Part 93: Lucks return
While on the outside Asta, Luck and Vanessa were trying to free Luck from the control of an elf. On the inside in Lucks mind he was his younger self not knowing where he was. "Whats going on," he said looking around confused.
"Theres hardly anything here," he said looking around the dark area. He then heard voices but he didn't recognize who they were.
"Come back to us Luck," Asta said.
"Come on out and fight me already," Magna said.
"Hold on Luck," Vanessa said.
"Who is that, do I know them," he said when a familiar female voice spoke up behind him. "Luck," she said.
Luck turned around surprised to see his mother. "Mom," he said.
"Luck come to me," she said holding her hand out. "Your different from everyone else which is why you should only stay with me," she said.
Luck slowly started walking towards her. "That's right, my purpose is to keep mom smiling," he thought.
Meanwhile on the outside. "I'm going to use all my magic to wipe all of you of out," Luck said smiling as more lightning shot off around him. "I want all of you humans gone forever," he said.
"His Kis going out of control," Asta thought looking nervous as he held up his new anti magic sword. "Hes becoming something that's not even an elf, its almost like what happened to the guy me and Yuno fought back in Hage," he thought.
"His magic going completely out of control," Vanessa thought looking serious. "It's becoming something pure evil," she thought when Luck spoke up again.
"You humans," he said remembering the day of the wedding. All of the other elf's being shot down by light magic. "You took away my friends, everyone who was precious to me and now I'm going to make all of you pay," he said.
"If it was humans who took them away then I'm sorry, but Luck is someone precious to us too," Asta said as he pushed the sword forward.
"That's right, hes our sqaudmate and our friend," said Vanessa.
"So give him back already," said Magna.
"Please," said Asta as the sword hit his chest.
Inside Lucks mind a blue light suddenly appeared behind him. He then turned around and heard the voices from earlier. But this time he recognized them.
"Luck," Asta, Magna and Vanessa said.
Luck then turned back to his mother. "I'm sorry mom but I cant go with you," he said smiling. "You see ive finally found people who like me for who iam," he said before running towards the blue light.
The image of his mother smiled at him with tears in her eyes before vanishing. As Luck ran through the light he remembered when met all the black bulls.
"You're a black bull now, so go as crazy as you want," Yami said.
"Hey I'm Finral, I look forward to working with you," Finral said.
"This is my little sister Marie, you can look at her photo if you want," Gauche said.
"What you say to me you little twerp, fight me," Magna said.
"Your adorable, you can call me big sister if you want," Vanessa said.
"Eat this, its yummy," said Charmy.
Gordon muttered while Grey just blew out smoke.
"I'm his friend," Asta said.
"I cant believe your my superior, but your also a friend," Noelle said.
Luck now back to himself jumped to the light. Outside Asta noticed the Luck was now smiling, "I wanted that too," he said. Remembering the human who wanted to make understanding between humans and elf's.
"Humans and elf's, I wanted to be friends too," he said smiling. After that a red magic circle appeared above Luck before vanishing. Asta, Magna and Vanessa stepped back as Luck stood up. The red markings were gone and his ears had gone back to normal.
"Hey you guys," he said as his shoulders began to shake. Tears coming out of his eyes as Asta and Vanessa smiled with relief. Luck looked upset as he cried. "Can I still be a black bull," he said.
Magna looked serious before walking over to Luck and putting his left arm around his head. Then resting his hand on his shoulder. "Of course you damn kid," he said as Luck cried.
After a few moments Luck stepped back. "Asta, Vanessa and Magna," he said before kicking Magna in the chest with a smile on his face.
"Why you," Magna said before falling down.
"Oh that was great," said Vanessa while Luck laughed. "You went up and hugged him," she said.
"Yeah way to show your feelings Magna," Asta said when Magna sat back up.
"Oh shut up," he said before Vanessa kissed him on the cheek making him blush.
"But it was really sweet," she said smiling.
"Yeah whatever," he said rubbing the back of his head.
"Whoa, looks like I kind of destroyed a lot of the town," said Luck.
"Yeah," said Magna as he got back up.
"I hope none of the people were hurt," Luck said looking worried.
"Not to worry I made sure they were all safe," Vanessa said remembering when she used her magic to stop rubble falling on people. Along with pulling people out of the way.
"Wow thanks a lot Vanessa," Luck said before looking serious. "But that elf, he didn't want any of this to happen, it was sad and scary," he said.
"Well now," said Magna before he and Vanessa looked at Asta. "Asta," they both said making the anti magic user look surprised.
"What," he said.
"Where that sword come from," Magna said.
"Yeah its powerful and saved Luck," Vanessa said looking surprised.
"Yeah it is powerful," Asta said looking at the sword. "From what I know it basically erases the magic and its like it never happened," he said.
"Wow seriously," Magna said.
"Yeah, but basically if the reincarnation magic was erased then that means that elf died again," he said looking down. "But I need to use it to save everyone else," he said making Magna and Vanessa look surprised.
"Wait what do you mean everyone else?" Magna asked.
"Yeah a lot of the other royal knights got taken over by elf's too," Asta said.
"That would explain all the lights we saw earlier," said Vanessa. "And there were a lot of them," she said.
"Yeah and there was also that big rock thing we saw heading to the capital earlier," Magna said looking serious.
"Alright lets go so we can save both the elf's and the humans," Asta said holding up the sword.
"Right but first we should head back to the hideout and regroup with the other black bulls," Vanessa said.
"Don't worry I can get us there," Luck said smiling. A few moments later he started jumping with Asta, Vanessa and Magna flying behind him. Vanessas strings were holding them to Lucks lightning armor. Which was like when he was first taken over.
"My body still remembers the mana back when I was taken over," Luck said as he continued jumping. "I'm a whole lot stronger now," he said smiling.
"Yeah well just you wait because ill be a whole lot stronger," Magna said looking serious. His right leg was tied to Lucks armor.
"Oh okay ill be happy to train you myself," Luck said laughing.
"Why you," Magna said before Luck started moving faster. As they got closer to hideout Luck looked surprised by the sight ahead of them.
The hideout was in ruins with rubble everywhere. "Oh no," said Magna as they looked around the area.
"Don't tell me the elves attacked here too," said Asta looking at some of the rubble. Then some of it began to shake before falling. Revealing the three magical beasts.
"The magical beasts," said Magna.
"Their cage must have gotten destroyed," Vanessa said.
"Hey guys do you know where any of the others are," said Asta. One of the beasts pointed up ahead. "Alright thanks," he said as the four of them walked ahead. There they found Gordon and Grey sitting on pieces of rubble. Henry was sitting in a part of the building in a doorway.
"Welcome back," Henry said slowly.
"Oh I'm so glad," Grey said with her hands on her face while Gordon muttered.
"What happened here," Magna said walking forward. "And who are you," he said walking towards Henry.
"I wouldn't do that," Henry said.
"Why, oh," Magna said before falling over. His magic being drained into Henry, "Whats going on with my magic," he said.
"Whoa hold on Magna he owns this place," Asta said standing next to Henry. "Hes been here longer then any of us, at first I thought he was a ghost but turns out hes a really nice guy," he said.
"Where's Noelle," Henry said looking at Asta.
"Wait he knows Noelle," Vanessa said looking confused.
"Yeah we used to visit him all the time," said Asta. "He has this disease that drains others peoples magic whenever hes near them," he said.
"Since I had no magic and Noelle had plenty we went to visit him," said Asta.
"They're a nice couple," Henry said.
"So hes been wandering around the base this entire time," said Magna.
"Makes you wonder how many other secrets are in this place," Vanessa said.
"Okay I know how you guys are but I really need you to explain what happened," Asta said looking at Grey and Gordon.
"Well you see um," Grey said before covering her face.
"No way, Gauche got controlled too," Asta said looking shocked.
Gordon then muttered silently. "He attacked you guys," Asta.
"How do you know what they're saying," said Magna looking surprised.
"Then he," Henry said slowly before speaking up.
"Your right, if he didn't kill you then that means the real Gauche is still in there," Asta said looking determined.
"Seriously," Vanessa said when the ground began to shake. They all then looked surprised when they heard the sound of growling come from the forest. "What is that," she said.
"Whatever it is it cant be good," said Magna.
They then watched as Charmy walked out with multiple sheep behind her. "This magic is overwhelming, oh no," Vanessa said noticing what looked like a red mark on her cheek.
"Absolutely unforgivable," she said stopping in front of them.
"No not Charmy too," said Asta.
"Its absolutely unforgivable, ill make them pay," Charmy said as her magic glowed around her.
"Oh no," said Magna looking worried.
"Who destroyed my vegetable garden," Charmy said pointing at some ruined plants near the building.
"Huh," Asta, Magna and Vanessa said.
"I work for so long trying to make some yummy food for everyone, then someone comes along and ruins it," she said before looking at Asta who looked nervous. "Who done it," she said.
"I guess it was the eye of the midnight sun and some elf's," said Asta.
"The eye of the midnight sun, elf's ill make them pay," she said looking serious. "Lets get a move on," she said before licking the mark of her cheek. Which turned out to be sauce.
"That was sauce," Asta said surprised.
"Uh actually," Vanessa said before Charmy looked at her with a serious look on her face making her look nervous.
"What that's, you cant help me avenge my vegetable garden," she said as her stomach growled.
"That growling was your stomach," said Magna.
"Uh of course we do," Vanessa sweating as sheep's stood behind her and Magna.
"Its just were all fresh out of magic," Magna said.
"I see," Charmy said as her grimoire floated in front of her. "Cotton creation magic, sheep cook rush," she said before a sheep cook appeared at a table. Along with the other sheep it began to make food quickly.
"Is this really the time for this," Magna said as the sheep's put bowls of food on the table.
"Yeah we gotta get going," said Vanessa as the sheep's lead them to the table.
"What you saying you don't have time to eat," Charmy said looking annoyed.
"Well I guess I am a little hungry," Magna said before taking a bite. "This is actually really good," he said.
"Yeah," Asta said as he ate as well.
"Whoa whats happening," Magna said as his magic began to glow around him.
"My magics coming back," Vanessa said since she was glowing too.
"The more of the sheep's cook food you eat the faster your magic recovers," Charmy said looking determined.
"Whoa really," said Asta as eating. "I don't have any magic but its still delicious," he said.
"There you go Asta," said Charmy.
"Its really nice," Grey said while Gordon muttered.
"Hey Henry you gotta have some of this too," Asta said walking over to him.
"But I'll drain everyones else's magic," he said.
"That's fine, if we run out will just keep eating," Magna said.
"Finrals still unconscious but where's Noelle," Vanessa said.
"Oh she and her brother are headed to the combat along with Zora," Asta said. "Turns out hes a black bull too," he said.
"Wait that mast guy is a black bull," Magna said surprised.
As the black bulls talked Henry watched them with a smile as he ate. "That's right, these are the blacks, my squad mates," he thought. Then parts of the building began to fly into the air.
"Okay whats happening," Magna said looking confused.
"Wow," said Luck smiling as more parts of the building started combining.
Gordon muttered while Grey said, "Its still kind of scary though," she said.
"Recombination magic, the raging black bull charge mode," Henry said. Parts of the building had formed a large bull.
"That's awesome," Asta said while holding up his bowl of food.
"Everyone hop on," said Henry. The black bulls got onto the bull building.
"Alright everyone, were heading to the capital to save the kingdom and protect the people," Asta said. "Because that's what the black bulls do," he said. The bull form building then started moving forward.
"Lets go," they all said while still eating. The black bulls getting ready for their next battle.
