Back at the ruins of the headquarters of the Order, Pubert Super Smash finishes resurrecting. Unlike most Smash Brothers, Pubert retains his memories when resurrecting, as no mother in the family would ever be willing to raise him. However, he is confused as to where he is, as the large facility that normally marks this location is nowhere to be seen. Pubert summons Jon Arbuckle Garfield to help him look around, but aside from some rubble, there's no sign of the Order building. However, he does see someone sitting on a piece of rubble nearby, and rushes over to talk to them. Carlos Dous looks back at Pubert, holding up a hand to indicate for him to stop.
"Stay back. I've got 9114 with me here." Carlos says, gesturing at Resident, who he has pinned to the ground under his feet. Carlos is using his Stand, Ashes, to coat Paint It Black with ashes and prevent it from carving any names.
"Where the hell is everybody?" Pubert demands, respectfully stopping some distance away from Carlos. Carlos just shakes his head, shifting around a bit to reveal that the rubble he's sitting on is in fact the old sign of the headquarters building.
"Kid, just be on your way. They're gone. You're fired. Go away." Carlos sighs, making a shooing gesture.
"FIRED? Like hell I'll accept that! This is the only place I've ever been able to get a job! Isn't there anything I can still do?"
"Ugh. Just, look around for any bodies or something. Apparently confirmed deaths are in high demand by our info person."
"Alright, that I can do!" Pubert gets on all fours and starts sniffing around, eventually finding Knife Kid. However, he's too alive for Pubert's liking, so Pubert grabs a gun and kills him. Pubert continues sniffing around, eventually coming to a stop as he notices a movement from nearby, and he stands up to get a better look. He sees some kind of gray figure face down on the ground, but can't make out any identifying features.
"Hey, you recognize this person? Gray, humanoid, uhhh…" Pubert cautiously uses Music That Makes You Poop 2.0 to turn the body over, revealing a bird-like mask on the face, with four eye holes. "White mask…"
"You talkin' about Sharp? Nobody's seen him around, so I guess it's not surprising he bit it."
"No, no, I don't think so. Hang on, lemme get a closer look…" Pubert starts to lean towards the body more, but it suddenly jolts to life, its four eyes opening up into red circles as it jumps backwards in shock. Pubert's eyes widen as something clicks in his head, and Carlos, watching from afar, nearly drops his cigarette as he scrambles to grab his communication device.
"Hey, Comm? We have ourselves a hell of a problem. I think the substance may have gotten Murderswarm. I'm not going to stick around to find out." Carlos picks up Resident, slings him over his shoulder, and runs away to his car, before driving away. Pubert and the revived Bella, now transformed into some sort of vile goop furry, both jump away from each other, shielding themselves protectively with their hands.
"Ew, stay the hell away from me!" Both of them shout in unison.
"What?! You're one to talk!" They then both respond, pointing at the other accusingly.
"Stop copying me, asshole!"
"I'm not copying you, you're copying me, freak!"
"Hi not copying you, I'm Dad!" says Dad, appearing between the two briefly before disappearing. Both lunge at Dad in their frustration, but stop before they can collide with one another.
"HEY! What did I say about getting close? Don't make me use my Stand!"
"Why would I want to get close to you, you nasty idiot?!"
Bella and Pubert both quiver with frustration as they continue perfectly mirroring each other's lines.
"FINE! I'll leave, just to get away from YOU!" They both shout, before taking off in opposite directions. Pubert finds the wreckage of the police limousine, and uses his Stand to chop the mostly-intact front of the vehicle away, before using it to drive off. Once she gets far enough away from Pubert, Bella pauses, as strange thoughts begin to enter her mind. She tries to remember what happened before her most recent death, her ears perking up as the realization slowly dawns on her. Her thoughts become blurred as something inside of her begins to take control, and she flaps her wings as she takes to the skies.
Wheel Woo finally arrives back in Costa Brava, having used Gas Gas Gas to make a vehicle out of a pile of rocks near the Order's headquarters. Dr. Woo, Wanted Woo, and Wee Woo are all in the car with him, but Warden Woo was unimpressed with the slow speed of the vehicle, so he got out early on the trip back to take a bus the rest of the way back to the Station. As Wheel Woo enters the midst of the city, he slows down as he passes by the WCL building, noticing that Wee Woo seems to be focused on it.
"Still got unfinished business, I see? Alright, you and Weeb can get out here." Wheel Woo tips his hat at Wee Woo as Wee Woo nods and gets out of the car, with Wanted Woo following shortly after. After Wheel Woo takes off, Wee Woo knocks on the door, and after getting no answer, kicks it down and barges in, looking around. Chiminal scoffs and flips off the two, but after his last encounter with Wee Woo, knows better than to start a confrontation. Wee Woo gestures for Wanted Woo to check out the basement while he heads upstairs, and Wanted Woo nods, heading downstairs while Wee Woo goes up. Downstairs, Wanted Woo finds Meatsmith working at a forge, and Meatsmith pauses his work and turns around.
"Oh, uh, hello, officer! Having a good day?" Meatsmith says, managing a smile. Wanted Woo glances around to make sure Wee Woo isn't in earshot, and then whispers towards Meatsmith.
"Don't worry, I'm with you guys." Wanted Woo says.
"Hi with you guys, I'm Dad!" whispers Dad, and Wanted Woo quickly hushes him.
"Anyways, I'll tell my partner I didn't find anything down here." Wanted Woo nods at Meatsmith as Meatsmith returns to his work. Wanted Woo heads back up to the lobby, entering a staredown with Chiminal while Wee Woo continues sneaking around the upper floors. Eventually, Wee Woo comes across Cybr's computer station, where the mask from Danny Devito is still in the process of being scanned. With Cybr nowhere to be found, Wee Woo heads upstairs further, eventually spotting Cybr doing something to a computer, though Wee Woo doesn't recognize Cybr in his current state. Wee Woo stealthily approaches, but steps on a discarded bag of crisps, alerting Cybr and prompting him to turn around, clapping his hands to activate the lights. Wee Woo freezes in place as Cybr stares him down.
"Got a warrant to be up here, this time?" Cybr says teasingly, noticing that Wee Woo is without his trusty Whapping Stick.
"Probable cause. I don't know what it is you're up to now, but we all know what it is you guys do, and I won't stand for that." Wee Woo declares, the air behind him shimmering as Synchronicity manifests. "Now, let's see how you handle this! The unyielding legal judgment of Synchronicity in one mighty blow! Ka...me...ha...me...LAW!"
Wee Woo thrusts his hands forwards with his wrists against one another, and his Stand does the same, before firing out a large beam of flashing red and blue energy. Cybr acts quickly, grabbing what appears to be a pair of dentures and holding them in front of himself. To Wee Woo's surprise, the laser is sucked into the dentures, as though the disembodied teeth are consuming it. Once the blast disappears, Cybr clicks the teeth closed, and crosses his arms.
"I guess that means I passed your test, right? Now, get out of here. Nobody needs to know about this." Cybr says, and Wee Woo just gives a slow nod, retreating back down the stairs. Cybr follows some distance behind, intent on making sure Wee Woo actually leaves. As Wee Woo arrives in the lobby and heads towards the exit, the kitchen door swings open and another member of the WCL, Prinjle, who never got the memo about the trip, walks in with a microwaved apple in hand.
"How'd you get in here?" Prinjle asks, and Wee Woo gives him a look.
"I'm on my way out. Let's go, Weeb." Wee Woo heads out, and Weeb Woo comes with him. A loud racket can be heard from the vents, and Cybr watches as Succlord scrambles out from the vent, hissing before retreating into the darkest corner and seemingly disappearing.
"Close the door all the way, please!" Prinjle calls out to Wee Woo as he leaves, before looking around. Unfortunately for Prinjle, he failed to realize that microwaved apple is the favored treat of Alpha Flystander, who comes crashing through the window at unmatched speed, before shooting Prinjle three times in the chest and snacking on the apple in one bite. Alpha Flystander retreats back out the window, and sees Warden Woo running towards him, having already figured out that Flystander escaped from his prison cell. Flystander thinks fast and sets up a crude trap, but Warden Woo's sheer size causes the trap to break as he runs over it. With no other options, Flystander begins to flee, but Warden Woo doesn't cease his pursuit, chasing Flystander beyond the city limits and further, until finally Flystander surrenders just outside of the wreckage of a nearby city-state, which for some reason seems to unsettle Flystander enough that he accepts incarceration over the risk of entering. Warden Woo grabs the slippery insectoid man, and hauls him all the way back to the Station.
