Welcome back to the Mortal Kombat intros. Today, we get really gruesome, as we delve into Spyro and Cynder's Brutalities. But for a light at the end of this tunnel of finishing moves, I'm also going to throw in their Friendships. And one more thing: each will have the same shared Brutality as the rest of the cast, and then seven unique Brutalities. So without further ado, here we go.
Brutalities
The Klassic: Spyro headbutts his opponent in the chin, causing their head to fly off.
Eternal Inferno: Spyro unleashes a stream of fire so hot it slowly melts his opponent's skin and muscle, leaving only a skeleton
Raging Storm: Spyro summons a bolt of lightning that when it hits his opponent, instantly vaporizes the liquid in their body, causing them to explode into a bloody mist
Unending Blizzard: Spyro shoots an ice blast into his opponents chest that explodes into rain of icy spikes that shred his opponent, freezing whatever they touch.
Wrath of Nature: Spyro traps his opponent in a vortex of Earth energy, before impaling them on a giant rock spike.
Ravages of Time: Spyro uses his Time abilities to rapidly age his opponent until they are nothing more than a pile of dust that once was a skeleton.
Fury of Dragonkind: Spyro slashes his opponent with his claws so swiftly they are diced into tiny chunks that fall apart with a snap of the fingers.
A Shattering Revelation: Spyro channels Aether into a pulse that turns his opponent to stone, followed by a second pulse that shatters them.
Friendship
Spyro seats himself in a comfortable looking beanbag chair, opens up a pizza, then fires up a PS Vita and starts playing Crash Bandicoot, occasionally taking a slice from the pizza as he plays.
Believe it or not, Spyro's Friendship was one of the first things I came up with for this section. All but the pizza, that was a last minute addition to spice up the animation.
