Warmth. I felt a warmth rush over my body. I don't know what it is but hopefully I will find out. Once again everything went black.

"Wa p, ple."

What?

"Hey wake up," I heard someone say. But someone couldn't have said that, could they?

"Please, you have to get up," this time the voice was more urgent.

"Ughhh," I mumbled.

"Yes! You're alive!" The voice said excitingly.

I opened my eyes expecting to see ice, but instead they were met with the face of a person. "Wha-, who-," I was so confused.

"Hurry we have to get out of here," the person said.

"W-who are you?" I asked.

"My name is Damian, but that isn't important right now. What is, is getting out alive." He helped me up but I couldn't stand.

"W-what's happening?" I questioned.

"I'm getting you out of here."

"ARRRGHHH!"

I gasped. "I-I remember," I said, "Nico! Annabeth! Coral!" I yelled.

"Shh!" Damian said, "they're not here."

"They got out? Thank goodness," I sighed.

"You're really out if it aren't you?" Damian said.

"What?"

"Do you know how long you were in there?"

"Uh, a few days?"

He stared at me. "Nico and Annabeth got out five years ago."

Now it was my turn to stare. "F-five years?"

"AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!"

I stopped and pulled away from Damian. "You mean to tell me I was in there for five years!" I yelled.

"Down this way," I heard a deep voice say.

"Yes! Now come on!" Damian pulled my arm but I refused to move.

I stared ahead of me trying to comprehend everything that was happening. "We don't have time for this!" Damian whispered.

"There they are," the deep voice said. I heard a buzzing sound that reminded me of the sound Clarrise's javelin makes when it's being thrown.

After realizing what was coming for me, I stuck my hand in the air just before the javelin pierced my palm, it stopped. I touched the tip, spinning it and sending it sailing right back into the guy it came from.

"They said you were powerful but jeez," Damian said, I ignored him.

I looked at the five giants standing 50 feet away from us. Four of them, including the one I just killed, didn't look familiar, but the one did, the one with my sword.

"YOU!" I yelled, my voice deepening, "You caused me to miss FIVE YEARS, of my life! Five years I will NEVER get back, I spent five cold years regaining my energy!" I was outraged.

I looked around to see where I was, it didn't look any place familiar but behind me was the very ice I was stuck in, and sticking out of the ice was Stygian, the sword Nico had left behind when he escaped five years ago. Since my last I counted with the giants, I had left my sword in the one's gut who now holds it.

I reached for Stygian and pulled it out with ease. I felt powerful holding Nico's sword in my hand, I could tell why he liked it. I gripped the sword and ran towards the giants.

"What are you doing!" Damian yelled.

"Regaining what is mine!" I yelled, running even faster towards my target.

Four of them charged at me but I was not interested in them so I slammed them into the wall, causing them to disintegrate instantly.

I reached my opponent, Stygian and καλοσύνη clashed together with great force it shook the room we were in.

"We have to get out of here!" Damian yelled.

"We'll go when I'm done!" I responded. Seeing the giant who took me down, wielding my weapon, infuriated me. The room grew dark and my eyes began to glow. I'm not the best with a sword so this was my only option.

"You took the only two things I cared about away from me, my friends and my life," I said, my voice deeper than it has ever been, "You have the nerve to take me down, take my life for five years, and wield my weapon!" I could feel myself get angrier and angrier by the second. "AAAHHHH!" I slashed at him causing him to designate, leaving only καλοσύνη behind. I picked it up and the darkness began to clear.

I looked behind to where the tall, brave Damian to see that he was now slouched and with a look of defeat in his eyes.

"They said you were powerful but jeez," he muttered.

"You already said that," I said.

He looked up at me. "Oh sorry," he said, not meeting my eyes.

"Hey, what happened to the brave kid who saved me?" I joked.

"Well that was before... that."

I just laughed. I then became extremely serious. "We are not leaving here until you tell me what is happening," I said.

"Fine but can we always get out of this cave?"

"Fine." I started walking towards Damian but he shuddered when I walked past. "Hey, I'm not going to hurt you, okay, I was just a bit mad at that guy."

"Just a bit?" I rolled my eyes and kept walking, Damian following beside me.

Once we finally got outside of the cave I had to close my eyes. "Ow," I muttered.

"What?" Damian asked.

"The light, I haven't seen it, in what? Fine years?"

"Oh, yeah."

I put my hood up and that made it a little bit better but I still had to squint. "So, are you going to explain what happened?" I asked.

"We literally just walked out of the cave, you want to talk here?"

"Yes, now talk."

"Fine," Damian took a deep breath and sat down, I sat down as well. "Five years ago, when Nico, Annabeth, and Coral came back, Annabeth and Coral both thought you were dead, but Nico, being a son of Hades knew that you weren't. Everyone always said he only told himself that you were still alive because he blamed himself for what happened. Well soon after you were gone, monsters of all kinds, some of which we had never seen before, began attacking camp. We thought we could handle it but it was just too much for us, so about four years ago we started sending search parties out for you because you were the only one who could help. We wanted to believe you were alive for so long but no one was ever able to find you, well until now."

"So you were the first to ever find me?" I asked.

"No, there was only one other person who was able to find you but unfortunately he wasn't able to make it back, there were too many giants looking after you."

"Who was it?" I asked nervously.

"Jamie, Jamie Alan."

My heart stopped.
