Nico shadow traveled us right to Hades' throne room. As usual, Hades himself was sitting on his black throne.
"Lord Hades," I said nodding my head. The look on his face made it look like he already knew what we were going to ask.
I peered beside me at Damian who had gone pale in front of the king of the underworld. I placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder.
I turned back to Hades. "Sir, I think you might know why we're here?" I said.
"Yes, I do, and the answer is no," his voice boomed.
"What?" I said in shock, Hades raised an eyebrow. Now it was Damian's turn to place a reassuring hand on my shoulder.
"Uh, sorry sir, that sounded disrespectful," I apologized, "What I meant to say was if that's your decision, then okay." I went to turn away, saddened.
"Just wait a minute!" Damian yelled.
"Damian," I whispered, "no."
"Lord Hades," Damian continued, "Trish has spent five years imprisoned in ice just to find out that her best friend died to try and save her. After all she's been through and everything she has done, you deny her from seeing Jamie? That isn't right."
"Not, everything is right in this world," Hades boomed, obviously annoyed.
I placed myself between Damian and Hades. "Please Hades, I beg you, I'll do anything, just let me see Jamie. Even if it is just for fifteen minutes," I pleaded.
Hades seemed to think for a moment. "Anything?" He asked.
"Anything," I repeated.
"Fine, fifteen minutes," Hades then snapped his fingers and we reappeared in front of a house.
"Trish, you shouldn't have said that to my father," Nico said, "Who knows what he's going to make you do."
"At this point, I don't care, Nico, I just want to see Jamie. Please, just stay here." I tell him.
"Fine," I wasn't going to go in anyways.
I smiled at Nico as I knocked on the small house's door. I watched as a familiar figure opened the door.
"T-Trish?" Jamie says, shocked.
I hurry up the steps of the house and embrace Jamie in a big hug. "Why did you have to try and help?" I whispered. I backed away.
"Why wouldn't I try and help?" Jamie said as he welcomed me and Damian in.
