Welcome back to the Mortal Kombat intros. Today, we get into one of the big draws of the Mortal Kombat franchise, and one of the reasons this story was rated M to begin with. As a matter of fact, the next two are the exact reason this story is rated M. We're getting into the ever bloody finishing moves! Today specifically we're focusing on Fatalities. So without further ado, let's get into the gory madness.
Fatality 1 (Violence in Violet): Spyro slashes into his opponent with his bare claws before impaling their heart on his tail and ripping it out of their chest. Then, Spyro bites his opponent's jugular, swings them around by it before his teeth saw the head off, which he tosses upwards before cutting it in half with a narrow beam of Aether, sending blood and viscera everywhere in the process.
Fatality 2 (Guardians' Vengeance): Spyro begins his opponent's demise by encasing them in Ice up to their waist before sending Electricity coursing through the top half, somehow causing their arms to fly off and causing the heart to explode a hole in the chest, into which Spyro readily places a sphere of Earth energy, it's detonation sending the foe's head sky high. As it falls, Spyro hits it with a stream of Fire so intense that whatever blood is in it boils instantly to the point where the head just explodes.
