Takakanai Village Outskirts
The fullbringers was partially caught off guard by the MG's and riflemen opening fire on the fullbring forces, some soldiers saw the silver colored armors in the treeline just prior to them opening fire but they didn't have time to process the information before they got attacked.
But they did expect something, so they were quick to regain themselves and took cover and quickly returned fire, the Quincy snipers looked over the field as more and more fullbringers appeared, it was obvious that the snipers were going for their chain of command, hopeful of disrupting it by sniping off the officers.
The engines heard earlier quickly proved to be transports and combat vehicles, carrying troops, crystal MGs and other fullbring equipment, whilst others held some more heavy weaponry, the combat vehicles on the other hand, while not directly being tanks, they were clearly infantry support units with what could essentially be called cannons, although they did have a unique appearance, but it's appearance was clear enough to say that it was a cannon even without it firing yet.
It had an appearance of a huge metal rod with a ball at the end, and surrounding the end was five metal needles that had begun to spin around whilst beams struck the ball on the edge, indicating that it was live, the other end of it was attached to what appeared to be cylinders that lifted it up and down, and it could clearly rotate from the looks of it, currently three fullbringers were operating it, one controlling the position of the weapon, another one seemed to be utilizing a spell for the firing mechanism and the third was giving the cannon power, so in short, a controller, gunner and supplier, the optimal target to hit was the gunner as he controlled the firing mechanism, or the supplier to stop the feeding of power into the cannon.
But that was easier said then done, not only was it on a tracked, open top vehicle clearly meant for the terrain and rough conditions, but it appeared as if they also had a shield protecting them at the front and parts of the side as the shield turned to about 45 degrees after about half a meter, so it wasn't easy to hit them from the ground, but the snipers in the trees would occassionally get the capability to shoot them, but due to the distance, those possibilites were coming and going depending on how the vehicle itself was positioned.
But due to the potential inaccuracy and the possibility to reveal the positions of the snipers the officers decided to let the snipers focus on the officers and they'd use panzershrecks to blow the combat vehicles to pieces.
Quincy MG's were at this point spraying down the fullbring lines as best they could but as a result they made themselves targets for the vehicles marked with Dominion markings as their cannons aimed in, charged up and fired, although due to them lying on the ground the rays missed and the shockwave wasn't as severe on the ground as it was just a few centimeters over the heads, but there is no doubt that the armor worn held back a lot of the pressure, resulting in the explosion not feeling as severe as it was and protected the gunners.
The Quincies retaliated by manifesting panzershrecks and manifesting a few SPAR rounds, sacrificing a few of their crosses in order to be able to destroy the vehicles, amongst.
"Get the panzershreck! We'll provide covering fire!" A soldat yelled out.
"Alright, let's move up!" A soldat said to his fellow soldier, both of who began to move from their position to a safer place to fire the panzershreck.
The two soldiers came to a treeline, about five soldiers covered them with their rifles and one gunner attempted to suppress the fullbringers so they didn't notice that the two vanished to a better firing position.
"Alright, we'll fire from here." The soldat with the weapon said as the other carried a few SPAR rounds and additional crosses to sacrifice.
The two took cover behind a tree of all things, although it wasn't really that bad of an idea as the enemy soldiers would be more focused on what was in front of them rather then something behind trees to begin with, although that could quickly change as nothing was constant in a battlefield.
The soldier put the panzershreck on his shoulder as the second soldier loaded it up, and as the loading took place, another vehicle appeared, one which had gone unnoticed until it just appeared, and as the crew searched for targets they noticed the panzershreck team.
"Come on, hurry!" The soldat said as the second one just finished.
"Ready!" The second soldat said as he pulled back from the backblast area.
The soldat was ready to aim but was stunned to see the fullbring cannon already aimed, charged and ready to fire, at it was pointing straight at them, the soldat knew that he had to make a quick decision, could he aim and fire before they fired? Doubtful.
"Shit! Run!" The soldat yelled out as he got up alongside the second soldat.
The cannon fired, and the ray hit right between them, resulting in good news and bad news, the good knews is that the armor absorb most of the impact, but was shredded in the process and useless at this point as it was in a thousand pieces, resulting in them surviving, all because of the armor, had they not worn it, they would have died instantly, the bad news is that even though they survived the shot, it left a very good mark in the shape of severe injuries.
The first soldat was lying flat out on his stomach, most of his back was shredded and burned from the heat of the explosion and he was bleeding severly, his left leg had also been sliced open and partially amputated, the right arm was completely broken and he had partial lung collapse, aswell as a partially broken spine in the thoracic section, namely between T6 and T10 aswell as some nerve damage to the spine in the thoracic spine nerves.
The second soldat wasn't any better off, as most of the ribcage had been pushed inwards as the armor was dented, effectively pushing the ribs in and breaking them, causing them to cut into the lungs and barely missing the heart, the stomach was cut open and parts of the liver was visible, and the helmet was shattered and the heat had caused severe facial burns, causing the left eye to melt aswell as the left part of the face, leaving the left eye permanently destroyed and the burns was of second and third degree.
So they were both severely injured, both of them writhing in agony and pain, both trying to move only to fail as the pain became to intense, as soon as the cannon focused elsewhere, three soldiers from the squad the injured soldiers belonged to ran towards them as it wasn't difficult to notice the nearby explosion.
"Hey, don't move, Christian, take that bastard out!" A soldat said as he began to apply whatever first aid equipment his equipment belt had in it, hoping to stabilize the soldat long enough until a medic could arrive.
The soldat named Christian quickly took the panzershreck, and just as the fullbring cannon crew noticed them, Christian had already aimed and squeezed the trigger, resulting in the panzershreck firing and the SPAR hit the cannon directly, resulting in the cannon blowing up and the vehicle severely damaged, aswell as immobilized as the explosion destroyed the left track, rendering it unable to move, forcing the driver to get out only to be gunned down by six reishi bullets the moment he left the vehicle, killing him quickly.
By now the higher ups in the regiment had called in all the support they could get their hands on, desperately calling on the reinforcements to hurry it up as they were being pushed back, just a bit further away C company was in a full retreat and the high ranking officers had lost all control over the regiment in the ensuing chaos, after all, 5th regiment was already on the brink of being considered combat ineffective even before this started, and now the officers were considering a full retreat of the entire regiment.
The wingmen was quick to respond and rushed to the battlefield and began to spray down the fullbringers with barrages of arrows, aswell as heilig pfeils on the armored targets, the heilig pfeils wasn't as rapid fire as the barrage fire was, but with the wingman bracelet, it was as effective as a 20mm cannon on an aircraft, ensuring that the heilig pfeils would do short work and wreck even armored targets with ease.
But even the wingmen was stunned, as they saw it with their own eyes, it was a regiment against what appeared to be two armored divisions, in short they were outgunned, outmanned, and if this kept on, they would be surrounded and annhiliated.
The commanders decided to take the risk and hold out for as long as they could, and after 5 minutes of continous battle, Quincy casualties were mounting up, 5th regiment was on the brink of total collapse, and to make matters worse, the reinforcements were still 10 to 15 minutes away from the village itself according to reports.
The higher ranking officers in the regiment reported their status and made it abundantly clear to Bambietta directly, that they were unable to hold the line, but they also knew that the Dominion had vehicles and they didn't, so even if they retreated the Dominion would just catch up with them, and the wounded and deceased soldiers would just slow them down aswell, but they refused to leave them behind, especially the wounded as they knew they'd be killed.
Even with air supremacy they were still getting torn apart, and the fullbringers had indeed intended to surround them as vehicles and soldiers had begun to move to their flanks, it was evident that they wanted to cut off their escape route, so a quick and hard decision had to be made by the officers, they knew that the reinforcing units from the beaches had put the pedal to the metal but would they arrive in time to save them? It was hard to say, regardless the officers made the decision and reported it in, they would pick up the wounded and come back for the dead later, for now they would fall back to the village and try their luck with urban warfare.
The biggest relief they got is that the artillery was by this point in range and was deploying in designated spots, not surprisingly the howitzers were manifested in flatbed halftracks to get some speed into them, the flatbed halftracks were after all not meant for direct front line combat as the gun crew was just too vulnerable, but it wasn't just the flatbed halftracks, as the Wandenreich was deploying two of it's newest toys, the field mortar which was designed to serve directly on the front and in combat and to be hard to take out, and the Wandenreich's brand new artillery piece, aswell as one new military field car meant for the battlefield but that was of no major significance to a battle.
The field mortar could be mistaken for a tank, which it wasn't as it actually was a self propelled gun, or you could call it a stormcannon which was different then a tank, it had a shortened 155mm cannon on it with armor built around it to protect the crew and the gun itself, it was also on tracks as it was designed for off road use and due to the armor it was quite heavy, and it didn't have a turret and the cannon could only move 15 to 20 degrees to the sides as a result.
It had a dangerously close appearance with the Sturmhaubitze 42 Ausf. G, also known as StuH G, or StuH 42, also known in english as Assault Howitzer or Storm Howitzer, and it was made to storm enemy defensive fortifications alongside the infantry, it also possessed attachments and shield for an MG42 on the top just like it's real life counterpart to suppress enemy infantry, but the Quincy variant had several noticeable differences aswell, regardless the Quincies utilized the name StuH for it, as it was the most accurate description of it.
First off it was much heavier then it's real life counterpart, resulting in wider tracks on it to ensure that it had better friction in mud and so on, resulting in the StuH being slightly wider, and to support the infantry, additionally it's cannon was bigger then the original StuH's 105mm cannon, it also possessed smoke canister launchers to hide the infantry and the vehicle and a smoke generator aswell, and the engine was also more powerful, allowing it to travel at 65 km/h compared to it's counterparts 40 km/h, it also had more high tech equipment such as a periscope with nightvision and so forth to assist in the dark aswell as infrared sights to see behind cover, allowing the vehicle to blast anyone trying to hide, but it didn't possess armor skirts however, but it did have markings on the top, front, sides and rear with the five pointed cross on it whilst the rest of the armored cannon was dark grey in color.
However it also important to note that this vehicle, due to it's engine and weight, really loved fuel... Like really really loved fuel, which was best shown when it started up as it had two start functions, one was utilizing an electric started to start it up easily, the second was to crank it's engine manually at the rear as a backup system, and whenever it started, smoke would pour out of the exhaust to begin with, so it used a lot of fuel just to start, going so far that the rear of the vehicle was covered in black smoke from the fuel whenever it started, but it calmed down eventually, but whenever the throttle was pushed and it began to move or picked up speed, the exhaust still spat out visible smoke, but not in an excessive amount like when starting up as the smoke quickly vanished, but then again, the vehicle had a weight of up to 55 tons, or to be more precise, 55 680 kilograms, much more then it's original counterpart which weighed about 23 tons so there were massive differences.
Of course even if the regular soldier would strive with destroying this vehicle, it was very important that the crew knew that a captain level fighter with a sword, could cut through it and destroy it with some ease if enough power is pushed into the attack, so going against captain level fighters was a huge no-no! And the vehicle was also crewed by four, one driver, one gunner and one commander who also served as MG operator, radio operator and loader.
The vehicle possessed a loadout of the following casings, High Explosive, Armor Piercing, Flare, Smoke and High Explosive Armor Piercing, also known as HE, AP, Flare, Smoke, and HEAP, the smoke shell was to fire at longer distances then the smoke canisters could reach, and all the casings still utilized reishi rounds and self manifested them after being fired as the casing did so.
With it's big cannon and the AP and HEAP casings, it was also well capable to function as an anti-armor gun in the field, however, but that did not make it a tank, there would be no doubt that when the StuH and the reinforcements came, the Dominion cannons would be in trouble because it was designed to take a beating in the field, and the current cannons of the fullbringers was not powerful enough to even dent the armor it possessed.
The second vehicle was made by the research division as an inspiration by the Dominion, the Quincies really wanted to return the gesture of heavy artillery barrages, so they built a truck with a manifestation generator on it's rear followed by a turret capable of rotation 90 degrees each side and two support legs on the rear, and believe it or not, it was inspired by the german LARS II system, also known as Light Artillery Rocket System, only it wasn't so light when it came to the Quincies, it was fairly heavy artillery.
Possessing 36 launch tubes, it actually utilized manifested arrows with explosive reishi inside it, which the generator in the middle manifested from crosses, and since it needed speed, it absorbed reishi to use as fuel, causing it to spit out blue fire after being fired from the rear, in short an arrow like that was also called a rocket, one might even wonder if rockets were inspired by arrows since they have such a similar appearance?
The Quincies built it as a measure against enemy artillery to begin with, or that is it's original purpose, it was more advanced then the LARS II however, as the LARS II needed someone outside to steer the rocket tubes, and whilst the Quincy variant did have such a measure in case something electronic went haywire, it was made to be controlled from inside the cabin using a joystick.
Originally they weren't supposed to be too close to the howitzers as they had a fatal drawback, which included the rockets being backtraced for counter-artillery, but in some cases exceptions could be made, this was the reason why the joystick system was placed, it was meant to stop, aim, fire and then relocate fast and easily to avoid a counter-barrage, and no one had to even leave it until they got to the next stop where they needed to do the very long reloading routine, then aim, then fire, and then relocate again before doing the same at the next stop again, in short it was artillery harrassment of enemy troops.
The new military car however was nothing special, it had a shield on top with a hatch for an MG42, it was big and long, and was made for off road usage, it was even bigger then the U.S HMMWV, and was designed to perform even better, it was better utilized as a transport in the battlefield directly and it was armored to protect against attacks, it also held a big trunk which was also a place for soldiers to sit, it had seats for a total of 9 soldiers if the trunk was used.
Silbern Internal Training Field
***Meanwhile***
*Fizzle, Pew*
"Good, I see your aim and calculative abilities have improved drastically, you really have worked hard!" Ichigo said content, leaving Sabrina not only happy but proud of herself.
Ichigo had chosen a different approach in training Sabrina, one which she was unfamiliar with and quite hesitant of utilizing, as Ichigo himself was the target, this was to simulate real combat, in short, Ichigo would attack Sabrina and she would dodge while firing at him, usually Sabrina trained with dolls and never really did this kind of training, and with Ichigo's combat style of unpredictiveness it really took a toll on her.
Though Ichigo did use a stick rather then his zanpakuto as Ichigo was afraid of any lethal injuries on Sabrina if he got too careless, Zangetsu was a very strong and powerful zanpakuto after all and it wasn't exactly a zanpakuto you could go up against lightly, there was a reason on why the real Yhwach feared Ichigo and that zanpakuto after all, and from the looks of it, it would even appear as if the Soul King himself was weary of Ichigo and Zangetsu, why else would he order the Zero division train Ichigo like they did during the Quincy-Shinigami war and go to the length he did before he died? Of course this question bothered Ichigo to no end.
Both of Ichigo's blades were called Zangetsu despite only one of the spirits being Zangetsu and the other Yhwach, as Yhwach responded to being called Zangetsu in combat but not to Yhwach, Ichigo tried, it didn't work, it might have something to do with the charade Yhwach put up earlier and took up the mantle as a fake Zangetsu for a while, not that the reason really mattered, they knew which one Ichigo called by where he focused his powers anyways and their connection to one another was extremly strong after the war as the Zero division did teach Ichigo what a zanpakuto is.
Sabrina had changed into her training outfit, which consisted of a small version of military training clothes specifically made for her, which, was a white training shirt with blue edges and the word Military written on small letters on the left chest with the five pointed star over it, aswell as the same word written on the entire top back with the five pointed cross on top there too, she also had white sweatpants with blue edges and three blue lines on the sides.
Sabrina had also changed her socks aswell, she wore pink socks earlier and the socks she had begun to use usually was frilly socks with lace edges though they were made out of thick nylon, usually she would wear pink, white or black, and she had taken a liking to those socks and never used them for training, scared that they might get torn or something, so she switched to white regular socks and white and blue sneakers aswell.
Ichigo didn't really change as he didn't feel the need to, he had become used to his military uniform for combat usage and felt comfortable using it, regardless Ichigo took a look at Sabrina who was clearly exhausted, which was no surprise as she had been dodging, jumping, running and fired all at the same time, if anything Ichigo was more impressed then he let on, she was clearly taking her training seriously and she was already worlds over other children her own age.
Ichigo had a plan with Sabrina, that plan was to make her into a formidable captain level fighter capable of rivaling veterans with lots of combat experience, though no one knew about that plans yet, Ichigo just made them as she expressed her desire to become a military leader and command soldiers, and as a royal she must live up to standards and expectations, though she was already far ahead in expectations, however she still had a long way to go.
"What about calling it a day?" Ichigo asked as he noticed Sabrina's legs shaking, she was clearly exhausted.
Sabrina nodded before making a gesture for Ichigo to pick her up, it was evident that she wanted to be carried, causing Ichigo to go over to her and pick her up before walking out of the training field, though he did notice that she was hungry, he knew she hasn't eaten since coming back, so when asked, Sabrina confirmed that she was feeling a bit hungry.
Royal Kitchen
Ichigo carried Sabrina to the kitchen, this kitchen was known as the royal kitchen, the reason for that was because it was this kitchen that was responsible for the food the royal family got, and while the castle itself had many kitchen, the top palace had only one kitchen, and that was the royal kitchen, and it was headed by the royal head chef, who was the boss of the kitchen and every royal chef, everyone with the title of royal chef had gone through immense background screening by the K.G and A.N.U just to get the job.
The reason for this was that the royal chefs all had nearly unrestricted access to the royal family and the top leadership, furthermore they were also responsible for cooking for important events or meetings, and a team of them always came with the royal family no matter where they went, if not all of them, depending on the circumstances, however they also cooked for the staff in the palace aswell so they had a lot of dishes to prepare, resulting in the kitchen being not only big but also had a lot of chefs around aswell.
As they entered the kitchen was found to be empty, not surprising as the chefs were probably either taking a break or was making dinner plans which wasn't uncommon, as it was much easier to work systematically that way.
"Anything you want?" Ichigo asked curiously, causing Sabrina to think deeply.
Footsteps were heard shortly after, and one of the chefs came into the kitchen from the side room where the chefs was usually located, the side room had a break room and an office for the head chef, nothing special about it really.
"Oh, your majesty, your royal highness?" The chef said as she appeared, getting the attention of Ichigo and Sabrina as she made a curtsy.
"Who's there?" The head chef asked.
"It's his majesty and her royal highness, princess Sabrina." The chef responded, causing the head chef to run into the kitchen very quickly.
"Ah, your majesty, your royal higness, what can we do for you?" The head chef asked as he bowed.
"Sabrina's hungry and I was wondering if you could fix something up for her? Preferably something that doesn't make her too stuffed for dinner." Ichigo responded as Sabrina was too busy waving at the two chefs.
"Of course, we have a menu list for in-between meals for these kind of situations, allow me to get it." The head chef said as he got it from one of the shelves and handed it over to Sabrina.
If a menu could be called a book then this was it, as it was fairly big, and this was just a book of appetizers, there were several menus, all of them the size of large books, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, even the dinner section had several books for european, chinese and japanese cooking, same with the other sections, so there were several books with dishes, though normally Ichigo let the head chef decide himself on what to cook, as Ichigo prefered to be surprised rather then deciding the meal every time, but he could make an exception sometimes if there was something he really wanted.
Sabrina quickly found some vegetable soup tempting and wanted to try it, it wasn't often appetizers were served so she hasn't tried much of them, even Ichigo himself was curious so he decided to have one himself.
"That one?" Ichigo asked to verify as Sabrina nodded.
"Alright, I guess I'll try that too." Ichigo said as he handed the menu over and pointed at the dish.
"Coming right up your majesty." The head chef stated, but before he could start, Ichigo had to ask a question.
"What's for dinner?" Ichigo asked.
"It was discussed some french food today but we haven't reached a conclusion yet, is there something you wish for us to make?" The head chef asked.
"Hmm... I was looking at the internet and saw something tasty, do you know Pappardelle al cinghiale?" Ichigo asked curiously.
"Ahh yes, the pasta from Tuscany in Italy, I have tried it myself and it is very delicious, would you prefer it?" The head chef asked.
"If it isn't too much of a bother?" Ichigo asked nicely.
"Not at all your majesty, we will make sure that it is ready and served on time, I believe the dish is also located in one of our menus, we are quite familiar with it." The head chef replied.
"Thanks, we'll be at the common room." Ichigo said.
"We'll have the servants bring the meal up when ready your majesty." The head chef said as Ichigo left with Sabrina, allowing the two chefs to work while the others were taking a break or whatever they were doing, there was a lot more then just two after all.
There are two kinds of people in the world... No... No no no no, that's wrong... There are two kinds of people in all of existance, with two major distinctions between them, and the two were world apart, namely the ones who eat to live, and the ones who lives to eat! And Ichigo was definitely the latter as he could eat a lot, if anything Ichigo loved food, and ever since he became monarch, he had tasted chinese and european aswell, even some japanese dishes he never knew existed, so he was always looking forwards to dinner, sometimes it would be a regular dinner, not too extravagant, and other times it would be an extravagant one, depending on what the chefs made behind his back, and they never disappointed.
"Ahh... Ichi?" Sabrina asked, having nearly forgotten something.
"Hm?" Ichigo replied.
"Alice, Sebastian and three others have asked if I want to come with them to the zoo the day after tomorrow, but I heard that we have to have an adult with us, and I know the guards are adults who protect me but..." Sabrina said before she looked down slightly disappointed, her words stopping before they exited her mouth, it was clear what she wanted to ask.
"You want me or someone to come with you?" Ichigo asked, causing Sabrina to nod.
"Mommy and daddy are always working and nee-san is away and so is Yuzu, Karin and Masaki just left again, auntie is still in bad health and Thomas is always with auntie, and Isshin is too weird." Sabrina said, causing Ichigo to laugh at the mention of Isshin.
"Hahaha, well dad's always been like that, anyways, I'll see if I can come with you, I think I'll be able to atleast." Ichigo responded, causing Sabrina to nod happily, but Ichigo was still left with one thought that he thought about deeply.
'Since when the hell did we get a zoo?' Ichigo asked internally in deep thought.
Takakanai Village
It was hard and painful but they managed to retreat back to the village with the Dominion forces in tow, but the biggest problem came when they got to the village, just earlier they had linked up with their rear guard, which consisted of the Onmitsukido who quickly assisted with the retreat, but when they got to the village, the populace was wondering what all the noise was, only to find a retreating regiment with Onmitsukido troops, followed by fullbring forces.
Once the populace noticed, they did something the Quincies did not expect, they utilized rocks or whatever they could find and armed themselves with sticks, and turned against the Quincies, they threw rocks at the Quincy and Onmitsukido soldiers, stunning the two units, and it wasn't just small rocks either, some was fairly big and could do a lot of damage, but then again the Quincy troops did wear armor.
"Hey, stop it!" A soldat yelled out to no avail.
"The hell are you doing!?" Another soldat screamed out.
The commanders saw this, and was in a brief moment, in disbelief, not really sure how to approach this, regardless they did what they had to do and reported it in to eastern command, there was no doubt that they were unaware of the fact that they would soon have Quincy troops marching through to reinforce the 5th regiment, and whether they did this out of fear of the Dominion or out of loyalty was unknown, not that it mattered anyways, the reinforcing units were far larger then the two divisions the fullbringers had, and the artillery was at this point ready to fire.
However, before they fired the artillery, they needed a target, and a decision had to be made, would they aim it at the villagers who threw rocks and threatened them with sticks? Or would they aim it at the two armored Dominion divisions with far deadlier weapons? The answer was extremly simple, so the coordinates were put in and every gun and launcher was aimed right at the fullbring forces, and to make the situation far better, the reinforcements heard the fighting and was just three minutes out.
Knowing this, they just needed to hold out as best they could, they focused mostly on the fullbring forces however, but the stones thrown from the villagers were a problem, and now some of them were beginning to charge, screaming something along the way but the noise of war muffled it out, regardless the Quincies already had bayonetes attached.
Once the villagers got close enough a signal was given and the soldats turned around and stabbed right through them with their bayonets, but with this change in focus, the fullbringers utilized it to their advantage and began to advance closer to the allied lines.
Naturally the Dominion vehicles was ahead of the infantry, and they charged their cannons to fire as the civilians began to back off, and the Quincies would be unable to properly respond to this one, the question is who would it hit at this point, the answer was simple... No one.
At the very moment the cannon was about to fire it was struck by what appeared to be an artillery shell, effectively destroying the cannon and the vehicle and blowing the crew apart, along with other vehicles that was advancing, and by now the ground had started to tremble a little, rockets also filled the sky as the rocket artillery had opened fire aswell right on the fullbringers.
The civilians still threw stones at the Quincies but stopped as the ground shook, revealing the appearance of a massive allied force who rapidly engaged with a tremendous fury over what the 5th regiment had gone through.
They targeted both the fullbringers and the villagers, the StuHs fired at enemy vehicles and buildings alike, and the MGs on top fired at villagers and fullbringers alike, the same with infantry that followed as plenty of StuHs appeared along with military transports.
The fullbring forces were quickly being torn to pieces by the combined artillery and assault forces, the rockets doing quite the toll on the fullbringers, and the villagers knew they had fucked up beyond recognition when the fullbringers rapidly began to retreat, now the villagers braced themselves for what would be hell and boy would the Quincies give it to them in earnest.
To be continued
A/N: Short chapter I know, this whole chapter was rushed regretfully, so sorry about that, I will continue where I left off however in the next chapter, as there has been some minor health problems and when I was okay things got put on my plate, so I just had a a couple of hours to write this.
The StuH is a stormcannon meant for infantry support, aswell as a self propelled gun, so it cannot by it's very design be called a tank at all, I'm just putting in ideas to support the infantry, who does the majority of the fighting, and this one was on my mind for a long time, if anything the StuH was never designed to be a tank but rather a mobile short range field artillery, similar to that of a cannon in the napoleonic wars in a more modern sense or a catapult during medieval times for instance.
I admit that the military car is a design I borrowed from another game, despite me not explaining much about it, but that will come in due time, and that game is Saints Row the third, and the vehicle is inspired by the STAG enforcer or n-forcer, as I just found the design rather awesome and I really wanted to utilize it but was hesitant at first, but this was the true design I really wanted on the military cars, I will talk more about it when the time is more appropriate.
Trivia: Did you know that the german version for God save the Queen/king is Heil in der siegerkranz, which is one of the royal anthems used for Ichigo, so it was used in germany too until the german empire collapsed in 1918 and the german monarchy was abolished.
