Chapter 73: Hate and Exposures
It's been a week since Webby was 'revealed' to the culprit in all those hate comments. From the most popular girl in school, she dropped to the worst girl in school. Everywhere she goes, girls will badmouth her, talk crap about her and ignore her in a way they pretend she did not exist. Forgiveness will not be the answer for them too no matter what.
For the guys, they just ignored her but those boyfriends of the girls that got the hate comments, they don't take it lightly.
And finally, the female members of the Besties Clique refused to interact with her. The guys were neutral on the other hand but they refused to interact with her for anyone who does so will be cut off. This left Webby almost completely all by herself.
Only Dewey stuck with her for some reason. Those that know Dewey well, they did not go against him but still, everyone's hoping he can break up with Webby because of her 'offences' but no matter what happens, Dewey's heart is strong and he's the only one that believed Webby's innocent. Even if she takes it into consideration. Still deep down in her heart, she was emotionally affected and after school hours would find a hiding place and cry to herself.
And now to the main scene...
"Sheesh. Never thought Pink would write this shit about me." Lena chat with Violet and Gosalyn. "And to think she spent her efforts to bring me out of the Shadow Realm."
"Shadow Realm?" A confused Gosalyn asked. "Long story." Violet replied. "And I feel like meeting her in the first place years ago was a huge mistake."
"Same. As of now, the principal gave Webby permanent detention all the way until the end of our second years. Fair enough if you ask me." said Gosalyn when they heard sobbing. "If it's that two faced pink bow bitch, screw her!" said Lena but, "Wait, it's not her. It's someone else." Violet then went to the nearby girl's restroom and opened the door to see a sobbing Kimberly huddled at the corner. "Oh it's Mysner. What's with the sad behaviour?" Gosalyn asked as the 3 girls entered the restroom shutting the door. Noticing them, Kimberly looked up. "Yes girls?" She asked wiping her tears.
"Girl, you look so emotional. Why? Did that pink bow backstabber also wrote hate comments about you?" Lena asked. "No." She replied as she stood up to face them. "Webby..."

"Speak up! We don't have all afternoon! We got out CCAS to attend to!" Gosalyn told her and she exposed it.
"Webby did not write those hate comments! She did not write all these at all! She's innocent!" Kimberly spoke up. "What?" Violet asked. "Impossible! All the hate comments she wrote has her signature on them as proof that she caused the fights and rifts between all the girls!" said Lena. "Then how about I play this?" Kimberly whipped her phone out and played a recording.
"But I am not satisfied yet! So far, no one has suspected me yet! Not even the forged signature I worked on! Next step is to steal the school fete charity money, stash it on Webby and finally, expulsion she goes! I failed last time during the event on October and this time, I will ensure that this pink bow bitch is no more! Gone! Expelled! And with her out, Dewey will be mine forever! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!"
"No ducking way! Mandy played us!" Gosalyn exclaimed in shock.
"We've been duped by her actions the whole time!?" Violet exclaimed feeling the shock in her body.
"That filthy rich skank has gone too far!" Lena exclaimed in fury. "We gotta find Webs set things right for her!"
"Moreover, the recording mentioned that Mandy plans to steal the school donations and frame Webby to have her expelled." said Violet. "How did you managed to get this evidence."
"Last week." Kimberly replied. "I heard everything from Mandy and from her erratic behaviour, she's become even worse! She's losing herself in which she cared about nothing but to put your framed friend out of the picture for good!"
"Man, this rich skank never learns anything!" said Gosalyn. "She'll do anything to get what she wants! Even today, I heard her boast to herself that she successfully stole the school fete charity money and stashed it in Webby's locker! She also tipped the principal and vice-principal anonymously about it and wanted them to expel her this instant!"
"That's gone from bad to worse." said Gosalyn. "Indeed. And 10 minutes ago, Webby was taken into the principal's office for that set up!" Kimberly had already tipped off everything she knew so far.
"We need to hurry then! Let's go!" Lena declared. "I will stay with Kimberly to extract more intel." said Violet. "Alright. Do what you need to do." Gosalyn replied giving her a pat on the back as she and Lena darted out. "Kimberly, can you send me the voice record to my phone?"
"What do you need it for Violet?" She asked. "To sow this seed and plant it out for everyone to know. But it won't work, we need more than that to expose that treacherous fiend for everything she did to Webby." Violet replied.
Meanwhile on the Moon...
"This project is something!" said Gibbous as he ordered some Moonlanders to chisel the sides of some gate-like structure.
"I know? The earthlings have given us a tour of their planet and now, it's our turn to let them experience moon culture!" Zenith exclaimed.
"Agreed. The portal built on earth is complete. All we have to do is build this portal on our moon, link both of them and a gateway between our homes will be established!" Penumbra declared as she can be seen checking out the large gate-like structure that is near completion. "Expected to be online tonight on this moon." She thought with a confident smile.
Ever since the moonlanders adapted to earth culture, they had tons of fun. Even Penumbra since she did attend some events before during the gang's high school years. To show the people their gratitude, she has been making plans to introduce their moon culture to them and thus, spent a few years planning it out. Eventually, she came with the idea of linking Earth and the Moon via the Portal Gates. Interstellar gateways meant to travel between the Earth and Moon. When she revealed her plan to the other moonlanders, all supported the idea and they began the project right away. As of now, they've completed the Portal Gate on Earth and they're near completion of the one on the Moon.
As the progress continues on, a loud blaring sound was echoed throughout the city. "The alarm's been raised!" Zenith realized when a Moonlander ran to them. "We're under attack! Large ships inbound to the moon!"
"Impossible! The moon was never-oh no..." Penumbra watched in horror as dark green spaceships emerged above the moon. Taking out some space binoculars, Penumbra examined the ships and saw a familiar symbol. "Just as I thought! It's been many moons since we heard from them..."
Suddenly from space, something was launched out from one of the ships. "Incoming!" A moonlander shouted as all cleared the way. "BAM!"
What crashed onto the moon was a large, rectangular metal box. Curious, all looked at it as it suddenly opened up. And then, "My people...I AM BACK!"
"No...NO! It can't be! It possible can't be!" Penumbra started to panic in horror as the box revealed a device and a cloaked figure. "What is that?" Zenith asked when the device in the form of a radar tower activated itself and suddenly, a strange energy wave was released and the next thing it happened, "Gee...is it just me or most of them are mind-controlled or something?" Gibbous wondered and, "Oh no...Penumbra! You must hurry and warn the earthlings!" Zenith told her when from space, the ships launched drop pods and crashed around the figure and the device and then, an army of alien-like humanoids emerged. They resemble the Moonlanders too but the difference is their colour as they come in various shades of green consisting of lime green, yellow green, forest green, shamrock green and emerald green. Not to mention they're armed with beam weaponry.
"Go! Before it's too late for all of us!" Zenith told Penumbra as, "Fine me the nearest ship fast and pronto!" Penumbra ordered as 2 Moonlander Troopers nodded and had her follow them quickly.
Back on Earth in the school...
"We must hurry before Webby's out of the picture!" Lena told Gosalyn as they raced their way to the principal's office. They soon arrived as they entered in. "What's the rush?" The secretary asked them. "We need to see the principal right now!" Lena explained. "Alright but you'll have to wait, he and the Vice Principal are dealing with a certain pink bow girl responsible for all the shit she did last week." The secretary explained back.
In the office, "This, was found in your locker all stuffed inside." Principal Aquila told Webby who's feeling scared and confused. In front of her is a large pile of money. "It's like as it's been taken out of the box and stuffed inside her locker. Hmmm..." Vice Prinicpal Skylar thought with a bit of suspicion. "A normal thief would steal the whole box but..."
"As a result of the anonymous tip we received during break, I believe you have crossed the line." Principal then took out a piece of paper and wrote some details down. After that, he showed to Webby who was horrified. "WHAT? An expulsion form?!"
"Correct. Today will be your last day here and-"
"BAM!" Lena and Gosalyn barged in as, "Who gave you the right to interrupt the conversation?" Vice Principal Skylar asked the girls strictly. Lena then caught sight of the expulsion form and a teary Webby so, "I have come to make a request."
"Oh?" Prinicpal Aquila then turned his attention to Lena. "Give us until tomorrow to prove to you that Webs is innocent." She requested. Both principals looked surprised as they looked at each other for a moment. They then left the office first leaving the girls surprised.
But now that they're alone, "Why...Why? I thought you hate me...all of you hate me..." Webby started to cry as Lena hugged her best friend. "We were tipped off that you were indeed innocent. You were set up the whole time. Sorry for wronging you Webs." Lena apologized. "Same. And we were all fooled. We played right in her hands." Gosalyn added. Webby stopped crying. "Someone...did all this to me? But what did I do to deserve this!"
"The world can be cruel Webs. People do what they like in their own eyes and mind. Like that skank Mandy who really enjoys ruining the social lives of the many people here in this school." said Lena. "Speaking of Mandy, she-" Gosalyn however got interrupted as the 2 principals returned and stood in front of the girls for a moment...

"By tomorrow, we expect the results. For now, this will be on hold till further notice." Principal Aquila made his decision as, "Alright, you 3 may go." Vice Principal Skylar told the girls as they left the office.
Outside, "Thank you." Webby thanked her friends. "No problem Webs. But no time to relax, we need to prove your innocence. Violet should be working on that as we speak." said Lena when she received a call from her phone. "Hello? Vi?"
"I've managed to convince one of our friends to help us out. We're at the lounge getting started. Meet us there asap!"
"Oow Vi!" Lena then ended the call as, "OOW?" Gosalyn asked. "On Our Way." Lena explained as they made their way to the lounge.
When they arrived, "Ah good! Jennifer got started!" Violet told the girls for she transferred the recording to the red robin and now, she's playing it on her laptop. "Okay...this is just one piece of the other evidence that we have so far." She told the group. Then, "That voice..."
"Yeah. She's the one who's behind everything." Lena revealed as the recording went on and, "Why...WHY!?" Webby shouted in anger. "I have nothing to do with her and yet she marks me as a target!"
"This is the kind of people that will do whatever it takes to end social lives and self promote themselves to be the best and the one and only." All looked behind to see Kimberly. "Your door was left ajar and thus, I caught a glimpse of you guys."
"Also, she was the one who ratted to us about Mandy despite being her right hand girl." said Gosalyn as Webby went to Kimberly and hugged her. "Don't worry...we'll help get you out of this mess." The cheerleader assured to her as, "Curious. What if Mandy finds out that you exposed her actions? She may do her worse to you just like Webby." Violet asked. "So be it. I will not stand around and watch my true friend get the torment." said Kimberly. "Even if Mandy's gonna end my social life, at least I did the right thing for Webby's sake."
"Bold words Kimberly. We thank you for your assistance." Jennifer thanked her and, "Ah! I got it!"
"Got what?" The girls asked. "Last week, Principal Aquila activated the fire alarm and the system works for as far as I can tell, the sprinklers were hidden in the ceiling and they only come out when they're activated." Jennifer explained. "What does it have to do with our case?" Lena asked. "Tell me, do you see any security cameras?" Jennifer asked with a confident smile making them realize it. "Of course! What if they are also hidden from plain sight?" Kimberly exclaimed. "To detect suspicious activity without the culprits to notice them. While they do their activity, they cameras do theirs and soon enough, they get caught and will ponder on how they knew of it." Finished Jennifer and without hesitation, she got to work. "Due to their hidden nature, it is going to be very challenging to hack into their security system." said Violet. "We'll see about that!" Jennifer stated with confidence as her fingers got keying on her laptop keyboard. Webpages and programming sites opened up from her screen as she typed through with her fingers and scanned through with her eyes. "Some computer geek she is...incredible..." Kimberly thought and after some time, "DING!"
"Hard work has paid off!" Jennifer cheered as the laptop screen shows security footages. "Check the date where all of us girls had our provoked catfights." Lena ordered as Jennifer went to one and, "It's Mandy!" Gosalyn exclaimed as the footage shows her sneaking into the staff room. "What is that she's holding?" Violet asked. "Oh no...it's that album I saw before!" Webby exclaimed in horror. "Album?" The girls except Kimberly asked. "I...I...I took a peek and there's lots of hate comments about the many girls in school including you guys." Webby spoke up. "She wrote all this nonsensical crap about us? Why would she do such a thing?" Lena asked as her anger is boiling. "I wish I knew. She constantly started writing all this stuff at the start of freshman year. Reason unknown to me and the other cheerleaders that followed her." said Kimberly. "And the signature?" Jennifer asked while she's working through. "Forged like I said before." Kimberly reminded her and, "Look at this!" Jennifer showed everyone the next footage of Mandy scattering all the paper all over the school. "Okay, now we also need to expose that the bitch is the one that stole the school fete money and framed Webs for it." said Lena. "Then let's check today's footage." Jennifer went to one and soon enough, it shows Mandy stealing the box and the next scene shows her stuffing the cash into Webby's locker through the vents fast and paper by paper.
"Alright. We have what we acquired. Jennifer if possible, use the recording and the footage to make a video of the evidence that Mandy stirred up all the shit. Footage first followed by recording. After that, send the link to the whole school. They must wake up and see the real deal behind all this!" Kimberly tasked the red robin and, "My thoughts exactly." She got to work when Webby felt a buzz and took her phone out. New message and she read it. "What?" And then, "I gotta go. Family matters at McDuck Manor."
"Okay, we'll do what we can do to save your feathers." said Kimberly as Webby hugged her again. She hugged her back as Webby grabbed her stuff and left the lounge.
At the same time...
"Sigh..." Dewey was feeling down. He was aware of what happened to his girlfriend and wished he can help her. Casey and Kirby are with him to cheer him up. "It's a good thing you're still by her side but mark my words, you'll lose your status soon enough." said Casey. "Yeah bro! The whole school will not like the idea of one individual still staying by her side due to her offences." said Kirby. "Yes I know but deep down, she would not do such a thing! Let tell you, something is amiss in this school. It may have stirred up lots of shit to plant on my girlfriend and-"
"Excuse me Dewey, may I borrow your time?" The trio looked up to see Mandy. Casey and Kirby glared at her over the party invitations but still, they stood up and left. With that, "Dewey dearie, would you like to spend some time with me?" Mandy asked innocently. "No. I got better things to do." Dewey replied aware of Mandy's behaviour. "Oh please, I know what you're thinking but open your eyes, the whole school hated Webby for what she did! She even wrote crap about me!" Mandy stated. "True but I find it hard to believe." Dewey replied surprising her. "Excuse me?" Mandy asked.
"The Webby I knew would never do such a thing. I remember meeting her when we are young. She was adventurous, courageous and had badass moves! I really liked her for that and we ended up being in sync, having the best teamwork and we even had a couple of mysteries we worked and solved through back then." Dewey replied recalling the memories. "As we grew older, our bond became so close and strong that fate has brought us together through love. This is why I made a promise to Webby that I will always be with her. I will protect her and love her all the way even if the whole school thinks that she was a criminal for those hate comments. How much I know Webby very well is the reason why nothing can break us apart."
Mandy's eyes twitched a bit and her hands twitched with madness. Then, "Screw that Dewey! By now she should be expelled and who will you have?" Mandy then sat on Dewey's lap. "Uh, what are you doing?"
"Making the first move." Mandy then snuggled up to Dewey close. "I call it. The post expulsion of Webby Vanderquack. Oh yes, my time has come." Mandy thought and she sure was wanting to do that. It was rumoured that she fingers herself in bed over Dewey and ended up with moist panties. She also does the same thing in her bath arousing herself further. (Lol)
But before anything can happen, "Wait I feel something." Dewey got Mandy off her as he whipped his phone out. "What the..." He read the message and, "Gotta go!" Grabbing his bag, he left the school as, "Oh great. I was so close! Maybe another time." Mandy thought as she whipped out her phone to do some texting. She was so engrossed she never noticed Webby leaving the school 10 minutes later after Dewey left. What a relief at least.
At McDuck Manor...
By the time Dewey arrived, his brothers are already there as, "What's going on?" He asked as Webby showed up. "I got the message so did anything happen?"
"Right. Tha family's all here. We got ourselves a situation." Scrooge told the teens as he lead them to the living room. When they arrived, they gasped at the sight of an injured Penumbra lying on the couch as Beakly tended to her wounds while Della, Donald, Launchpad and Goldie who's holding Diamond are standing beside her on both sides.
Something's not right. First, an invasion force and then, an injured Penumbra. What is going on? And for the cloaked figure, who is it? And who are those dark green humanoids that also resemble the Moonlanders? You'll see it soon enough in the next few chapters.
At least some girls found out the truth about Webby and it's just the start to prove her innocence, will they make it in time? Will Webby be saved from expulsion? Will everyone's eyes open up once the truth is out?
Starting from the next chapter onwards, it's gonna be climatic in terms of...well let's just say it's gonna pay the homage of the season 2 finale. Oh well, let's do this! Woo-hoo!
