs of electricity and fireworks," smirked Lothor as he took in the rangers' pained state as they got up and faced them. "You've saved me the trouble of having to find Good Ol' Wire Face or Xurkitree when you've pinpointed him to this spot. Don't like reunions after months apart, however?"

"I still can't believe he used to be her uncle," Ash mumbled.

"Agreed," nodded Kiawe.

"No doubt," agreed Mallow quietly.

"You can't choose your family and a Pokemon can't choose one with a black heart if they don't want to, Lothor! And, Blacephalon, Xurkitree, and I certainly didn't choose you nor would we ever want to!"

"Pity, and after hearing how you managed to bring back five of the missing gems in your father's sword and your growing menagerie, you've become something more to me. There's always a place for you in my empire of evil if you go lenient on me and help me with getting my Ultra Beasts."

"You gotta be crazy."

"We'll see who has the last laugh, Solgaleo Ranger!" snapped Lothor furiously, snapping his fingers and bringing a Poke-Mecha army out to fight and Darkrai shoots a Shadow Ball at her and her friends and family.

But, Sarah reacted quickly as she got in front and shouted, "Moon Shield!", her family's shield appearing on her left arm with its force field.

The Shadow Ball bounced off of the force field and sent the Ghost Type attack back, forcing Dusknoir to move forward and swat it away from his Dark Type partner and causing Lothor and Ivanka to gasp in shock when they saw the Moon Shield attached to their nemesis' left arm and the force field from it dying down as she eyed them.

"What?! The Moon Shield!" screamed Ivanka in complete disbelief.

"Dusk, Dusknoir, Dusk, Dusk!" gawked Dusknoir, thinking that it had been lost for years.

"Wrong, it was flung over to the Galar Region after the Ultra Beast War ended and it ended up crash-landing at Zacian and Zamazenta's resting place, the Slumbering Weald," retorted Sarah, keeping her family's shield at the ready. "You could say it was fate that brought me to my family's second heirloom while I was at Galar."

"Two family treasures?! Hmph, no matter, I'll destroy all your friends and take you and my Ultra Beasts. You can't possibly hope to think you'll be able to last our inevitable moment when our greatest ally will finally break free, you know that, kid?"

"I do, Poipole made it clear on what you did to her home and her people when you stole their only lifeforce away from them," retorted the princess just as Poipole flew over and nodded with a piercing glare at Team Eclipse. "You showed no love for Alola, the Human Dimension, or the Ultra Dimension when you attacked Necrozma and made him as the Black Beast. Do you really think you can use his power to claim this world and all others within your reach when you've made him into a monster?"

"Your parents stole what was rightfully mine, your father stole the woman of my life, and our grandparents left me for dead when I tried to use force to get want I wanted! If I can't claim the throne and Delilah, then I'd do everything in my power to do so including getting Necrozma. All traces of my past are to be destroyed like your filthy mudblood parents, all obstacles eliminated, and eventually, that will leave just you and me."

"I will never join you nor will I allow you to get Blacephalon if he shows up or Xurkitree," retorted Sarah, not wanting to banter anymore as she got ready to fight. "If you want them from us that badly..."

She then reached behind her and pulled out her Sun Sword slung over her shoulder and pointed it at Lothor and Darkrai, effectively daring them as well as Ivanka and Dusknoir to attack her and her family and friends again, should they choose to do so.

Lothor smirked before he glared at Darkrai and nodded his head towards her, mentally commanding Darkrai to charge forward with a Focus Punch. The Nightmare Pokemon nodded before he charged forward and prepared to use the powerful Fighting Type attack to land a 1-Hit KO on the princess, unaware that she's baiting him to get a taste of the sword's magic taught to her by Tsukumaro.

Tapping into her Lion and Solgaleo DNA from her ranger powers, the PRUR leader engaged in a short clash with the Dark Type before she forced him back and pointed her father's weapon at him.

"Expecto Patronum!" she recited, channeling her first memories of her and her parents before the Ultra Beast War and summoning her Patronus which clashed with Darkrai as well and gave him serious burns from its power, forcing him to drift back to his master.

This got a shocked gasp out of Lothor when he finally saw her Pyroar Patronus with his own eyes as it returned to her sword and awaited another time when it would be summoned to help its summoner again. He soon narrowed his eyes with a small snarl, remembering who it was that taught her the Patronus Charm.

"Ha! You'll have to do better than that if you want to take her down!" smirked Mallow, seeing Darkrai getting burned from the Patronus' light.

"Hmph, I'll admit, I didn't expect you to fully master the Patronus Charm in such a short time and it's one of the most advanced spells ever learned. Let me guess, your blithering godfather taught you that spell?" he spat to his "niece" bitterly.

"So, what if he did? And, you couldn't do it even if you wanted to?" she shot back.

"I don't believe in magic, too fru-fru for my liking. But, what I do know is that he had no right to butt in on family affairs since this whole thing is between you and me. If he hadn't found you that day, you'd be dead by now! If he hadn't saved your hide so much, you'd be a disappointment to all of Alola..."

"Disappointment, HA! I've never heard anything more ridiculous!" mocked a voice, echoing around them before two figures teleported alongside Sarah, surprising both parties.

"Absol, use Razor Wind!" shouted Tsukumaro, pointing towards Lothor, Ivanka, and their partners.

"Ab...SOL!" screamed Absol, sending several energized slices of wind that blasted around their enemies.

Tsukumaro and his Disaster Pokemon just glared at their baffled and stunned enemies, preparing to defend his goddaughter at all times. "No one talks to my goddaughter like that!" he spat at the Team Eclipse mastermind.

"Tsukumaro, you're-!" gasped Sarah in shock.

"Yes, Princess, we're here to help," nodded the old advisor.

"Sol," Absol agreed, keeping his steely glare on their foes.

"You!" snapped Ivanka, now aggravated from seeing Doug and Delilah's old friend.

"So, we meet again, Wong," spat Lothor with a taunting smirk. "Still part of the royal sunnyside joke that is the last of the Alolan Royal Family, my niece and your 'goddaughter'."

"You got a problem with the past after your betrayal to the Royal Family, My Lord and Lady, and the crown so you'll have to take it up with me, too! You've committed treason against my friends and our people before and you're doing the exact same to my goddaughter! Until you've answered for your sins, you'll always be a fugitive to the Alola Region!"

"I intend to and I'll be sure to throw a few little surprises for you all when I take back the throne, like this!" snarled Lothor, snapping his fingers and summoning MMPR Season 2 Z Puttie look-a-likes.

"What the devil-!?" gasped Tsukumaro in shock as everyone got into battle stances.

"Are those-?!" gawked Lillie.

"Unbelievable! If our predecessors' ranger history I've been reading is correct, those look like Putties that the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers used to face nearly 30 years ago!" observed Rotom-Dex in surprise. "If I'm not mistaken, those look like Lord Zedd's Putties and not Rita Repulsa's! But, how were you able to bring them to life after they were destroyed when Zordon sacrificed himself?"

"Oh, in case you're wondering, we've been looking up ranger history as well and we took some precautions and a few new steps forward," smirked Ivanka as she prepared to summon more grunts. "Not only do we have the technology to bring stone heads like these Z Putties to life through our Poke-Mechas but we've also done our research on our own predecessors' forces and can now integrate their strengths and looks to channel them through our robots. For example - Rinshi!"

Another group of Poke-Mechas looking like the evil martial arts grunts from Power Rangers Jungle Fury are summoned upon Ivanka's call and finger snap, preparing to fight the rangers and Tsukumaro to clear the way for their bosses' capturing of Blacephalon and Xurkitree.

"Ugh, Rinshi!" Mallow gagged with a scowl.

"Never thought we'd have to deal with those miserable ghosts from the Jungle Fury Rangers' past!" Ash snarled.

"Never underestimate the evolving might of Team Eclipse, fools! That goes double for you and your magical menace, Princess, destroy them!" screamed Ivanka, pointing the grunt armies towards the group, their Pokemon, and the dragons.

"Let's power up!" Sarah shouted, bringing out her Beast-X Star Sword.

"Right!" saluted the others, bringing out their sidearms.

"You and Absol up for this madness, Tsukumaro?" the princess asked her godfather.

"For you, I'd follow and protect you anywhere, Princess," nodded the old advisor, unsheathing his own sword as they all charged forward.

While Lothor, Ivanka, Dusknoir, and Darkrai looked on and prepared to take on Tsukumaro and Sarah a little later, deciding to use them as a distraction to get the drop on Xurkitree, the Ultra Rescue Rangers and Tsukumaro have their attention drawn towards the Poke-Mechas that now have the looks and power of past grunts before them.

The Poke-Mechas-turned-Rinshi grunts weren't too much of a hassle for the rangers and the old advisors to deal with since they were virtually physical ghosts that just disperse after being defeated but with the new Z-Putties, they proved to be more of a challenge being stronger and more formidable compared to the original Putties by Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd because of their advanced hardware.

But, even so, while they were superior in terms of power and durability, one thing that the syndicate's forces had overlooked was their apparent weakness in the form of a large Z on their chest plates which causes them to lose their power and break apart.

Sophocles managed to figure it out as he blasted away at the grunts coming after him, Togedemaru, and Charjabug with his Beast-X Synergizer in Blaster Mode and notice a Z-Puttie coming at him and he jumped and performed a Flying Dragon kick onto its chest, the Z glowing after being hit and causing the putty to be destroyed.

"Hey, that's it!" he gasped in amazement before he smirked devilishly at the putties before him. "Charjabug, use Spark on Togedemaru! Togedemaru, let's play Zing Zap Dodgeball and aim for the Z on the putties' chests!"

"Charja!"

"Ge!" smirked his partners in agreement with the Electric/Bug Type charging Togedemaru with Spark before pulling back and shocking the grunts after them.

After he had finished, Togedemaru howled as she rolled and bounced off the putties, hitting the Zs on their chest plates before they broke apart.

"Ha, guess they didn't think about that! Guys, they're just like the old Z-Putties!" he called to the others. "Aim for the Zs on their chests!"

"Which means, like with the original grunts, we don't have to hold back! HAH! HAH! HYAH!" Kiawe smirked before he glared at the Z-Putties coming after him, Turtonator, and Pyroar after dealing with some Rinshi of his own. "Turtonator, use Dragon Tail! Pyroar, use Tackle! Aim for the Z on those Putties!"

Pyroar and Turtonator nodded before they charged forward and slapped and bashed the Putties by the chest and the Zs on them, shattering their grunts on the spot and continued to do so for the others.

"HAH! HAI! KYA! Tsareena, Trop Kick at the Zs!" shouted Mallow to her partner, using her Beast-X Magistick in Sword Mode against the Rinshi-Mechas.

"Tsar...REEN! REEN! REEN!" cried Tsareena running up to four Puttie-Mechas and whomping them at their Z chest plates before they eventually shattered.

"Popplio, HAH! Ram them with Aqua Jet!" called Lana to her partner, also getting the idea after delivering a spinning outside kick on a Rinshi clone.

Popplio barked in a soldier's salute before she covered herself with water and flew at the putties coming her way before bashing them onto their chests.

"YAH! KYA! Pikachu, use Iron Tail on those Zs!" screamed Ash, jump-kicking a Rinshi and punching another in front of him.

"Pi! Chu...PIKA!" landing a hard Iron Tail on one of the Puttie-Mechas.

Lillie was using her Beast-X Defender like a frisbee to knock down the Rinshi Clones before she noticed two Puttie Clones coming after her and Snowy. "Snowy, use Powder Snow!" she cried to her partner.

"Vul...PIX!" screeched Snowy, freezing the clones with her Ice Type Attack, allowing her trainer to throw her sidearm as it slammed into their chests and their Z plates.

But, while the others were distracted and Lothor and Ivanka were about to have Dusknoir and Darkrai attack Xurkitree, they were stopped by a fireblast from Solar, who had changed to Hovercycle Mode to join Sarah, Tsukumaro, Blitz, and Absol while bringing in Star and Charmeleon into the fray.

In addition, with Twilight, Dawn, Silver, Winter, Shadow, and Starfire's help, Rapidash, her children, Dracozolt, Arctozolt, Raboot, Dracovish, and Cufant arrived to give them a hand while the rest of their family and the other dragons along with the aforementioned fantasy reptiles surrounded the area to make sure Lothor and Ivanka or Xurkitree won't escape.

When the two TE Sins looked at their other foes, however, they and their partners couldn't help but give a taunting snort of amusement. "You're kidding. You're kidding, right, brat? Those kids and that prissy unicorn couldn't harm a fly if they even could fight," taunted Ivanka with a smirk.

This bristled the three Aether Paradise Graduates, Dracovish, Dracovish, Scorch, Wooloo, Yamper, and Ponyta as they growled angrily at their family's enemies. But, Rapidash, being old enough to know they're looking for a reaction, stomped her front right hoof twice to calm her children and the other four younger Pokemon down and maintain a clear head.

"Don't be so sure they can't fight, Ivanka. Some Pokemon are more than meets the eye, they may not look like much but Raboot, his companions, the princess' new Fossil Pokemon, Rapidash, and her babies are adequate fighters," retorted Tsukumaro.

"You fools have no Pokemon/Pokemon Trainer pride or manners," scoffed Zarude as he prepared to fight. "Perhaps, we should teach you some before we get on with the real show!"

"You're going to regret that, you infernal gorilla!" snarled Darkrai, looking ready to maul the Rogue Monkey Pokemon.

"Nine!" shot a voice back at Darkrai before Sarah's Alolan Ninetales, Tundra, and Arcanine jumped over the fence with Nebby's help and landed with their family.

Arcanine also snarled dangerously, daring them to come and attack them should they have the chance to do their worst. The two of them also knew they're not going down without a fight, even if this would be their first of many battles against Team Eclipse and its forces.

"I don't know about you two, Darkrai, or Dusknoir but Xurkitree's not going to be playing with you while we deal with its electricity frenzy," snarked Sarah as they all prepared to fight.

While Ivanka summons another small army of grunts to assist them in their battle to catch Xurkitree, Dusknoir just laughed before he glared darkly at the heroes before his team and snarked back, "Dusknoir, Dusk, Dusk, Dusknoir."

That was when they charged at each other and started their fight. While some of the Pokemon with Sarah and her godfather and Solar occupied themselves with the grunts to keep their attention of them, they, Zarude, Solar, Arcanine, and Tundra engaged with Ivanka and Dusknoir as well as Lothor and Darkrai to get them away from the flailing and supposedly-angry Xurkitree from having his electricity feast interrupted.

This left the Sins of Pride and Envy to deal with Tsukumaro and Sarah personally as they revealed their own martial arts training to combat their royal hero foes on equal ground, which surprised the two slightly but they shook it off and continued to fight.

Despite this being their first-ever battle against Team Eclipse head-on, Cufant, Raboot, Dracozolt, and Arctozolt proved themselves as formidable fighters for their sizes as before with their first training sessions.

"Raboot, Boot, Boot! BOOT!" said Raboot, using Ember and Electro Ball to bomb his grunt army after him.

"CU...!" trumpeted Cufant, using Iron Defense and Iron Head to raise his defense and bash at the Rinshi and Puttie clones.

"Zo-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-olt!" shouted Arctozolt, using Hydro Pump to short-circuit the Puttie mechas, allowing Dracozolt to electrify and peck at them with Bolt Beak in turn.

"Drac! Drac! Drac!" chomped Dracovish as he chomped at the grunts surrounding him with Ice Fang, freezing whatever stragglers came his way and those of his jaw before he treated them like a dog's favorite chew toy and crushed them.

Solar was letting himself loose with his new improvements from Nate as he clawed at the grunts coming after him and blasted them with his fireball powerup and other upgrades. One moment while using Silent Mode, he was able to allude and take them by surprise with a sudden series of slashes from his Gripper Claws and his bites. The next - he was able to fire lasers from his eyes similar to how Starfire from the 2003 Teen Titans CN series was able to shoot star bolts from her eyes.

"WHOO-HOO! I love these new upgrades! Who's the top cat now, huh?" he hollered, having fun with making mincemeat out of his grunt army.

Even Rapidash was once again proving she's no slouch as she bucked and used Psycho Cut, Megahorn, and High Horsepower on her foes with her kids giving her a hand as they each took on a few grunts in their known pairings (Wooloo and Ponyta + Yamper and Scorch).

There were a couple of times when Darkrai and Dusknoir would try to slip away to reach Xurkitree but each attempt was thwarted when Zarude, Arcanine, and Tundra gave them the drop and forced them back, making the two evil Pokemon focus on their fights with them.

This left the rest of Sarah's family and the dragons to decide how to deal with Xurkitree while everyone else was keeping Lothor and Ivanka occupied. They knew they had to do something and fast before the 4th Ultra Pillar would try anything else for whatever its means are. This was made very apparent as Mai, Hashimoto, Calyrex, and Star noticed him getting mad as he slowly flailed around and sparked, his sights set on them and their family.

"What are we gonna do? He's really, really, really angry now!" fretted Mai with a panicked sweatdrop.

"If he's sparking like that, he'll unleash his wrath and we'll be fried with over 10,000 volts!" grunted Hashimoto, knowing what has to be done. "We gotta stop him before he kills us!"

"And, I don't want to be like that 10,000 Ghost from The Scooby Doo Show we saw on TV last week!" nodded Star.

"Okay, now, let's do it!" put in Ching Wan, turning to Salamence, Latios, Latias, Blitz, Silvally, Houndoom, and Calyrex. "Latios, Latias, Houndoom, Silvally, Blitz, Salamence, Calyrex, I need you to help me distract Xurkitree and keep his attacks off of everyone! The rest of you, get out any Beast Balls and prepare for an Ultra Catch!"

They nodded before they jumped or flew over the fence and faced the Glowing Ultra Pillar while Star, Snivy, Oshawott, Goodra, Danny and Danielle, Hashimoto, and Aqua to get back on Winter and the other Ride Pokemon and each took a Beast Ball to make their first-ever Ultra Catch by themselves. The dragons braced themselves for the worst to follow as Shadow joined Ching Wan's group to help with Poipole and Rotom-Dex coming after.

Sarah noticed this as she forced Lothor back and activated her Wrist Com's morpher for her dragons' armor. "Hang on, guys! Dragon Armor, Get in Gear!" she cried, activating their collars and leg bracelets to produce their dragon armor, giving them their protection against the Ultra Pillar.

The dragons warbled their thanks as she returned her attention to her enemies with her, Tsukumaro, and their Pokemon team keeping them and their partners distracted from their initial mission.

"What'll we do now, Ani-Chan?" called Hashimoto as he rode on Mallow's Flygon.

"You'll all throw at the same time on my go, Hashi! One of them should make contact and capture him but keep your eyes open; if he breaks out, we'll need to go through the capture again!"

Poipole decided to see if she could help as she floated over to Xurkitree and tried to distract him. This caused the Ultra Pillar to lose his electricity and go into a frenzy trying to follow her movements.

"No, Poipole, wait! He won't listen to reason and we need to get his attention with electricity!" called Star, frantic. "If Lothor hears you and notices us trying to capture Xurkitree, he'll come after us! Xurkitree might also attack you by mistake!"

That made little Poipole pout like crazy and throw a tiny fit as she flailed around angrily. But, she knew Star was right and she didn't want to take any chances.

"Then, I guess this is where Blitzy and I come in! Anybody got my Electric Type Memory Drive?" quizzed Silvally.

Star quickly dug into Sarah's satchel attached to Winter's saddle and managed to find the Memory Drive in question before she threw it to Silvally. "Here it comes, Silvally!" she shouted as she threw it.

"Thanks!" he replied, accepting the Memory Drive and becoming an Electric Type again before turning to Blitz. "You think you can help me put on a light show for Ol' Wires and Sparks, kid?"

"Pika!" nodded Blitz before he unleashed a powerful Thunderbolt into the sky, attracting Xurkitree's attention and causing him to face the group.

"Here it comes!"

"We need to get him to chase us now!" noted Ching Wan and Calyrex.

"My turn!" Silvally shouted, using Multi Attack as an electrified golden yellow aura coated him and he charged at the Ultra Pillar and bashed him in a stalemate.

He forced himself against his stronger adversary as his aura sparked with electricity and when he noticed Xurkitree being really pissed off enough to start chasing him and his group, he pushed himself back and rejoined his team. "He's nicked, Black Belt!" he shouted to Ching Wan.

"He bought it, let's go!" signaled Ching Wan, he and his group running from Xurkitree and allowing the others on the Ride Pokemon and Winter to prepare an Ultra Catch, their Beast Balls at the ready. "Throw 'em now, Hashi!"

"Right! Go, guys!" nodded Hashimoto, his brothers and sisters preparing to throw their Balls Balls as well.

But, just as they had Xurkitree in their sights and prepared to throw their Beast Balls, a familiar white bomb decorated with blue and pink spots and a pink and green star on the sides appeared in front of the group and glowed.

"What-?!"

"Goo-?!"

"Bri-Bri?"

"Meow, Meowsitc!"

"Oshawott!"

"Sni!"

"Is that-?" gasped Star, Goodra, Danny, Hashimoto, Oshawott, Snivy, and Aqua.

Then, the ball exploded in their faces as everyone stopped what they're doing and gave surprised yelps, only to find Blacephalon back in the flesh having stopped Hashimoto and his team from commencing an Ultra Capture before he turned and gave what was a sharp glare from him to his fellow Ultra Pillar.

"It's Blacephalon!" gasped Kiawe, his eyes widening after the Fireworks Ultra Pillar's appearance caught everyone's attention.

"And, he looks much more powerful!" breathed Lana in surprise.

"Oh no, not now?!" fretted Mai.

The surprise explosive entrance from Blacephelon also didn't go unnoticed by Ivanka and Lothor as the two Sins, Tsukumaro, and Sarah caught each other in a stalemate and noticed the explosion, seeing the Ultra Pillars facing each other with supposedly glares and what looked like a budding rivalry waiting to explode. "Darling, it's them!" she gasped.

Lothor gasped in shock before he gained a growing malicious smile from seeing his syndicate's intended targets in one place at the same time. "Excellent, right on time..." he hissed with devilish delight.

He then sent a gleeful yet taunting gaze towards Sarah with whom he was still in a deadlock. "It's too late, Sarah! Blacephalon and Xurkitree are finally here and mine for the taking! Soon, with their powers at my command, no one can stop the final destruction of you and your family! I will be INVINCIBLE!" he cackled.

"They might have something to say about that!" spat Sarah back angrily, glaring as she channeled her anger and willingness to protect the Ultra Pillars and forced him back with a heel kick to one of his shins and landing a hard kick on his groin.

This garnered two painful howls from the Team Eclipse leader as he tried to compose himself and deal with the pain, forcing Darkrai to get Zarude off him and rush to his master's defense.

"You may think you can capture them for yourself for your own sick pleasures but you couldn't be any more wrong!" Sarah continued.

"You don't understand the true power that Blacephalon, Xurkitree, and their fellow Ultra Pillars have which could be potentially dangerous to everyone if they fall into your hands! Your lack of heart and love for them and Pokemon would be the death of you, especially if you bring back Necrozma!"

"My master understands them more than you could ever know, Princess! There may be a lot we don't know about the Ultra Pillars and the Ultra Dimension but with their powers at our command, we'll use them to carve a new chapter in Alola's history! One where even the malicious intents of the Royal Family won't dictate our world order!" scoffed Darkrai as Solar and Zarude regrouped with her. "This region and your world will, with the Ultra Pillars by our side, will be ours!"

"How would you all know how to rule a kingdom let alone a whole world, Darkrai? You guys don't even have friends or family who could help you bear everything that's to come from such a burden placed on your shoulders! Your goonies-for-masters ditched them when they became the Seven Sins and enjoyed seeing the misery you stir up upon everyone!"

"Friends and family are nothing but mere sentiments that you have nothing but regret and pain to live by. When it comes to getting and doing what you want to achieve an important goal like my master's world conquest. You've got to be like him and our allies, heartless and ruthless. Your regret over not knowing your real family and the pain that stemmed from it, your royal parents forced to give themselves up to save you and this world hundreds of years ago, it would've kept you up at night knowing WE rightfully robbed you of a life that was never yours to take."

Sarah looked on in disbelief and shock at Darkrai and what he's telling her, even Solar and Zarude couldn't believe what they were told.

"Now, I fully understand why you're all so adamant about killing me and my parents and wanting to take over Alola after dealing with us first," Sarah began.

"But, even so, I wouldn't have agreed to anything you'd give me even if you tried. When I found out that my parents only had their best intentions for me on the day you creeps ambushed us during the Ultra Beast War and stole Necrozma from Poipole and her people as well as the Ultra Dimension, I realized they only did it just to protect me out of their undying love for me. You may have robbed me of my old life but that was only because Lothor couldn't find it in himself to let go of his grudge and accept that what's happened has happened. All I know is that they found something in each other that Mom didn't see in my uncle when they got together. You guys attacked us all out of spite and undying hatred and if you had any heart as to realize what you're doing is wrong for us all, you'd actually work to make amends with everyone."

Darkrai shook his head at Sarah, his anger and blistering arrogance growing over her compassion sickening him as he eyed his current opponents while he paced back and forth.

"That compassion of yours is the very same weakness that befell upon those weak-hearted fools. Your parents believed in compassion and harmony amongst people and Pokemon and they even had the gall to sacrifice ruthlessness, hatred, and fear for the sake of spreading their love and happiness to their subjects when Delilah ascended into the throne upon her and Doug's marriage. The world may think of them as sentimental and loving but in reality, they're weak and don't have any spine in them to rule the old kingdom as they should've - with an iron fist and using power to their own advantage," scoffed Darkrai again, truly thinking Sarah was a fool.

"I'll tell you again if you didn't hear correctly! You can't have the throne if you stick to this whole 'friendship is magic' garbage once everyone looks down upon you out of fear and hatred for you idiots. And, your rulings ought to be like my master's - ruthless and merciless," he finished, preparing a Shadow Ball.

"...Darkrai, are you finished with your sentimental tale of bloodshed, suffering, and misery?" asked Zarude, finding the Nightmare Pokemon's words to be pathetic and unbecoming. "The Alola Region has no place for monsters such as you and this Team Eclipse of yours and your master."

"You villains always have a habit of monologuing for hours on end, are you really trying to humor us with that kind of tasteless dialect? You're no better than Evox himself as he ranted and raved about anything and everything pertaining to the Power Rangers," snorted Solar.

"It's just as I said but in this case, it's just a simple story pertaining to the upcoming and inevitable demise of your fair princess and the final devastation of the Alolan Royal Hierarchy," replied Darkrai, no longer in the mood to talk.

"Then, let us write a new chapter in this story, a chapter I'm sure you won't be a part of given your crimes back then and now..." hissed Zarude as he eyed the Dark Type for any trickery he'll pull. "The one in which you'll be put down for good and we'll get closer to destroying you for all of Alola and Sarah!"

Then, he lashed out again with a Vine Whip and Solar shot another fireball before they charged at Darkrai again with Lothor still reeling from the pain he's feeling and Ivanka and Dusknoir being distracted from getting the Ultra Pillars and battling Tsukumaro, Absol, Arcanine, and Tundra, the former two now looking like they're starting to compete with each other in a series of colorful booms and showering sparks.

Their contest got the attention of Sarah as she joined her friends and their Ride Pokemon and her family trying to capture Xurkitree, seeing them competing and not knowing what to make of it.

"Okay, this is literally too tall for TV," remarked Star, still riding on Winter with Poipole flying next to her after calming down from her little tantrum. "Am I seeing things or are they actually competing with each other like this is a talent show?"

"What do you think they're doing?" asked Kiawe, also confused.

"Boom-Boom and Spark-Spark," put in Lana, seeing their rivalry as she depicts it.

"A Boom-Boom and Spark-Spark battle, huh?" Ash questioned, taking Lana's word for it.

Lillie and Mallow just sweatdropped, unsure if it makes any sense to them as they watched, "What does that mean?"

"Wait, look close, it does look like they're competing with each other."

Lillie was right in a sense but in that case, Xurkitree and Blacephalon took their rivalry (now blossoming between them) another step forward with the Glowing Ultra Pillar trying to upstage his rival with a string of lightning to hit him. The Fireworks Ultra Pillar didn't make it easy as he dodged the attack, took his head off, and threw it at Xurkitree and landing a hit as it exploded and showered him with powerful fireworks blasts.

"Whatever those rambunctious scallywags are doing, it looks like they're giving us a definite opening to make what you humans call an Ultra Catch," put in Calyrex, seeing what Blacephalon and Xurkitree are doing behind the group's backs.

"And, we better do it fast while they're distracted!" agreed Sophocles.

"Get your Beast Balls ready, guys!" informed Kiawe, preparing to make an Ultra Catch.

The group nodded and the human rangers proceeded to throw their Beast Balls at the two but they clearly underestimated the power the Ultra Pillar rivals were displaying as they bounced off them, much to Kiawe and Ash's horror as they gasped for they were sure they could catch them on the spot.

Seeing their failure at the corner of her eye caused Ivanka to smirk as she swiftly slipped out of Tsukumaro's eyesight and snatched two Beast Balls before she faced the battling Ultra Pillars as they continued to brawl.

"Ivanka!"

"Oh, no!" gasped a horrified Ash and Lillie.

"The legendary Ultra Pillars, Xurkitree and Blacephalon... At last, you've shown your power to us! And, from now on, you're ours!" sneered Ivanka, ignoring them.

She then turned her attention to Dusknoir as he managed to force Absol, Arcanine, and Tundra back with a hard Night Shade blast for each of them. "Dusknoir, Hyper Beam! Put those two out of their misery for our moment of triumph!" she barked.

"Dusk...NOIR!" shouted Dusknoir as he charged up a Hyper Beam and fired at the Ultra Pillars with Ivanka throwing her Beast Balls at Xurkitree and Blacephalon.

But, unfortunately, just like with the rangers and their failed catches, the Hyper Beam didn't break through their stalemate and the Beast Balls also bounced off of their clashing attacks. "AH?! Impossible!" she shrieked, outraged by this setback.

Lothor noticed this after he recovered and was shocked to see that Ivanka's capture and Dusknoir's Hyper Beam didn't break them. "No...! This is not possible! It can't be, that Hyper Beam should've destroyed those two and allowed my wife to capture them!" he shouted in rage and disbelief.

But, that wasn't all; a loud roar suddenly filled the air around them and while it didn't deter the dueling Ultra Pillars, everyone saw a pair of large glowing Pyroar. But, unlike the normal male and female Pyroar, they were Totem Pokemon being about 9'00" tall. In addition, instead of being in the normal color scheme of red, brown, yellow-orange, and cream, the female Pyroar was actually purple with a white moon symbol on her forehead's center while her mate was yellow and instead had a white sun symbol on his own forehead.

Everyone was thrown for a loop at the sight of the Totem Pokemon Pyroar but as the two acknowledged the heroes, they soon turned their attention to the villains as their looks both darkened. They also growled threateningly with deep glares at Ivanka, Dusknoir, Darkrai, and Lothor but the two Litleos in Sarah's family on the other side of the fence, Kiara and Kion, were speechless as they watched with widened eyes, almost as if the pair of them had seen or known the larger Totem Pyroar pair before.

"I don't know what the hell are you fools or what you're doing here but you dare to come here and butt into official Team Eclipse affairs?" growled Darkrai at the Totem Pyroar mates, not wanting to deal with any more nonsense as he threw a Shadow Ball. "This is between Team Eclipse and the princess and any audience members shouldn't be on stage WITHOUT PERMISSION!"

The female Totem Pyroar scoffed and swatted Shadow Ball away, causing it to fly into the woods behind her and her mate and explode out of reach. But, what it did next made Team Eclipse think twice about the Totem Pokemon before them as the female shot a powerful beam of light akin to a Flamethrower at the Nightmare Pokemon.

As she was doing that, the male Totem Pyroar turned his attention to Ivanka who had recovered two more of the useless Beast Balls and tried to capture the Ultra Pillars again. Without warning, he charged at Ivanka and tackled her out of the way, knocking her back to Darkrai and Lothor along with Dusknoir, who fired the same light beam at the Gripper Pokemon.

The heroes didn't know what to say or think as they looked in awe and amazement at the Totem Pyroars but Tsukumaro gasped in shock as he looked closer and saw some wisps of light exuding from them. He realized what they were, cursing himself for not recognizing them sooner.

"Those Totem Pyroar with us, I know what they really are!" he cried, his shock completely taking him over. "Those Pyroar are not just Totem Pokemon by their size and power but they're also two full-blown Corporeal Patronuses that belonged to two people with the happiest memories I've ever known!"

"Two Pyroar Patronuses?!" squealed Mallow in shock as well.

"They're just like Sarah's Pyroar Patronus!" Sophocles screamed in bewilderment.

"But, much more powerful and immense just like a fully-charged Inferno Overdrive!" agreed Kiawe, now goggle-eyed.

"But, who do they belong to?" breathed Sarah before everyone noticed another change in the winds.

Everyone turned once again to Blacephalon and Xurkitree as they continued to compete and carry on with their colorful displays. Just then, as their booms and sparks continued to mix at a blistering rate, their attacks combined into what looked like a display of an entire galaxy in Outer Space which dazzled everyone barring the stunned villains.

"Awesome!" gasped Ash in delight.

"Wow... There's a lot of pretty colors in that thing, it's almost like the Ultra Dimension but for humans like Mama!" breathed Nebby in awe.

"The Ultra Dimension used to be colorful and full of life like this," agreed Nebula, remembering what the Ultra Dimension used to be before Team Eclipse meddled with and corrupted Necrozma.

"It's just like Outer Space!" agreed Sophocles.

But then, Mallow remembered the danger being presented by Team Eclipse's appearance and the mission as she screamed, "THIS IS NO TIME TO STAND AROUND AND WATCH!"

Her scream didn't bode well for some of Sarah's Pokemon as they shook their heads to recover from being slightly disorientated from her screaming as they glared at her while growling, which garnered a sheepish chuckle from her.

"Uh, guys, I don't know how to put it to you but whatever those street fighters are doing, they're going to tear this place apart if we don't do something, DAMNIT!" cried Silvally, reminding everyone calmly until the last second why they were at the power plant in the first place.

"You think?" chirped Lana in response, despite not understanding Silvally fluently.

"I think we better morph now while we still can, who knows what they'll do if they keep this crazy performance up?" put in Sarah, making the group nod as they prepared to morph. "It's Morphin' Time!"

They activated their Wrist Coms to bring out their morphers along with their Poke-X Keys and upon their new morph call (which they all discussed and agreed on prior to the mission), "Ultra Rescue, Get In Gear!", they became the Power Rangers Ultra Rescue again.

Then, knowing that they'll need expert advice on how to deal with the still-contesting Ultra Pillars as well as keep Lothor and Ivanka away from them, Sarah contacted Lusamine, Burnet, and Wicke back at Aether Paradise.

"Lusamine, we got a serious case of an Ultra Pillar Street Performance Fight going on here!" she called through her morpher.

"Yes, Sarah, sorry for the late analysis but from what we're seeing, both Blacephalon and Xurkitree are displaying incredible power the likes of which we've never seen before. Be very careful, their energy levels are exceeding everything we've seen from the previous Pillars so far," nodded Lusamine.

"But, Mother, how did all of this happen in the first place?" questioned Lillie worriedly.

"Because of their powerful performances, the two of them are clearly competing with all their might. We believed this is the first time that Blacephalon and Xurkitree have met someone who could match their own capabilities. It's also possible that before crossing over, they've never met each other and had no one peculiar enough to showcase their abilities to back in the Ultra Dimension."

"So, they're rivals."

"And, neither of them want to lose," said Kiawe and Ash, now understanding what's going on.

"It's hard to tell what'll happen if this contest escalates. They could potentially wipe out and destroy life in and around their current location if they go unchecked and if they're not subdued. Not to mention, Lothor will have tons of power on him and Team Eclipse if he catches them again," warned Burnet. "We must send them back to the Ultra Dimension as soon as we can."

"I can't argue with that, Dr.," nodded Ching Wan in agreement.

"Ditto on that," added Hashimoto grimly.

"But, the Beast Balls were deflected by their fighting! Even Ivanka failed to capture them when she tried to use them and not even Dusknoir can overpower them with his Hyper Beam since it did nothing at all," noted Lillie in response.

But, just as they were trying to figure out a Plan B... "AH! I just figured it out and got a killer idea!" Ash cried, seeing the solution in front of him.

"What do you mean?" asked Mallow, not getting what he's saying.

"What, what?" put in Sophocles, being all ears.

"If they want a performance of some kind, they'll get one. We're going to launch even bigger fireworks than theirs!"

This was met with confused stares from the others and incredulous looks from much of Sarah's family, not even getting Ash's idea and thinking he lost his marbles.

"Bigger fireworks?" asked Lillie, feeling stumped.

"Oh, no!" Silvally moaned, aggravated and not liking where Ash is going.

"Boot, Raboot," sighed Raboot, wondering if Ash has rocks for brains.

"Why do I get the feeling that this idea is going to fall flat on its face in a face plant?" thought Zarude, looking at Ash with a deadpanned face.

"Ash, please tell me this is a good idea of yours this time and not another stupid stunt," groaned Sarah as she facepalmed, not wanting to deal with his crazy nonsense that'll get everyone killed or worse.

"Trust me, Sarah, I know what we have to do," replied Ash, feeling confident in his idea.

"Ash, have you lost your mind? This is not the time nor the place to pull off such tomfoolery as this!" snapped Calyrex, not impressed with Ash's idea. "We can't give them a show, we're here to protect everyone and the Ultra Pillars themselves from our enemies!"

"No, Calyrex, trust me! It actually makes sense! We'll borrow power from Pikachu and the others and we'll create some super flashy fireworks if we combine all our Pokemon's moves! They'll get their attention on us and once they're occupied, Lothor, Ivanka, Dusknoir, and Darkrai won't be able to capture them if we keep them on us."

Everyone was still confused but after thinking about Ash's crazy solution, Sunflare, Oshawott, Snowflake, Glaceon, and Espeon gasped in realization and nodded to each other to put his idea into practice.

Thinking quickly, Sunflare immediately set herself on fire and flew into the air before firing a large fireball into the sky, circling around them for a flame circle. She was then followed by Oshawott, Snowflake, and Glaceon performing a Triple Icy Wind attack to create a powerful mist effect. And, to top it all off, Espeon made good use of her Sand Attack to create some sparkles that mixed in with Icy Wind.

"Hey, look! What are they doing?" Mai called, pointing everyone to the four Pokemon and Sunflare putting on their own show.

"Oh, I get it! They're trying to out-boom and out-spark Blacephalon and Xurkitree by creating an even more impressive and cool fireworks display than their own!" gasped Ching Wan in amazement.

"Rawr, Rawr," nodded Arcanine in approval.

"Nine, Ninetales, Nine," agreed Tundra, impressed.

"Of course! If we can put up a much flashier performance than they can just as Sunflare, Glaceon, Oshawott, Espeon, and Snowflake are doing, we should be able to attract their attention!" put in Kiawe, finally seeing the logic behind Ash's wacky idea.

"And, since we're going to need a Z-Move for that, I think we'll have to haul in the big guns and that means a Z-Move from either of our Pokemon or even Nebby, Nebula, Dusk, and such," nodded Sarah, finally impressed as she looked at Ash in approval. "Not bad, Ash, sounds like it'll work, after all."

"Thanks, Sarah. Now, let's save Blacephalon and Xurkitree! Lycanroc, I choose you!" replied Ash, sending out his Wolf Pokemon.

"It's up to you and Pyroar, Turtonator!" Kiawe cried, his partners joining his side.

"Well, Tsareena, are you ready to go?" asked Mallow, getting a "Tsar!" salute from Tsareena.

"Let's do our very best, Popplio!" Lana encouraged her partner, Popplio barking happily in confirmation.

"Let's charge them up, Charjabug, Togedemaru!" cheered Sophocles, his two partners nodding in agreement.

"You know that I'm counting on you, Snowy!" said Lillie to Snowy, who chirped happily to her.

"All right! Time for Operation: Super Pokemon Dragon Fireworks!" declared Sophocles as everyone cheered in response.

"Ash, I'm gonna need a clear shot to launch a Z-Move but we only got one shot and there's no second chance if we miss!" warned Sarah to the Kanto Trainer. "We gotta try and make our first shots our best shots with this gamble of yours!"

"It'll work, don't worry! Pikachu, Blitz, Double Electroweb!" shouted Ash, allowing Blitz and Pikachu to shoot two Electrowebs into the air while Sunflare, Glaceon, Espeon, Oshawott, and Snowflake continued the first parts of their display.

"Togedemaru, use Zing Zap! Charjabug, Jolteon, Thunderbolt plus Discharge!" cried Sophocles, allowing Togedemaru, Jolteon, and Charjabug to create a supercharged ring of electricity and combine it with the Electrowebs from Blitz and Pikachu.

Lothor and Ivanka noticed this but they're not going to give them a chance to fulfill Ash's idea as they had other plans. "You'll never get their hands on them, Rangers! Don't forget, we've still got an army of all sorts through our Poke-Mechas and ranger villain history! Tenga-Mechas, Grinder-Mechas, attack them!" roared Lothor, summoning Poke-Mecha clones looking like Tenga Warriors from MMPR Season 3 and Grinders from Power Rangers RPM to fight with Lothor and Dusknoir joining them again.

"Look out, they're ambushing us!" shouted Lana, seeing the renewed assault coming after them.

"Shadow, Solar, guys, my friends and I need to continue our fireworks display! Keep 'em off us!" ordered Sarah, knowing that they can't stop.

"You got it! Keep going, we got this!" nodded Solar as he charged back into battle with Ching Wan, Zarude, Tundra, Arcanine, Shadow, Rapidash, and her children fought back to keep their opponents off the rangers' backs.

"Come on in, Aqua! Now, use Twin Bubblebeam!" bellowed Lana, commencing Aqua (using Aqua Jet to fly over the fence and join her fellow Water Type) and Popplio to use Bubblebeam on the team's display.

"'Kay, Tsareena! Magical Leaf, let's go!" shouted Mallow, having her partner use Magical Leaf on the display as well.

"Charizard, Turtonator, Pyroar, Flareon, Houndoom, Mulan, Sextet Flamethrower!" called Kiawe, his three Pokemon and Flareon, Mulan, and Houndoom (with help from Umbreon using Psychic to bring the trio to them and trusting the Fire Type student adequately) using Flamethrower on the display, too.

"Garchomp, Flygon, Altaria! Use Triple Fire Blast, go!" screamed Ash, Lillie, and Mallow to their Ride Pokemon, allowing them to shoot a combined Fire Blast, creating a stunning All-Elements Bling display which caught the attention of both Ultra Pillars as they stopped in their tracks to watch the show before them.

Now, it was time for Lillie to finish things off as she directed Snowy to use one final attack to complete it. "Snowy, it's time for Powder Snow!" she called, allowing her Fox Pokemon to shoot a sparkling gust of snow that allowed the display to sparkle, adding more to the display as everyone looked on in awe.

Poipole also helped to put the final touches on it as she created some sparkling red dust to make the display shine brighter like a star up close in person, the completed display being the end result of Ash's idea that amazing Lusamine, Wicke, and Burnet as they watched.

"Impressive, everyone!"

"It's brilliant!"

"Well done!" they commended.

While Solar and his crew were still working to keep Lothor, Ivanka, and their forces occupied and the gang having completed their task with Blacephalon and Xurkitree looking like they want to outdo the rangers as they prepared to go all out with their own shows again, this gave Sarah the perfect opportunity to unleash a Z-Move as she fixed the Lycanium Z she got from Nanu and looked towards Dusk.

"Hey, Dusk! I know how much you want to try out this new Z-Move of yours, you mind giving me a hand?" she asked her Rock Type.

"Roc!" Dusk barked happily as Umbreon brought him to her with Psychic again.

All the while, the Totem Pyroar pair watched on before they nodded and prepared to take action to assist Sarah and Dusk if need be. They would've helped if need be but they decided not to interfere, seeing how Sarah and her friends and family managed to handle the situation before them despite the odds stacked against them.

"Ready to rock n' roll, Dusk?" asked the princess, swapping out her current Z-Crystal on her Z-Power Ring for Dusk's Lycanium Z.

"Roc, Roc, Lycanroc! ROOOOOOOOOO!" howled the larger Dusk Form Lycanroc.

Nodding back to her Rock Type, she activated her ring and performed the Rock Type for Dusk and Lycanroc's signature Z-Move - Splintered Stormshards.

"Call of the Wild, hear our cry! Run forward to a new tomorrow and forge the way into the valley of a new tomorrow!" she recited for Dusk, who howled as he stood atop of a rock pillar as several hundred large shards of rock and stone appeared.

His eyes turning red as he was energized with Z-Power, he lept and flipped off of his rocky platform before setting his sights on Blacephalon and Xurkitree, the both of them too distracted by the gang's own light show to take notice or dodge as the shards pointed down at them like missiles waiting to be fired at the Ultra Pillars. As they continued with their performances, they had no idea their light shows were about to be put to an end by a shower of splintered rocks before them.

Then, forming and then clamping her hands like Dusk's jaws in a wolf bite, Sarah shouted, "Splintered Stormshards, fire!"

The larger Duck Form Lycanoc howled before he lunged at the pair in full force and landed behind them, the rock shards following in his wake and slamming into the Ultra Pillars with unrelenting force while the rangers, their Pokemon, and Sunflare's combined performance vanished in a million bright sparkles.

"We did it!"

"On the nose!"

"Incredible power!" cheered Ash, Sophocles, and Kiawe, seeing the Kanto Trainer's crazy idea being an absolute success.

The dust settled after Dusk and Sarah's Z-Move managed to hit them and to the gang's relief and delight, Xurkitree and Blacephalon were stunned and out cold from being pummeled and beaten at their own game.

"Now, while we have the chance!" shouted Hashimoto, throwing his Beast Ball at Xurkitree while still atop of Flygon.

"Knock this one towards Blacephalon, Tsareena!" shouted Star, throwing her own Beast Ball towards the Fruit Pokemon.

"Tsar! Tsar...REENA!" agreed Tsareena, using Double Slap to knock the ball over to the Fireworks Ultra Pillar while Hashimoto's Beast Ball managed to hit Xurkitree and they sucked both of them inside.

Everyone watched worriedly as the balls shook with the Ultra Pillars inside. They were worried that they would have to do their display over again should they break out of their Beast Balls and none of them wanted that. But, with two clicks after a while, the Beast Balls clicked shut and left everyone cheering with a sigh of relief.

"Pika!"

"We got 'em!" shouted Ash and Pikachu.

"Xurkitree!"

"Blacephalon!" cried Lana and Lillie happily.

"Have been Ultra-Caught!" cheered.

"Ultra Pillars, eliminated!" Sarah proclaimed.

Lothor growled before he huffed and dusted himself off while Ivanka, in total shock from another setback for Team Eclipse, only screamed, "NOOOOOOOOOOO!"

"Had enough?" taunted Sarah, ready to go at them again if they felt like it.

"You wish!" snarled Ivanka with absolute rage before she was stopped by Lothor, who got in front of her with a knowing glare towards his niece. "Darling!"

As if Team Eclipse's problems weren't bad enough, Katzenberg (still reeling from his punishment from his boss) teleported to the two leaders and started to rant at them, having found out they, Dusknoir, and Darkrai failed to capture both Xurkitree and Blacephalon.

"Ivanka, YOU FOOL! You and the Boss let them capture Blacephalon and Xurkitree?! You know we need the Ultra Pillars for our ultimate plan!" he screamed at Ivanka.

"So, you can try and do something with Necrozma?" spat Sarah, firing a knowing glare at them along with the Totem Pyroar Patronuses as they joined her.

"Shut it, Katzenberg! You're in no position to speak after you lost Eternatus!" snapped Ivanka as they started to bicker.

The Totem Pyroar Patronuses snarled as the male Pyroar let out a roar, demanding that they run away and never return until they can face them, the rangers, and their friends her family again or don't bother coming back. Lothor understood as he scoffed at them.

"I see... Hmph, very well. Enough, you two, let's fall back for now," remarked Lothor as he silenced his fellow Sins, knowing that they lost again and they'll need a new plan. "You may have won this round, Sarah. But, the next time we meet, it'll be your doom and an Ultra Pillar will soon be ours so Necrozma's seal will finally be broken. I'll be waiting..."

He let out a dark chuckle and a small but still evil smile at the princess as they, Katzenberg, and their partners turned back before they teleported back to their base, knowing they'll return to ensure that the destruction of the Last Alolan Royal Family will become a reality no matter how many times it takes.

As everyone else celebrated their victory, Sarah looked over to the larger Patronuses as they looked down on her. She didn't know it at the time but Sarah felt like they personally knew her for some reason. Whatever the reason, they nuzzled her with comforting purrs before they left together, vanishing into the darkness of the night.

"Thank you..." she called quietly with a smile.

"Well done, everyone! That's five Ultra Pillars down for Team Eclipse!" cheered Wicke.

"They sure have become dependable ever since they became the newest Power Rangers, haven't they?" remarked Burnet proudly.

"Yes, this was a critical situation we're dealing with and they responded accordingly, exceeding beyond any expectations set for them," agreed Lusamine with a proud smile.

Back at the Command Center, James, Nikki, and their parents nodded as the princess' adopted parents shared a hug as the night drew on. Another successful mission and not one Ultra Pillar has fallen into Team Eclipse's hands. It may be over for now once again but what Sarah didn't know is that after meeting the two Totem Pyroar Patronuses, the answers she was looking for to whatever questions she and her friends have would come running to them in due time and forever change both her and all of Alola.

The next morning, everyone got up bright and early as they returned Blacephalon and Xurkitree to the Ultra Dimension (after they gave their most sincere apologies for their roughhousing rivalry the previous day, which everyone accepted) from their original spots. They didn't know, however, that they were being watched by Tapu Koko, who had found out about the Ultra Pillars' wild contest the previous night and saw that their problems had been resolved as they returned home.

"The Power Rangers Ultra Rescue have succeeded in their latest mission and thwarted Team Eclipse's plans to free Necrozma and take control of him following his release once again. And now, even if they don't know when another Ultra Pillar will eventually appear, one thing is absolutely certain - the peace of Alola and the return of the Royal Family depends on them. Go, Go, Power Rangers! However, their mission is not yet complete..."

But, when they got back to the Pokemon School, Kukui announced a shocking request that took the gang by surprise. "HUH?!" they gawked.

"Yes, none of us could believe it when they started pouring in, Princess," chuckled Tsukumaro.

"So, basically, we've been getting requests from venues all over the island for... Well, your abilities to create that wonderful performance you just gave to the world," agreed Kukui, chuckling.

"Everybody's been asking about it when the news brought it up," nodded Nikki.

"So, would you kids like to give it a shot?" offered James.

"You're kidding!" exclaimed Sarah in surprise as her family thought hard or fretted. "That was all spur of the moment for us when we decided to create that light show!"

"Do you think we can do it again?" fretted Sophocles as well, not remembering how they did their display.

"Does anybody remember the steps?" chuckled Mallow.

"Man, it happened so fast," thought Ash, having no clue.

"So, what'll we do now?" asked Lillie, feeling like they can't pull it off twice without remembering.

"Charge for ignition!" buzzed Lana, a determined spark in her eyes.

"D'OH?!" gasped the entire class and their Pokemon in shock and surprise.

"Oh no..." groaned Silvally.

"Here we go again," sighed Solar with a sigh. "Oh well, what can ya do...?"

"Well, whatever you're all doing, leave me out of it," rumbled Eternatus from his field as he continued to brood with his back turned.

"...As the journey continues."

Epilogue: "Where are you going, Eevee and Friends?"

Back to Eevee, Delcatty, and Boltund; on the cruise ship sailing across the sea on a glorious sunny day, a Wailord lept out of the water gracefully as an Orca/Killer Whale or dolphin would before it splashed back into the water as it caught the eyes of the tourists who managed to see it. The force of the splashing, however, created a wave that rocked the ship a little which knocked some crates of food into the water. Three of them, though, ended up carrying a sleeping Eevee, Delcatty, and Boltund as they ate the berries inside for food while on their voyage.

(Pokemon POV)

The three Pokemon soon slowly woke up after hearing a trio of splashes from lids falling from their respective crates and from the sounds of the ocean, Eevee being the first to open his eyes and realize they're in the middle of the ocean. "Mm...Hmm? Huh, what's going o-NO! GAAAAHHH!" he screamed in horror, quickly startling his parents awake as he panicked in his crate.

"How did this happen?" asked Boltund, baffled.

"I think our crates must've been knocked over by those waves when they crashed into the ship and they left us behind," Delcatty deducted, frowning from a sickening feeling of horror from their current predicament.

Their problems would then only get worse as the two heard a panicked squeal and a splash as Eevee fell from his crate and flailed around before a wave sunk him.

"EEVEE!" gasped Delcatty and Boltund in horror.

"MY BABY!" shrieked Delcatty, fearing the worst.

But, when it looked like he drowned for good, a wild male Mantine jumped out of the water unaware that he had picked up an unexpected passenger aboard his back before he flipped and caused the poor shaggy Evolution Pokemon to be flung off by mistake, which he quickly noticed.

"Huh?!" he gasped in surprise.

"EEEEEEEEEEE!" screamed Eevee again before he landed with a splash into the ocean again, forcing Mantine to go back for him.

"EEVEE!" shrieked Boltund from his crate.

"MY BABY, NO! MY BABY!" panicked Delcatty before sighing with relief as Mantine picked him up again.

"Sorry, I didn't see you there," apologized Mantine as Eevee shook himself off. "So, where are you three heading or where'd you come from?"

Eevee perked as he remembered his crate before he noticed it sinking after he fell out and it vanished into the sea. "AH! MY CRATE!" he shrieked in horror again.

"You're telling me you came from a bunch of crates that are floating in the middle of the ocean?" Mantine deadpanned.

"It's complicated but we came from the Unova Region after escaping from an angry Houndour," pacified Boltund from his crate. "We were on a cruise ship earlier but we got knocked out of it by mistake. We heard it was heading for the Alola Region but now it's gone so nobody knows about us."

"Can you get us out of here?" pleaded Delcatty.

"...Alola Region, I know where that place is," replied Mantine. "You can't miss it; great region with a radical and groovy sense of Ohana over there!"

He then turned to the Eevee before speaking, "Don't worry, little guy! I'll get you all there in no time!"

"But, what about my Mommy and Daddy?" asked Eevee, not too keen on leaving his adopted parents stranded without him.

"Allow me." Mantine howled around him, signaling for a Pokemon to take his parents along with him while he carried Eevee.

The water underneath Boltund and Delcatty's current spot rippled and out came a wild female Lapras who looked at the startled duo before turning to Mantine. "A new surprise passenger while surfing, Mantine?" she joked.

"Yep and these three are on their way to Alola," he nodded. "Would you mind carrying that dude and his dudette while we hightail out of here?"

"Don't mind if I do. Hop on, you two!"

Feeling grateful for the ride, the Prim and Dog Pokemon couple got on Lapras' back and prepared for the ride of their life onboard their new Transport Pokemon friend.

"Hang on, you guys!" called Mantine as he led the way to the Alola Region with their passengers on top of them.

Together, the two Water Types glided across the ocean as Eevee and his family enjoyed the view before the Evolution Pokemon noticed a wave coming at him and Mantine. "Hey, a wave!" he cried.

This got Mantine interested as he sped up and made contact with the wave crying out, "Hang on, Kid! 'Cause we're going for a little Mantine Surfing!"

Riding the wave as Lapras, Boltund, and Delcatty watched, the two younger Pokemon were having fun as the Kite Pokemon jumped into the air when he reached the edge of the wave and doing a 360 skateboard right-side flip with both of them shouting, "COWABUNGA!"

"Careful, honey!" called Delcatty as his parents and Lapras continued to watch while they smiled as they continued on their way to the Alola Region.
