The strawberry fields looked sad. By sad, I mean withered away.
"TRISH!" Coral yelled as soon as she saw us.
"Hey," I smiled.
"Look who's awake," Katie said, standing up.
"Hey, Katie," I waved.
Coral ran up to me. "I can't believe I was sleeping! I missed your awesome trick, everyone's talking about it."
I picked her up. "Sorry I didn't wake you up, I just wanted you to get some rest."
"No it's fine," Coral said, resting her head on my shoulder.
I turned to Katie. "So what happened to the fields?" I asked.
"We're not sure, we can't get them to grow," she responded with a frown.
I put Coral down. "What are you doing?" Damian asked.
"Well I can heal people, can't I?" I said, "I wonder if it would work on plants as well."
I knelt down and gently placed my hand on the ground. I focused on the top of the dirt and sent a small burst of energy across the field.
I started at the dead strawberry plants and nothing happened. "Well it was worth a shot," Damian said.
"Hm, I thought it would've worked. Annabeth said that one half of my curse destroys and the other creates or heals," I explained.
"Well, maybe with enough practice you'll be able to do it, but thanks for trying," Katie said.
"Thanks, and speaking of Annabeth, where are she and Percy?" I asked.
"Oh, they went back to Camp Jupiter soon after you left, the only reason they were staying in the first place was so that Percy could train you and Annabeth could study your curse, when you left nothing was keeping them here," Katie explained.
"Oh," I mumbled sadly, "I need to see her."
"Why?" Damian asked.
"What do you think, dummy? She was on that quest as well."
"Oh, also for your information I am not a dummy."
"Whatever dork."
"I'm not a dork either!" He stuck his tongue out, I returned the gesture.
"Well, I have to get back to work," Katie said, "See you around, I guess."
"Yeah," I said as I walked off with Coral in my arms again and Damian waking beside me.
"So what should we do now?" Damian asked.
"Um, not sure," I responded.
As soon as I said that two brothers come running at me. "Trish!" They said, "We came up with an idea."
"Ooo!" I said, maybe a little too excited.
"Yeah!" Travis said, "Sorry Damian, but we're going to need to borrow your girlfriend for a second."
"Hey! I am not his girlfriend!" I yelled.
"Whatever you saw sis," Connor teased.
"Hey! If you keep it up I won't do the thing with you," I said crossing my arms.
"Fine," They pouted, "Come on! Let's go to your cabin!"
The next thing I knew, I was getting dragged along by two annoying brothers.
