Response to ARC-5597
Yeah, I could see the Saxon Master getting on the Atlas Council. I think he would definitely use Jacques, but I don't think he has a need for Watts (since the Master is also a genius). The people of Atlas could rebel, like on the Mondas ship and Earth. Oh, he would definitely outsmart Cinder, definitely laugh at her.
Yeah, I like the idea of Cybermen flying. They did it good too, in the revival rather than the original. It showed they were still upgrading themselves, but had no idea how to fly. But later on, they figured it out.
