Everyone would have been happy, but sadness envelops the Kurosaki residents.
Because, Kurosaki has lost all of his current powers, as a result of winning against Aizen.
This saddened everyone, knowing that separation will be inevitable.

Without the burden of saving the worlds on your shoulders.
She convinced herself, that this is indeed for Ichigo's benefit, despite the loss.
